Oklahoma School Which Previously Hosted Feet Licking Contests Issues Ban On Student’s American Flag

An Oklahoma high school has been slammed by conservatives after a student was told they would not be permitted to fly an American flag on his truck.

Edmond North High School, which previously came under fire for holding feet and armpit licking events in March 2024, informed the student of the ban on flying the Star Spangled Banner.

Some have claimed the move to be a breach of the student’s constitutional rights, although Edmond Public Schools’ public information officer Jeff Bardach defended the decision which covers an outright ban on flag flying.

“You can’t allow one [flag] and limit another,” he told local media. “It’s been our long-standing practice to not allow students to bring flags.”

The school has a range of policies which include bans on inappropriate language, signs, and flags on campus or at events.

“To be clear, this is not about the American flag or patriotism. Edmond Public Schools proudly displays the American flag prominently and in the proper, respectful way outside each of our buildings and in our classrooms,” Bardach added.

Social media users were outraged by the news.

Others encouraged the student to ignore the ban.

Another suggested the idea of a complete repaint of his truck.

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters also criticized the ban. “Patriotism should never be penalized at Oklahoma schools,” he said on X. “[Edmond] has a history of prioritizing woke agendas over our history and our freedoms. We will investigate and I will act.”

Concerns Aplenty As Tim Walz Meets Alex Soros At The DNC

While the festivities of the Democratic National Convention entered its final day on Thursday, August 22, attention briefly turned away from Kamala Harris’ onto her running mate, Tim Walz.

The Minnesota Gov. opted to spend a bit of his afternoon speaking with Alex Soros – the son of George Soros – and his new fiancé (and former Hillary Clinton aide) Huma Abedin. Like father, like son, Alex controls a multi-billion-dollar empire capable of funding political campaigns.

Last year, around the time he took over his father’s empire, Alex had a meeting with VP Harris that we only know about because he posted about it on Instagram – as Harris interestingly left that meeting off her public schedule that day.

And there were plenty more meetings. As Fox reported last September:

Vice President Harris hosted George Soros heir Alex Soros at her private residence, along with several other top Democratic donors earlier this year, White House visitor logs show.

The White House released Harris’ May 2023 visitor logs late last week, and a May 31 entry showed that Soros visited her private residence, listed in the documents as “1st Floor VPR.” Joining Soros were supermodel Savannah Huitema and seven other prominent Democratic donors.

Soros posted a picture of himself with Harris on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, on June 6, and boasted about a meeting with the vice president. Details of where and when the meeting took place were not previously known, however.

In the event of a Harris-Walz presidency, there will be no doubt who is really pulling the strings.

With their Republican rival being a famous billionaire, the Democrats have sought to wage a war against the rich and wealthy in a bid to secure voters from lower income backgrounds.

This has led to awkward contradictions at the DNC with far-left progressives maintaining a different stance to the more liberal elements of the Democratic Party.

It also contradicts the criticism leveled by Walz to his Republican counterpart J.D. Vance. The Democrat has shown particular hostility towards Vance’s career which he previously claimed was “funded by Silicon Valley billionaires.”

Naturally, the Soros involvement with yet another Democrat also raises concerns among voters. Pumping millions, if not billions, of dollars into a campaign can influence policy and decision-making.

National Nuclear Security Administration Official Previously Called For “Queering Nuclear Weapons” And DEI Initiatives

A newly appointed Biden-Harris administration official at the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration previously advocated for “queering nuclear weapons” as part of a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda.

Sneha Nair was appointed as a special assistant in February 2024 having “led research on insider threat mitigation, bias in human reliability programs, and implications of emerging technologies” in previous roles.

In June 2023, Nair co-authored an article in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists which called for queer theory to be used in shaping nuclear policy. She argued that DEI policies were “essential for creating effective nuclear policy” and described queer theory as “a field of study, closely related to feminist theory, that examines sex- and gender-based norms.”

“The queer lens prioritizes the rights and well-being of people over the abstract idea of national security, and it challenges the mainstream understanding of nuclear weapons—questioning whether they truly deter nuclear war, stabilize geopolitics, and reduce the likelihood of conventional war,” she wrote in the piece. “Queer theory asks: Who created these ideas? How are they being upheld? Whose interests do they serve? And whose experiences are being excluded?”

She has also previously described DEI policies as “a set of values critical to security” which can “work to mitigate counterproductive work behavior and prevent disgruntled employees from becoming insider threats.”

Many on social media were astounded by her claims.

There was also doubt as to whether queer theory would be the most appropriate policy in the face of nuclear warfare.

CNN Forced To Fact-Check The Democrats’ False Claims Over Project 2025

The Democratic National Convention and CNN are akin to two peas in a pod.

Although their roles should be separate – a political party and the fourth estate are only hand in hand in state-controlled media landscapes – the two share one thing in common: a passionate hatred of Donald Trump. This isn’t saying much, as nearly the entity of the media behaves like this – and has served as the Democratic Party’s PR wing for decades.

Nevertheless, in its duty to appear impartial, CNN ran a fact-check on the Democrats’ claims over Project 2025. Often associated with the Republican nominee, Project 2025, according to Democrats, is Trump’s plans for office should he win the election in November.

After three days of playing on voters’ concerns over the policy document, CNN destroyed the DNC’s main argument in a single, 30-second segment. The network aired a clip of Delaware Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester in which she claimed Trump “wrote” Project 2025.

However, CNN – to their full credit – rebuked the claim saying it was “false”.

“Trump did not write Project 2025,” said broadcaster Daniel Dale. “The project’s big policy document, published by the Heritage Foundation thinktank, lists dozens of people as authors, editors, contributors; Donald Trump is not among them.”

Many on social media were stunned by the apparent change of heart by CNN. Of course, we shouldn’t be fooled – as this kind of reporting from them is something we only see once in a blue moon. After all, they only managed to spend 30 seconds on this rebuttal.

Dale laughably claimed elsewhere that the Democratic National Convention speeches had “very few falsehoods or misleading statements.” But as Newsweek’s Paul du Quenoy pointed out, solely of Biden’s speech:

At times, Biden’s mendacity veered into economic policy. Evil billionaires, he menaced, are only paying 8.2 percent of their income in taxes, a debunked calculation identified as “way too low” even by PBS and the Left-leaning Brookings Institution, which both place the figure above 20 percent. Biden’s 8.2 percent figure, a biased product of his administration’s own economists, derives from partial federal income tax calculations rather than the less politically expedient actual figures. It also doesn’t register that over 40 percent of American households pay no income tax at all, or the fact that in actual numbers, the top 1 percent pays over 45 percent of all taxes paid in the U.S.

Trade relations, too, fell victim to the addled president’s dishonesty when he boasted of job creation in relation to exports. The unavoidable mathematical fact, however, is that the $901 billion trade deficit of 2020 ballooned to over $1 trillion in Biden’s first year in office and has never gone below that figure since. “Bidenomics,” or “Kamalanonics,” as it now being called, has made America poorer, especially in the post-industrial Midwestern swing states that are certain to decide the election in November.

And that’s just one topic of one speech.

Others were angered by the Democrats’ continual insistence that Project 2025 is a Trump-authored policy.

Texas Sheriff Who Previously Bashed Biden-Harris Administration Over Border Crisis Endorses Vice President Who Is Responsible For It

The Democratic National Convention has not been the epicenter of policy announcement one would expect from such a landmark event.

In an attempt to blame the failures of the past four years on someone who hasn’t been in a position of political power, Democratic speakers have been relentless in their attacks on Donald Trump. The only policy issue that seemed to get any significant attention was abortion.

Sheriff Javier Salazar was no exception. Addressing attendees in a Stetson hat, the Bexar County, TX, official became one of the first speakers at the DNC to address the border crisis – but it’s his prior comments that are raising eyebrows.

Sheriff Salazar explained the horrors of human trafficking before accusing Trump of being a “self-serving man” who refused to help law enforcement officials in the Lone Star State, a claim with no evidence for it and an overwhelming amount against.

“Kamala, on the other hand, has been fighting border crime for years,” he said. “She’s gone down to Mexico and worked to stop the traffickers, and when the traffickers didn’t stop, she put ’em in jail.”

Soon after, social media discovered that Salazar’s views on the administration have not always been so delightful, which you can see in a side-by-side comparison below:

In 2022, the sheriff pleaded “the President or a member of his administration that can make decisions to come down” and talk to law enforcement officials. “I’d like to see somebody from Washington come down here, get boots on the ground, and get eyes on the issue at hand,” he added in an interview with MSNBC.

Illegal entries into the U.S. have only increased further since that comment, so he can hardly claim he flip-flopped because the administration since did their job.

Many accused Salazar of selling out in order to appear at the DNC.

Many were also deeply critical of the sheriff whose office is located some 150 miles from the southern border.

Revised Job Creation Tally Raises More Questions Than Answers

The Biden-Harris administration was forced to admit discrepancies in jobs creation reporting in its biggest downward revision in 15 years.

The administration, which previously boasted of creating over 15 million jobs, was forced to revise its own figures by a staggering 818,000 jobs for the previous year alone. President Biden, whose achievements are being carefully handpicked for the Vice President’s election campaign, has repeatedly praised the “record” job creation figures since January 2021.

A downward revision had been expected for some time. In March, economists from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. estimated job creation figures to be around 600,000 less than government figures indicated at the time, while JPMorgan Chase & Co. forecasters predicted a decline of 360,000.

However, Wednesday’s revision stretches beyond even the most conservative estimates, and marks the largest downward alteration in payroll growth since the 2008 financial crisis.

Such a large-scale revision has raised more questions than answers. It comes during an election year where a resurgent Donald Trump threatens to deal a humiliating defeat for a Democratic Party in sheer disdain for the former president, with some questioning whether the true figures are even worse than admitted.

It also raises questions regarding trust in the federal government.

Venezuelan Illegal Alien Tries To Get Into DNC… Here’s How It Went

A key issue for Kamala Harris during her vice presidency has been the border.

Appointed the “Border Czar” early on during the Biden administration, Harris has overseen the biggest increase in illegal immigration in U.S. history. Desperate to escape poverty and high crime rates in the socialist country, a large number of illegal aliens have come from Venezuela.

It’s an issue which Democrats have largely avoided talking about during its four-day Harris confirmation party. Of course, the Democratic National Convention wouldn’t want anyone just wandering in, and so conservative broadcaster Steve Coates decided to test how principled they truly were, and tried to see if they’d allow in a Venezuelan illegal alien named Edwin.

The two began by simply trying to walk into the DNC, but were quickly turned away by officials guarding a 12ft fence. Both Coates and Edwin were told they required credentials to enter, so went off to the credentials office to find out more.

Upon arrival, Coates was asked whether anyone had filled in an application for Edwin to enter the DNC. Despite not being required this to enter the country – something Democrats have no problem with – Edwin was unable to enter the DNC without a valid application form, and two were ejected from the credentials office.

A further test of the security measures proved unsuccessful, but Edwin was told he would be unable to meet his “Democratic friends” without the appropriate credentials. Now 0-3 in his attempts to enter, a disappointed Edwin left without entering the DNC.

Many, including owner of X Elon Musk, called out the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party.

Others praised the video, with one even calling for the GOP to use it as a political ad!

Democratic National Convention Speaker Slams Impact On Education During COVID Despite Party’s Reluctance To Reopen Schools

In a humiliating twist of irony, the Democratic National Convention invited a speaker who criticized the decision to close schools during the COVID-19 pandemic, who apparently didn’t’ realize that Democrats and leftist Teachers Unions were behind 100% of those closing decisions.

“Too many kids were forced to go online class in McDonald’s parking lots,” he told the DNC.

The decision to reopen schools for in-person learning ultimately resided with individual school districts, and Democrat areas overwhelmingly resisted in-person education, largely in part due to the pressure from teaching unions, as revealed by Corey A. DeAngelis, author of “The Parent Revolution: Rescuing Your Kids from the Radicals Ruining Our Schools.”

He pointed to the Chicago Teachers Union, who went as far as to accuse those wanting open schools as having views rooted in “sexism, racism, and misogyny.”

Academic studies also found a correlation between political affiliation and the likelihood of a school remaining closed. In one, published in June 2021 by Cambridge University Press, its authors found “that mass partisanship and vested interests best explain the degree to which schools reopened. Republican districts were far more likely to reopen in person, while Democrat districts with stronger unions relied more on remote learning.”

Likewise, another study found that “decisions were more tied to local political partisanship and union strength than to COVID-19 severity”, adding that “Republicans in the public were also more favorable than Democrats toward in-person learning.”

Finally, DeAngelis noted that Democrats previously ran an attack ad against then-President Donald Trump for his calls to reopen schools during the pandemic.

The DNC Platform Featured FIVE References To “Biden’s Second Term”

The Democratic National Convention kicked off on Monday, August 19, but its arrival marked a disaster for the party’s copy editors (if they exist at all) with multiple references to President Joe Biden’s “second term” across the official platform.

Biden announced his decision to not stand for re-election four weeks and a day before the DNC began in Chicago, IL. His announcement, while still a landmark moment, was expected for some weeks prior with pressure mounting from senior Democrats calling him to stand aside.

In his statement posted on X, Biden endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor to take on Donald Trump at November’s election, which all-but confirmed her status as the Democrats’ presidential nominee.

Yet, despite four weeks of the Democrats promoting Harris as a movement for change from the administration she’s currently in, it appears some staffers within the party missed the memo.

Before a hasty editorial change, the DNC platform – which describes the events for the party’s quadrennial ceremony – featured five references to the administration’s plans for “Biden’s second term”. Such pledges include greater border security, research into AI, and his push for Supreme Court reform.

While perhaps just an oversight, the mishaps do not bode well for a Harris campaign which seeks to differentiate itself from the failings of the Biden administration.

Others made reference to the AI model ChatGPT.

Harley-Davidson Announces Removal Of Woke DEI Policies, Although Not All Are Convinced

Motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson has pledged to end so-called “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)” measures within its organization in a huge victory for conservatives. However, some remain unconvinced by the pledged changes.

The company follows in the footsteps of John Deere and Tractor Supply, who’ve both recently revoked DEI policies following a campaign by conservative commentator Robby Starbuck, who is now three for three in his campaigns against corporate DEI policies.

In a statement, Harley-Davidson said it was “saddened by the negativity on social media” in a reference to Starbuck’s campaign.

“It is critical to our business that we hire and retain the best talent and that all employees feel welcome,” the company explained. “That said, we have not operated a DEI function since April 2024, and we do not have a DEI function today. We do not have hiring quotas and we no longer have supplier diversity spend goals.” Naturally, most aren’t convinced about that.

It also announced plans to “focus exclusively on growing the sport of motorcycling” as a consumer brand, while pledging to no longer participate in Human Rights Campaign (HRC) scoring – a woke measure of how LGBTQ+-friendly a company is – going forward. Furthermore, Harley-Davidson added that employee training would be “absent of socially motivated content” effective immediately.

Starbuck – who told Fox News that he wanted to “bring down DEI and wokeism in corporate America” – shared the statement on his X profile to widespread support from social media users.

However, many were skeptical over the planned changes with the current CEO still in place.

What’s your view? Does the CEO need to go until you’re fully convinced? Let us know in the comments below.
