Joe Rogan Exposes the Fatal Flaw with Democratic Socialists [WATCH]

Podcast megastar Joe Rogan took direct aim at socialism as Democratic Socialists of America candidates eke out wins in Democrat primary contests across the nation.

Rogan argued that the appeal of Democratic socialism falls apart once its policies move from slogans to enforcement. His criticism centered on power, authority, and the force he said would be needed to make the agenda work.

He made the comments while speaking with guest Andrew Wilson.

Their discussion focused on why some socialist policies are presented as workable examples, while Rogan said the broader project faces a deeper problem.

“And they think that this idea of Democratic socialism is a really good idea because there are some examples of socialist policies that do work, like the fire department, and there’s a bunch of stuff that makes sense,” Rogan said as he and Wilson talked.

That point, however, was not where Rogan stopped.

He said the trouble begins when those ideas are imposed through government power.

“But the problem with enforcing any of this stuff that they don’t understand is it always comes down to power,” he continued.

Rogan then framed the issue in blunt terms, saying that Democratic socialism depends on authority backed by force.

To him, the flaw is not merely about funding, but about what government must do to compel compliance.

“You have to have massive authority and usually guns, because you can’t just steal people’s money,” he said.

He followed by pointing to a hypothetical tax aimed at high earners.

Rogan said people would not simply accept a sweeping government demand for everything above a certain income level.

“They’re not going to let you just come in and decide, hey, we just devised a new tax where everybody who makes more than $500,000 a year… everything over that, you have to give 100% to the state,” he concluded.

Bill Maher Splits with the Left to Blast Anthony Fauci After Explosive Senate Hearing [WATCH]

Bill Maher took aim at Dr. Anthony Fauci on HBO’s “Real Time,” sharply criticizing the former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director over his handling of the coronavirus pandemic and the debate about where the virus began, as reported by Fox News.

The comedian and talk show host spoke out days after Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right 111 times during a Senate hearing focused on his pandemic response.

Maher accused Fauci of misleading the public about the origins of the virus, which the article said was responsible for over seven million confirmed deaths worldwide.

“He was caught in actual lies,” Maher said, adding, “The big issue to me is the origin of this, which is very important. How did it start?”

Maher pointed to Fauci’s earlier claims that the virus came from animal-to-human contact at a wet market in Wuhan, China.

According to Maher, Fauci rejected the idea that the virus could have escaped from a lab even though other scientists were raising concerns.

“And he knew better,” Maher said. He added that Fauci’s diary showed what he was saying to other scientists, who were saying, “No, absolutely.”

Fox News Digital said it reached out to Fauci for comment.

Maher also addressed the theory that the virus came from either an accidental or intentional leak from a Chinese laboratory in the same city where the first cases originated.

The comedian criticized Fauci over a key issue from the hearing, where he was questioned about National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases funding of controversial research in China.

Fox News Digital said it had previously covered Fauci’s strong denial that the research method, which involves scientists changing the genetics of a virus to better understand and treat it, caused samples to break free from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Maher said the subject should have been open to debate, even as he made clear he would have opposed that type of research. “I think that’s what did happen.”

In June 2025, the World Health Organization released a report stating that “the weight of available evidence … suggests zoonotic spillover … either directly from bats or through an intermediate host.”

Maher then criticized how the lab leak theory became controversial, saying the backlash against discussing it was tied more to social issues than scientific evidence.

“We could have had that debate in a rational way,” Maher said. “We didn’t want to do that. Because why? Because we make everything about race. And this is one of the repercussions in this.”

Maher said the pandemic created a racial stigma around the lab leak theory and made the topic seem unacceptable to discuss.

“You couldn’t say it escaped from the lab, because that was the racist point of view somehow — that the entire Asian continent would have been somehow complicit in this because it escaped from the [lab],” Maher said. “It was ridiculous.”

“But that is where they went,” the comedian continued. “You were racist if you said this escaped from a lab. I think we’ve morphed from a place where we want to obviously not be prejudiced against anybody, to where people of color can never do any wrong.”

The article framed Maher’s comments as a notable break from other left-leaning figures in media who have historically supported Fauci.

Curtis Houck, managing editor of NewsBusters at the Media Research Center, told Fox News Digital that Maher was saying what liberal media figures would not.

“Once again, Bill Maher is willing to level with the country in a way the liberal, elitist media never would,” Houck said. “The press should be capable of calling balls and strikes.”

“But when it comes to most things and their dear Saint Fauci, they must protect him at all costs by either explaining away his damaging diary entries or not covering them at all,” he continued. “The media have made the decision to be joined at the hip with Fauci, even as his credibility has dropped off a cliff.”

Perez Hilton Rushed to Hospital After Livestreamed Apparent Self Harm Video in Miami Home [WATCH]

Perez Hilton was safely recovered from his Miami home and taken to a local hospital after the celebrity blogger shared what appeared to be a video in which he harmed himself.

Page Six reported that authorities confirmed Tuesday night they had received “multiple calls” about an individual livestreaming acts of self-harm on social media, as reported by Page Six.

Deputies were sent to investigate after those calls came in. The response centered on Hilton’s Miami home, where officials later said he was alone inside.

According to authorities, officers spoke with Hilton’s family members who were already at the scene. After confirming the situation, they decided to “tactfully disengage” while continuing to “monitor the situation.”

The Sheriff’s Office later said Hilton had been safely recovered and transported to a local hospital, “where he is receiving medical attention.”

The agency also said its Crisis Response Unit and Licensed Mental Health Professionals were on scene. They were providing support and resources to Hilton’s family.

Hilton’s representatives, Golden Artists Entertainment figures Dante Rusciolelli and Rebekah Kochan, told Page Six they were aware of the situation involving their client. They said they “are aware of the concerning content circulating online.”

“At this time, we have not been able to make direct contact with him, despite our ongoing efforts to reach him,” they added. They also said they would not speculate or comment further until they had confirmed information.

Rusciolelli and Kochan said they appreciated the public’s concern. They also asked that Hilton’s privacy be respected at this time.

Page Six said it reached out to representatives for Hilton for additional comment and details. No further comment was included in the report.

Hilton, whose birth name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr., is 48. He is the father of three children, all welcomed via surrogacy.

The incident follows a serious medical period earlier this year. In March, Hilton was hospitalized for three weeks after taking flu medication on an empty stomach.

“My stupidity landed me in the hospital for 21 days. It was the worst and best thing that’s ever happened to me,” he said in a YouTube video shared that month.

In that same video, Hilton described the ordeal as a “crazy saga.” He said he had “had the flu for about a week” but had failed to “take any of my medication with food.”

Hilton said he “developed an ulcer and then a perforation and then sepsis” as a result. He recounted his hospital stay and said the experience changed the way he wanted to spend time with his family.

“I’m going to have dinner with my kids and my mom every night from now on,” he pledged.

In April, Hilton shared another health update and said he needed “emergency surgery” for a “massive” blood clot. The update came after the earlier hospitalization he had described publicly.

“I have a deep vein thrombosis,” Hilton said at the time, sharing that he would undergo a “thrombectomy” procedure. “I am so thankful to God that we caught this early because if that blood clot had gone to my lungs or my heart, it could have been real bad.”

After that medical scare, Hilton said he had found God. He spoke emotionally about the experience and described it as something that had changed his life.

“I’ve been crying, but happy tears. Happy tears. Because this is just, this is just so crazy. I’ve been reading the Bible, and so much of what is said here I had already been thinking of,” he said while holding up a Bible. “It’s just overwhelming in the best, most beautiful way.”

The report also included help information for readers affected by the issues raised in the story. It directed people to crisis support resources.

Tate McRae Responds to MAGA Speculation After Morgan Wallen Collaboration and Jack Hughes Controversy

Tate McRae is addressing questions about MAGA affiliations after her country music collaboration and her reported relationship with NHL star Jack Hughes both drew political attention, as reported by Fox News.

McRae, 23, teamed with Morgan Wallen last year on “What I Want,” the fifth single from his album “I’m the Problem.” The song opened at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and became her first song to reach the top of that chart.

The attention did not stop with the song. Her reported relationship with Hughes also became part of the conversation after he joined teammates and laughed at a joke made by President Trump during a congratulatory call for their Olympic hockey win.

When Variety asked why it mattered for the “You Broke Me First” singer to move around those conversations carefully, McRae pointed to her conduct rather than making a broad political statement.

“I like to say my piece through organizations I support and the environment that I have on tour,” she said.

Variety noted that McRae posted a TikTok last year promoting a “Little Miss Possessive” sweatshirt. Proceeds from that sweatshirt went to the Global Fund for Women and The Trevor Project, a suicide prevention nonprofit for LGBTQ+ youth.

“I think it’s pretty obvious what kind of person I am and the things I support. And I hope that my fans can see that through the things that I’m putting my energy towards.”

McRae also made clear that she tries to protect her private life as public speculation grows. That has included attention surrounding Hughes and the reaction to the U.S. men’s hockey team.

During a celebration of their Olympic gold win this summer, the U.S. men’s hockey team received a phone call from the president through FBI Director Kash Patel, who was in the room at the time.

Trump invited the team to his State of the Union. He also drew reaction online after saying, “I must tell you we’re going to have to bring the women too; you do know that. Believe me, I probably would be impeached, okay?”

Hughes, who scored the game-winning goal, was seen laughing with his teammates. Multiple mainstream media outlets later published opinion pieces criticizing the men’s team for laughing at the joke and for visiting the White House to celebrate and attending Trump’s State of the Union address.

“I try to keep my relationships as sacred and private as possible,” the singer said.

“I love the people in my life. They love me. You just try to keep that circle as positive and supportive as possible.”

She added, “And the outside noise, I can’t do anything about that. Focusing my energy on something that I can’t control, it just puts me in a bad mood.”

McRae recently finished her 88-stop “Miss Possessive” tour, which grossed more than $100 million and reinforced her newly appointed star status. After the tour, she reflected on how emotionally draining the experience became.

“I remember reading Sylvia Plath being like, ‘I am her,'” she said. “My thoughts felt so dark at the time, and I felt so lonely. I really needed to come back into my body and regulate my nervous system.”

“I was so shot after the tour. I couldn’t really sleep at night. I’d seen so much of myself that I was like, ‘I want to go into a black room and not look in a mirror for six months.'”

She added, “And I think I really had to check myself and be like, ‘You’re not the worst person in the world. You’re not the ugliest person in the world. You haven’t done everything wrong. And, you know, you’re just doing what you love.'”

McRae is already working on her fourth studio album. She also recently headlined Lollapalooza and is set to perform at Montreal’s Osheaga Festival, which will mark her first festival performance in her home country.

“There’s always thought about how you want your legacy to go down,” she said. “For me, the way to do that is try to beat your last performance, try to beat your last song, try to grow, evolve, pick it apart, rip it apart, figure out what didn’t work, what I didn’t like about that performance, what I could have done better, why I was nervous, figure out how to not be nervous.”

“I think the more you can master yourself and your performances, the better you get.”

Phil Collins’ Brush with Death Left His Children Bracing for the Unthinkable

Phil Collins has opened up about a frightening medical crisis that brought his family to his hospital bedside and left his children preparing for the possibility that he might not survive, as reported by Fox News.

The music icon told The Sunday Times that the crisis unfolded in 2024 while he was dealing with serious health problems and alcoholism. At the time, Collins was unconscious in a Swiss hospital.

His manager contacted his five children, Lily, Joely, Simon, Nicolas and Matthew, as doctors faced urgent questions about his care. Collins said the situation had become so grave that his family was drawn into conversations no child wants to face.

“Because there were some decisions to be made about ‘Do we keep Phil on life support?’ kind of thing,” he told The Sunday Times.

Collins described how his body was failing during the ordeal. “My kidneys were packing up, my organs were just seizing up,” he explained. “People were coming to say goodbye.”

The singer said he has little memory of the hospital scene itself. Still, his children had to carry the fear that their visit could become a final farewell.

“But I don’t remember them coming,” he admitted. “I didn’t have no idea this was going on. They were all worried that they wouldn’t see me again. It could all have gone so terribly wrong.”

Surviving the crisis led Collins to make a major decision about alcohol. He described his survival as something he does not take lightly.

“I was very lucky to have come out of that,” Collins told the publication, adding, “Needless to say, I haven’t had a drink since.”

After the scare, Collins spent time reconnecting with his children. The moments were especially emotional for Lily, who had feared she might not get that time with her father again.

Lily “was sitting beside me in tears, saying, ‘I never thought I’d get these moments,'” he recalled.

“We had an incredible time,” he added. “I can’t overemphasize how fantastic it was.”

Although Collins survived, his health concerns have continued. During an appearance on the BBC podcast “Eras” earlier this year, he described his condition as an “ongoing thing.”

He said he now relies on a nurse living with him to help make sure he takes his medication properly. Collins also said he has faced problems with his knee and that many things that could go wrong with his health did go wrong.

Collins has been open about the personal struggles that came alongside his declining health. That includes his yearslong battle with alcoholism, which he also addressed in his 2016 autobiography, “Not Dead Yet.”

His career remains one of the most successful in popular music. Collins became known as both the drummer and later the lead singer of Genesis before becoming a major solo star in the 1980s.

As a solo artist, Collins sold more than 100 million records worldwide. His hits include “In the Air Tonight,” “Against All Odds,” “Sussudio,” “One More Night” and “Another Day in Paradise.”

In “Not Dead Yet,” Collins wrote about how retirement changed his life and how drinking filled a painful void. He also wrote about being alone in Switzerland with Johnnie Walker and Grey Goose as his alcoholism took hold.

Collins said his fall into alcoholism came after decades of avoiding it. He wrote that he was retired and content before too much time on his hands became part of the problem.

He also made clear how dangerous that period became. Collins wrote that he filled the void with booze, and that it nearly killed him.

Now, the singer is speaking about a health crisis that nearly took him from his family. For Collins, the ordeal became both a warning and a turning point.

Scott Eastwood Says He Threatened to Whoop Shia LaBeouf During Tense Set Clash [WATCH]

Scott Eastwood is revisiting a tense moment with Shia LaBeouf from the set of the 2014 film “Fury,” saying the exchange nearly turned physical before Brad Pitt stepped in, as reported by Fox News.

During an appearance on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, Eastwood, 40, described what he called an incident involving LaBeouf while the actors were working on the World War II movie.

“There was sort of an incident that happened,” Eastwood said. “I’ve talked about it. Brad Pitt sort of broke up a little, a tense moment .”

LaBeouf played tank gunner Boyd “Bible” Swan in “Fury.” Eastwood said LaBeouf was a “very method” actor and claimed he pulled out his tooth and cut himself at one point.

Eastwood said that approach immediately made him want to keep his distance.

“And I remember thinking, ‘OK, this guy’s crazy. I’m just going to keep clear from this guy.’ I don’t play this game. You go and do that, but there’s plenty of ways to do a performance in a movie and be professional also, right?”

The tension, Eastwood said, centered on something his own character was doing during filming. He claimed LaBeouf took issue with him “spitting tobacco on the tank,” even though Eastwood said the action was written in the script.

Eastwood said the situation eventually reached a breaking point. “And then finally, I just said, ‘Enough’s enough.’ I said, ‘Hey, f*ck you.’ I said, ‘Stop pulling your sh*t.’ I said, ‘I’m going to whoop your a**,’” he continued. “And then, you know, he got … And then everyone broke it up.”

The actor did not frame the moment as an isolated frustration with Hollywood behavior.

During a recent appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast, Eastwood discussed a separate experience with an unnamed celebrity who left a film after production had already started.

“Without saying any names … people get too famous for too long. They think the world owes them something,” Eastwood said.

According to Eastwood, the actor decided they no longer wanted to work with another person on the project after money had already been spent. He said the decision left others dealing with the fallout.

“They decided after we’d already spent a bunch of money that they just didn’t want to work with this other person and didn’t want to do the job,” Eastwood claimed. “I was like, ‘You need to pay that money back to the person who invested in you.’ And they said, ‘I’m not going to do that.'”

Eastwood said the actor left the project even though it was centered on “their story.” He called the situation “shocking” and “unbelievable” as he described what he saw as unprofessional conduct.

The “Lucky Strike” actor, who is the son of Oscar-winning filmmaker Clint Eastwood, said the experience made him think about a larger issue in the entertainment business.

“I’ve seen some behavior in this business that is shocking,” Eastwood said. “That would not go in other industries, but for some reason because we idolize [actors]…”

Although Eastwood was blunt about the negative experiences he described, he said he still very much enjoys what he does.

Spencer Pratt Rips Ben Affleck Over Resurfaced Addiction Recovery Claim [WATCH]

Spencer Pratt is calling out Ben Affleck after a clip resurfaced from Affleck’s 2021 appearance on “The Howard Stern Show,” where the actor spoke about addiction, recovery, and suffering, as reported by Fox News.

Affleck, 53, has publicly discussed his battle with alcoholism for years. In the resurfaced clip, the Oscar winner reflected on his sobriety and said, “The cure for addiction is suffering.”

The comments drew a sharp response from Pratt, who reposted the clip on Monday and criticized Affleck’s view of addiction. Pratt, a former Los Angeles mayoral candidate, made the city’s addiction crisis one of the central issues of his campaign.

“I’d love for Ben to join me on Skid Row and explain his addiction theory to the methed out psychos skinning dogs alive and sleeping in their own feces,” Pratt wrote. “Plenty of suffering out there, and yet…somehow the addiction persists. I wonder what the difference is…”

Fox News Digital has reached out to representatives for Affleck and Pratt for comment.

In the resurfaced interview, Affleck argued that suffering had been the turning point in his own recovery. He said the things he feared losing most were not related to his career or money, but to his family.

Affleck said his relationship with his children became central to that realization. “I recognized it. It was the worst day of my life. I made amends.”

The actor added that he wondered for a time whether the feeling would last. “But since that day, I swear to Christ, I have not ever wanted to drink once.”

Pratt, 42, entered the Los Angeles mayoral race after losing his home in the devastating Palisades Fire in January 2025. He announced his campaign on the first anniversary of the disaster.

During the campaign, the “The Hills” alum argued that Los Angeles was facing an addiction crisis that was driving much of the city’s visible homelessness. In March, Pratt said, “LA doesn’t have a homeless problem. We have a drug problem.”

Pratt repeatedly supported active intervention for people suffering from severe addiction. He argued that some people should be placed into involuntary treatment under California’s expanded conservatorship law, SB 43, because many were incapable of seeking help on their own.

In May, Pratt unveiled a five-step plan that centered on addiction treatment rather than housing. The plan proposed large rehabilitation campuses on federal land outside residential neighborhoods.

His plan also called for ending taxpayer-funded distribution of drug paraphernalia and enforcing existing drug laws. It also included partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration to target fentanyl dealers, organized drug trafficking, and international cartels operating in LA.

Pratt also said the city should crack down on what he described as NGOs and organizations that bus addicts into Los Angeles from other states to receive services. As part of his campaign, he pointed to reports of abused dogs on Skid Row and framed them as another consequence of the city’s drug crisis.

He also repeatedly accused Mayor Karen Bass and Councilmember Nithya Raman of spending billions on homelessness without adequately addressing addiction. Pratt conceded the mayoral race in June, but has continued to weigh in on Los Angeles addiction, homelessness and public safety issues through social media.

Affleck first sought treatment for alcohol addiction in 2001. He has also spoken about later rehab stays in 2017 and 2018.

The “Argo” star has described alcoholism as a lifelong struggle and has acknowledged relapses. He has said his three children, Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 14, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, have motivated his commitment to sobriety.

During a 2020 appearance on “ABC News” with Diane Sawyer, Affleck spoke about growing up with an alcoholic father. “My dad, he was drunk every day, and that was just life,” he recalled.

“Then as that got worse, that was really, really painful. But I always said, that would never be me. I am never going to do that.”

Affleck said that experience shaped how he views sobriety as a parent. “I wish he had been sober during those formative years, but what he’s taught me is how important it is for me to be sober

ABC Brings Rosie O’Donnell Back to The View for Anniversary Season [WATCH]

Rosie O’Donnell announced that she will return to ABC’s The View for the program’s 30th anniversary season, marking another appearance on the daytime talk show years after leaving as a co-host.

O’Donnell shared the news during a recent interview while also reflecting on the strained relationship she previously had with longtime moderator Whoopi Goldberg.

O’Donnell made the comments during an appearance on The Tangle podcast with host Kyle Ridley.

During the interview, Ridley asked whether The View had invited her back as a guest.

The former co-host confirmed that producers had extended invitations in the past but said she had been reluctant to return because of her previous experience alongside Goldberg.

“They’ve asked me before, but you know, when I was there last, I had sort of a tense time with Whoopi,” O’Donnell said.

She explained that when she joined the panel, she envisioned a collaborative working relationship with Goldberg and believed the two would complement one another on the show.

“I admire her EGOT status, I have respect for her, and I expected that we would be like, you know, Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan passing the ball back and forth and then shooting, and, you know, leading the team to victory,” O’Donnell said.

“But that’s not exactly what happened.”

According to O’Donnell, she believes Goldberg may have viewed her arrival differently than she did.

“And I think maybe she felt encroached upon in some way, and I was not trying to encroach,” O’Donnell said.

“I was just doing it the way that I knew how to do it, and it didn’t go so well.”

Although O’Donnell acknowledged the tension that existed between the two during her previous stint on the program, she said the relationship has improved since then.

Even so, she explained that she had been hesitant to return because she did not want to create an uncomfortable situation.

Despite those reservations, O’Donnell said she plans to appear during The View’s upcoming 30th anniversary celebration, bringing her back to the program where she served as a co-host during two separate tenures.

The announcement comes as ABC prepares to celebrate three decades of the daytime talk show, which has featured numerous hosts and panelists since its debut.

O’Donnell remains one of the program’s best-known former co-hosts, having generated headlines during both of her runs on the show through frequent political commentary and on-air debates.

Her comments also offered additional insight into one of the more discussed relationships among former The View personalities.

While speculation has surrounded her interactions with Goldberg for years, O’Donnell said she respected Goldberg throughout their time together even though the partnership did not unfold as she had anticipated.

The interview did not indicate that O’Donnell would be returning as a permanent co-host.

Instead, her planned appearance is tied specifically to the show’s anniversary season, which is expected to include visits from former hosts as ABC commemorates the program’s history.

WATCH:

News of O’Donnell’s planned return quickly generated reactions online following the podcast interview, with many commentators weighing in on the announcement and revisiting her previous time on the panel.

Her remarks about Goldberg also renewed discussion about the dynamics between former co-hosts during one of the show’s most closely watched periods.

For now, O’Donnell said she is prepared to return for the anniversary celebration after previously declining invitations, while making clear that her earlier hesitation stemmed from the working relationship she experienced with Goldberg during her last appearance on the program.

Her participation in the 30th anniversary season will mark another chapter in her long history with The View, one that she acknowledged included both professional success and on-air tension.

‘Absolute Coward’: Aaron Rodgers Goes Nuclear on Fauci and the COVID Regime [WATCH]

NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers criticized former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci during a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show from the Pittsburgh Steelers’ training camp, using the discussion to question Fauci’s decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment during a Senate hearing and to criticize media coverage of the proceedings.

The exchange began as host Pat McAfee asked Rodgers about his decision to return for what Rodgers has described as his final NFL season.

McAfee referenced Rodgers’ previous comments about his wife encouraging him to play another year and the presence of Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy.

“A couple of times today, because you’ve been very open about coming back for this year, last rodeo, and you talked about your wife saying, ‘Hey, have another year.’ Mike McCarthy being here, obviously a big deal. Can you tell us about the mindset of coming into your last season?” McAfee asked.

He followed up by asking Rodgers how his outlook compares with previous seasons.

“Like, that’s a real thing. It feels like, because is everything better? Is everything funner? Is everything more awesome? How do you view this year versus maybe the years of the past?” McAfee asked.

Rather than answering the football-related question directly, Rodgers pivoted to the recent Senate hearing involving Fauci.

“I’m gonna plead the Fifth. Like that absolute coward Tony Fauci. Absolute coward. Are you kidding me?” Rodgers said.

Rodgers then questioned Fauci’s decision to invoke the Fifth Amendment after receiving a presidential pardon.

“You got a pardon and you pleaded over 100 times at the White House? What are you scared of, Tony? I thought you were the science. I thought you were, ‘I am science,’ and you get up there and you can’t answer a question?” Rodgers said.

Rodgers also criticized national news organizations, arguing they devoted significant attention to him during the COVID-19 pandemic but gave comparatively little coverage to Fauci’s Senate appearance.

“And how much time did the networks spend on that? How much time did they spend on my responses every week? My vaccination status? On Taylor and Travis’ wedding? Did they do even a minute on Tony Fauci?! I bet they didn’t,” Rodgers said.

WATCH:

Rodgers’ comments came days after Fauci appeared under subpoena before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

During the hearing, Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination in response to numerous questions from lawmakers.

Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times during the proceeding.

Following the hearing, Fox News reporters attempted to question Fauci outside his residence.

“Dr. Fauci, do you regret the way you handled the hearing – pleading the Fifth [Amendment] so much?” a Fox News reporter shouted.

“Is there anything you would do different, sir?” the reporter also asked.

Fauci did not respond to the questions and entered his home without commenting.

WATCH:

The hearing marked one of Fauci’s highest-profile public appearances since leaving government service.

Lawmakers questioned him about issues related to the federal government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, though Fauci declined to answer numerous questions by invoking his constitutional rights.

Rodgers has remained one of Fauci’s most outspoken critics since the pandemic.

During previous appearances on The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers frequently criticized COVID-19 policies, vaccine mandates, and media coverage surrounding the pandemic.

His latest remarks continued that criticism, focusing on Fauci’s Senate testimony and the amount of attention the hearing received compared with other stories involving Rodgers himself.

Rodgers argued that media organizations extensively covered his own comments and vaccination status during the pandemic while giving comparatively little attention to Fauci’s appearance before Congress and his repeated invocation of the Fifth Amendment.

Sydney Sweeney Turns Up the Heat in Lingerie Brand Mirror Selfies [WATCH]

Sydney Sweeney is putting the spotlight on Syrn with a new Instagram post that leans into the racy style. The 28-year-old actress shared a series of photos promoting her lingerie brand while posing for mirror selfies in a coordinated pastel look, as reported by Fox News.

In the images, Sweeney wore a white bra decorated with small pink floral details. She layered a pastel green button-up shirt over it, leaving the shirt open as she posed for the camera.

A post shared by Sydney Sweeney (@sydney_sweeney)

She completed the outfit with matching white underwear that could be seen under her pastel green shorts. The styling kept the focus on the lingerie while also matching the playful color palette of the post.

Sweeney was not alone in the photos, as model Amélie Tremblay appeared beside her. Tremblay wore the yellow version of the same bra and added a matching pastel pink set, which she buttoned halfway.

The two posed together with big smiles, hands raised and plenty of energy. In the accompanying video, they jumped around and danced to “Everybody Talks” by the Neon Trees.

Fans quickly reacted to the pairing and the bright colors in the Instagram post. One commenter wrote, “Cosmo and Wanda think they slick ” in a reference to characters from the animated show “The Fairly Odd Parents” who wear green and pink.

Other comments focused on the collection itself and Sweeney’s appearance. One fan wrote, “Love everything about this collection ” while another added, “Absolutely Positively Unequivocally Beyond A Shadow Of A Doubt Stunning!! ”

The post fits into Sweeney’s recent habit of sharing risqué images with her social media followers.

She recently posted 20 images from a trip to Australia, where she is filming Netflix’s live-action “Gundam” movie.

Those Australia photos included one shot of Sweeney in a gray cardigan buttoned halfway down. She paired it with blue Syrn underwear with white lace, keeping the brand visible in another revealing social media moment.

Another image from that group was a close-up of Sweeney in a black and white gingham printed bikini top. The photo showed her stomach and continued the more provocative visual theme noted in the report.

During season three of ‘Euphoria,’ her character’s storyline involved becoming an OnlyFans model, which led to multiple provocative scenes.

One scene included Sweeney dressing in a fetish-inspired dog costume. Many fans called it “humiliating” for the actress, turning the scene into one of the more talked-about parts of the season.

Sweeney responded to the criticism by sharing a slideshow of photos that showed some of the more controversial outfits from the show. She captioned the post, “It’s called… acting.”

“Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson told The New York Times in June that he initially considered avoiding nudity in the storyline. Levinson also said Sweeney told him, “Are you kidding? I’m playing an OnlyFans model. You’re telling me you’re going to, like, skirt around it?”

The latest Syrn post returns the attention to Sweeney’s own brand rather than one of her screen roles. With Tremblay beside her and fans filling the comments, the mirror selfies became another polished social media showcase for the actress and her lingerie line.
