General Mike Flynn is raising new concerns about the influence of Arabella Advisors and its connected network of nonprofit and for-profit organizations, which he claims were used to funnel billions of dollars into the 2020 U.S. election.

Flynn says the structure, aided by agencies such as USAID and the State Department, created a seamless operation designed to disguise the origins of the funds.

“Again, you’re like the expert on it, but Arabella Advisors created a structure of NGOs nongovernmental organizations and for profit organizations, and they built it so seamless. And they use organizations like USA ID, they use, they use departments like the Department of State, underneath the Obama administration, and clearly underneath the the the Biden administration, but even during the Trump administration, while Trump was getting beat up about Russia gate, you know, he was depending on people around him to like, hey, you know, do your job, right? I can tell you the State Department under guys like Mike Pompeo did nothing. So he was also the CIA director for a year. So I just throw that bombshell out there, but what we’re talking about is Soros is trying to globalize the world,” Flynn said.

According to Flynn, the network was ultimately directed by billionaire George Soros.

He said the financial operation was presented to President Donald Trump in a briefing several years ago.

“Soros, in this briefing that I gave to President Trump a couple of years ago, we were able to prove how, how Soros, through this structured organization, spent two it was 2.5 billion, $2.5 billion on our 2020 election. Okay? On our 2020 election, and I’ll talk about that here in one second. So we actually were able to prove the flow, okay, the flow of money,” Flynn explained.

Flynn asserted that the process was carefully constructed to appear legitimate by disguising foreign funds as originating from U.S.-based entities. He described the mechanism as one designed to obscure accountability.

“Now what they do is they do it through again. These, this sort of seamless, you know, operation where it looks like the money’s coming from us entities, right? Because that one so I said, I just said, 2.5 billion, $1 that comes from a foreign nation, right? $1 that comes from a foreign nation is a felony. $1 All right? So we’re talking about $2.5 billion that George Soros basically orchestrated to come into the 2020 election,” Flynn said.

Flynn’s remarks are the latest in a series of statements critical of what he views as foreign influence in American politics and the failure of federal agencies to confront it.

He directly accused the State Department of failing to act during the Trump administration despite evidence being presented to senior officials.

We’re on the verge of having three Democrat Supreme Court justices retained until 2035,” Presler added.

Presler emphasized that relying solely on Election Day turnout is a losing strategy.

“Republicans, I hate to say it, and I love you, but I’m be honest, you are absolutely clueless, and it’s not just the leadership at the top, but I have to say to our voters, if you are only planning to vote on election day, on Tuesday, November 4, consider the elections gone over game over, you’ve already lost if you do not engage in early voting, whether in person or in Pennsylvania, the convoluted in person on demand mail and voting, and if you don’t request a mail in ballot, you are going to lose everything,” he said.

Presler pointed to past elections as examples of logistical problems that hurt Republicans.

“In 2022 the machines went down on election day in Arizona, and we have Katie Hobbs, wonderful in Nevada, we lost an election by 8000 votes because it snowed on election day. And Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, we have John Fetterman today, in part because they ran out of paper on election day. And if Republicans do not learn from history, we are undoubtedly going to repeat the same mistakes and then wonder why,” he warned.

He noted that while some have criticized his efforts, he continues to organize staff and register voters across key battlegrounds.

“There has been a contingency of people attacking me for trying to do everything in my power to get Republicans elected into office. And none of these people have talked about Winsome Sears for governor in Virginia. None of these people have talked about Jack Chatterelli for New Jersey governor, and none of these people have talked about voting no to retention, to Democrats, Dougherty, Donahue and Wet. And it really it makes me wonder these people that are attacking me while I’m a gentleman that started an organization with 25 full time staff on the ground in Pennsylvania, I have 14 full time staff on the ground in New Jersey. And even meanwhile being on the ground, going from the York State Fair to register voters to the Crawford County Fair to register voters, to the Center County Fair to register voters, to the GDS fair to register voters, and I’m going to Lucerne County Fair as well,” he said.

Presler also highlighted his personal commitment to the cause.

“Even having the ability and the diligence and the dedication and determination to lose 45 pounds while doing everything else that I do, it really makes me wonder. A, what are these people doing and B, why aren’t they doing everything in their power to elect Republicans in office instead of attacking our own with friendly fire?”

He closed with a direct message to GOP voters and activists.

“Take that as you will, but you hear me loudly. You hear me clearly, and you hear me once for all. Republicans, if you do not embrace early voting and mail in voting for the upcoming Tuesday, November 4, 2025 election, you will lose everything, and that’s going to set us up for failure in 2026 if you were loyal to President Trump, if you were loyal to keeping the house, if you were loyal to keeping the Senate, then you do everything in your power to elect Republicans and Pa VA and NJ, this November. If I can do everything that I can do, then I need y’all to step up. I need y’all to do more. You have 66 days to make a change and make a difference. Who’s going to help?”

In June, dozens of influencers with a combined audience of more than 13 million were contacted about joining the program, which was pitched as a way to “expand their reach and impact.” The Sixteen Thirty Fund, which is managed by consulting firm Arabella Advisors, reported that four anonymous donors provided nearly two-thirds of its 2023 revenue, according to tax filings.

Campaign finance records show the group funneled millions of dollars into Democratic super PACs during the 2024 election cycle.

In a Zoom call with potential participants, a lawyer working with Chorus told influencers that the nonprofit model provided advantages for fundraising while limiting disclosure requirements.

“It gives us the ability to raise money from donors,” the lawyer said in a recording reviewed by WIRED.

“It also, with this structure, it avoids a lot of the public disclosure or public disclaimers—you know, ‘Paid for by blah blah blah blah’—that you see on political ads. We don’t need to deal with any of that. Your names aren’t showing up on, like, reports filed with the FEC.”

Documents reviewed by WIRED suggest influencers were restricted in how they could describe their participation.

Contracts barred participants from disclosing their relationship with Chorus or the Sixteen Thirty Fund and prohibited them from revealing they were being paid.

They also required prior written approval from Chorus before creating content explicitly supporting or opposing a political candidate or campaign.

Additionally, participants were allegedly required to inform Chorus if they independently arranged meetings with government officials or political leaders.

Influencers named in communications about the program included Olivia Julianna, a Gen Z activist who spoke at the 2024 Democratic National Convention; Loren Piretra, a podcaster affiliated with Occupy Democrats; Suzanne Lambert, who identifies online as a “Regina George liberal”; and Sander Jennings, the brother of reality television figure Jazz Jennings.

Chorus confirmed the program’s existence but rejected the characterization of its contracts reported by WIRED.

“Chorus is disappointed about the misinformation being posted about this program and that WIRED did not fact check a piece authored by someone with such a clear axe to grind with Chorus,” a spokesperson told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“The piece is misleading and riddled with factual inaccuracies about the program. Every creator working with Chorus has always been free and encouraged to talk about their work with Chorus if they want to do so. Creators who work with Chorus are also free to independently engage in whatever content they want or as part of any other partnership that they would like to take on.”

The statement did not address whether contracts included nondisclosure requirements as described by WIRED. Chorus did not respond to additional requests for clarification.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund also confirmed its relationship with the program, describing it as a fiscal sponsorship arrangement.

“Sixteen Thirty Fund’s work with Chorus is limited to our role as a fiscal sponsor. When Sixteen Thirty Fund (STF) fiscally sponsors a project, STF receives funding on behalf of the project and provides it with operational and administrative support,” a spokesperson told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The spokesperson added: “Chorus is doing crucial work to spread a pro-democracy message to Americans. Creators working with Chorus have always been encouraged to talk about their involvement in the program. Chorus creators are not paid to support candidates, but they are free to do so in their own time.”

The arrangement highlights the ongoing role of dark money groups in funding political messaging efforts, particularly those targeting younger audiences through online platforms.

Police in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts confirmed that a 57-year-old man was killed after confronting another individual over graffiti at a local park.

Authorities later identified the suspect as a trans-identifying male with a prior criminal record.

Shrewsbury Police Chief Kevin Anderson said officers were dispatched to Jordan Park at 8:47 a.m. after receiving a 911 call from the victim.

During the call, dispatchers reported hearing gunfire in the background.

“While officers were responding, dispatch advised that they could actually hear shots on the 911 call.

When officers arrived, they located a victim, provided medical attention, and that victim was transported to a local hospital where, tragically, he died of his injuries,” Anderson said at a press briefing.

The victim, whose name has not yet been released, was reportedly returning home after walking his 6-year-old child to school.

Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr. said the victim encountered the suspect while he was spray painting near a bridge inside the park.

“The gentleman who was shot was returning from (walking his 6-year-old child) to school when he interacted with the man on the bridge.

It appeared that the man was doing some type of spray painting. He took a picture of the man, and that started the altercation,” Early said.

Authorities later arrested the alleged shooter outside a residence at 29 Edgewater Avenue at approximately 11:45 a.m.

The suspect was identified as Snehal Ansh Srivastava, who also goes by the name “Sasha Shakur” on social media. SWAT officers and a K-9 unit entered the property minutes after the arrest.

Investigators said the home was covered in graffiti bearing slogans such as “Free Palestine,” “Free Congo,” “BLM,” “GLM,” and “Ganga Gardens.”

A sign in the window displaying the name “Sasha Shakur” matched the social media account authorities had linked to Srivastava.

Officials described Srivastava as “known to police,” though specific charges have not yet been announced.

Law enforcement activity remained focused on the Jordan Pond Walking Trail throughout the morning.

Police cordoned off sections of the trail and shoreline where additional graffiti was visible. Residents were advised to shelter in place until authorities confirmed the suspect was in custody.

Shrewsbury Public Schools issued an alert to families, confirming that students and staff at the nearby Coolidge School were safe.

Officials said the shooting did not involve the school and that no other campuses in the district were affected.

The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office said the investigation is ongoing, with police collecting evidence from both the park and the Edgewater Avenue residence.

Both measures were enacted early in his presidency and drew criticism from opponents who argued that the level of government spending would destabilize the economy.

In contrast, inflation has eased during Trump’s second term in office. Recent reports show rates coming in lower than expected.

In May, inflation dropped to its lowest point since March 2021.

The cost of consumer goods has reflected the decline. According to Trading Economics, the average price of eggs has fallen from a high of $8.20 in March to $2.13 as of Thursday.

The average price of gasoline, which reached record levels during Biden’s term, currently stands at $3.21 nationwide, according to AAA.

Despite the exchange on economic issues, Jennings noted that Democrats often perform better in special elections.

He argued that Drey’s win followed an established trend.

“It’s absolutely true. Democrats now have more voters who are regular voters in non-traditional elections. Specials, off-year, what have you. That’s absolutely true, and so you’ve seen a pattern of Democrats doing better in these elections that don’t happen outside of a regular occurrence,” Jennings said.

Williams directed officials to remove temporary fencing, industrial lighting, generators, gas, sewage systems, and other equipment once detainee numbers decrease to a level that allows for safe removal.

Earlier this month, Judge Williams cited environmental violations in a separate ruling that paused new construction at the site for two weeks. At the time, she ruled the facility could continue to house existing detainees but barred additional development pending further review.

Following Thursday’s decision, DHS confirmed that detainees are being relocated to other immigration detention centers. In a statement to CBS News, the department said it was complying with the order but criticized the ruling.

“DHS is complying with this order and moving detainees to other facilities. We will continue to fight tooth-and-nail to remove the worst of the worst from American streets,” the statement said.

The preliminary injunction marks the latest legal battle over the controversial facility, which local leaders and immigrant rights advocates challenged shortly after it was established.

Judge Williams’ order emphasized that the site must be dismantled within the mandated timeframe, with all environmental and operational equipment removed.
