America’s Wokest Hospital Holds Pride Parades, Claims Racism Causes Obesity

Last month, a clip from the woke medical drama New Amsterdam claimed a child’s tumor had been caused by racism.

The canceled show drew ridicule from many online who were perplexed by the unique medical diagnosis offered by the doctor in the clip.

However, it seems as if fiction has become reality after Lurie’s Children’s Hospital of Chicago posted an article claiming a link between exposure to racism and metabolic health issues, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. Lurie Children’s also advocates the need for “crucial conversations” about racism during the early stages of a child’s life, as well as the need for a “thorough understanding of the systemic nature of racism”.

Of course, the “extensive research” is seldom mentioned following the initial claim, so it’s not quite clear how those who are subject to racism from life’s bigots are more likely to be fat.

Lurie’s Children’s Hospital also posted a video of children participating in LGBTQ pride celebrations on their Twitter account.

It’s safe to say users on social media were also confused.

A lot of commenters were critical of the hospital’s pro-pride policy, with many sharing a link to a clip of the hospital’s pride parade.

The minute-long video, or #MoodBoosterMonday as it’s called, features rainbow waving staff marching through the hospital before taking pictures with young patients.

Given the divisions the pride agenda causes, it begs belief as to why the hospital would permit and publicize a pride parade on its social media outlets. One user even called for an investigation into Lurie’s practices.

Montana Glaciers Still Thriving Despite Warnings Of Them Melting By 2020

It’s 2024, meaning it’s four years since the glaciers in Montana were supposed to have melted.

A historic photo from Glacier National Park on the Canada-United States border highlights a claim that the glaciers “will be all gone by the year 2020”.

“The small alpine glaciers present today started forming about 7,000 years ago and reached their maximum in size and number around 1850, at the end of the Little Ice Age,” the sign claimed. “They are now rapidly shrinking due to human-caused climate change. Computer models indicate the glaciers will be all gone by the year 2020”. Spoiler alert: they’re still there.

The post by the X account @EndWokeness prompted debate among social media users, with some calling climate change “a hoax”.

Others noted the apparent moving of goal posts, with repeated warnings of climate change effects (thankfully) never coming to fruition.

The arguments raise interesting points. While there’s evidence that the average temperature of earth has risen with advancements in industrialization, it’s impossible to pinpoint how much human activity has contributed to it. When scientists repeatedly portray a doomsday-style argument, it can be hard for the public to believe them after so many incorrect predictions.

Likewise, it’s also difficult for the average person to truly make a comprehensible difference in reducing their carbon footprint. Nations such as China continue to produce without due regard for worldwide efforts to protect the planet, while world leaders and celebrities continue to use private jets for commutes which could be completed by public transport.

Venezuelan Crime Rate Falling As Thousands Flock Across Southern Border

A significant drop in Venezuelan crime rates has been linked to the migration of nationals away from the bankrupt state that doesn’t want those fleeing to come up (which tells you all you need to know about their character).

The Daily Mail reports that violent deaths in the socialist nation have dropped to a 22-year low despite being hell on earth. Homicides in Caracas dropped by a quarter from 2022 to 2023, with 27 murders per 100,000 people. Seven years prior, the rate was more than triple that figure at 92 homicides per 100,000.

Venezuela’s dismal economic prosperity have forced criminal gangs elsewhere with individuals and businesses unable to afford ransoms or protection money. While the Venezuelan government has cracked down on high-profile criminal groups, many have relocated across to the continent and to the U.S., where some crimes have been linked to the infamous Tren de Aragua gang, for example.

The number of Venezuelans in the U.S. has risen considerably under the Joe Biden administration. In 2018, there 394,000 Venezuelan nations in the country; by 2022, that figure had risen to 668,000.

The President has come under heavy criticism for his open border policy. The official Border Patrol Union has repeatedly distanced itself from a president who withdrew much of predecessor Donald Trump’s strict immigration policy, while anger directed at the White House has been fueled by repeated instances of migrant crime.

Some noted other examples where crime had fallen, including El Salvador.

The Biden administration has notably shifted its immigration policy in recent months ahead of November’s presidential election. An executive order was issued on June 5, 2024, to curb migrant numbers, while construction of former president Donald Trump’s border wall resumed in October 2023.

Joe Biden’s campaign insists he is remaining in the race for the Presidential Election despite a dismal performance in the first televised debate of 2024.

In what many believed to be Biden’s best opportunity to disprove Republican claims over his competency to serve in the White House, the President stumbled and bumbled his way through much to the ridicule of many on social media.

The Democrat’s performance was even questioned on the night by Republican rival Donald Trump, who hilariously stated at one point that he “didn’t really know” what the 81-year-old was saying in response to a question over immigration, adding that Biden himself probably doesn’t know what he’s saying either.

Biden’s failure to surpass the low expectations set prior to the debate on Thursday, June 27, prompted many to consider whether there was still time for the Democrats to find a replacement prior to the party convention in August.

Despite that, the Biden campaign is staying in the race:

For reasons unclear to most of us, the Biden campaign maintains his ability to run and serve as President, and confirmed he will take part in the next scheduled debate on Tuesday, September 10.

Many, including Democrats, remain skeptical, with some alluding to Biden’s persistence as a positive for former president Trump.

Others noted how the President’s poor showing had been heavily criticized by mainstream media outlets.

Rumors of a potential successor have ranged from Biden loyalist and Governor of California Gavin Newsom to Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro. That said, social media commenters had other ideas as to who may be disappointed.

Texas Mother Says She Was Denied Boarding United Flight After “Misgendering” Flight Attendant

A parent, her 16-month-old son and her 75-year-old mother were denied boarding onto a flight after allegedly using the “wrong” pronoun for a flight attendant.

Jenna Longoria, known online as The Period Guru, said she was left stranded in San Francisco, CA, after being ejected from her United Airlines flight home to Austin, TX for a “hate crime.”

Longoria uploaded a vlog from the airport in which she said her luggage – which contained her thyroid medication – had been taken on the plane.

“I was speaking to a flight attendant and got their pronouns wrong,” she told social media viewers.

Another flight attendant interjected, and despite Longoria’s apologies, she was refused onboard.

“I’m not very verse with pronouns. I was holding my son, he was having a temper tantrum, I had the car seat on my back – I wasn’t really focusing on anything except getting my son’s car seat on the flight and getting him comfortable and safe,” she added.

Longoria uploaded a follow-up nearly 24 hours later, saying she was home “after a very long day of travel” and was “still in shock”.

United Airlines claimed that the party of three were not allowed to board “following a discussion about having too many carry-on items”, according to local media.

Reaction to Longoria’s circumstances was largely critical of the airline, including from one parent of a transgender “son.”

Others suggested Longoria take legal action.

The case follows a somewhat woke week for aviation following reported guidance for politically correct terms to be used by airline pilots.

CNN Commentator Implies Joe Biden Knew “Questions Were Coming” Ahead Of Disastrous Debate

CNN’s presidential debate will forever be remembered as a disastrous night for President Joe Biden.

The presumptive Democratic nominee had a low bar after years of criticism over his declining physical and mental ability. Despite this, it’s fair to say he still fell short of barely-existent expectations.

Even the Democrat-friendly CNN were critical of Biden’s performance, with commentators in the post-debate analysis referencing the DNC’s internal ‘panic’. One, Erin Burnett, was particularly skeptical of the President given that he knew “every one of these questions is coming”, implying that he had been given the questions beforehand.

“He goes through six days of preparation, a camp day, more than that. And they know the rules,” Burnett added. “He practices with the mics. He knows every one of these questions is coming, and yet he couldn’t fill the time.”

The clip prompted reaction from many at the unsurprising bias towards Biden.

Another responded how Biden’s performance demonstrated a rare moment of national unity.

Questions were also raised as to whether the Democrats were seeking to replace Biden in time for November’s election.

Whether Thursday’s debate has ultimately changed the election result will always remain a mystery. That said, if Trump was predicted to win, he’s almost certain to now.

Biden had one job: to appear competent – and he couldn’t even keep up a façade for an hour and a half.

Border Patrol Union Denies False Joe Biden Endorsement Claim

The official union of U.S. border control has denied a false claim by President Joe Biden in the first presidential debate of 2024.

CNN’s 90-minute debate on Thursday, June 27, was dominated by the President’s incapability to present a strong, coherent argument after years of criticism over his mental capacity. However, there was also a war-of-words over immigration and border security – an issue of heightened sensitivity following the alleged murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray earlier in the month by two illegal immigrants.

Having come under heavy fire in recent months with just three in 10 American approving the administration’s approach to immigration, Biden sought to fight back on Thursday night by claiming he had received an endorsement from the U.S. Border Patrol. “By the way the border patrol endorsed me, endorsed my position. In addition to that, we found ourselves in a situation…” Biden claimed.

That claim was false, as the Border Patrol is a federal agency which cannot endorse candidates.

Biden may have been referring to the National Border Patrol Council – the official union which represents border staff. However, they too denied the endorsement with a short but effective post on X, adding that not only have had they never endorsed Biden, they never will in the future either.

Social media users responded with high praise for the union.

The Border Patrol Union provided further criticism of the President prior to the debate for his comments regarding Congressional Republicans. “In reality, Republicans have actually funded more agents in recent appropriations bills in spite of Biden—not because of him,” the union said before complimenting Trump.

Video Shows Moment Fans With Palestine Flags Are Booed Out Of Baltimore Orioles Game

Pro-Palestinian kooks were ejected from a baseball game to loud boos from fellow spectators on Wednesday.

The three “fans” made their support for the Hamas-led regime known at the Baltimore Orioles-Cleveland Guardians at Camden Yards, with two of the protesters holding flags with “Free Palestine” painted across them. (Of note; freeing the Palestinians from Hamas certainly would be worthwhile – but that’s not what any of these people are calling for).

Video footage shows the moment they were ejected to boos and jeers from paying spectators, some of whom hurled insults as they were forced out of the stadium:

Outside of college campuses, nobody wants to listen to them.

The Orioles later released a statement to the Baltimore Sun, which noted the “displaying of political signage” as a violation of the franchise’s policy. The statement added that the protesters were “not seated in their ticketed seats and [were] inciting fans in the surrounding area”.

Many on social media noted the reaction from fellow spectators, with one calling for pro-Palestinian supporters to stick to college campuses.

Others argued that such demonstrations could harm support for their cause, rather than bolster it.

It begs the question as to why these people bother, given that their actions only upset those in attendance and are subject to ridicule in the ensuing viral aftermath…

Far-Left Judge Urges Against Politicizing Murder Of 12-Year-Old at Hands of Illegal Aliens Moments After Politicizing It to Slam Republicans

Lina Hidalgo, the Democrat Judge of Harris County, TX, has been slammed for politicizing the killing of a 12-year-old girl allegedly at the hands of illegal aliens, just moments before calling on others NOT to politicize her death.

Jocelyn Nungray was killed in North Houston, TX, on the evening of Sunday, June 16, in a brutal attack in which she was also sexually assaulted.

Two men – 22-year-old Johan José Martínez-Rangel and 26-year-old Franklin José Peña Ramos – have been charged with capital murder of the 12-year-old. Both are believed to be illegal immigrants – a term which still triggers the left.

At a press conference, Judge Hidalgo said “evil happens regardless of immigration status” while urging fellow politicians not to politicize the barbaric attack. She then preceded to criticize Congressional Republicans and former president Donald Trump for the conditions that led to Nungray’s death.

After claiming “Trump won’t let” President Joe Biden and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell “move forward” with a bipartisan immigration bill, Judge Hidalgo came under criticism from reporters who called out her obvious hypocrisy.

“With all due respect Judge, you said the issue shouldn’t be politicized. But by pointing the finger at President Trump and Republicans in Congress, aren’t you politicizing it?” one asked.

“I think I answered the question,” responded Hidalgo, who was pressed again on the apparent hypocrisy but refused to develop her response. Sure enough, it was picked up on by online commenters.

Many were skeptical over her capability as a judge in the third-most populous county in the United States.

Her hypocritical pleas also encouraged others to share their views on the administration’s immigration policy.

Studies: Young Liberal Women Are the Most Mentally Ill Demographic – Old Conservative Men the Least

An infographic showing a connection between age, gender, and political affiliation to a mental health diagnosis has sparked debate on social media.

The historic data from a 2020 Pew American Trends Panel study asked respondents whether a doctor or healthcare provider had ever told them that they have a mental health condition.

Results show that white liberal women aged 18-29 were the most likely to have been diagnosed with a mental health condition with 56.3% of respondents answering ‘yes’ in response to the question. This dropped to 27.3% when 18-29-year-old conservative women were questioned.

Trends show a decrease among all political affiliations in older age groups, with the exception being white moderate women aged 30-49 (32.8%) compared to the 18-29-year-olds of the same political viewpoint (28.4%).

White conservatives over 65 were around ten percentage points lower than their liberal counterparts, with only 4.5% of conservative men aged 65 and over answering ‘yes’.

The same study the tweet above is quoting from also had the following statistics for ideology and mental illness not divided by race, and they show the same pattern:

This is hardly the only research coming to this conclusion. In fact, all research on this topic comes to the same conclusion. The results from the paper “Mental Illness and the Left,” which was published in Mankind Quarterly, showed the same correlation between a person’s gender + ideology and mental illness.

And Gallup:

Some factors such as age are perhaps more explainable than others. Scientific research and a changed approach to mental health conditions in recent years could be a factor as to why more young people have been diagnosed, while women are nearly twice as likely be diagnosed with depression than men.

Political ideology is less well-evidenced, prompting social media users to discuss supposed discrepancies in the data. Some suggested generational differences played a factor…

…while others pointed to the widely available resources available to young people today.

One user also noted the outlier for young, liberal females.

Of course, all this really just sounds like liberals trying to come up with excuses for results that are humiliating for them.
