Fetterman’s Remark About DeSantis Vote Sets Internet Ablaze

Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman couldn’t resist poking fun at Florida Governor Ron DeSantis after reports surfaced that President-elect Donald Trump is considering DeSantis as a potential pick for Secretary of Defense.

The buzz comes amid claims that Trump’s team might ditch their earlier choice, former Fox News host Pete Hegseth, due to hurdles in securing his Senate confirmation. According to the Wall Street Journal, Trump casually floated DeSantis’ name during a recent chat at Mar-a-Lago, as reported by MSN.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Fetterman weighed in with his signature mix of humor and snark. “I’ll consider a YES on him if he finally admits to his boots with 4″ lifts,” the senator quipped, referring to a popular internet conspiracy about DeSantis allegedly wearing height-boosting insoles.

The online theory, which gained traction during DeSantis’ brief presidential bid, scrutinized the peculiar shape of his boots. Social media sleuths speculated that the governor might have used lifts to appear taller—a potential edge when standing next to Trump, who towers at 6’3”.

Fetterman’s jab resonated with many of his followers, who reveled in the lighthearted commentary.

The speculation surrounding Trump’s Cabinet picks remains a hot topic, but the spotlight on DeSantis comes with an extra dose of drama. If nominated, DeSantis would have to navigate a confirmation process that could expose both allies and detractors within the Senate. Meanwhile, Fetterman’s playful post ensures the online conversation keeps buzzing.

Earlier this month, Patel announced the “massive declassification” of troves of information ranging from the Jeffrey Epstein files to the “P Diddy” list.

Patel told Conservative podcast host Benny Johnson that releasing documents that implicate the Department of Justice and FBI for their illegal surveillance of over 250,000 Americans.

“When we go back to the DOJ and FBI, we still don’t have all the lists, all the FISA documents, all of the things they did to 275,000 Americans illegally in one year,” Patel said.

“We need to put that out there. I’m not saying we reveal the exact methods, but we can keep the hood on the engine while showing the American people how their rights were violated.

“To me, what you mentioned is the most important part: restoring trust in our agencies and departments. And the way to do that isn’t to treat them like a piñata, hoping for something good to pop out,” he added.

“The way to do it is by giving the American people the truth. And that’s what they feared about Donald Trump,” Patel continued.

“He’s going to come in there and might just give them the Epstein list, the ‘Diddy list,’ and everything else they’re terrified of being exposed.”

Mysterious Drone Activity Detected Near Trump’s Golf Courses Prompts FAA Airspace Restriction

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued two flight restrictions on Tuesday after suspicious drone activity was detected over President-elect Donald Trump‘s Bedminster golf club in New Jersey.

The drone activity was first reported within Morris County, the border two miles north of Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in Somerset County.

The agency issued two “temporary flight restrictions” (TFR) following requests from “the state’s federal security partners.”

However, the strange drone sightings have continued into this week in Central New Jersey.

One TFR applies to an area near Solberg-Hunterdon County Airport with airspace near Trump Bedminster.

Flights are also banned banned Picatinny Arsenal, a major U.S. Army hub in Dover, New Jersey.

The ban will remain in place throughout the rest of the week, and restrictions on the Picatinny Arsenal will remain until December 26, 2024.

“Safely integrating drones into the National Airspace System is a key priority for the FAA,” the agency said in a statement Tuesday.

“We look into all reports of unauthorized drone operations and investigate when appropriate,” the statement added.

The FBI issued a joint statement with the New Jersey State Police and the State Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness requesting information related to “the recent sightings of possible drones flying in several areas along the Raritan River.”

“Witnesses have spotted the cluster of what look to be drones and a possible fixed-wing aircraft,” FBI spokesperson Amy Thoreson said.

“We have reports from the public and law enforcement dating back several weeks.”

The bureau is also investigating several sightings of “fixed-wing aircraft” over central New Jersey.

Morris County Sheriff James Gannon said h there is “no advisable immediate danger to the public at this time” and asked the public for clear photos of the drones.

Meanwhile, drones have been sighted over British-American joint bases in the United Kingdom.

Fox News reported that “Swarms of small drones” have been seen over Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Fairford, and RAF Feltwell in England.

According to a Pentagon spokesman, the drones did not have any adverse effect on the base’s buildings, personnel or assets

Additional security assets have been dispatched around the bases in response to the sightings.

The View Co-Host Sunny Hostin Forced to Read Another Embarrassing Legal Correction

ABC’s The View was forced yet again to issue another legal note regarding the panel’s recent comments about President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for defense secretary, Pete Hegseth.

On Monday, co-host Sunny Hostin issued a statement after co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Ana Navarro, and Alyssa Farah Griffin commented on a private email sent by Hegseth’s mother.

The email detailed a family dispute in which Hegseth’s mother accused him of mistreating his ex-wife.

However, Hegseth’s mom has since apologized for the statement, stating she made the comments while in an emotional state.

“It is not true. It has never been true,” she said

“I know my son. He is a good father, husband.”

She also slammed the left-wing outlet for releasing the private email, calling it “disgusting.”

While discussing the Trump cabinet picks, Hostin began with by saying, “I have a very quick statement.”

“It’s not gonna be that quick,” co-host Whoopi Goldberg interjected.

“Pete Hegseth has denied any wrongdoing, his lawyers said he paid the woman in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit,” host Hostin said with a stone cold expression on her face.

“No charges were ever brought.”

The legal notes came just a week after the show issued another “legal note” on Matt Gaetz regarding allegations against him.

During a discussion of the Cabinet picks, Hostin said:

“Matt Gaetz has long denied all allegations, calling the claims ‘invented’, and saying in a statement to ABC News that this false smear, following a three-year criminal investigation, should be viewed with great skepticism.”

“The DOJ investigation was closed with no charges being brought.”

CNN Correspondent Says Quiet Part Out loud on Biden’s Hunter Pardon

Jeff Zeleny, Chief National Affairs Correspondent from CNN, appeared to slip up after the news broke that Joe Biden had granted his embattled son, Hunter Biden, a pardon for any criminal acts he partook in from 2014 to 2024.

These criminals acts included trading influence for cash, trafficking prostitutes, and being his father’s bagman.

“We were told that this came to a head this weekend, and this is why President Biden decided now to do this. But as Isaac was just saying, that really is a sense of the conversation that has been going on really inside the family,” Jeff Zeleny said.

“I’m told this has been very much a family discussion and something that has been not widely shared or discussed as a policy matter inside the West Wing.”

“But there was a worry of future prosecutions or future the potential of what the incoming Trump Justice Department could do.”

“So that, of course, is fretted in all of this as well.”

“But for now, this moment, this certainly is a decision that President Biden, I’m guessing, did not come too easily,” he added.

“But as you played that statement before, so much has changed since June when he told David Muir of ABC News that he would not do that,” Zeleny continued.

“Of course, his station in life has changed. Did not complete his campaign.”

“So that is why, leading up to this, that’s why I’m told a decision was reached finally this weekend after spending time together in Nantucket.

Maryland Mayor to Use Taxpayer’s Money to Thwart Trump’s Deportation Plan

Frederick, Maryland, Mayor Michael O’Connor drew fire from Conservatives after announcing new plans to provide taxpayer-funded assistance to illegal aliens facing deportation under President-elect Donald Trump.

The new proposal flies in the face of Trump’s enforcement efforts to deport illegals.

The mayor plans to create a legal defence fund to support immigrants, covering legal fees footed by the Taxpayer.

O’Connor said the fund aligns with Frederick’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

However, many opponents of the plan questioned the use of taxpayer money for a politically motivated cause.

Mayor O’Connor responded to criticism, arguing that undocumented residents contribute to the local economy and community.

Watch:

One local l immigrant advocacy group praised O’Connor’s plan, stating, “This fund will provide critical support for our community members who are unfairly targeted due to their immigration status.”

Opponents argue the fund prioritizes non-citizens over the needs of legal residents.

Local political activist Karen Thomas states, “While I sympathize with those in difficult situations, taxpayer funds should benefit Frederick’s citizens first. This decision is shortsighted and divisive.”

The proposals will be further debated in the upcoming city council meeting.

O’Connor also runs the risk of facing prosecution after Trump’s border Czar, Tom Homan, recently warned those planning to derail the new administration’s mass deportation plan would face jail time.

Homan warned that failing to comply with the deportation process would violate federal laws originally passed in 1952.

“There’s a clear line here, and they can’t cross a clear line,” the incoming border czar warned. “I would suggest she read Title 8, United States Code 1324 (iii) that says you can’t harbor or conceal an illegal alien from federal law enforcement.”

“There are certain laws in place that they can’t cross, and I hope she doesn’t cross it,” Homan reiterated.

Meanwhile, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) also warned that disrupting Trump’s deportation plans could result in removal from office.

“You know, I’m 100% supportive of going after the 15,000 murderers, the 13,000 sexual assault perpetrators, rapists—let’s send them on their way to prison or back home to another prison,” Paul asserted.

“The police understand the Fourth Amendment. They go to judges, get warrants, and ensure specificity. So, I’m for removing these people, but through the normal process of domestic policing.”

Paul described such actions as a “form of insurrection,” which could have legal consequences.

“This is a timely gift or purchase for yourself because this is a workbook that takes you through some techniques and exercises based on some of the insights I shared with you all in The Light That We Carry.”

“So I encourage you, particularly during this time, during the holiday season, during a time where we feel a little out of sorts, a little anxious,” she said.

“I would rather hug a grizzly bear or spend a day shopping at the mall than read that garbage book.”

“Nobody cares. You and Barry destroyed this great nation.”

“Hard pass. Never ever not in million years. Not enough money.”

“What did you overcome exactly?”

“I can’t wait to not read that.”

“Does this book tell us how you overcome a personal chefs [sic] death?”

“Peddle this shit on blue sky not X”

“No one is looking for life advice from an Obama, neither one of you dudes. You have tried to destroy our country for the last 16 years, no thanks, kick rocks.”

“Traitorous scum.”

“Just the person I need advice from or help increase their ever growing bank account, never happen.”

Trump Administration’s Proposed Deportations Will First Focus On 1.5 Million Who Committed Crimes

The incoming Trump administration has said it will prioritize the 1.5 million illegal immigrants who’ve committed crimes — a figure that ignores the crime of crossing the border in the first place — and the 1.3 million immigrants whose asylum requests were denied, but who remained in the country anyway. Of course, all other illegal aliens will be deported – this is just the first phase.

A recent Rasmussen poll shows 64% of Americans favor the incoming Trump administration’s mass deportation efforts. The poll showed remarkable sentiments on illegal immigration across demographics, to boot: “78 percent of white voters, 74 percent of black voters, and 70 percent of Hispanics all agree it is important to stop illegal immigration. This includes 61 percent of Democrats, 90 percent of Republicans, and 80 percent of Independents.”

Reports surfaced this week of migrant caravans forming again, in order to reach the U.S. before then. Meanwhile, Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum is reported to be cooperating with Trump on the border after Trump reportedly wielded the threat of tariffs against Mexico.

GEICO Goes Woke With New DEI Policy, Forces Employees to Declare Pronouns

GEICO has introduced a new mandatory training policy requiring employees to state their pronouns during customer interactions, a move that is part of the company’s larger diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiative.

The policy, which was rolled out in November 2024, aims to promote inclusivity and gender diversity in the workplace.

Under the new guidelines, employees are instructed to introduce themselves by sharing their pronouns during customer communications.

For example, an employee might say, “I use he/him pronouns.” The company views this as an essential step in fostering a more respectful and equitable environment for employees and customers alike.

GEICO, a leading provider of auto insurance, has positioned this policy as part of its ongoing commitment to DEI efforts, which include a broader focus on supporting marginalized groups and promoting gender diversity within the company.

According to GEICO, the training and pronoun usage will help create a more inclusive and supportive environment for both employees and customers, encouraging respect for gender identities.

However, the initiative has been met with criticism from some quarters. Critics argue that the policy is unnecessary and intrusive, with many questioning whether it truly contributes to a positive work culture or whether it is merely another layer of corporate bureaucracy.

Concerns have been raised about the requirement for employees to correct customers who may misgender them during interactions.

Some employees have expressed discomfort, noting that this could lead to uncomfortable and potentially confrontational situations in customer service.

While the company maintains that the policy aligns with its mission of equity and inclusivity, the backlash highlights a significant divide on how DEI initiatives are perceived in the workplace.

Some see the policy as a necessary step toward ensuring all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, are treated with respect.

Others view it as a forced imposition on personal expression, arguing that it could disrupt workplace dynamics and customer interactions.

Despite the company’s commitment to the policy, it is clear that the implementation has sparked a broader debate about the role of DEI initiatives in corporate culture and customer service.

Many are questioning whether these initiatives, which focus on issues like gender identity and pronouns, are becoming increasingly pervasive and if they are truly beneficial to the work environment or if they could have unintended consequences.

As GEICO moves forward with its pronoun training, it remains to be seen how the policy will be received long-term, both by employees and customers.

The company has emphasized that the initiative is part of its broader mission to enhance diversity and support marginalized groups, but with some employees speaking out, it is clear that not all are fully on board with the new mandates.

For now, GEICO is standing by its decision, touting it as a necessary step toward building a more inclusive and respectful workplace.
