Benny Johnson’s 60 Second Recap of Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Has the Crowd Going Wild

Conservative commentator Benny Johnson pointed to the 2024 election results as evidence of what he described as a nationwide shift toward the Republican Party, crediting Charlie Kirk’s influence and urging supporters to recognize what he called their political majority.

Johnson made the remarks while discussing a comparison between the 2024 and 2020 election maps, arguing that the results show Republican gains across the entire country.

“This is a map of the 2024 election versus the 2020 election,” Johnson said.

“Every single county in America voted more for Republicans, more for Donald Trump than last election. Every county.”

He described the results as a clear representation of the political landscape facing Americans.

“This is the country you live in. This is the red kingdom. This is our nation,” Johnson said.

Johnson framed the outcome as part of what he called Charlie Kirk’s broader legacy, tying grassroots organizing and messaging to the election results.

“This is the legacy of Charlie Kirk,” he said.

Johnson then broke down what he said the election map represents in concrete terms, emphasizing President Donald Trump’s performance nationally and in key battleground states.

“Let me tell you what this is,” Johnson said.

“Let me tell you this is Donald Trump winning the popular vote.”

He continued by highlighting victories across traditionally competitive states.

“This is Donald Trump winning all seven swing states,” Johnson said.

Johnson also cited widespread county-level support as further proof of Republican dominance.

“And Donald Trump winning 90% of the counties in America,” he said.

He concluded by urging Republicans and conservative voters to embrace what he described as their majority status.

“A red kingdom, you’re the majority in this country,” Johnson said.

“Don’t ever stop acting like it.”

Republican Sheriff Leads California Governor’s Race as Democrat Campaign Spirals

Former Democratic Rep. Katie Porter has fallen six points in the race for California governor, according to a Berkeley Institute of Government Studies (IGS) poll released Friday, which shows Republican Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco now leading the crowded field.

The IGS survey found Porter dropping from 17 percent in August to 11 percent, while Bianco climbed from 10 percent to 13 percent.

Porter, who had been viewed as the Democratic frontrunner for months, now trails as voters shift toward the Republican sheriff known for his criticism of Sacramento’s leadership.

The poll included six other Democratic contenders, but none secured more than 3 percent support apart from former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra and former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

Becerra placed third at 8 percent, down one point from the previous survey, while Republican candidate Steve Hilton rose two points to also reach 8 percent.

Five percent of respondents said they would support another candidate, and 44 percent remained undecided.

Among those surveyed, 23 percent held a favorable view of Bianco, 26 percent viewed him unfavorably, and 51 percent said they had no opinion. Porter’s favorability stood slightly higher at 26 percent, though 33 percent viewed her unfavorably and 41 percent were undecided.

In an interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation, Bianco said Californians “need a sheriff” to restore accountability in state government.

He criticized Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom for what he described as reckless spending and misplaced priorities.

“Sacramento is home to more crime than any other city due to Gavin Newsom and his enablers stealing from Californians,” Bianco told the DCNF.

“They are spending billions to fund government programs for illegal immigrants, fund political power grabs, building a new temple to government with little to no oversight, and in the meantime, there is no money for first responders, families trying to rebuild their lives, or tax relief for families,” he said.

“Californians need a Sheriff as their next Governor to restore sanity in Sacramento.”

The poll’s release follows a series of negative headlines for Porter in recent weeks, including two widely circulated videos that reignited questions about her temperament.

On October 7, Porter abruptly ended an interview with CBS News California’s Julie Watts after being asked how she planned to reach the 40 percent of state voters who supported President Donald Trump.

Porter responded that she didn’t “need” Trump voters “in order to win.”

When Watts attempted to follow up, Porter pushed back repeatedly before cutting the interview short, saying she was no longer having a “pleasant, positive conversation.”

A day later, Politico resurfaced a 2021 video showing Porter yelling at a staffer during an online meeting with then-Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm.

In the clip, Porter shouted, “Get out of my f**king shot!” as she appeared to lose patience during the virtual event.

The IGS poll, conducted online in English and Spanish between October 20 and October 27, surveyed 8,141 registered California voters.

Invitations were distributed by email and text message to a stratified random sample of the state’s voter rolls.

The survey carries a margin of error of approximately plus or minus two percentage points at a 95 percent confidence level.

Bianco’s narrow lead marks the first time in months a Republican has topped the IGS governor’s poll, signaling potential volatility in California’s 2026 race as both parties test their messages in one of the nation’s bluest states.

California Woman Busted for Registering Her Dog to Vote Twice

An Orange County woman has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies after prosecutors say she illegally registered her dog to vote and cast ballots in two separate California elections.

Laura Lee Yourex, 62, of Costa Mesa, allegedly registered her dog, Maya Jean Yourex, as a voter and submitted mail-in ballots in the dog’s name during the 2021 recall election of then-Governor Gavin Newsom and the 2022 primary election.

According to Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer, the fraudulent ballot cast in 2021 was successfully counted in the recall election, while the 2022 primary ballot submitted under the dog’s name was flagged and rejected.

The Orange County District Attorney’s Office announced that Yourex has been charged with one felony count of perjury, one felony count of procuring or offering a false or forged document to be filed, two felony counts of casting a ballot when not entitled to vote, and one felony count of registering a non-existent person to vote.

If convicted, she faces a maximum sentence of six years in state prison.

District Attorney Spitzer said in a statement:

“A Costa Mesa woman has been charged with five felonies for illegally registering her dog to vote and casting ballots in her dog’s name in the 2021 California gubernatorial recall election and the 2022 primary election. The dog’s vote was successfully counted in the 2021 gubernatorial recall election but was rejected in the 2022 primary. Laura Lee Yourex, 62, of Costa Mesa, has been charged with one felony count of perjury, one felony count of procuring or offering a false or forged document to be filed, two felony counts of casting a ballot when not entitled to vote, and one felony count of registering a non-existent person to vote. Yourex is scheduled to be arraigned at the Stephen K. Tamura West Justice Center in Westminster on September 9, 2025, in Department W12. She faces a maximum sentence of six years in state prison if convicted on all counts.”

Prosecutors said the Orange County District Attorney’s Office was alerted to the case on October 28, 2024, by the Orange County Registrar of Voters.

Officials reported that Yourex had admitted to registering her dog to vote and casting ballots addressed to the animal.

California election law requires individuals registering to vote to submit an Affidavit of Registration containing their name, residence, mailing address, date of birth, political party preference, and certification of U.S. citizenship, all signed under penalty of perjury.

Proof of residence or identification is not required to register or vote in state elections, though it is required for first-time voters in federal elections.

As a result, the fraudulent 2022 primary ballot cast in Maya Jean’s name was rejected.

By contrast, the 2021 recall ballot was accepted and counted.

That election concluded with 61.9 percent of voters choosing to keep Newsom in office.

An investigation conducted by the Orange County District Attorney’s Bureau of Investigation found evidence that Yourex not only registered her dog but also cast ballots mailed to the fraudulent registration.

Investigators also reviewed social media posts in which Yourex appeared to acknowledge the scheme.

In January 2022, she posted a photo of her dog wearing an “I voted” sticker and posing with a ballot.

Another post from October 2024 displayed a photograph of Maya’s dog tag alongside a vote-by-mail ballot, captioned, “maya is still getting her ballot,” despite the fact the dog had already died.

Yourex is scheduled to be arraigned on September 9, 2025, at the Stephen K. Tamura West Justice Center in Westminster.

The case has drawn broader attention amid ongoing scrutiny of California’s election procedures.

Harmeet Dhillon, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, has recently taken legal action against Orange County Registrar of Voters Robert Page for declining to provide voter registration records related to non-citizens allegedly being allowed to vote in federal elections.

Following news of Yourex’s charges, Dhillon commented on the case.

“And yet…Orange County refused to provide @CivilRights with voter registration records they are required to produce on demand. We had to sue! What next, someone’s pet llama or support peacock on the rolls?! We will find the whole darn menagerie by the time we are done!” Dhillon said.

The case will proceed in Orange County court as officials continue reviewing voter registration practices across the state.

2024 Voter Fraud Bombshell: DOGE Discovery Leads To Arrests

2024 Voter Fraud Bombshell: DOGE Discovery Leads To Arrests

One of the Trump administration’s newest and most aggressive initiatives has nabbed two foreign nationals who illegally cast ballots in the 2024 presidential election.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in partnership with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), announced that two Ukrainian nationals were arrested for unlawfully voting in last year’s election.

The arrests are being touted as a major victory for DOGE—an agency created by Trump to cut government waste, and now tasked with enforcing immigration and election laws.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said in a post on X:

“In partnership with @DOGE, @ICEgov arrested two Ukrainian nationals for illegally VOTING in the 2024 election.”

“Under President Donald Trump, if you come to our country and break our laws, you will face the consequences.”

Initially launched to cut federal spending, DOGE has now expanded into broader areas of federal oversight.

The agency’s members have been granted authority to cancel contracts for scientific research, climate programs, DEI initiatives, and now, immigration crackdowns.

This arrest marks the first publicly known case where DOGE’s internal intelligence has led directly to law enforcement action.

President Trump has repeatedly vowed to hold foreign nationals accountable if they interfere with America’s democratic process.

High-profile Republicans—and Trump himself—have long criticized election security under the previous administration.

Trump has wasted no time overhauling government inefficiency and prioritizing election integrity, shaking up the political landscape.

Since January, the Trump administration has deported approximately 139,000 undocumented immigrants, as military personnel are deployed to sanctuary cities that resist cooperation.

Trump’s Promises To Protect Election Integrity

Chip Somodevilla / Shutterstock.com

The White House released a fact sheet in March on President Donald Trump’s Executive Order to protect “the integrity of American elections.”

Trump’s order first focuses on his plans to restore trust in American elections by strengthening voter ID verifications, while all-out banning foreign nations from interfering in U.S. elections. States must comply with federal election law in order to receive election-related funds, including the use of “national mail voter registration form[s] that will now require proof of citizenship.”

States will be required to provide a voter-verifiable paper ballot record and “and not using ballots in which the counted vote is contained within a barcode or QR code.” Those states that do not comply will “face prioritized Federal enforcement of election integrity laws and loss of funding given their unwillingness to police fraud.”

Finally, Trump’s Order overturns former President Joe Biden’s E.O. 14019, “which turned Federal agencies into Democratic voter turnout centers.”

Safety & Security

In comparing U.S. elections to other countries, such as Canada, Brazil, India, Germany, Denmark, and even Cuba, the Order notes that there are plenty of practical measures in place globally to allow for free and fair elections, “unmarred by fraud, errors, or suspicion.”

“We’re going to fix our elections so that our elections are going to be honorable and honest and people leave and they know their vote is counted. We are going to have free and fair elections. And ideally, we go to paper ballots, same-day voting, proof of citizenship, very big, and voter ID, very simple,” Trump said in the fact sheet. “We will secure our elections, and they will be secure once and for all.”

Role of the Attorney General:

According to the fact sheet:

– The Attorney General will fully enforce the voter-list maintenance requirements of the
National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act.
– Given clear Federal law setting a single Election Day deadline, the Attorney General shall
take appropriate action against states that count ballots received after Election Day in
Federal elections. Federal election funding will be conditioned on compliance.
– The Attorney General will prioritize enforcement of laws prohibiting foreign nationals
from contributing to or donating in U.S. elections.

Tim Walz Throws Kamala Harris Under the Bus Over Election Loss

Image Credit: © Jovanny Hernandez / Milwaukee Journal Sentinel / USA TODAY NETWORK

Months after a disastrous election cycle for Democrats, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D-MN) is acknowledging the failures of the Harris-Walz campaign, particularly in its media strategy and voter outreach.

In an interview with Politico, Walz admitted that the campaign took a cautious approach, avoiding media engagements and missing opportunities to connect with voters.

Walz pointed to the limited time the campaign had following Joe Biden’s withdrawal from the race four months before the election, but suggested that they should have taken a more aggressive approach rather than limiting media appearances.

President Joe Biden during the debate at CNN’s studios in Atlanta. CNN Anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash are moderators of the debate.

“We shouldn’t have been playing this thing so safe,” Walz told Politico.

“I think we probably should have just rolled the dice and done the town halls, where [voters] may say, ‘You’re full of sh*t, I don’t believe in you.’ I think there could have been more of that.”

The Harris campaign’s media strategy, Walz suggested, reflected a broader pattern among Democrats, who have been reluctant to engage with the press.

He said that instead of playing it safe, the campaign should have recognized that they were never truly ahead in the race.

“In football parlance, we were in a prevent defense to not lose when we never had anything to lose because I don’t think we were ever ahead,” Walz said.

While some former Harris aides agreed with Walz’s assessment, arguing that the campaign “put him in a box” and did not effectively use him as a candidate, others disagreed.

Some staffers pointed to his struggles during media appearances, particularly in the vice presidential debate against now-Vice President JD Vance.

One former Harris staffer described Walz’s debate performance as a major liability, citing his difficulty answering questions, particularly on his past travel to China.

“This was a guy who definitely was embarrassed by his flubs, didn’t handle them well, and seemed like there was a never-ending supply of them, so that was part of the issue of getting him out there everywhere,” the former staffer said.

“I don’t look back on that campaign and think that the way we used Walz was a critical error.”

Leading up to the vice presidential debate, Walz reportedly struggled with confidence, with campaign insiders describing him as “in his own head,” “super nervous,” and concerned about letting down the ticket.

His uneven debate performance was widely criticized and raised questions about his ability to handle high-pressure moments on the national stage.

Despite the 2024 defeat, Walz is now considering a presidential run in 2028. When asked about the possibility, he told Politico that he is “not saying no” and remains open to future opportunities.

“I’m staying on the playing field to try and help because we have to win. And I will always say this, I will do everything in my power, and as I said, with the vice presidency, if that was me, then I’ll do the job,” Walz said.

With Democrats struggling to rebuild after their 2024 election losses, Walz’s reflections signal a broader conversation within the party about what went wrong and how to restructure future campaigns.

Whether Walz emerges as a serious contender in 2028 remains to be seen, but his recent remarks suggest he is positioning himself for a role in the party’s future.

Bill Maher: Democrats Will “Lose Every Election” if They Keep Doing This

Bill Maher is cautioning Democrats that forcing government control over parental rights in transgender matters will result in electoral disaster for the party.

Speaking on the Pod Save America podcast, Maher told former Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett that Democrats risk losing every election if they continue pushing policies that undermine parental authority.

“You want to lose every election? Just keep coming down on the side of parents coming in second in a ‘Who gets to decide what goes on with my kid’ contest,” Maher said.

Maher’s remarks came in response to Lovett’s argument that parents should only have a say in their child’s transgender-related decisions if they fully support their child’s identity.

Lovett implied that parents who do not affirm their child’s transgender identity are comparable to abusive parents who endanger their children.

“I don’t want Donald Trump deciding [child trans-related issues], I want parents and doctors—” Lovett began before Maher cut in.

“Well, you just said parents can get shut out,” Maher responded.

Lovett attempted to clarify his stance, saying, “I don’t think parents should get shut out. There are rare exceptions to that… but we also recognize that some parents do such a bad f**king job, that the kids are in danger.”

He continued, “That happens outside of trans issues, that happens all the time. Some parents are f**king terrible.”

Lovett went on to claim that the reality of “terrible parents” is often ignored in discussions about transgender policies. He insisted, “Do I think that schools should, as a baseline, be keeping a secret from parents? Of-f**king-course not. No one thinks that.”

Maher pushed back, stating, “Apparently that’s not true. People do think that.”

During the discussion, Lovett compared regrettable transgender surgeries to botched heart surgeries, suggesting that mistakes in the medical field do not justify banning a particular treatment.

“There are also really important surgeries that people get for their heart, and they go wrong, and somebody dies. And nobody says, ‘We must stop the cardiologists.’ No one says, ‘We must stop the surgeons,’” Lovett said.

A skeptical Maher responded, “Wow. That’s your analogy?”

Lovett continued, “We don’t get rid of the specific surgery. We don’t throw out a whole field of medicine. We say, ‘Let’s make sure we’re doing it in a way that’s healthy.’”

He defended so-called gender-affirming care, stating, “The science, the research, makes clear that, yes, there are exceptions. Yes, there are people practicing it in ways that maybe go too far, but for the most part, study after study shows that gender-affirming care saves a lot of lives.”

He also dismissed concerns over transgender procedures as “edge cases.”

Maher then referenced a major story published by The New York Times, which revealed that a ten-year study on transgender medical interventions was deliberately withheld because the findings did not support the preferred narrative.

“So in other words, it came out not the way you wanted the study to come out — not what you said, that, ‘Oh, all the studies show’ — no,” Maher said.

He acknowledged that for some individuals, transgender medical treatments may be appropriate, but questioned the risks involved in performing irreversible procedures on minors.

“Some people, yes, [trans surgeries] are the right thing,” Maher said.

“But to take that risk at that age, before you know sh*t about anything — and again, this was a very long study, very thorough. And they wouldn’t release it, because it came out with the wrong conclusion.”

Maher’s remarks highlight an ongoing political battle over parental rights and government involvement in transgender policies.

As Democratic leaders continue pushing school and state-driven policies that limit parental oversight in these decisions, Maher’s warning suggests the party risks alienating voters who see these policies as overreach.

With parental rights becoming a key issue ahead of the 2024 elections, Maher’s comments could reflect a broader concern among some Democrats that pushing too far could cost them at the ballot box.

One State Could Decide America’s Entire Future In 2025 Should Voters Refuse To Act

Wisconsin voters have the potential to decide the fate of all Americans in April, a situation finally getting some of the attention it deserves (but probably not enough).

Voters in Wisconsin will head to the polls on April 1 to decide the ideological balance of the state’s Supreme Court, which could have a direct impact on every future presidential election. The “highly consequential” race will further dictate the future of issues such as life, religious freedom, as well as election integrity, and more.

The current balance in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court is a 4-3 liberal majority after Justice Janet Protasiewicz won in 2023. Justice Ann Walsh Bradley is officially retiring her position, allowing for either an even balance or a significant liberal majority to dictate the future of Wisconsin’s legislation, according to Breitbart.

“It’s probably going to be just as competitive as the last couple of presidential and gubernatorial elections and Senate elections here,” said former Wisconsin Republican Gov. Scott Walker, according to NBC News. Though the race is supposed to be nonpartisan, Walked noted the situation is promised to “reach a level that much more like what you see in partisan elections.”

    Who Are The Candidates?

Left-wing billionaires like George Soros, Silicon Valley’s Reid Hoffman, and more, are pouring millions into Dane County Circuit Court judge Susan Crawford. “I believe people in Wisconsin deserve to feel safe as they go about their lives…My top priority in making decisions is always to make our communities safer,” said Crawford of her policies, according to Ballotpedia. Other liberal judges have also endorsed Crawford’s campaign.

The Milwaukee Police Association officially endorsed Waukesha County Circuit court judge Brad Schimel’s campaign. He says he’s running to “restore confidence in the people of Wisconsin that the justice system will be fair and impartial…I will be honest about my principles, but will never prejudge a case.” Support is rolling into both campaigns, including $1 million from a group with ties to technology billionaire Elon Musk, according to Politico.

Why This Matters To People Outside Of Wisconsin

“Wisconsin is the only state that was one of the closest three margins in the last three Presidential elections. It was critical in deciding who became president each of the last three elections.  The margins have been by less than 30,000 with over 3,000,000 votes cast,” Million Voices’ John Graves explains. “The four liberal justices overruled the three conservative justices after the liberal took over the court in 2023, and reversed the ruling on drop boxes and other critical election integrity rulings. That’s why it’s the most important state right now, and that’s why this election is so important.”

The Wisconsin election isn’t just about what happens for state residents. The issues that matter most to you ultimately, as they trickle upwards from the local level, end up in the hands of those who run this nation. Wisconsin basically chooses the president every four years. Do you want policies related to noncitizen voting, ballot drop boxes, and more, to be part of Wisconsin’s electoral system?

It is essential to tell your friends, family, pastor, anyone you know who may have ties to Wisconsin, to get out and vote in April. We’ll be bringing you the latest updates on the races, so be sure to share them with your kin.

Biden Gets Confused While Singing “Happy Birthday” to Kid He Invited on Stage

Joe Biden became bewildered after inviting a young man to the stage before singing Happy Birthday to him, at which point he could not remember his name.

During the song’s third verse, “Happy Birthday to -”, Biden apparently had trouble, seeming to forget the person’s name he was singing to.

The President seemed to mumble through that part, hoping nobody would notice.

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to…,” Biden sang into the microphone.

    Watch – it’s pretty funny:

The kid appeared to take the gaffe well, laughing it off as Biden’s voice trailed off at the part of the song he didn’t know.

Cuomo Says He Felt Satisfaction Over Kamala’s Loss Due to Trump Shooting Reaction From the Left

Chris Cuomo, host of The Chris Cuomo Project and NewsNation anchor, didn’t hold back on his criticism of left-wing reactions to the July assassination attempt against President-elect Donald Trump.

During a recent episode of his show, Cuomo expressed both disgust and what he described as “satisfaction” over the political fallout Vice President Kamala Harris faced in November, attributing it to the left’s appalling response to Trump’s near-death experience, as reported by The Daily Caller.

The incident occurred during a Trump rally in Butler Township, Pennsylvania, where a gunman fired at the President-elect, striking him in the ear.

Despite the gravity of the situation—an assassination attempt on a U.S. leader—many left-leaning commentators minimized the attack. Some even claimed Trump was hit by teleprompter glass rather than a bullet.

Cuomo didn’t mince words, directing his outrage at those who dismissed the seriousness of the attempt:

“What I found completely appalling and outrageous was how unimpressed lefties were by Trump getting shot in the head and how many of you would say, ‘Will you stop saying he got shot in the head? It just nicked his ear.’ Once again, to my earlier point: fuck you. You get nicked in the ear by a bullet and tell me that it’s ‘No big deal. I’m good. I’m good.’ Nah, nah. That’s crazy.”

Cuomo highlighted what he saw as hypocrisy, pointing out that if a similar attack had been made on Harris, the media and the left would have been consumed with outrage for days. He continued:

“If that had happened to Harris, you guys would have talked about it for three days nonstop about how we’re in Helter Skelter mode or whatever it is. And then you go and call me a bigot for saying that. This is why you lost the election. That’s exactly why you lost the election.”

The failed assassination attempt wasn’t without consequence. One attendee, former volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore, was tragically killed. Two others, 57-year-old David Dutch and 74-year-old James Copenhaver, were injured.

Yet, despite the tragedy, some on the left propagated conspiracy theories that the incident was staged. According to a Morning Consult poll, a third of President Joe Biden’s supporters entertained the possibility that the attempt wasn’t genuine.

Cuomo didn’t stop there. He addressed a second assassination attempt on Trump in September, when a man armed with a semi-automatic rifle targeted the President-elect at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. Secret Service agents thwarted the attack before shots were fired.

Cuomo revealed he personally reached out to Trump after the incident:

“I reached out to Trump. I wanted to just say, ‘Listen, I’m really sorry that this is going on and it’s being dealt with this way.’ Not because I’m in favor of his politics or what he says—I criticize him all the time. That’s my job, and he deserves it. But he doesn’t deserve this.”

While Cuomo’s politics often differ from Trump’s, his condemnation of the left’s reaction was clear: their callousness crossed a line, and it didn’t go unnoticed by voters.
