When asked why she hasn’t she made progress on these issues during her time as vice president, Harris said: “My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency.”

Stelter quoted a spokesman for Kamala Harris in an attempt to show she actually did a great job – watch below… and get ready to laugh:

Liz Cheney’s Secret Messages Exposed: Jan 6 Committee Star Witness Tampering?

Former Rep. Liz Cheney, while serving as vice chairwoman of the House committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot, is facing questions over her secret communications with a key witness in the investigation.

Evidence obtained by congressional investigators and Just the News reveals Cheney used the encrypted app Signal to communicate directly with Cassidy Hutchinson, a witness in the investigation, as well as indirectly through Hutchinson’s friend, Alyssa Farah Griffin. These communications, which took place in June 2022, are raising concerns about potential ethical violations in the Democrat-led inquiry.

At the time, Hutchinson was represented by attorney Stefan Passantino, who told Just the News he was unaware of Cheney’s contact with his client and did not authorize the communication. Cheney’s communication may have violated legal ethics rules in Washington, D.C., where she is a licensed attorney.

The D.C. Bar rules explicitly state that a lawyer may not communicate with a person represented by another attorney without that lawyer’s consent.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), chairman of the House Administration oversight subcommittee, raised concerns that Cheney may have influenced Hutchinson’s testimony and led her to switch lawyers.

“Our investigation has uncovered unethical back-channel communications between former Rep. Liz Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson just before Hutchinson changed her sworn testimony,” Loudermilk said. “Not only is communicating with a witness without their attorney present unethical, it undermines the integrity of an investigation.”

According to Loudermilk’s subcommittee, Hutchinson fired her attorney, Passantino, shortly after these secret communications began and retained new lawyers, recommended by Cheney, to represent her pro bono.

Hutchinson later credited Cheney with helping her find new legal representation in her memoir, where she described Cheney’s assistance as “one of the greatest gifts I could have received: hope.”

The timeline of these communications has also raised red flags.

Google Quietly Signs Deal to Use Nuclear Power to Supply Its AI Operations

Search giant Google is turning to nuclear reactors to power its Artificial Intelligence data centers, which many big tech companies now label as “green energy.”

The news came after Microsoft and Constellation Energy unveiled a power purchase deal, enabling a reactor restart at Pennsylvania’s Three Mile Island nuclear plant.

Big tech giants like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google are aggressively expanding their data center capabilities to meet the AI revolution’s computing needs while scouring for sources of electricity, Science Alert said.

On Monday, Google signed a deal with Kairos Power to purchase electricity from small nuclear reactors in order to power its AI operations.

“We believe that nuclear energy has a critical role to play in supporting our clean growth and helping to deliver on the progress of AI,” Google senior director of energy and climate Michael Terrell said during a briefing.

“The grid needs these kinds of clean, reliable sources of energy that can support the build-out of these technologies,” he said.

According to The Expose:

“The first small modular reactor (“SMR”) developed by Kairos is expected to be online by the end of the decade with additional reactors coming online through 2035, generating a combined total of 500 megawatts of power. SMRs are more compact and potentially easier to deploy than traditional nuclear reactors, with big investments by Bill Gates in the sector, but the technology is still in its infancy and lacks regulatory approval.”

The partnership is a major step towards achieving its goal of abundant carbon-free energy from nuclear power, driven by the need for a consistent source of power that is seen as more reliable than solar and wind power.

Michigan Earns “D” for State Finances — Needs Extra $7,600 From Each Taxpayer

While Michigan’s finances improved in 2023, it ranked 35th out of 50 states for its “taxpayer burden” in a recent analysis by Truth in Accounting, a nonprofit focused on highlighting government finances. Truth in Accounting’s fifteenth annual Financial State of the States grades states using an A-F grading scale, while providing perspective on finances through each state’s “taxpayer burden,” which is essentially the amount per taxpayer to pay off all of a state’s debt.

With $46.8 billion in available assets to pay bills, and more than $75 billion in bills, “the outcome was a $28.2 billion shortfall, which breaks down to a burden of $7,600 per taxpayer,” according to the report. The bulk of those bills involve more than $39 billion in unfunded pension liabilities.

“Bottom line: Michigan would need $7,600 from each of its taxpayers to pay all of its outstanding bills and received a ‘D’ grade for its finances,” the report reads. “According to Truth in Accounting’s grading scale, any government with a Taxpayer Burden between $5,000 and $20,000 is given a ‘D’ grade.”

Tim Walz Lies During Fox Interview: “I Never Said There’s No Guarantee to Free Speech on Misinformation”

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz told Fox News that he never claimed there was “no guarantee to free speech” when it came to “misinformation” or “hate speech.”

“Fox News Sunday” host Shannon Bream noted Walz’s remarks from a 2022 MSNBC interview, “You’ve said there’s no guarantee of free speech for misinformation or hate speech,” Bream told Walz.

“But first of all, the Supreme Court was very clear in a unanimous 2017 decision that hate speech is protected, that’s the kind of stuff that needs to be protected – stuff none of us like to hear,” she continued.

“But more importantly, who gets to decide on the issue of what misinformation is?” she asked.

Walz responded with a word salad, claiming he was talking about “censorship coming in the form of book banning in different places.”

“We’re seeing attempts in schools,” Walz claimed.

“The issue on this was the hate speech and the protected hate speech — speech that’s aimed at creating violence, speech that’s aimed at threats to individuals. That’s what we’re talking about in this.”

“The decision on that, society decides on a lot of this, the idea of someone going on and threatening someone’s life or a child’s life online,” he added.

“I don’t think any of your viewers think that that is something that should be acceptable.”

However, Bream quickly pushed back: “No. No. No. That’s not misinformation,” she said.

“There’s a distinction, you would say, though, between something like a threat and misinformation?” she pressed Walz.

Michigan May Lose Stellantis HQ as Governor Chases Social Media Fame

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer contends efforts to keep Stellantis from moving its headquarters out of the Great Lakes State is a “top priority,” though her social media antics raise questions about whether she’s serious.

“We have an open dialogue going on,” Whitmer told Crain’s Detroit Business at the Battery Show at Hunting Place in Detroit this week. “We want to help Stellantis see the wisdom and the opportunities for changing up their headquarters but making sure it stays here in Michigan. That dialogue is robust, continuous, and we’re not going to take our eye off the ball. We want Stellantis to continue to call Michigan home.”

Whitmer is in talks with Carlos Tavares, CEO of the company that produces Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge, over the possibility of relocating Stellantis’ American headquarters in Auburn Hills. Those conversations follow struggles at Stellantis over the last year, with a UAW strike last September, delays in EV product launches, sputtering sales and significant layoffs this month. The company formed from a merger between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Peugeot S.A. in 2020 and its global headquarters is now located in the Netherlands.

Insane Democrat Rep. Jasmine Crockett Believes “MAGA Gangs” Behind Nation’s Crime

Representative Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) has claimed that criminal illegal immigrants are not a threat to the United States but rather Trump supporters and white supremacists.

During an appearance on MSNBC on Saturday, Crockett switched the blame from the problems plaguing cities like Springfield, Ohio on MAGA supporters.

Apparently Crockett isn’t willing to believe that Haitians are “eating the cats” – but more than willing to believe some elusive Trump supporters are.

Crockett said: “He said that we’ve got these cities and these towns that are being overrun by gangs and the crime—I absolutely agree. Guess what? It’s the MAGA gang…. It is the white supremacists that have decided to descend upon places such as Springfield, Ohio.”

The Democrat stressed her belief that Trump and his supporters are the ones causing significant problems in these communities, adding, “The problems are him and his minions.”

She went on to criticize Trump for failing to call out white supremacists.

“I agree that there are problems in our communities, but usually, it’s some white supremacists on the other side, and he has yet to call them out.”

The remarks conveniently left out the rising concerns over violent crimes committed by gangs linked to illegal immigration, such as the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, which has now been designated as a terrorist organization by texas Governor Greg Abbott.

“Abandon Harris” Backs Leftist Jill Stein

The Abandon Harris campaign gathered in Dearborn on Wednesday for “a great announcement” with Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein. “Our demands were simple,” director Hassan Habdel Salam said, flanked by supporters toting “Abandon Harris” and “Abandon Genocide” signs. “A permanent unconditional ceasefire, and a full arms embargo.”

Salam detailed how the campaign repeatedly reached out to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and the Democratic Party to understand the concerns of Muslim and Arab voters disgusted with the current administration’s handling of Hamas’ war against Israel. “Again and again, silence from the (Biden-Harris) administration,” he said.

The situation culminated with an endorsement of Stein on the eve of Hamas’ Oct. 7 that sparked the ongoing conflict, and Wednesday’s press conference to explain why the campaign opted for a third-party endorsement. “As we went through the campaign, the White House sent their surrogates and a message from the president telling us that we were experiencing a tantrum,” Salam said. “And today that tantrum is a mountain as we set course.
