Former National Security Adviser John Bolton has lost both his security clearance and Secret Service protection, as President Donald Trump moves to remove what he describes as “deep-state actors” from positions of influence.
The decision comes amid Trump’s ongoing efforts to reshape the federal government and hold former officials accountable for actions deemed detrimental to national security.
Shortly after Trump assumed office, the Secret Service detail assigned to Bolton was terminated.

Bolton responded on X, formerly Twitter, expressing his dissatisfaction with the decision while contrasting Trump’s actions with those of his successor, Joe Biden.
“I am disappointed but not surprised that President Trump has decided to terminate the protection previously provided by the United States Secret Service,” Bolton wrote.
He noted that Biden extended his protection in 2021 despite Bolton’s public criticisms of Biden’s national-security policies.
Bolton referenced the continuing threats to his safety, citing a 2022 criminal case against an Iranian Revolutionary Guard official accused of attempting to hire a hitman to target him.
“That threat remains today, as also demonstrated by the recent arrest of someone trying to arrange for President Trump’s own assassination,” Bolton stated.
I am disappointed but not surprised that President Trump has decided to terminate the protection previously provided by the United States Secret Service. Notwithstanding my criticisms of President Biden's national-security policies, he nonetheless made the decision to extend…
In addition to losing his Secret Service protection, Bolton’s security clearance was revoked following the publication of his 2019 memoir, which detailed his time in the Trump administration.
Not only did President Trump pull John Bolton’s security clearance, but he also pulled his security detail.
Radical progressive Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is now scrambling to find ways to bring state charges against January 6 prisoners who were pardoned by President Donald Trump.
Krasner is exploring the possibility of bringing charges against Pennsylvania residents, CNN’s Marshall Cohen reported.
The Soros-backed district attorney’s plans to charge the J6 protesters would likely face significant legal hurdles, such as double jeopardy.
However, he maintains, “You can have a state prosecution for conduct that was not fully encompassed in the federal prosecution.”
Past attempts to bring state charges against individuals are usually unsuccessful due to constitutional protections against double jeopardy.
Krasner said he is now scouring over federal charging documents in order to find prosecutable conduct that was not covered in the January 6 prosecutions.
I remember the Philly Riots of 2020
Over 2,000 rioters were arrested and 95% of those cases were dropped by Larry Krasner by 2021
For instance, he said he is looking into cases that involved “assaults on officers” and “collaboration with far-right extremist groups such as the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys.”
The Soros-funded attorney referenced a number of Pennsylvania laws that could be used to prosecute the Trump supporters, including the misuse of technology for criminal activities, election-related offenses, and state conspiracy laws.
Krasner vowed to bring “accountability” for those charged during the protests, calling them Trump’s “co-conspirators.”
It’s worth noting that Krasner’s response to the January 6 protests is in stark contrast to the violent Black Lives Matter riots in 2020, which saw Police officers assaulted, and dozens of buildings and vehicles torched.
Following the BLM riots, Krasner withdrew 80 percent of commercial burglary charges brought against rioters, and also those brought in the Walter Wallace riots in October 2020.
A whopping 95 percent of the 2,000 rioters arrested in 2020 had their cases dropped by Krasner’s office.
More recently, Krasner changed a policy so that thefts under $500 would be no longer treated as lower-level offenses.
“Wawas are closing. They’re closing in Center City,” Dugan said in reference to regional convenience store Wawa, which made the decision to close most Philadelphia due to the crime rate.
“We can have all the politically correct reasons for why it’s happening and all that. But the reality of it is it’s because they couldn’t control the retail theft.”
President Donald Trump savaged a reporter for repeatedly interrupting him during a press conference on Tuesday, reminding him why the American people voted for him.
The reporter, NBC’s Peter Alexander, was asking Trump about some of the people that his administration pardoned who were involved in the January 6 riot in 2021.
In what appeared to be an attempt to pit Trump against Vice President JD Vance, the reporter asked him why Vance was “wrong” about something that he said.
However, when Trump began to answer the question, the reporter repeatedly interrupted him.
“Listen to me for a second,” Trump fired back.
“Stop interrupting.”
“They served years in jail and if you look at the American public, the American public is tired of it,” Trump said.
“Take a look at the election. Just look at the numbers on the election,” he continued. “We won this election in a landslide, because the American public is tired of people like you that are just one-sided, horrible people, in terms of crime.”
“You take a look at some of these DAs (District Attorneys), they go after political opponents, but they don’t go after people that shoot people in the street.
“We’re getting them out of the country and they’re going to be gotten out of the country first. They came in illegally from jails and from prisons. They killed many people.
“They were released into our country. That’s what we’re focussed on. Not the kind of nonsense you’re talking about.”
The President said that reporters like the one interrupting him “don’t talk about all the people that have been killed and what happens to those murderers.”
“Murderers get no time. You take a look at some of these DAs, they go after political opponents, but they don’t go after people that shoot people in the street,” Trump said.
A series of X posts shared in mid-January claimed that YouTube is trying to censor medical information shared by Dr. Drew, a board certified internist and addiction medical specialist, best known for his expert work in media.
YouTube is accused of removing two of Dr. Drew’s videos for allegedly spreading “medical misinformation.” The videos featured interviews with an MD and a lawyer. In one of the videos, “Dr. Kelly Victory shares her professional opinion about young people who were injured by mRNA side effects, saying the ‘vast majority of the people who have been injured are young, healthy people who were under the age of 50 who had fundamentally zero risk from COVID itself. They all got COVID. 98% of the population has documentation they’ve had COVID. These are people who would have been fine if they were just left alone.’”
Both Dr. Drew and Dr. Victory are board-certified and have practiced medicine for decades. “It is not medical misinformation for a licensed doctor to provide an opinion on a broadcast,” Dr. Drew wrote in the post.

Dr. Drew noted that YouTube did not censor a video of MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow telling her viewers that, “we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person. A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus, the virus does not infect them. The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else. It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to get more people,” even though this is untrue. According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), the certain vaccines, at best, showed a “reduced risk of SARS-CoV2-2-transmission.”

This is not the first time YouTube has attempted to censor Dr. Drew’s accounts. In the past, his producers were able to discuss the matter with representatives from the company, according to a follow-up X post.

Dr. Drew concluded by stating that YouTube is “free to stay on the wrong side of history.” Both episodes are still readily available on X and he is refusing to delete them “to appease Google’s unqualified, unlicensed, untrained, unidentified censors.”
Former Clinton pollster Mark Penn has slammed Joe Biden for pardoning Anthony Fauci, former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Retired Gen. Mark Milley, and members of the January 6 Committee.
The corruption is now so obvious even high-profile Democrats are speaking out.
Penn published a lengthy screed on Twitter/X torching Biden for the move.
Penn’s tweet reads:
“The last straw
Last minute pardons for Biden’s political accomplices were the plan all along. The pardons for drug dealers and commutations for murderers were just cover for the main act of these pardons and his son — all done after elections have passed.
The only administration to try to jail political opponents was not Trump’s but Biden’s, and it was the voters who rejected it with their votes.
There were legitimate questions on whether Fauci lied about his funding of gain of function research, whether Miley broke the chain of command and had unauthorized communications with the Chinese and whether the Jan 6th committee coached witnesses.
They may have all been right and truthful but there were questions, and they will all go unresolved now.
But Biden was elected lying to the public about his son’s business (which was eventually uncovered), sought to win reelection hiding his infirmities, (which was also eventually uncovered), and genuinely abused his office in the closing days of his presidency as his low ratings sink even lower.”
The last straw
Last minute pardons for Biden’s political accomplices were the plan all along. The pardons for drug dealers and commutations for murderers were just cover for the main act of these pardons and his son — all done after elections have passed.
As Joe Biden prepares to leave office on Monday, allegations of a years-long effort to obscure his cognitive decline have resurfaced, raising questions about the role of Democratic leaders and the media in shaping public perception.
Among those facing criticism is House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), who appeared on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday and was pressed about his past statements supporting Biden’s re-election bid.
During the interview, host Kristen Welker confronted Jeffries with a clip from February 2024 in which he described Biden as “definitely the strongest candidate to defeat Donald Trump.”
Welker then asked directly, “What do you say to Americans who believe you and other top Democrats misled them?”
Jeffries responded by emphasizing Biden’s role as the incumbent at the time, stating, “Well, Joe Biden was the incumbent president at the time. He was the candidate at the time. And I supported him at the time. And that was the right thing to do based on the incumbent president making the decision that he was going to run. Obviously things changed in late June and early July.”
He added, “But I think what’s most important at this moment is not for us to look backwards, but to look forward, solve problems for hard-working American taxpayers, and get things done. That’s what the American people want to happen.”
Welker pushed further, asking whether Jeffries and other Democrats had a responsibility to be more transparent about Biden’s condition.
Jeffries avoided addressing the question directly, instead pivoting to Biden’s accomplishments.
“What I saw behind closed doors was a president who was working hard to get things done to deliver for the American people on infrastructure, on driving down the high price of life-saving prescription drugs, on bringing domestic manufacturing jobs back home to the United States of America,” Jeffries said.
He continued, “It’s important to understand that President Biden inherited three different catastrophes on Day One: a democracy catastrophe, a public health catastrophe, and an economic catastrophe, all at the same time, and worked hard to put America in the strongest possible position moving forward.”
Critics argue that Democratic leaders and media outlets played an active role in downplaying or dismissing concerns about Biden’s cognitive abilities, prioritizing political interests over transparency.
The issue has been described by some as one of the most significant political scandals in recent history.
Over the years, multiple instances of Biden’s public gaffes and misstatements fueled speculation about his mental fitness.
Despite this, media outlets largely avoided in-depth coverage, and Democratic leaders repeatedly dismissed concerns as unfounded.
As Biden’s tenure comes to an end, some lawmakers and political analysts believe the lack of transparency has damaged public trust.
The perception of a coordinated effort to shield the president’s vulnerabilities has left many questioning the credibility of those involved.
With Biden stepping down and Trump set to take office again, the fallout from this controversy could have long-term implications for the Democratic Party and its relationship with the media.
For many Americans, the scandal has reinforced skepticism about the motives of political and media elites.
While Jeffries emphasized moving forward during his interview, calls for accountability and transparency continue to grow.

“Your party just engaged in the biggest coverup in modern American political history on Joe Biden.”
A high-profile leftist activist group has directed all of its members to wear black to mark President Donald Trump’s inauguration as a “national day of mourning.”
‘Occupy Democrats’ posted to its 10 million followers on Facebook:
“Don’t forget to wear all black on January 20th,” with an emoji of a broken heart.
The post was also published on Instagram, which also featured TDS-inspired hashtags.
Some respondents suggested, “We’ll be wearing black for the next 4 years.”
Others expressed how they felt more unsafe while labeling Trump a “rapist” and parroted their false media talking point.
We can expect a massive wave TDS for Monday.
Not a single American Flag spotted at the People’s March in DC protesting against Donald Trump
It will be glorious to watch all of those liberal meltdowns being posted on X.
Of course, taking pleasure in others’ suffering is nothing we should ever indulge in.
However, given what we’ve all been through in the last four years, perhaps a dash of smugness is in order.
As we reported on Monday, thousands of far-left protesters swamped Washington, D.C. to protest Trump’s inauguration.
Protesters chanted “Lock him up!” and other slogans, such as “Elon Musk has got to go!” as they marched through the nation’s capital.
We reported last week, other groups, such as Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) Coalition and the People’s Forum, which were responsible for vandalized American monuments last year, have begun publicizing plans in November to “fight back” against Trump’s second presidency
✊🏽In just one week, on January 20, 70+ cities across the country will take to the streets to say WE WILL FIGHT BACK!
CNN commentator Scott Jennings weighed in on the inauguration festivities for President-elect Donald Trump and observed how his growing influence is becoming unprecedented.
Jennings emphasized the president-elect’s rising popularity while criticizing Joe Biden and the Democratic Party for their broken promises.
“Trump is now at the peak of his power,” Jennings said.
“Biden’s legacy is giving us Trump 2.0. And he broke his promises: said he would be honest – he wasn’t. He was gonna be moderate – he wasn’t,” Jennings added.
“He was gonna ‘restore the soul of the nation’ – he didn’t. His entire record – it’s gonna be hard to make any comeback.”
Jennings’ comments came during a discussion with Democratic strategist Paul Begala and anchor Jessica Dean.
Begala expressed pride in the outgoing president’s efforts, to which Jennings responded by referencing his own participation in the evening’s inauguration events.
“I’ve gotta say, I’m on my way to a ball – I think you’ve been out to one already,” Jennings quipped.
“I’d like to get into whatever you’re drinking.”
Jennings, who is often referred to as the “black sheep” of CNN, received lighthearted remarks from his colleagues about his dapper tuxedo.
“Scott, I want to get your thoughts on that, but I just looked into the monitor and saw you’re wearing a tuxedo. I want to get your thoughts on that later as well,” Dean joked during the segment.
Begala joined in, adding, “He’s a handsome devil!”

The conservative commentator, known for his articulate and pointed arguments, gained widespread recognition in 2024 as a leading conservative voice in media.
Many said Jennings’ growing popularity and ability to connect with audiences could make him a candidate for his own primetime show on the network.
Jennings’ comments reflected the sentiment of conservatives ahead of Trump’s incoming administration and the ongoing debates over Biden’s impact on the nation.
Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) found that Native-born American employment is 716,000 below pre-pandemic levels as President Joe Biden leaves the White House.
Despite the regrowth of millions of jobs in the post-COVID-19 pandemic market, the total workforce failed to fully recover throughout the Biden administration’s term in office, FRED revealed. When the figures take into account foreign-born employment, the total workforce has grown to record levels.
Even though the data shows that American-born workers are still not back and working like they used to be, Biden’s White House claimed victory for “American workers” in the face of a “sluggish recovery,” the Daily Caller News Foundation wrote in its analysis.
“Over 1.6 million construction and manufacturing jobs have been created under President Biden,” the White House stated in December. “His economic plan is creating good-paying jobs for American workers.”
Misrepresenting The Numbers?
Fox News host Shannon Bream recently confronted Vice President-elect J.D. Vance over Biden’s allegedly “good” jobs numbers, according to Newsweek. Vance explained that Biden deserves credit for the “dumpster fire” of an American economy.
“He actually hasn’t left the American people in good economic condition, that’s why they made Donald J. Trump president-elect of the United States,” Vance told Fox. He also touched upon the cost of living, our “trillions and trillions of dollars” of federal debt, as well as skyrocketing oil prices that have occurred in the last two months of Biden’s term. Newsweek then described how inflation has allegedly cooled since the pandemic. Have you felt this?
We’re Not Stupid
Americans aren’t stupid. The economy was the #1 concern for the 2024 presidential vote, as reported by Gallup. In fact, the economy was so important, it ranked the highest since the Great Recession of 2008.
One demographic that did exceptionally well under Biden’s economy was government workers, according to the Daily Caller. The new highs of 23.5 million employees on the government’s (our) payroll, as of December 2024, follows a record-setting trend by the Biden-Harris administration: hiring people to work for the government, despite overall unemployment rising across the country.
“The percentage of the total workforce that is employed by the government has been steadily increasing for two and a half years, including in the December [BLS] report,” Heritage Foundation federal budget expert Richard Stern told the outlet. “This indicates that once Biden’s economic policies could take effect, they started to strangle the private sector and transfer resources to local, state, and federal governments.”
South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, nominated by President Trump as Homeland Security Secretary, faced the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Friday morning for her confirmation hearing.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, what unfolded was not only a testament to her poise and knowledge but also an embarrassing display of unpreparedness from Senator Andy Kim (D-N.J.).
Noem, who has served as governor since 2019 and previously represented South Dakota in the U.S. House of Representatives, handled the hearing with professionalism. However, Senator Kim’s questioning revealed a shocking lack of understanding about border security and constitutional authority.
Kim began by citing the appointment of Tom Homan as President Trump’s Border Czar and asked Noem, “Who’s in charge of the nation’s borders?”
SENATOR ANDY KIM (D): I'm confused… who's going to be in charge of the border?
DHS NOMINEE KRISTI NOEM: President Trump.
KIM: But Trump said it would be Border Czar Tom Homan?
A question so elementary it hardly required a response. Without hesitation, Noem clarified that under the U.S. Constitution, the President holds ultimate authority over national security, including border management.
Kim sheepishly admitted that her response aligned with what he expected but claimed he was “confused” because of Homan’s role.
Noem patiently explained that while Homan has been tasked with overseeing enforcement, she, Homan, and other officials work under the President’s directives.
Her clear, concise response underscored Kim’s lack of preparation. The moment was a stark reminder of the gaps in understanding among some Democratic lawmakers regarding basic governmental functions.
The exchange didn’t end there. Kim launched into a lengthy monologue expressing concern that Homan’s role might overshadow Noem’s responsibilities. Remaining composed, Noem reassured him that she had no issues collaborating with Homan under President Trump’s leadership.
Her response once again highlighted her competence and understanding of the role, leaving Kim visibly flustered.
For New Jerseyans, this display from Senator Kim might give pause. If this level of confusion and lack of preparation is what they can expect over the next six years, the Garden State may be in for a rough ride.
