Male Boxer Who Failed Gender Eligibility Test Allowed To Fight Women In Olympic Games

Two boxers who previously failed a gender eligibility test are set to take part in the women’s division at the Olympic Games in Paris.

Imane Khelif of Algeria and Lin Yu-ting of Taiwan were both disqualified from the 2023 World Championships in New Delhi, India, after tests revealed they both had XY chromosomes, and thus were not women.

The competition had been organized by the International Boxing Association (IBA), which formerly ran Olympic competitions as well. This changed prior to the games amid questions over governance at the IBA.

As a result, boxing will now be overseen by the International Olympic Committee’s Paris Boxing Unit (PBU) where eligibility requirements are more relaxed. Because of this, Khelif and Lin are permitted to take part in the female category despite previously failing a gender eligibility test.

“The PBU used the Tokyo 2020 boxing rules (enforced at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and the related qualifying tournaments) as a baseline to develop its regulations. Those rules descended from the Rio 2016 rules,” the IOC said in a statement. “The PBU endeavored to restrict amendments to minimize the impact on athletes’ preparation and guaranteeing consistency between Olympic Games.”

Footage of Khelif’s ability (seen below) has raised concerns among many, with Riley Gaines saying that it “glorifies men punching women in the face with the intent of knocking them unconscious.”

“A woman is going to die,” she added.

Many on social media called other athletes to boycott the competition.

Others raised concerns over promoting man-on-woman abuse.

There were also calls for men to call out the decision.

Paris Olympic Organizers Apologize For “Blasphemous” Opening Ceremony Scene

The opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris received a lot of flak on social media.

Totaling more than four hours in length, the monotonous procession was largely uneventful. However, one section of the ceremony was deemed insulting to many Christians.

Event organizers opted to include a recreation of Leonardo da Vinci’s famous “The Last Supper” – the final meal Jesus shared with the Twelve Apostles before his crucifixion.

However, the recreation featured drag queens, transgender models and a naked singer as Dionysus – the Greek god of wine.

Many on social media were outraged by “gratuitous blasphemy”, while Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini described the scene as “sleazy” and insulting.

Organizers later issued an apology for the recreation, adding that they aimed to “trigger a reflection” among spectators.

“We imagined a ceremony to show our values and our principles, so we gave a very committed message,” said Paris 2024 President Tony Estanguet. “The idea was to really trigger a reflection. We wanted to have a message as strong as possible.

“Naturally we had to take into account the international community. Having said that – it is a French ceremony for the French games – so we trusted our artistic director. We have freedom of expression in France and we wanted to protect it.”

Paris 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps later claimed that there was “never an intention” to disrespect religious groups.

“If people have taken any offence we are really sorry,” she added.

MLB Players Honor Donald Trump With “Fight!” Celebration

MLB players have been lauded for their pro-Donald Trump celebrations in the wake of the assassination attempt on his life.

Moments after a Secret Service counter sniper eliminated shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks, Trump rose to his feet – bloodied – and pumped his first, shouting “Fight! Fight! Fight!” to shell shocked supporters.

This heat-of-the-moment, adrenaline-fueled response was captured in an instantly iconic photograph and has become somewhat of a metaphor for Trump’s campaign.

As well as being a prominent feature of last week’s Republican National Convention, the Trump-style salute has been replicated at other events including the MLB.

During a game between the Tampa Bay Rays and the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday, July 21, players and management from both franchises expressed support for the former president. Rays batter Taylor Walls raised his fist and shouted “Fight! Fight!” upon reaching second base, while the Cardinals’ bench held their ears with fists in the air as Alec Burleson completed a home run.

The salutes resonated with many supporters of the Republican presidential nominee, including one person who was in attendance at the infamous rally in Butler, PA.

Another user noted that the recent acts of defiance mark a shift from conservatives refraining from political gestures in order to appease the left.

Meanwhile, others indicated that the assassination attempt on Trump, followed by his remarkable response, had produced a more united front among Republicans and conservatives against the extremist elements of the Democrats.

A resurgent Trump will almost certainly face Vice President Kamala Harris at November’s election.

“Non-Binary” Athlete Breaks Breaks United States 1,500-Meter Record

A transgender, non-binary, biological female has broken the United States’ 1,500-meter trials record ahead of the Olympic Games in Paris.

Nikki Hiltz, who goes by the pronouns ‘they/them’ smashed the existing record by two-and-a-half seconds with a time of 3.55.53. Hiltz broke the record of 3.58.03 set by Elle St. Pierre in 2021. Hiltz, third-place finisher St. Pierre and Emily Mackay will now travel to Paris when the games begin on Friday, July 26.

Bizarrely, this was presented as some sort of achievement for the trans community, when in reality, a woman was just competing against other women. While this is an improvement from biological men (also known as “men”) competing in women’s events, it’s odd to see this story framed as a sort of social justice victory.

“This is bigger than just me,” Hiltz told NBC. “It’s the last day of Pride Month, and I wanted to run this one for my community. All the LGBTQ folks, you guys brought me home that last 100. I could just feel the love and support.”

Hiltz’ performance has sparked controversy given 2023’s updated policies on transgender athletes by World Athletics. Nonbinary athletes – effectively those who don’t identify as a man or a woman – are permitted to compete in their respective category if they have not received hormone therapy.

Reaction on social media was diverse. Some commenters saw no issues with the record-breaking feat.

Other users were more critical of Hiltz’ participation, raising concerns over the protection of women’s sports.

Many, however, were confused by the situation.

It’s a predicament which certainly raises questions. World Athletics’ transgender ban should be crystal clear to protect women’s sport, and confusion over the governing rules can bring the sport into disrepute. That said, is a biological woman competing in a race for women really a threat to the sport, when they’re effectively playing pretend? Let us know your view in the comments below.

Lone Holdout: Texas Rangers Is the Only MLB Team Not Celebrating Pride Month

As National Pride Month comes to an end, all but one of the 30 teams in Major League Baseball are hosting their annual “Pride Night” events, which celebrate the culture and rights of the LGBTQ community. Many major companies even outside of baseball are known for showing strong public support for “LGBTQ rights”, however, the Texas Rangers baseball team will be the only team without a Pride Night this season, stating that they’re committed to making all guests feel welcome at their games.

In 2001, the Chicago Cubs hosted what is now considered to be the first Pride game in the MLB, and in 2003, the Texas Rangers held a fundraising event in which they invited local LGBTQ communities to a game, which is similar to today’s themes of supporting all kinds of groups throughout the season. Even back then, some Ranger’s supporters expressed dislike for the progressive events, with some protesting outside of the stadium.

Despite the backlash the team is facing this month for not holding a Pride Night, the Texas Rangers have stood their ground and have remained consistent with their response to the matter as team officials have stated that they want to make everyone feel welcomed and included in rangers baseball, at each game, and in all they do at their ballpark. The team further stated that they will continue to deliver on their promise to have a positive impact across their community.

Texas has been known for being politically dominated by Republicans for years, as state lawmakers have joined forces with Governor Greg Abbott in 2023 to push forward many conservative-state limits to LGBTQ rights. The Legislature recently passed new laws to expand definitions of prohibited sexual content in school literature as well as public performances. Governor Abbott also signed the Save Women’s Sports Act that prohibits transgender college athletes from competing in teams that align with their gender identity.

Video Shows Moment Fans With Palestine Flags Are Booed Out Of Baltimore Orioles Game

Pro-Palestinian kooks were ejected from a baseball game to loud boos from fellow spectators on Wednesday.

The three “fans” made their support for the Hamas-led regime known at the Baltimore Orioles-Cleveland Guardians at Camden Yards, with two of the protesters holding flags with “Free Palestine” painted across them. (Of note; freeing the Palestinians from Hamas certainly would be worthwhile – but that’s not what any of these people are calling for).

Video footage shows the moment they were ejected to boos and jeers from paying spectators, some of whom hurled insults as they were forced out of the stadium:

Outside of college campuses, nobody wants to listen to them.

The Orioles later released a statement to the Baltimore Sun, which noted the “displaying of political signage” as a violation of the franchise’s policy. The statement added that the protesters were “not seated in their ticketed seats and [were] inciting fans in the surrounding area”.

Many on social media noted the reaction from fellow spectators, with one calling for pro-Palestinian supporters to stick to college campuses.

Others argued that such demonstrations could harm support for their cause, rather than bolster it.

It begs the question as to why these people bother, given that their actions only upset those in attendance and are subject to ridicule in the ensuing viral aftermath…

The United States Swimming Team Is Now Racist… Apparently

The Olympic Games begin in Paris next month, and people are already upset.

Why? Because they’re upset by pictures of large groups of white people.

Writer and associate professor of law Janel George took exception to the U.S. Olympic swimming team which will be flying to France in the middle of July. In particular, she took issue with the majority-white team which features only one black swimmer.

“When people say that Jim Crow was so long ago, it’s important to remember the lasting effects of segregated spaces — like segregated swimming pools — and the continued impact across generations,” George wrote on social media. “This visual reflects that legacy.”

Obvious questions like “would George have a problem with the NBA being almost entirely black?” have already been answered by her silence on that non-issue.

As with everyone who has posted an unpopular take, refused to delete but permit no further debate, George soon turned off replies to her post. However, it was too little, too late, with hundreds condemning the peculiar silly viewpoint.

Perhaps George may have had a point had she highlighted other sports where predominantly one race makes up the majority of the squad.

It says a lot about woke extremists when they seek division even during the rare occasion when the country can unite and support the United States at the Olympics.

For some, it may be engagement farming, where controversial posts and awful posts boost their followers and subsequently their own ego. For others, it could be a more sinister approach to divide people and thus make them more likely to agree with one’s point of view.

Either way, one has to ask the question: when so much divides us, why is it difficult to support one of the few things which can unite?

Video Shows Moment Environmentalists Storm 18th Hole Moments Before Scottie Scheffler’s Crucial Birdie Putt

The final moments of the PGA Travelers Championship were halted by a group of climate change protesters on Sunday.

As World #1 Scottie Scheffler prepared to putt for the victory on the 18th hole at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, CN, crazed attendees from the Extinction Rebellion environmentalist pressure group stormed the green.

Video footage shows the activists lighting smoke grenades and throwing colored powder without due regard to the significance of the moment. Scheffler, who has dominated the PGA Tour so far this season, was about to make a birdie putt before the demonstration took place – a shot he would miss to allow Tom Kim to force a playoff hole.

The activists were quickly tackled to the ground by security and law enforcement officers, with fan-filmed footage showing mass boos and anger from the moment play was disrupted.

Fortunately for Scheffler, he would go on to make par on the playoff hole and clinch his sixth PGA Tour victory in ten starts.

Much like those on the 18th hole, social media users were critical of Extinction Rebellion’s actions with some calling for them to be jailed.

Others praised the tackle on one of the demonstrators by security guards on the scene.

While there was some initial confusion as to whether it may have been a protest by fellow sports’ disrupters Just Stop Oil, one response called for an investigation into how these groups – which often secure high-price tickets for major events – have continued to fund their disruptive activities.

Common Sense Returns: Man Disqualified from Women’s Olympic Swimming

Gays Against Groomers is a fairly new organization made up of homosexuals who push back against modern gender ideology. They don’t want to see children psychologically and physically abused by the deranged idea that they can be born in the wrong body and “fixed” by mutilating surgery.

GAG has been on top of breaking developments in what we might call the Gender Wars. “Lia” Thomas is one of those.

Thomas, whose real name is William, has been masquerading as a woman for several years. A mediocre swimmer in the men’s division, Thomas decided to put on a ladies’ one-piece swimsuit and compete in his “true” gender. He’s “won” swim meet after swim meet, taking prizes away from the women who rightly won them. Amazingly, the NCAA nominated him for a “woman of the year” award.

See if you can spot the male in this picture of “Lia”:

Will’s dreams of grift are coming to an end, though. Courtesy GAG:

A series of decisions from inter-sports courts has ruled that Will cannot compete as a woman, and this has disqualified him from competing in the upcoming Olympics as a female (because he’s not one).

It’s astonishing how long this make-believe farce has gone on. Who could have predicted we’d live in an age when men simply declare that they are women, and the world goes along with it as if it weren’t insane?

The recent ruling against Will Thomas is giving people hope that the magical spell of “gender” might be close to breaking:

“Phantammeron” asks the obvious question:

User Kyle Schumman points out what we all suspect is the real motivation behind cheats like Thomas:

“Bunny” points out that Thomas does not deserve to keep the trophies he “won.”

Of course, there are always trans-identified people who get very angry when someone points out that the emperor is naked:

Do you think the transgender craze is coming to an end? Tell us in the comments what you think the future holds for this loony agenda!

Donald Trump’s UFC Appearance Was Everything You’d Thought It Would Be

Former president Donald Trump was greeted with a rumbustious applause on Saturday, June 1 upon arrival at UFC 302 just two days after his criminal conviction.

The Republican nominee – who is an avid fan of combat sports – was welcomed to the Prudential Center, in Newark, New Jersey to witness UFC Lightweight Champion Islam Makhachev fight former interim champion Dustin Poirier.

Entering with the anti-Woke UFC President Dana White, Trump was greeted to a standing ovation from thousands in the arena as he walked in midway through the undercard. He shook hands with UFC officials including commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan before taking his ringside seats.

Throughout the night, the pro-Trump crowd chanted “USA, USA” during the Republican’s frequent appearances on the large screen. A vocal “we want Trump” chant could also be heard during the broadcast, while the nearly 18,000-strong crowd also expressed their disproval of President Joe Biden.

Throughout the evening, several fighters, including middleweights Sean Strickland and Kevin Holland, took time immediately after their bouts to shake hands with the former president. “President Trump, you’re the man… It is a damn travesty what they are doing to you,” said Strickland in his post-fight interview.

The event marked Trump’s first non-political public appearance since conviction just ten miles away from the Prudential Center earlier in the week.

Despite the attempts to disparage the former president by some members of the media, myths spouted online were quickly dispelled by users on the platform X. In a viral post. anti-Trump political commentator Ron Flipowski claimed that Aaron Rogers snubbed Trump for a handshake – but Rogers himself later dispelled that claim, posting a photo of himself shaking hands with Trump.

Those determined to knock back Trump and the UFC’s coverage of him were also silenced by reminders of his involvement in the early days of the UFC.
