A New York City firefighter unleashed his anger at a pro Palestine demonstrator near the Ground Zero September 11 remembrance ceremony on Friday.
The confrontation captured the raw frustration surrounding an event meant to honor Americans murdered in the deadliest terrorist attack on United States soil.
Video from the scene shows the firefighter loudly confronting a demonstrator dressed in an Elmo costume with a Palestinian flag draped across his back.
The bizarre outfit only added another layer of spectacle to an already solemn and emotionally charged setting.
The firefighter made his position unmistakably clear, telling the demonstrator to “go back to f*cking Palestine.”
He also condemned the man as hostile to America and declared that people carrying such contempt for the country were not wanted there.
The firefighter then shouted, “Go back to f*cking Palestine! We don’t want you here!”
His fury echoed the feelings of Americans who believe political agitators have repeatedly hijacked sacred national moments for ideological theater.
The confrontation quickly expanded beyond the costumed protester.
The firefighter turned his attention toward several prominent Democrats, all of whom have become symbols of the radical left and its increasingly hostile posture toward traditional America.
“And take f**king Obama, take f**king Mamdani with you, and f*cking AOC and Hochul! Take them all! They’re all no f*cking good!” he shouted as the demonstrator remained near the memorial gathering.
The firefighter was not finished. “You’re all no f**king good! You’re no f**king good! That’s right! Nice job, pal.”

His message was blunt, profane, and impossible for even the most determined political spin machine to misunderstand.
Former President Barack Obama, Zohran Mamdani, Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, and New York Governor Kathy Hochul were reportedly present at the ceremony that morning.
Their attendance brought an unmistakable political presence to an occasion centered on remembrance, grief, and national loss.
Mamdani’s appearance was particularly controversial because some relatives of September 11 victims had openly objected to his presence.
A petition seeking to bar him from the ceremony reportedly collected more than 100,000 signatures before the memorial event took place.
Earlier in the week, relatives of victims held a press conference as part of a final public effort to keep Mamdani away from the memorial.
They argued that his record, political associations, and rhetoric made his attendance deeply inappropriate.
Critics cited what they described as Mamdani’s lack of understanding about the attacks, along with alleged connections to America hating radicals and terrorist sympathizers.
They also accused him of attempting to turn a memorial for murdered Americans into another stage for his political ambitions.
Those objections did not stop Mamdani from appearing.
His presence was already unwelcome to many families, but video from the ceremony later created another wave of outrage among people who believed solemn respect should have been the bare minimum.
Footage reportedly showed Mamdani laughing with Ocasio Cortez while the names of the honored dead were being read aloud.

There is no clever political explanation that can make laughter look appropriate while the names of September 11 victims are being recited.
Washington and New York elites may excel at excuses, but grieving families should not have to tolerate such behavior at their loved ones’ memorial.
The firefighter’s eruption was coarse, but the anger behind it was not difficult to understand.
Many Americans are exhausted by radical activists who treat national mourning, military sacrifice, and patriotic ceremonies as convenient backdrops for another round of political agitation.
Ground Zero is not a campus protest lawn or a playground for socialist politicians seeking attention.
It is sacred ground, and Americans who gather there deserve dignity, silence, and respect rather than costumes, flags, laughter, and the usual left wing circus.
