Tom Homan Drops the Mic on Child Separation

Border Czar Tom Homan addressed criticism of the United States’ zero tolerance immigration policy, arguing that the policy was intended to save lives by prosecuting individuals who break the law and place children in danger.

Homan said the policy resulted in family separations but stated that such separations occur routinely within American society when parents are arrested and children cannot accompany them to jail.

“I always hear all the time family separation. Homan, the godfather Santa, ran for separation. Let me be clear, zero tolerance is about saving lives, but we figure we start prosecuting people who violate the law and put the children harm’s way. Maybe they stopped coming, and they did. Numbers went down,” Homan said.

Homan said family separations are not unique to immigration enforcement and occur daily across the country as part of standard law enforcement practices.

“It’s unfortunate families got separated, but it happens to American families every day. It’s going to happen in Albany today, that American family will be separated by law enforcement because the child can’t go to jail with a parent,” Homan said.

Homan then shifted focus to child trafficking, stating that a large number of children were trafficked into the United States during Joe Biden’s tenure and that many remain unaccounted for.

“We want to talk about family separation. A half a million children Joe Biden were trafficked in this country. They can’t find 300,000 of them. That’s a separation,” Homan said.

Homan contrasted that situation with President Trump’s stated commitment to locating and rescuing trafficked children, describing the conditions many of those children face.

“But you know what? President Trump’s committed? We’re going to find them, and we’re going to save them. Because many children enforce labor, many children enforce sex slavery, we’re going to save them this administration,” Homan said.

ICE Drags Illegal Out of Court While He Cries Like a Baby

Think back just 20 years ago. Could you imagine that the U.S. would be having a national debate on whether it was “OK” to have illegal border jumpers living in the country as if they’d followed the rules? It’s breathtaking how quickly cultural and legal norms changed under the woke, radical leftist agendas of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

The Trump presidency from 2016 to 2020 interrupted the cultural decline, but only temporarily. The deluge of illegal aliens that flowed into the country under Joe Biden — some say more than 10 million but it’s impossible to get accurate numbers — probably did much to ensure Trump’s victory in the 2024 elections. Despite the claims of the Democrats, the majority of Americans do not approve of unfettered illegal immigration.

Especially when the majority of border jumpers are young, aggressive men from third-world countries. In recent months Americans watched in shock as Mexican “migrants,” aided by legal residents in the U.S. from Mexico as well as hard-left white liberals, took over portions of Los Angeles. These violent “protestors” blocked interstate highways and threw rocks and concrete from overpasses, hoping to hurt or kill police who were trying to restore order.

Trump called out the National Guard, only to have Communist LA Mayor Karen Bass and oily Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom accuse him of violating California’s sovereignty. It would be laughable if these people did not actually have political power, but they do.

If you’re tired of third worlders who don’t speak English showing up on our shores and taking advantage of free food and medical care, this short video is for you. It’s unclear what city and state this took place in, or what details lay behind this case. According to the X/Twitter user who posted it, the scene depicts immigration officers physically dragging an illegal alien out of immigration court to deport him.

It’s likely that leftist critics will claim that this man’s rights were violated, but it’s just as likely that the officers had every right to detain and arrest him. He appears to be hoping that going limp like a toddler and affecting to cry in distress will get him out of trouble.

Let’s see how social media users feel about it.

There’s a Golden Girls meme for just about everything!

And there’s always at least one of these:

Border, Illegal Immigration

CA Nurses Cry, “You Need a Warrant!” as ICE Arrests Illegal in Doctor’s Office

Illegals: Wherever you go, there ICE is. After the passage of the “Big, Beautiful Bill”, Immigration and Customs Enforcement got a $30 billion budget boost specifically to pay for arresting and deporting illegal aliens. It is impossible to get accurate numbers, but various estimates say that the Biden administration allowed in perhaps 10 million or more illegalsduring the open border of Joe Biden’s presidency.

While leftist mainstream media hyperventilates over the deportation of border jumpers like Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the American public is fed up. A majority of Americans want all illegal aliens deported, not “just the criminals,” even if opinion is divided on how strictly deportation should be carried out. Crossing the border without authorization is actually a crime, despite the media trying to make it seem like it’s no more serious than getting a traffic ticket.

Tom Homan, President Donald Trump’s “border czar,” has been frank and unapologetic. Unlike the men in Democrat administrations, Homan doesn’t sugar coat his language or soften it. He’s made it clear that anyone, including elected Democrat politicians, who get in the way of immigration enforcement will themselves be arrested.

The stepped-up deportations bring to mind a phrase that leftist Communists made popular on social media within the past few years. Referring to “decolonization,” their word for agitating on behalf of third-world troublemakers who want to return their countries to the squalor that existed before European colonization, the pinkos asked “What did you think decolonization meant? Vibes? Papers? Essays?”

Watching this scene unfold in a surgery center in Ontario, California, one might ask, “What did you think deportation meant?” The video shows ICE officers arresting and hauling illegal aliens out of the medical office while hysterical female staff shout that the officers “need a warrant” to do this.

That’s not true, of course. Cops don’t “need a warrant” before they arrest trespassers, shoplifters, or people caught in the act of breaking the law. You can watch the arrested men holding onto the wall as if this would stop the cops from carting him out. All the while, female staff are clucking like hens, trying to frustrate the effort to get a man out of the United States who has no business being here in the first place.

Here’s what X/Twitter users had to say about the scene:

There’s always a few on the side of the bad guys, though:

Trump Border Enforcement Hits Record-Low Crossings, Zero Migrants Released

Illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border dropped to their lowest level in recorded history in June, according to former Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director and current Border Czar Tom Homan, as reported by The New York Post.

Tom Homan revealed on X that just 6,070 illegal crossings were recorded in June. Notably, none of the migrants apprehended were released into the United States. “President Trump has created the most secure border in the history of the nation and the data proves it. We have never seen numbers this low. Never,” Homan wrote.

He attributed the dramatic drop in illegal crossings to the administration’s mass deportation efforts and enforcement actions carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U.S. Border Patrol. “God bless the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol and God bless the men and women of ICE,” Homan added. “The interior arrests and consequences help to drive down illegal immigration. The TRUMP EFFECT keeps America winning.”

Homan contrasted the current numbers with those from the Biden administration, when daily crossings frequently exceeded the monthly total recorded this June. “That is less than a single day under Biden,” Homan said. “As a matter of fact, the total number of encounters is less than half of a single day under Biden on many days. Also, none of the 6,070 were released into the U.S. ZERO.”

Rodney Scott, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, confirmed the drop on Wednesday. He noted that in just the first two days of June 2024, more than 7,000 migrants had crossed illegally. That figure now exceeds the entire month’s total in 2025. For comparison, CBP recorded more than 83,000 border crossings in June 2024, more than 99,000 in June 2023, and approximately 192,000 in June 2022. President Trump’s previous record low for border crossings was set in February 2025, with 8,347 illegal crossings, federal data shows.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem also weighed in on the decline, crediting the administration’s renewed enforcement posture. “The world is hearing our message: the border is closed to law breakers,” Noem wrote on X Wednesday. “Under President Trump, our Border Patrol agents are empowered to do their job once again, secure our border, and protect the American people.” The drop in border crossings marks a major reversal from prior years and represents a key policy milestone for the Trump administration.

DHS Uncovers Disturbing Abuse of Migrant Kids During Biden’s Watch

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed widespread abuse and neglect suffered by unaccompanied minors who crossed into the United States and were placed with unvetted or improperly vetted sponsors under the previous administration. In February 2025, DHS launched a national child welfare initiative aimed at locating and protecting migrant children at risk of exploitation.

The initiative has already uncovered troubling patterns of abuse, including instances of forced labor, sexual abuse, and placement with adults convicted of serious crimes.“Children’s safety and security is non-negotiable,” said Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson Laszlo Baksay.

“The previous administration’s failure to implement meaningful safeguards has allowed vulnerable kids to fall into the hands of criminals. Our special agents are working tirelessly to locate these alien children, ensure their protection, and hold accountable those who have abused the system.”

As part of the ongoing investigation, ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division has conducted welfare checks on unaccompanied minors who were placed with sponsors after entering the U.S. DHS officials said these checks have revealed numerous sponsors in possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and others who forced children into labor or subjected them to substandard living conditions.

Some sponsors had criminal records that included convictions for drug trafficking, prostitution, attempted murder, and hit-and-run offenses. In what DHS described as “the most disturbing cases,” sponsors falsely claiming to be family members impregnated minor girls placed in their care.

Chris Clem, the former U.S. Border Patrol chief at the Yuma Sector in Arizona, confirmed the findings and expressed concern about gaps in child protection during the previous administration. Clem had advised the Trump administration’s Health and Human Services Department on solutions for managing unaccompanied minors during the early days of President Trump’s first term. “While that had begun on Inauguration Day, because of the backlog of cases, the information… was poor at best in so many of these instances,” Clem said.

“It was taking more time. And so we put a lot of things in place that… everything is lining up. … There should be zero controversy regarding protecting the children. Regardless of the ideologues that are out there, accounting for these children is critical.”

Clem added that issues involving unaccompanied minors were not fully addressed under the prior administration, despite record-breaking illegal border crossings.

“We knew from a law enforcement perspective, our job was to do the immediate safety check, and then we had to process the kids and place them in custody of [the] Office of Refugee Resettlement,” Clem said.

“Now, what happened from there, we didn’t have specifics, but we knew… it was government. … We knew there [were] probably problems — the vetting and being able to ask questions to the kids was never something we were really allowed to do.”

According to DHS, if ICE HSI agents encounter illegal aliens during welfare checks, the adults are processed for removal.

However, unaccompanied minors found to be in the country illegally are placed in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

“Our agents are doing what should’ve been done all along: protecting children, not pushing them into the shadows,” said Baksay.

“This is the responsibility of any government, Republican or Democrat, but it was the Trump administration that insisted on rigorous sponsor screening and biometric verification. Those guardrails were dismantled, and we’re now seeing the consequences.”

Clem emphasized the importance of restoring public trust. “The expectation of the American public that our government is serving the kids in the best interest was absolutely necessary,” he said.

“That’s why it’s important to me — because it’s protecting children, and it’s doing what the majority of Americans expect us to do as a government — and that’s, at the very least, take care of these children.”

The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) estimates there are roughly 18.6 million illegal immigrants living in the United States as of March 2025 — a population increase of 4.1 million since December 2020. Recent data from U.S. Border Patrol shows zero migrant releases into the country in May 2025, a sharp decline from the 62,000 released during the same period under the Biden-Harris administration in May 2024.

Tom Homan: Iranian Sleeper Cells Could Be Hiding Among Biden-Era Gotaways

Trump Border Czar Tom Homan has warned that the “biggest national security vulnerability this country’s ever seen” comes from Biden-era gotaways.

Homan said federal officials do not have a full accounting of all the people from Iran who illegally crossed the border during the last administration. Speaking with Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures, Homan warned of the potential for Iranian sleeper cells after President Donald Trump ordered strikes on Tehran’s nuclear facilities. Homan explained that there were 1,272 nationals of Iran released into the United States by the Biden administration — a stark contrast to “zero” releases under the Trump administration.

FBI and IRS Put Riot Funders on Notice: “Imprisonment and Fines” Will Come

Federal authorities are warning that individuals and organizations providing financial support for violent demonstrations, including recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, will face prosecution. The message was delivered in a video statement Tuesday by U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli, FBI Assistant Director in Charge Akil Davis, and IRS Special Agent in Charge Tyler Hatcher.

In the video shared by the FBI’s Los Angeles office on X, officials emphasized that while peaceful protest is protected under U.S. law, violence and coordinated attacks against law enforcement will not be tolerated—especially when financially supported. “The right to assemble and protest peacefully is protected by the law,” Essayli said. “Unfortunately, we’ve seen individuals whose intentions are to cause damage and to assault law enforcement. For example, last week, we arrested an individual who was charged with conspiracy to commit and aiding and abetting civil disorders. These violent agitators put peaceful demonstrators at risk.”

Davis stated that federal law enforcement agencies are actively investigating “individuals and organizations who are knowingly funding or committing acts of violence against law enforcement as well as the destruction of property.” According to Hatcher, the IRS is currently tracing financial transactions to identify backers of recent riots. “Funding crime doesn’t just affect the criminals; it also disrupts entire communities,” he said. “Each dollar funneled into illegal operations fuels violence, undermines law and order, and perpetuates fear. Make no mistake, we will identify financial networks supporting these criminal activities.”

Essayli concluded the video message with a direct warning: “Think before you act. The legal consequences for financing or aiding and abetting these crimes are harsh. They include imprisonment and fines.”

Davis also urged the public to report information about those providing financial support to violent rioters.

“If you have information about individuals and/or organizations who are providing financial support to commit acts of violence or destruction of property, contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or TIPS.FBI.GOV.”

The federal warning came on the heels of the arrest of Alejandro Theodoro Orellana, who was taken into custody last Thursday by the FBI. Orellana has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Civil Disorders after allegedly distributing face shields to suspected rioters during the early stages of the anti-ICE unrest in Los Angeles.

According to federal prosecutors, the arrest is part of a broader operation to track and disrupt those organizing or materially supporting acts of civil disorder across the city. Federal law enforcement’s increased visibility comes amid claims from Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and California Governor Gavin Newsom that law enforcement had the situation under control and that there was no need for assistance from federal resources, including the National Guard or U.S. Marines.

However, statements from Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell contradict those claims.

According to McDonnell, conditions during the unrest escalated quickly, and the protests turned violent with incidents including freeway blockages, the throwing of concrete at officers, and the burning of Waymo vehicles. The Department of Justice has not confirmed how many additional suspects are currently under investigation, but officials made clear that more arrests are expected as federal agencies work to disrupt the financial infrastructure behind violent civil unrest.

The crackdown marks a shift in how the federal government is approaching organized rioting, signaling that financial facilitators and logistical supporters will be held as accountable as those committing violence on the ground.

MSNBC Thinks Vladimir Putin is Writing Patriotic Tweets for the U.S.

If you’re looking for grim and sour women, cable news has a smorgasbord for you. None, though, are as grim or as sour as MSNBC’s Niccole Wallace. The anchorwoman, a rabid never-Trumper, has perfected the glib callousness and creaking vocal fry that mark out a 21st century girlboss.

Like many modern TV anchors watching the industry collapse around them, Wallace has branched out into podcasts. On hers, she hosts leftist actors like Jason Bateman so they can sit around for an hour and a half accusing President Donald Trump of being an arsonist who’s responsible for the L.A. riots happening right now.

On her MSNBC show, Wallace starts a segment out looking and sounding “exhausted,” as leftists like to describe themselves from having to live in a world in which Republicans exist.  In a halting voice that’s almost a stutter, Wallace tells her guest, retired Brigadier General Steve Anderson, about the social media posts put out by the Department of Homeland Security. From the lead up you would think you’d find something truly scandalous in these posts on X/Twitter.

“Did Vladimir Putin write that one?” Wallace asks. Her guest replies, “He might very well have.”

Huh?

What do these two think Russian President Vladimir Putin is responsible for? A DHS post asking Americans to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement to “report all foreign invaders.” Wallace is scandalized because the government used old-timey “Uncle Sam” type graphics? Or is it that she thinks the reporting foreign invaders is un-American?

By the way, here’s the image from DHS:

Here’s Wallace’s exchange with Gen. Anderson. Anderson goes on to describe Elon Musk as “one foreign invader” that the U.S. should “deal with.” Musk is a U.S. citizen.

There were a few X users who took Wallace’s side:

Trump’s Border Strategy Slashes Illegal Crossings to Historic Lows

The southern border hasn’t been this quiet in decades, and the reason is clear: President Donald Trump means business.

Border Czar Tom Homan revealed on Monday that Border Patrol agents encountered just 229 illegal migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border in a single day—a number so low that Homan himself, a veteran in immigration enforcement since 1984, could hardly recall a time when it was this controlled, as reported by The Independent Journal Review.

Historical data confirms that illegal border crossings haven’t been this low since the 1960s.

Homan’s announcement isn’t just a fluke. If that 229-daily average held, the total number of border encounters for fiscal year 2025 would barely surpass 83,500.

That’s a dramatic contrast to the Biden administration’s record-breaking border disasters. Under Biden, agents were dealing with more than 11,000 crossings per day, peaking at over 12,600 in a single day in December 2023.

Eric Ruark, research director at NumbersUSA, called the drop in crossings an undeniable “Trump effect.” According to Ruark, Trump’s policies aren’t just symbolic gestures—they are delivering real enforcement at the border.

“There’s every reason to believe that we’re going to see historic lows when it comes to encounters now between ports of entry and people trying to sneak across. The Trump administration is serious and they’re going to continue to be serious about not just talking about ending illegal immigration, but doing everything they can do to prevent it going forward.”

Since reclaiming the White House, Trump has wasted no time dismantling Biden-era policies that encouraged illegal immigration. Among the biggest reversals:

  • Ending the CBP One App, which allowed migrants to schedule entry into the U.S.
  • Shutting down the Safety Mobility Initiative, a loophole that funneled migrants into the country through bureaucratic backdoors.
  • Scrapping Biden’s parole programs, which granted illegal migrants temporary legal status with little oversight.
  • Declaring a national emergency at the border, allowing for rapid deployment of enforcement resources.

Trump took it a step further on Wednesday, signing an executive order that cuts off taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal migrants and blocks federal money from supporting sanctuary cities. This crackdown sends a clear message: America will no longer bankroll illegal immigration.

The shift in policy has had an immediate impact beyond the border. Reports from Latin America suggest that many migrants who once saw the U.S. as an open door are now abandoning their plans entirely.

One glaring indicator? The number of crossings through the Darien Gap, a notorious jungle route between Colombia and Panama used by migrants heading to the U.S., has plummeted. Many see Trump’s enforcement agenda as an insurmountable barrier and are opting to stay put.

The contrast between Trump’s enforcement and Biden’s failures couldn’t be starker. Under Biden, fiscal year 2023 saw over 2 million illegal crossings, with 2024 topping 1.5 million.

These were the two highest totals in U.S. history. Faced with plummeting approval ratings, Biden scrambled to issue a half-hearted executive order in June 2024 to limit asylum seekers—but by then, the damage was done.

Trump’s return has not only reversed the trend but has set the country on a path to the strongest border security in history.

House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green praised Trump’s decisive action.

“The actions taken by President Trump to secure our border and make America safe again have been nothing less than historic, including by reducing illegal border crossings by over 60 percent in his first week in office alone.”

Green called it “the most aggressive crackdown on illegal immigration in U.S. history.”

Ruark noted that unlike in Trump’s first term, his second administration is staffed with officials who fully support his immigration agenda.

“You had a lot of people initially who weren’t really on board with Trump’s immigration agenda. That’s totally different in the second term, and these are people who, from day one, and we’ve seen the results, have come in and are putting in effective policies that are in line with what Trump campaigned off.”

While the initial impact has been dramatic, Ruark warns that the challenge isn’t over.

“We have every reason to be optimistic going forward, so we’ve certainly been happy, but again, the big challenge is, ‘what do you do you do about all the people who are who are here?’”

With estimates placing the number between seven and nine million, Trump’s administration faces a monumental task in not just securing the border, but ensuring those who entered illegally don’t get to stay.

One thing is certain—Trump’s America isn’t rolling out the red carpet for illegal migrants anymore. The border crisis of the last four years is over, and a new era of enforcement has begun.

“This Is A Big One”: Trump Breaks 20-Year Trend

For the first time in 20 years, Americans feel like the country is going in the right direction.

A survey published in mid-February from Rasmussen Reports revealed that for the first time in 20 years, respondents felt that the country was finally going in the right direction. “This is a big one,” the organization wrote in a caption revealing the data. The poll found that 47% of Americans felt the country was on the right track, with 46% felt we’re still on the wrong track.

The data dropped less than a month into Trump’s second term. Since taking office, Trump has signed a series of Executive Orders at whiplash-inducing speed, many of which are focused on fulfilling promises he made during his campaign.

Trump Compared To Predecessors

At the time of writing, Trump has signed more than 68 Executive Orders since starting his second term, compared to roughly a dozen he signed during his first term, according to the Daily Wire. Former President Joe Biden signed 32 EO’s by the first Presidents’ Day of his administration. Here are some other areas where Trump is beating out his predecessors, according to DW.

  • Overall, Trump’s approval rating is higher than his first term
  • He’s secured the release of at least 12 hostages held by terrorists from the Hamas organization, Taliban, Russia, Venezuela, and Belarus
  • Trump has also seen more confirmed cabinet nominees than Presidents Obama, Bush, Clinton, and Reagan (but the last two had fewer to appoint!)
