Defund the Police Activist Begs for Their Help To Recover Stolen U-Haul Truck

A San Francisco, California, resident’s plea to recover a stolen truck went viral after netizens uncovered her calls to defund the police. “If you see a 26 foot U-Haul truck with the Arizona plate AL50003- would you let me know because it had like everything I own on it,” Darcie Bell posted on X.

Bell filed a police complaint, followed by a social media tirade about them failing to recover her stolen truck immediately. “I haven’t found my sh*t! The cops didn’t do sh*t! U-Haul made me file a f—ing police report!” she told The Washington Post. “There’s cameras all over this city. They haven’t done s—! … I just want my stuff back!”

Despite her predicament, the irony was not lost on social media users when a “Defund the Police” activist complained about their failure to recover her stolen property. “Anti Police activist begs the police to help her after she was robbed…,” posted the San Francisco Bay Area politics account Bay State of Mind.

Two months earlier, Bell had advocated for defunding the police, saying, “We pay them a whole lot to do less.” She was responding to an anti-police campaign that sold the “Defund the Police” masks. She posted an accompanying chart aiming to show that police spending was up in the Bay Area as the already anemic crime clearance rate has gone done – though the chart actually shows police spending decreasing at least 30% from 2019 in inflation-adjusted terms.

In fact, the number of full time cops on the streets there dropped from nearly 1,900 in 2017 to about 1,500 in 2023.

The size of the police’s budget and force aside, San Francisco’s police force has effectively been prevented from doing their jobs due to the far-left progressives on the city council – and even an increase in the number of police wouldn’t stop that.

To save herself from the embarrassment, Bell claimed she did not call the police. She also threatened to respond to tweets calling her out for the hypocrisy with ad hominem attacks.

An anti-police socialist group called “Defund the San Francisco Police Department Now,” wants the SFPD defunded, disarmed, and disbanded and the funds reinvested in the “Brown and Black communities.” “We must reimagine public safety, defund the police, and refund our communities,” the group says, adding that “roughly 99% of police calls for service are not in response to violence but property crime and non-criminal matters.”

That’s hardly surprising in a world where the overwhelming majority of crimes are non-violent. It’s also worth noting that the average progressive doesn’t think armed robbery is violence as long as nobody gets physically injured.

Ironically, the crime that Bell has fallen victim to is in that “99%” of crimes that defund the police activists don’t think count as real crimes.

Oh well.

Donald Trump to Forego Salary Again in Second Term

Donald Trump has announced that he will once again forego his presidential salary in his second term. This decision is a continuation of the precedent he set during his first term, where he donated his entire $400,000 annual salary to various charitable causes.

This move helps support numerous charitable organizations, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact. During his first term, Trump donated his quarterly salary to a diverse range of causes. Some notable recipients include:

  1. National Park Service: In April 2017, Trump donated his first-quarter salary of $78,333 to the National Park Service, helping to preserve America’s natural beauty and historical landmarks.
  2. Department of Education: His second-quarter salary of $100,000 in 2017 was given to the Department of Education to fund a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) camp.
  3. Department of Health and Human Services: Trump directed his third-quarter salary in 2017 towards combating the opioid crisis, an epidemic that has devastated communities across the nation.
  4. Veterans Affairs: In 2018, Trump donated $100,000 to the Veterans Affairs, supporting the men and women who have served the country.
  5. Small Business Administration: His first-quarter salary in 2020 went to the Small Business Administration to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Trump’s decision to forgo his salary once again is more than just a symbolic gesture – it is a concrete action demonstrating his commitment to the American people. Only two other presidents have foregone their salary; Herbert Hoover and John F. Kennedy.

Megyn Kelly: Deep State Planning to Derail Trump’s 2nd Term by Targeting Cabinet Picks

Sirius XM host Megyn Kelly warned that both Democrats and Republicans are planning to derail President Donald Trump‘s second term by going after his cabinet nominations.

Kelly said Pete Hegseth, who is battling to stay in the running for Secretary of Defense in the wake of unsubstantiated accusations against him, will end up as Matt Gaetz did. Then RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, and others would be targeted next.

“If you don’t think they’re going to do this to RFK Jr., you haven’t been paying attention,” Kelly urged.

“I realize that Pete has his belly exposed. He has not led a perfect life, and there’s plenty if you want to start attacking his character in terms of his marital history and so on,” Kelly added. “But as he said to me yesterday, he found around 20, I think it was 18 or so, he found his two J’s: his wife, Jen and Jesus, and started changing his life in a profound way,” she further explained.

The host continued: “Let’s say they get Pete’s scalp like they got Matt Gates’s scalp, Bobby Kennedy’s history makes Pete look like the consummate Boy Scout. He looks like he’s ready to enter the priesthood.”

“He’s a lot older, with a lot more of a checkered past… It’s not going to be pretty at all.”

“So we are really at a crossroads here about whether we are going to sacrifice these nominees because of checkered personal pasts or not. It’s not going to get easier after Pete,” Kelly emphasized.

Joy Reid Unleashes Absurd Rant Over Campaign Ads

MSNBC’s Joy Reid is at it again. During a recent episode of The ReidOut, Reid compared Republican ads from the 2024 election cycle to propaganda tactics employed by the Nazis during World War II, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

This jaw-dropping statement highlights how detached Reid—and by extension, MSNBC—has become from the concerns of everyday Americans.

It’s hardly surprising that rumors suggest MSNBC’s president may soon step down. After all, the network continues to sink deeper into irrelevance. With commentary like this, it’s no wonder viewership has dwindled.

The network’s inability to connect with its audience is a self-inflicted wound, as evidenced by Reid’s rant.

During her segment, Reid lamented Tennessee’s law banning “gender-affirming care” for minors, a case currently before the Supreme Court. She claimed the law reflects an “age-old tradition” of targeting transgender individuals, likening it to Nazi Germany’s atrocities in the 1930s.

She didn’t stop there. Reid also criticized Republicans for spending $215 million on so-called “anti-trans” ads, including prominent spots from the Trump campaign, and accused them of exploiting Americans’ “fear of the transgender community.”

Parents have expressed genuine concerns about ideologies influencing their children through schools, entertainment, and government. The recent election results reflect a clear stance from Americans, signaling opposition to policies they believe overstep boundaries regarding cultural and social issues.

Yet, Reid and her liberal allies refuse to grasp this reality.

She also attempted a wildly misplaced comparison, claiming more children are exposed to gun violence (an estimated three million) than there are transgender Americans of all ages.

According to Reid, this makes the GOP’s focus on trans issues not only misguided but somehow akin to Nazi-era policies. While one might expect inflammatory rhetoric from Reid, invoking the horrors of the Holocaust to score political points is a new low, even for her.

This nonsense underscores why many Americans are tuning out MSNBC altogether. People are tired of being lectured by pundits who view them as backward for rejecting extreme ideologies.

The ads resonated because they addressed real parental concerns, not because they incited baseless fear.

MSNBC may need to reevaluate its programming as some viewers express frustration with divisive commentary. The network risks further alienating its viewership without adjustments to address audience concerns.

FULL List of RINO GOP Senators Most Likely to Thwart Trump’s MAGA Cabinet

Key Republican senators are wavering in their support for several of President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees, which could upend their confirmation prospects.

Four of Trump’s picks are facing scrutiny from within his own party:

  • Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense
  • Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence
  • Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for Health and Human Services Secretary
  • Kash Patel as FBI Director

Below 9 Republican senators are likely to vote against President Trump’s cabinet appointments:

  • Lisa Murkowski
  • Susan Collins
  • Bill Cassidy
  • Joni Ernst
  • Thom Thillis
  • John Cornyn
  • Mitch McConnell
  • Todd Young
  • John Curtis

According to the Daily Caller’s Henry Rodgers, the threat extends beyond traditional GOP sceptics.

Rodgers noted that South Dakota Senators Mike Rounds, John Thune and Louisiana’s Bill Cassidy, have emerged as potential swing votes in the upcoming confirmation battles.

Hegseth’s nomination has been plagued with unproven sexual assault allegations.

Meanwhile, reports emerged that Trump is exploring a potential last-minute change to his Defense Secretary nomination, considering replacing Hegseth with former rival Ron DeSantis.

Media outlets are also reporting stories suggesting issues with alcohol and personal conduct.

RINOs have also used Gabbard’s previous meeting with Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad to raise concerns about her views on foreign policy.

However, Rodgers noted that Gabbard defended her position, stating, “I will never apologize for doing all that I can to prevent more of my brothers and sisters from being sent into harm’s way.”

RFK Jr.’s nomination also drew criticism about “scientific backing” for his claims about water fluoridation, despite it being proven true.

Kash Patel is also facing a battle over his intentions to reform the FBI following its investigations of Trump during his first term.

Senator Collins took a cautious approach regarding Patel, saying, “I don’t know Kash Patel. I had heard his name, but I don’t know his background, and I’m going to have to do a lot of work before reaching a decision on him.”

Senator Mike Lee of Utah urged colleagues to unite behind Trump’s choices, stating, “Donald Trump survived attempts to kill him and have him imprisoned through a perversion of America’s justice system.”

“The American people elected him again to smash Washington corruption with a hammer, and gave him a mandate to choose the right team to do it,” he continued, as highlighted by Rodgers.

Obama: Republicans Rigged Election, Weaponized Justice System

Projection is what Democrats do best as former president Barack Obama recently demonstrated after he accused Republicans of weaponizing the justice system against their political enemies and rigging the election.

So Obama has just perfectly described what Democrats have been doing to President-elect Donald Trump these past four years

During an appearance at the ‘Democracy Forum, Obama said:

“Since total victory is impossible in a country politically split down the middle, the result is a doom loop of government gridlock, even greater polarization, wilder rhetoric, and a deepening conviction among partisans that the other side is breaking the rules and has rigged the game to tip it in their favor.”

He added: “One side tries to stack the deck and lock in [very long pause].

“A permanent grip on power, either by actively suppressing votes or politicizing the armed forces or using the judiciary criminal justice system to go after opponents.”

Talk about the pot calling the Kettle black.

Obama continued by underscoring that pluralism is “not about holding hands and singing Kumbaya” but “about recognizing that any democratic power comes from forging alliances and building coalitions and making room in those coalitions, not only for the woke but also for the waking.”

Besides looking dishevelled and worried, Obama comes across as a man who knows payback is coming.

It’s also worth noting that this isn’t the first signal that Obama is running out of material for his arguments as the walls close in.

Earlier this month, Obama recycled the now debunked “very fine people” narrative and the “Muslim ban during a Kamala Harris campaign rally in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. “Maybe you’re Muslim-American or you’re Jewish-American and you’re furious about the ongoing bloodshed in the Middle East and worried about the rise of anti-semitism,” said Obama.

Obama then repeated another lie.

“Why would you place your faith in someone who instituted a so-called Muslim ban,” he added. Obama asserted that Trump “said that there were very fine people on both sides of the white supremacist rally,” Obama said.

Even the fact-checking website Snopes was forced to correct the false claims that Trump called neo-Nazis “very fine people” after the Charlottesville protests in 2017.

Democrat Michigan Attorney General Suggests Playing Music Outside to Discourage Porch Pirates

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is fighting against porch pirates with Christmas lights and holiday music. The top cop in the Great Lakes State offered advice to Michiganders on Wednesday to help them avoid package thefts in the leadup to Christmas, one element of a Holiday Scams Campaign run by her Consumer Protection Team that launched on Black Friday.

“Whether it’s a package or a piece of mail, unattended deliveries are easy targets for porch pirates,” Nessel said in a statement. “By planning ahead and taking security measures, you can make sure your sell-deserved gifts and packages reach you safely while keeping thieves from stealing your holiday cheer.”

Much of the advice from the AG includes obvious anti-theft measures, such as shipping packages to secure locations like Amazon Lockers, FedEx offices, and workplaces. Porch cameras, motion detectors, and keeping porches well lit are also good ideas, according to Nessel’s office. But there’s also nuggets of sage advice that will help residents “create the illusion of presence.” “Even when you’re not home, make it look like someone is present by leaving lights or music on,” the AG suggests.

Fetterman’s Remark About DeSantis Vote Sets Internet Ablaze

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman couldn’t resist poking fun at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after reports surfaced that President-elect Donald Trump is considering DeSantis as a potential pick for Secretary of Defense.

The buzz comes amid claims that Trump’s team might ditch their earlier choice, former Fox News host Pete Hegseth, due to hurdles in securing his Senate confirmation. According to the Wall Street Journal, Trump casually floated DeSantis’ name during a recent chat at Mar-a-Lago, as reported by MSN.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Fetterman weighed in with his signature mix of humor and snark. “I’ll consider a YES on him if he finally admits to his boots with 4″ lifts,” the senator quipped, referring to a popular internet conspiracy about DeSantis allegedly wearing height-boosting insoles.

The online theory, which gained traction during DeSantis’ brief presidential bid, scrutinized the peculiar shape of his boots. Social media sleuths speculated that the governor might have used lifts to appear taller—a potential edge when standing next to Trump, who towers at 6’3”.

Fetterman’s jab resonated with many of his followers, who reveled in the lighthearted commentary.

The speculation surrounding Trump’s Cabinet picks remains a hot topic, but the spotlight on DeSantis comes with an extra dose of drama. If nominated, DeSantis would have to navigate a confirmation process that could expose both allies and detractors within the Senate. Meanwhile, Fetterman’s playful post ensures the online conversation keeps buzzing.

Patel told Conservative podcast host Benny Johnson that releasing documents that implicate the Department of Justice and FBI for their illegal surveillance of over 250,000 Americans.

“When we go back to the DOJ and FBI, we still don’t have all the lists, all the FISA documents, all of the things they did to 275,000 Americans illegally in one year,” Patel said.

“We need to put that out there. I’m not saying we reveal the exact methods, but we can keep the hood on the engine while showing the American people how their rights were violated.

“To me, what you mentioned is the most important part: restoring trust in our agencies and departments. And the way to do that isn’t to treat them like a piñata, hoping for something good to pop out,” he added.

“The way to do it is by giving the American people the truth. And that’s what they feared about Donald Trump,” Patel continued.

“He’s going to come in there and might just give them the Epstein list, the ‘Diddy list,’ and everything else they’re terrified of being exposed.”
