Public School HR Director: Black and Trans Teachers Preferred “No Matter What”

An undercover journalist has exposed a California public school HR Director admitting to race-based hiring practices in violation of the state’s and federal laws on discrimination.

An O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) undercover journalist probed Jonathan Ferrer, the HR Director of California’s Summit Public Schools, about the preferred candidate’s race when presented with equally qualified white and black job candidates.

“You get presented with, on equal merits, like a white person or a black person or whatever-,” the journalist asked before the HR Director interrupted him.

“Yeah, we’re going with the black person,” Ferrer said.

“Yeah, no matter what,” the journalist implied.

“Yeah, no matter what,” the HR Director confirmed.

The Summit Public Schools HR Director added that black applicants and transgender-identifying individuals were preferred.

However, selecting a candidate solely based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, or similar attributes violates the U.S. Constitution’s Title VII and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).

“If it’s a person of color, great. If it’s a trans teacher, great. You know?” He stated.

“And I think it’s culturally, we naturally look for those folks,” he added.

When asked if he would hire a Trump supporter or MAGA person, even by accident, the HR Director said they would probably not.

When asked if they would consider hiring a Trump supporter or MAGA person, even unintentionally, the Summit Public Schools HR Director confirmed that it was unlikely.

“You’re hiring MAGA people for staff sometimes, if it just happens?” The journalist further probed.

“I don’t think we would hire them. I don’t think we would,” he replied.

“Oh my God,  I’m talking way too much,” he added.

“I’m feeling so bad. I feel like I’m talking your ear off.”

Additionally, Ferrer is not just an unwilling participant, as he spearheads a DEI program that deals with both students and teachers.

“I lead our DEI efforts in the District, so we have a[n] LGBTQIA+ gender wellness training on Thursday, so I facilitated that.”

OMG’s undercover journalist also asked the Summit Schools HR director if, at certain times, they were looking for “a certain type of person.”

“With the exception, I’ll say what we do look for are, like, dynamics,” Ferrer said.

He further explained that if a certain department was “all white male,” they may “add a person of color somewhere in the mix” to increase diversity. Although he did not explicitly confirm whether they kept records on racial composition, Ferrer later acknowledged that most teachers were “white females.”

However, Ferrer disclosed they have no DEI quotas, although heartbreakingly, they “have a lot of kids that identify as LGBTQ,” hinting at the potential staggering level of brainwashing.

Nonetheless, he admitted that Summit Public Schools had a DEI questionnaire that would eliminate certain types of candidates, such as conservative candidates.

“We do have DEI questions built into our selection process,” Ferrer said.

“And we have a rubric of, obviously, if they say any of these things, this is not someone who’s answering the question the way we’re aligned to answer the question.”

“So if the candidate or teacher is like, ‘Well, I want to make sure that they [children] learn about conservative values, bla …”

“If they say that during the interview, that’s probably not what we are looking for.”

Meanwhile, Summit Public Schools denies those allegations, saying it was “committed to being an equal opportunity employer” and maintaining a discrimination-free team in accordance with all applicable laws.

“Any allegations of discriminatory conduct or verified misconduct are taken seriously and addressed through established internal procedures,” the school district’s Government Affairs Manager, Valeria Torres, stated.

Still, the HR Director may have said the quiet part out loud — something that is rarely admitted so bluntly in most DEI-oriented institutions.

Meanwhile, O’Keefe Media Group had previously exposed allegations of similar discriminatory practices at casino giant MGM Resorts, after Albie Velarde, the establishment’s Marketing Director in Springfield, MA, said they would “Probably Hire the African American” and “not going to hire them [whites].”

Anti-Trump Senator Lisa Murkowski Whines She’s “Afraid” of Speaking Her Mind About the President

Anti-Trump Senator Lisa Murkowski Whines She's "Afraid" of Speaking Her Mind About the President

RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) claimed she is “afraid” of speaking her mind about President Donald Trump during an appearance in front of nonprofit leaders in Anchorage this week.

While Murkowski did not reference Trump directly, it was clear who she was referring to.

“We are all afraid,” Murkowski said, pausing.

“It’s quite a statement. But we are in a time and a place where I certainly have not been before. And I’ll tell ya, I’m oftentimes very anxious myself about using my voice because retaliation is real. And that’s not right.”

The discussion, which took place alongside Laurie Wolf, President and CEO of The Foraker Group, came during the group’s annual leadership summit. The summit focused on the ripples that “chaos” in Washington, D.C., might cause in Murkowski’s home state.

Attendees expressed their anxiety about working in the public sector under Trump’s cost-cutting initiatives.

At one point, Murkowski used the word “unlawful” to describe some of the president’s orders.

Recounting a fire drill in which she and aides sought to uncover the truth behind rumors about cuts, she said, “It is as hard as anything I have been engaged in in the 20-plus years I’ve been in the Senate.”

Murkowski recalled asking Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles to delay the slashing of AmeriCorps programming.

“I share this with you not to say that ‘we don’t know anything,’ but I’m saying that things are happening so fast through this Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE … none of us understand the half of it,” Murkowski said. “It’s literally piecing it together.”

Watch:

Now, the lawmaker is calling on Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and the administration to pursue a slimmed-down version of the cuts over the next several months.

“I’m not saying you can’t touch Medicaid at all,” Murkowski said.

“What I hope we’re moving away from is an $880 billion cut to Medicaid. Because if that happens, this is going to be a very, very different state.”

Murkowski questioned whether House and Senate leaders are doing enough to act as a check on executive power.

“It’s called the checks and balances. And right now, we are not balancing as the Congress,” Murkowski said.
“I think it’s important the concerns continue to be raised rather than letting the fatigue of the chaos grind you down.”

New WHO Treaty Grants Sweeping Power Over Global Pandemic Response

New WHO Treaty Grants Sweeping Power Over Global Pandemic Response

The World Health Organization (WHO) has reportedly settled on the text for a legally binding treaty to enhance global preparedness for future pandemics.

The decision aims to prevent chaos and competition over resources, as seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pact also emphasizes rapid data sharing on emerging diseases, enabling pharmaceutical firms to accelerate the development of vaccines.

The WHO will now have a comprehensive view of global supply chains under the new pact.

WHO’s Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, described the agreement as “a significant milestone in our shared journey towards a safer world.”

Tedros also noted that the pact demonstrates nations’ ability to collaborate on common challenges.

The treaty is only the second in the WHO’s history, the first being the 2003 tobacco control agreement.

Approval is now being sought at the upcoming World Health Assembly.

Under the treaty, countries must ensure the global availability of pandemic-related medications. At the same time, manufacturers are required to allocate 20 percent of vaccine, therapeutic, and diagnostic production to the WHO — distribute 10 percent as donations, and offer the remainder at accessible prices.

However, the U.S. was absent from the closing negotiations following President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from the health agency.

Earlier this month, Tedros urged Trump to undo his executive order and rejoin the UN-run agency.

Trump cited the agency’s failure to hold China accountable and its role in pushing “radical globalist health agendas” as key reasons for the decision.

Since then, the U.S. has halted all funding to the WHO, redirecting resources to domestic health initiatives that prioritize American interests.

Tedros said:

“I hope there will be some formal engagement for a very honest and candid dialogue for the U.S. to come back to the World Health Organization.

I’ve said it many times: the U.S. withdrawal from WHO is a lose-lose.

It’s in the best interest of the U.S. to stay in WHO. It’s a matter of health security — one that keeps the U.S. safe, and the rest of the world safe, by being part of the WHO.”

Family of Black Teen Who “Allegedly” Killed White Teen Strikes it Rich with Donations

Conservatives often say that liberals and leftists have no principles, but that’s not true. The prevailing liberal orientation to the world, at least in the U.S., could be called “sympathy for the devil.”

It seems like all of a sudden, the tolerant, loving, compassionate, empathetic left has decided to celebrate murderers right out in the open. Sure, many on the right could argue that the left has always approved of force and violence, but in the past those who did at least felt some social pressure to hide their appetites. Not anymore. Violence-loving lefties will tell you right out on social media that they wished the 2024 would-be assassins had succeeded in killing Donald Trump. They also like to engage in what they accuse conservatives of doing: “victim blaming.” Check out this poll—38 percent of voters said Trump himself was to blame for attempts on his life. Maybe it was that tight dress he was wearing.

Lefties are equally unashamed to cheer on the rash of violent attacks on Tesla dealerships. The electric car company, owned by billionaire and Trump advisor Elon Musk, has endured dozens of incidents of vandalism and firebombings in the past few months. The arrest of a Colorado man (who wears blue lipstick) for an arson attack on a Tesla dealership in New Mexico, and vandalism at the state’s Republican party headquarters, is only the latest in a string of reports of lefties gone feral.

It is no surprise, then, to see the outpouring of financial support for confessed killer Anthony Karmelo. The black teen has been charged with murder for plunging a knife into the heart of 17-year-old white high schooler Austin Metcalf on April 2 in Frisco, Texas. According to media reports, Metcalf told Karmelo to move out of his seat, and Karmelo reacted by knifing him. Metcalf died on the scene as his killer asked arresting police if he could claim “self-defense.”

It looks like just about any old excuse will get this guy off the hook if his recent successes are any indication. On April 14 a judge reduced his bail from $1 million to $250,000, so Karmelo walked out free except for home arrest.

But the winning keeps on coming: as of April 15, a fundraiser for the knife killer set up by his family has netted $433,000, surpassing the amount donated to the family of the slain boy. The family says they’re going to buy a brand-new house with security because they feel “threatened.”

Let’s see what the public has to say. Naturally, poor little Karmelo has some backers.

But more people reacted with sanity.

How Far They’ve Fallen: Hegseth Hits Back After Jeffries’ Extremist, Nazi, and Dumb Effing DEI Hires Comment

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has lashed back at House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for calling him one of the “Dumb Effing indviduals” and “DEI hires.” The Democrat was ranting about the military banning certain books leaning toward the critical race theory (CRT), white guilt, and slavery.

Various Trump executive orders aimed to end radical ideology from the military, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and mandated the banishment of critical race theory content.

“By March 5, 2025, all Components must remove and archive DoD news articles, photos, and videos promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), including content related to critical race theory, gender ideology, and identity-based programs,” Hegseth said in a memo.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell also stated that “All service academies are fully committed to executing and implementing President Trump’s Executive Orders.”

Consequently, over 400 books were removed from the military, which angered Democrats, including Jeffries, prompting him to take to social media and accuse Hegseth for allegedly attempting to rewrite and “whitewash” “our history.”

“These DEI hires in the Trump Administration, like Pete Hegseth, the so-called Secretary of Defense — dumb effing individuals — continue to try to test our resolve and cancel our history,” he said.

“The latest is a book ban at the Naval Academy that removes works, including those about slavery, the Civil Rights Movement and the Holocaust — at the same time, keeping books written by Adolf Hitler.”

He also accused “these extremists” for thinking that “racist Nazi ideology and white supremacy is okay” and vowed to continue fighting attempts ot “whitewash our history.” Jeffries also accused Trump officials of trying to cancel Harriet Tubman and the Tuskegee Airmen.

“We’re going to keep the pressure on until this book ban is reversed and Pete Hegseth is fired,” he warned.

Appearing on Fox News, Secretary of Defense Hegseth hit back at the unhinged Democrat for defending the radical racial discriminatory policy. Despite the Democrats’ antics, Hegseth also promised to remain focused on prioritizing the interests of the United States.

“That’s how far they have fallen. It’s astonishing, not surprising,” Hegseth told Fox News.

“Of course, they don’t like the fact that we’re ripping DEI out of the military and making it colorblind and merit-based.”

“If their whole strategy is … to call us names while we secure the southern border, kick out Chinese influence, revive the warrior culture inside our military, that’s why they lost in a historic fashion to President Trump last time, and their future looks bleak as well.”

Ironically, Jeffries dismissed Hegseth as a DEI hire, underscoring his lack of respect for individuals hired through the program, accidentally saying the quiet part out loud. Yet, he still advocates for the military to continue the policy, demonstrating how detached from reason the Democrats are.

He also seemed to fight against anti-Semitism when Democrats have been fighting the Trump administration for attempting to remove individuals involved in anti-semitic activities from the United States.

While Jeffries claims that some Holocaust books were removed, there were reports of “hostile compliance,” where some radical left federal employees “accidentally” removed materials that were not supposed to be removed to disgrace the Trump administration.

Consumer Watchdog: Major Companies Renaming DEI Programs While Maintaining Core Practices

A conservative consumer watchdog has blown the lid off many companies’ deceptive practices to conceal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs they either announced to end or seemed to have paused.

According to Consumers’ Research (CR), these companies, including Kohl’s, Dollar Tree, Disney, UPS, and Nationwide, have rebranded their woke programs likely to deceive unsuspecting users.

“Recently, companies have stated they are scrapping their DEI programs and policies, but for some companies, this declaration is merely a PR stunt. Instead of doing away with these illegal and discriminatory policies, these five companies are just rebranding their woke policies by calling DEI by a new name: ‘belonging,'” CR warned.

Shortly after Trump signed the “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity” executive action to end DEI in federal government and encouraged other companies to follow suit, Kohl changed the title of its DEI program to “inclusion and belonging” and expanded its scope to include small businesses. However, it still aims to become a “welcoming, respectful, and inclusive company,” suggesting that DEI is still a priority.

Dollar Tree also changed the name from “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” to “Culture of Belonging” but still maintained the “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive Council.” Nationwide also changed its DEI page to “Belonging, Respect and Fairness”, while UPS called it “Inclusion and Belonging.”

However, Consumers’ Research says these name changes were likely an attempt to hoodwink Americans that they had given up on the racially discriminative practices. The watchdog warns that the word “belonging” is a metaphor for DEI.

“It’s the same racism under a different name,” Consumers’ Research Executive Director Will Hild told Fox News Digital.

“Rebranding from DEI doesn’t change the anti-White and anti-Asian nature of these activities. Corporations should focus on serving customers by finding and retaining the best talent, not engaging in a retrograde racial patronage scheme.”

Many other companies rebranded their DEI programs to more subtle and palatable language without changing actual policies. Other names used by various companies to conceal DEI programs include “Responsible Innovation,” “Inclusive Culture,” “Equity and Belonging,” “inclusive leadership,” “employee resource groups (ERGs),” and “culture of care and connection.”

Besides the five companies that CR highlighted, other likely culprits include JPMorgan, which renamed its DEI to “diversity, opportunity, and inclusion (DOI),” while Citi rebranded the program to “Talent Management and Engagement.”

Banks have historically encouraged racially discriminative practices, such as enforcing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which usually include an element of racial equity, for a favorable credit rating. The SDGs made DEI an industry standard. They could also prevent many companies from ditching the practice for fear of losing their favorable credit rating.

Meanwhile, these companies will continue to purport ditching DEI likely to avoid potential investigations as the Trump’s executive order tasked federal organizations to “identify up to nine potential civil compliance investigations of publicly traded corporations, large non-profit corporations or associations, foundations with assets of $500 million or more, state and local bar and medical associations, and institutions of higher education with endowments over $1 billion.”

Besides private and public companies, some federal agencies have also attempted to conceal DEI practices through subtle wording. In January 2025, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was exposed for trying to rename Lisa T. Boykin’s job title from “Chief Diversity Officer” to just “Senior Executive.”

The apparent attempt to disguise DEI prompted the White House to direct federal workers to report “any efforts to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.”

The U.S. Military Academy at West Point also renamed the “Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management Branch” to “Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion Branch.”

Besides the subtle name change, which does not suggest any significant changes, the academy’s objective remains to maintain “an equitable, inclusive, and effective organization.”

Subsequently, conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to cast light on a potential attempt to conceal ongoing DEI practices.

“It seems games are afoot at West Point to disguise its radical DEI agenda,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Harvard Professors Try Blocking Audit Into Billions in Government Grants

Professors at Harvard University have filed a lawsuit aimed at halting a federal review of nearly $9 billion in government grants and contracts awarded to the school, as the Trump administration investigates antisemitism on college campuses.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in federal court in Boston, claims that the administration’s audit threatens academic freedom and free speech.

It was brought by the Harvard chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) and the national organization.

The legal challenge comes amid a broader federal effort to investigate antisemitic incidents and rhetoric on college campuses, including those at elite universities.

The Trump administration has increased scrutiny of institutions receiving taxpayer funds, particularly where student protests or faculty conduct have raised concerns.

According to the AAUP, the audit violates constitutional protections and is intended to intimidate faculty and chill campus discourse.

The Department of Justice, which is representing the administration in the case, declined to comment on the pending litigation.

Harvard University, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, also declined to issue a statement.

The funding in question includes approximately $9 billion in federal grants and contracts provided to Harvard over recent years.

While the administration has not publicly detailed the full scope of the audit, it is part of a broader review of federal funding to universities where there have been allegations of antisemitism or campus unrest.

The issue gained national attention in 2023, when then-Harvard President Claudine Gay testified before Congress.

During her testimony, Gay was asked whether calling for the genocide of Jews would violate Harvard’s code of conduct.

She responded that such speech would not necessarily constitute a violation, prompting widespread criticism. Gay later stepped down from her position.

In May 2024, faculty and students at Harvard participated in a rally where participants were heard chanting “Intifada, come to America,” according to event footage and multiple news reports.

The demonstration, which included both anti-Israel and anti-American sentiment, drew further attention to the climate on Harvard’s campus and fueled calls for a federal review of the school’s publicly funded programs.

The federal audit is focused on ensuring that taxpayer money is not being used to subsidize institutions that allow discriminatory conduct or fail to uphold civil rights standards, officials have said.

The legal action from the Harvard professors comes despite the university’s massive financial resources.

As of 2024, Harvard’s endowment is valued at more than $51 billion, making it the largest university endowment in the country.

The school’s reliance on federal grants and contracts—despite this endowment—has also sparked criticism.

The professors’ lawsuit is expected to be an early test of how far universities can go in resisting federal oversight tied to campus behavior and the use of taxpayer funds.

The case is pending in U.S. District Court in Boston, with a hearing date yet to be scheduled.

The Trump administration has not indicated whether additional universities will face similar audits, though officials have suggested more reviews could be on the horizon.

Bernie Sanders Rages Against “Oligarchy” at $779 a-Ticket Coachella Festival

Bernie Sanders Rages Against 'Oligarchy' at $779 a-Ticket Coachella Festival

Millionaire socialist Bernie Sanders appeared at the eye-wateringly priced Coachella festival over the weekend as part of his ‘Fight Oligarchy’ tour—and you literally couldn’t make it up.

Many punters have been forced to take out loans to pay for the tickets, which cost between $679 and $779, with VIP packages reaching between $1,199 and $1,399.

Unsurprisingly, Sanders found this the perfect venue to sound off about his alarmist ‘causes’ while making bank.

Predictably, Sanders urged the audience to vote against President Donald Trump’s policies.

Watch:

Attendees also got the chance to witness Lady Gaga prancing around in Satan’s tonguing skulls.|

Watch:

Sanders said the U.S. “faces some very difficult challenges” while urging the crowd that “the future of what happens to America is dependent upon your generation.”

“Now you can turn away and you can ignore what goes on, but if you do that, you do it at your own peril,” Sanders continued.

“We need you to stand up to fight for justice. To fight for economic justice, social justice and racial justice.”

Watch:

In a post on X after the appearance, Sanders wrote:

“Thank you, Coachella,” adding, “The younger generation has to help lead in the fight to combat climate change, protect women’s rights, and build an economy that works for all, not just the few.”

What a fraud.

Karoline Leavitt Roasts Reporters: “One of the Greatest Cover-Ups and Political Scandals”

Image Credit: Joshua Sukoff – Shutterstock.com

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Friday addressed the contrast in transparency between the Trump and Biden administrations, particularly regarding Joe Biden’s cognitive condition during his time in office.

Jan 28th 2025 First White House Press Briefing By Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt

Leavitt also took aim at members of the media for their role in what she described as a coordinated effort to downplay Biden’s mental decline. During a White House press briefing, Leavitt fielded a question about President Donald Trump’s upcoming annual physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

She assured reporters that the White House would release updates from the physician once the examination was completed. The exchange took a turn when a reporter brought up the issue of transparency in relation to the previous administration.

That prompted Leavitt to criticize both the Biden administration and members of the press for failing to address the issue of Biden’s declining mental acuity while he was in office.

“I can tell you there was certainly a lack of transparency from the former president, from the entire former administration, and frankly, a lot of people in this room when it came to the health and the competence of the former President of the United States, Joe Biden,” Leavitt said.

She went on to characterize the collective effort to obscure Biden’s cognitive condition as “one of the greatest cover-ups, and frankly, political scandals this nation has ever seen.”

Leavitt also commented on recent revelations published in books written by journalists who previously downplayed or ignored signs of Biden’s cognitive issues.

“It’s been unraveled in some recent books that are being written by journalists who engaged in that cover-up and scandal, which is quite ironic,” she noted.

Though she did not name specific individuals, the remarks appeared to reference reporters who once dismissed concerns about Biden’s mental sharpness.

Some, like CNN’s Jake Tapper, had previously suggested that criticism of Biden’s verbal gaffes or memory lapses was merely an attack on his stutter.

In recent weeks, Leavitt has also raised the issue of potential transparency surrounding Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Biden.

When asked earlier this week whether the Trump administration would consider releasing audio recordings of that interview, Leavitt responded, “I don’t have an update on that, but I can certainly check. I think the American people would be quite interested to hear that tape, but I’ll double-check on the release of it.”

Leavitt has become known for challenging members of the press to pursue accountability with equal rigor across administrations.

In a previous exchange with CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins, Leavitt questioned whether Biden had knowingly used an autopen to sign official documents, including pardons.

“Was he aware of his signature being used on every single pardon?” she asked.

When Collins countered by asking for evidence, Leavitt replied, “You’re a reporter; you should find out.”

At Friday’s briefing, Leavitt emphasized that President Trump remains active and engaged, noting that reporters who have covered him “know from covering [Trump], it’s hard to keep up with him.”

She added, “He is a machine working around the clock every single day, and the physician, after today’s physical, will provide an update on the report in the effort of transparency.”

Leavitt’s remarks come as new information continues to emerge from inside the Biden administration.

One recent book revealed that Kamala Harris’s team reportedly maintained a “death-pool roster” of federal judges who could take emergency action if Biden were to die in office.

The report has added fuel to ongoing concerns about the lack of transparency surrounding Biden’s health during his presidency.

As questions of competency and openness dominate the headlines, Leavitt’s call for equal scrutiny across political lines signals a continued push from the Trump administration for accountability—not just from political opponents, but from the press corps covering them.

RFK Jr Tells Room Full of FDA Employees They’re “Sock Puppets for the Deep State and Big Pharma”

RFK Jr Tells Room Full of FDA Employees They're 'Sock Puppets for the Deep State and Big Pharma'

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s visit to the FDA made headlines as he schooled employees on everything from past CIA experiments, mind control and the Deep State.

Kennedy, who also warned FDA employees against becoming “sock puppets” of the industries they regulate, didn’t hold back.

“Because of my family’s commitment to these issues, I spent 200 hours at Wassaic Home for the Retarded when I was in high school,” Kennedy said, referencing the Wassaic State School for the Mentally Retarded in Wassaic, New York.

“So I was seeing people with intellectual disabilities all the time. I never saw anybody with autism.”

Kennedy’s remark unnerved several FDA employees, who misheard and thought he was making a derogatory comment about people with intellectual disabilities.

“President Trump always talks about the Deep State and the media, you know, disparages him and says that he’s paranoid,” Kennedy said, according to a transcript and audio via Politico.

“But the Deep State is real. And it’s not, you know, just George Soros and Bill Gates and a bunch of nefarious individuals sitting together in a room and plotting the, you know, the destruction of humanity.”

Kennedy said that “every institution that’s created by human beings” is inevitably captured by powerful interests.

He then vowed that the Department of Health and Human Services would not be subjected to undue influence and would listen to “dissidents.”

“All of us are subject to those gravities of agency capture,” Kennedy said, calling on the audience to “be conscious of that gravity because it’s going to be pulling you every single day of your career. We want to break away from this so we can make our kids healthy.”

The speech sent many FDA staffers reeling, which was undoubtedly the point.

HHS spokesperson Andrew Nixon said in a statement that Kennedy was “telling the truth that many Americans already know: for too long, the FDA has been captured by the very industries it is supposed to regulate.”

“Calling this out and encouraging radical transparency is not controversial — it’s leadership,” Nixon said.

“The era of rubber-stamping and silence is over.”

Last week, Kennedy culled around 10,000 employees, vowing that HHS would find ways to “do more with less.”

“This whole generation is damaged,” Kennedy said.

“The information is out there,” he said. “But those studies aren’t done because they may offend the financial interests of powerful entities.”

Kennedy also referenced the CIA’s MK-Ultra Project — the infamous human experimentation program from the 1960s — in what appeared to be both a warning and an effort to encourage FDA employees to align with his agenda to Make America Healthy Again.
