California Sheriff Slams Kamala Harris For “Misleading” Campaign Ad

A California sheriff has angrily lashed out after being featured in a “misleading” Kamala Harris campaign advertisement.

Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux was featured in the video, which used clips from 2013 when Harris visited his office. It was featured in a 30-second ad heavily focused on Harris’ fictitious achievements on border security.

However Sheriff Boudreaux, who’s now president of the California State Sheriffs’ Association, was repulsed to be included in the ad for a woman whose campaign he vehemently opposes.

In a statement, he said, “In light of a recent political ad put out by Kamala Harris featuring Sheriff Boudreaux, as well as other local law enforcement, the Sheriff wants to make it abundantly clear that his image is being used without his permission, and he does NOT endorse Harris for President or any other political office.”

“The truth is, Harris never cared about the cartels and did nothing to stop people from illegally crossing the border,” he added.

Sheriff Boudreaux has since conducted a number of media interviews with local and national outlets. He told One America News that Harris “never came in to say hello and say thank you to any of the law enforcement officers, nor did she shake anyone’s hand” when the aforementioned clip was filmed, while telling Fox News the Vice President was “a huge supporter” of defunding the police.

Many on social media supported the sheriff’s comments.

Others called for Boudreaux to take legal action against the Democrat.
