Scott Presler Outlines 2025 New Jersey Red Wave Strategy

Scott Presler, the founder of Early Vote Action, is ramping up voter registration efforts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania ahead of the 2025 election cycle.

Appearing on Fox News with Steve Doocy, Presler outlined his grassroots strategy to target key demographics and flip traditionally blue states to red.

Presler emphasized the close margins of past elections in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an indicator of the potential for Republican gains. “Well, you know, at earlyvoteaction.com, we believe that victory begets victory. We just had a slam dunk for the Republican Party. We have a trifecta we delivered at the White House, Senate, and House,” Presler said. Highlighting the geographical and cultural proximity between the two states, he added, “For all intents and purposes, one-fourth of Pennsylvania’s border joins with New Jersey. There are a lot of shared values.”

Presler detailed his plans to engage voters in 2025, particularly in New Jersey’s shore town of Wildwood. “From the spring and summer all in 2025, we’re going to Wildwood. That’s where Philly goes to the beach. Let’s register voters and get both New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” he stated.

Fox News host Steve Doocy pointed to New Jersey’s 2021 gubernatorial race, where Democratic Governor Phil Murphy narrowly defeated Republican Jack Ciattarelli by just 3.2%. Doocy noted, “In this deep blue state, the Democrat almost lost, and it was the same year that Governor Youngkin down in Virginia was able to make some hay. New Jersey has really high taxes… Nobody really likes that.”

Presler drew a comparison between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, stating, “Look at the similarities: 2020 in Pennsylvania was decided by 80,000 votes. 2021 in New Jersey was decided by 84,000 votes. In PA, we went after truckers and hunters and Amish and veterans, and in New Jersey, we’re going to do the same thing.”

He elaborated on his approach, saying, “We’re going to the farmers markets and Veterans of Foreign Wars halls, and you’ll see us at the beach, courting the trucker vote. I want New Jersey folks to know that if every single Trump voter that came out in 2024 commits to voting on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, you have the power to flip that New Jersey governorship from blue to red.”

Doocy suggested that Donald Trump’s proposed policies could energize voters in New Jersey and nationwide.

“Donald Trump may actually help you out a lot,” Doocy remarked. “He’s made a lot of suggestions, things that he would like to get done… If people in New Jersey and across the country see him making hay, they’re going to go, you know what? Maybe that side, maybe the red side, is the side I should look at.”

Presler agreed, outlining Trump’s proposed agenda. “Look at what President Trump wants to do on day one. He wants to bring back the Keystone pipeline, and he wants to make sure that we’re cutting the corporate tax so jobs are coming back to America, not going overseas. He wants to make the economy better for working-class families. People are really struggling.”

Presler stressed the importance of voter turnout, warning against complacency. “The biggest obstacle that Republicans have, Steve, is complacency and apathy and not voting. Commit to vote on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and we will win New Jersey,” he said.

Presler closed by encouraging Americans to embrace an “America First” agenda, noting, “If we are able to put forth this America First agenda, make life easier and more affordable for American families, and if people commit to voting, we could very well win the midterms. You will not only have two years of growth for our country, but President Trump will be able to use all four.”

FBI’s Chris Wray Isn’t Out Of The Woods, Jim Jordan Is Seeking Accountability

FBI Director Christopher Wray announced his resignation on Wednesday, stating he would step down at the end of January.

The announcement marks the end of his tenure leading the bureau during a time of heightened scrutiny and controversy.

Former President Donald Trump quickly named his pick for Wray’s replacement, selecting Kash Patel, a known Trump ally with experience in the Department of Defense and as a senior advisor to the Director of National Intelligence.

While some welcomed Wray’s resignation, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and a vocal critic of Wray, made it clear that the FBI director’s departure does not absolve him of accountability.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Jordan celebrated the news but reiterated his commitment to ongoing oversight of the bureau.

Jordan described Wray’s resignation as “great” news and criticized his tenure, pointing to what he called significant missteps.

“I mean, Chris Wray was, you know, investigating moms and dads who show up for school board meetings. He was putting out a memorandum on saying, ‘If you’re a pro-life Catholic, you’re an extremist.’ The FBI retaliated against whistleblowers who came and gave us that kind of information. We learned yesterday that they were spying on congressional staffers and their metadata. And of course, he raided President Trump’s home,” Jordan said.

The Ohio congressman has overseen multiple investigations into the FBI and Department of Justice through the Judiciary Committee, many of which have focused on allegations of political bias and misconduct under Wray’s leadership. Jordan emphasized that the work of holding the FBI accountable is far from over.

When asked whether his committee’s oversight of Wray’s handling of the bureau would continue, Jordan replied, “Oh, yeah.”

He added that additional reports from the inspector general could soon shed light on further issues within the FBI.

“And there’s, we think, reports coming that are going to, you know, shed even more light on what’s been going on down line from the inspector general,” Jordan told Fox News Digital.

Jordan’s comments come amid ongoing frustration among some pundits and observers over the perceived lack of consequences for alleged wrongdoing exposed by congressional investigations.

Critics argue that despite revelations of misconduct, little accountability has been enforced during the past several years.

The landscape of federal law enforcement and justice oversight could shift significantly if Donald Trump, who has announced his intention to seek another term in the White House, returns to office.

Trump’s proposed appointments include Kash Patel as FBI director and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi as the head of the Department of Justice.

Supporters of these moves anticipate a more aggressive approach to addressing what they view as the politicization of the justice system.

With new leadership in key positions, they hope to see accountability measures enacted to prevent similar controversies in the future.

As the transition unfolds, all eyes will remain on the House Judiciary Committee and other oversight bodies to ensure transparency and fairness in the FBI and beyond.

Biden’s EPA Makes First Climate Change Arrest Related to “Illegal Greenhouse Gases”

The Biden administration’s EPA is boasting of a supposed pivotal milestone in its fight against “climate change”: the criminal prosecution of an “illegal greenhouse gases” importer.

In September, the Department of Justice convicted Michael Hart, 58, of illegally importing “potent greenhouse gases” from Mexico into the United States.

According to court documents, Hart and his accomplices imported banned hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and sold them online for profit. “Once the orders were placed, Hart purchased the refrigerants in Mexico with the help of his conspirators and illegally imported them into the United States concealed in his vehicle,” the DOJ said in a press release.

“Thereafter, Hart illegally sold the refrigerants to others in the United States, profiting from the black market for such refrigerants in the United States.”

Smuggling banned gases into the United States attracts a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.

Meanwhile, the EPA attributed the arrest, prosecution, and conviction to “revitalized enforcement and compliance efforts,” which it fears might lose momentum when Trump takes office on January 21st. However, Trump has not indicated that he will open the floodgates of illegal environmental substances into the country.

Similarly, while Biden’s EPA celebrates stopping the flow of banned greenhouse gases into the country, the case is similar to others involving smuggling illegal and harmful products. However, such convictions rarely make grand political statements that Biden’s EPA can take credit for to advance the administration’s political climate agenda.

Nonetheless, Biden’s EPA carried out other enforcement actions, including imposing $1.7 billion in penalties, the highest amount since 2017. The agency also settled 1,851 civil cases and criminally charged another 121 defendants. The EPA says Hart’s conviction is just the beginning of more to come.

“The progress made under the Biden-Harris Administration has sent a clear signal that polluters will be held accountable and that protecting communities from harm is a top priority,” said David M. Uhlmann, assistant administrator for EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.

Biden’s EPA categorizes methane produced during routine dairy and oil production alongside banned industrial HFCs and HCFCs.

In 2022, the administration proposed incentives for dairy farmers to capture and sell methane for energy production. However, climate change activists opposed the measure, saying it could incentivize large farms to produce more methane.

Recently, the EPA finalized a rule imposing taxes on oil and gas sector facilities for failing to control their methane emissions at the rate of $900 per cubic meter in 2024, $1,200 in 2025, and $1,500 in 2026 and beyond.

Meanwhile, the EPA says it is trying to put the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act, which targets an 85% reduction in hydrofluorocarbons by 2036, into action. However, such ambitious incentives usually carry hidden costs that American consumers pay for without realizing corresponding environmental benefits.

President Trump’s EPA chief, Rep. Lee Zeldin, has promised to rein in the agency and undo some of the damage done by draconian anti-business regulations. Rep. Zeldin says some level of deregulation is crucial for stepping up gas and oil production, lowering pump prices, and reducing the cost of living.

Six Shot Missed Within 5 Feet:  House Task Force Publishes Damning Report on Trump’s Attempted Assassinations

The House Task Force on Donald Trump’s attempted assassination at Butler, Pennsylvania, and West Palm Beach, Florida, has finally released a damning report highlighting the Secret Service’s complacency in protecting the incoming president.

It paints a grim picture of how the security service overlooked basic principles, including communication, unity of command, and tactical operations, putting potential assassins leaps and bounds ahead. “The Task Force found that the tragic and shocking events in Butler, Pennsylvania were preventable and should not have happened,” the report stated.

About Trump’s wounding at Butler, the report found systemic planning, execution, and leadership failures that undermined the security service’s effectiveness, putting everyone in grave danger.

“The various failures in planning, execution, and leadership on and before July 13, 2024, and the preexisting conditions that undermined the effectiveness of the human and material assets deployed that day, coalesced to create an environment in which the former President—and everyone at the campaign event—were exposed to grave danger.”

Similarly, the Task Force uncovered the lack of protective measures that could have spared Trump’s life in the case of an attempted assassination. “Conversely, the events that transpired on September 15, 2024, in West Palm Beach, Florida, demonstrated how properly executed protective measures can foil an attempted assassination.”

On September 15, when someone allegedly attempted to assassinate Trump in Florida, his team had informed the Secret Service that he intended to gold at 12:30 pm. That request was made at 2:30 am.

However, Trump moved up his anticipated arrival by one hour and arrived at 11 a.m. However, the suspected assassin was not detected until 1:30 p.m., although he had taken position since 1.59 a.m., before the request was even made.

The agent who noticed the suspected shooter was five feet away when he noticed the barrel of a gun. He fired six shots and struck naught. However, the Secret Service has yet to confirm the actual number of shots fired, another embarrassing failure by the elite security service to account for ammunition spent.

Meanwhile, a “humorless” Secret Service boss was demonized for requiring a two-week notice from any agent wishing to take leave.

After online trolling when the emails were leaked – another security failure, he later apologized, although his “harsh” exchanges highlighted the frustrations of managing a broken system.

Similarly, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned after an embarrassing Congressional hearing.

Additionally, Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe’s attempts to play the “I’m a public servant” card did not paint an impressive picture of one of the country’s elite security apparatus.

Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) had pressed Rowe about the apparent failures that endangered everybody’s life under his watch while auditioning for the job. “You know why you were there, because you wanted to be visible, because you are auditioning for this job that you’re not [going] to get,” Rep Fallon lashed out.

“I am a public servant who has served this nation and spent time on our country’s darkest day,” Rowe said in defense.

Regardless of the excuses that Rowe and other Secret Service operatives make, the end result screamed incompetence when an assassin had nearly half a day to lay in wait for his intended victim.

Senile Biden Wears Blanket, Gets Confused About Where Cameras Are at Tribal Nations Summit

President Joe Biden appeared confused wile attending the Tribal Nations Summit as he blankly looked on while wearing a blanket during a photo op.

“I think they want us to look over there,” Interior Secretary Deb Haaland told Biden, who was looking the wrong way.

Biden followed instructions and turned to his right, offering a bemused smile. “I could’ve used that blanket when I was lighting that Christmas tree,” Biden said.

Biden continued: “I don’t want people forgetting 10, 20, 30, 50 years from now, pretending it didn’t happen,” referring to the government effort to Westernize Native Americans.

“The children sent to the repurposed Carlisle, Pa., Army barracks were “stolen from their families, their tribes and their homelands,” Biden said.

“It was wrong,” he declared.

“We don’t erase history. We acknowledge it, we learn from it and we remember so we never repeat it again,” Biden added. “We remember so we can heal. That’s the purpose of memory.”

The news came after a media event on Sunday where Biden appeared to lose track of what he was talking about.

“What does the U.S. know about where Austin Tice (an American freelance journalist kidnapped in Syria in 2012) might be, and if he’s safe?” Biden was asked.

“We believe he’s alive. We think we can get him back, but we have no direct evidence of that yet,” Biden said. “And Assad has to be held accountable.”

Shortly after the exchange, Biden was asked, “Have you directed an operation to go get him, Mr. President?”

“Get who?” Biden replied confused.

During Biden’s recent trip to Africa, he appeared to nod off during a speech.

At least there’s only one more month of this.

Hey! Are You Sufficiently Aware of Pansexuality? HHS Would Like to Know

Lots of people are saying they can feel a change in the air. After the election of Donald Trump and the conservative capture of both chambers of the legislature, people are feeling like it might be morning in America once again.

Trump has big plans for his presidency. Yeah, he’s promising again that he’s going to drain the swamp, but he’ll have more success this time around with the experience garnered from his first term. After learning bitter lessons about staffing after appointing cabinet members who frustrated his plans and stabbed him in the back, Trump is picking loyalists this time around.

Half the country’s politicians and nearly all the major media are still devolving into hysterics as they come to grips with the reality that the woke train is about to get derailed. MSNBC narcissist in chief Joy Reid is telling her viewers—few as they are—that the Bad Orange Man is going to resurrect The Third Reich and reintroduce it American-style. I guess she doesn’t remember when she said that the first time around and it didn’t happen.

But the interest group with the most to fear is probably the LGBTQ+(and whatever other letters I forgot) set. This strange amalgamation of confused individuals, abusive parents, doctors, and medical policymakers, is scrambling as they realize their project of psychologically and physically mutilating as many children as possible is drawing to a close. Right now the Supreme Court weighing U.S. vs Skrmetti, a case brought by the federal government against Tennessee. Yes, the U.S. government is suing Tennessee to stop that state from protecting children from gruesome sex-change experiments. And from the tone of the questions asked by the court’s conservative justices, it doesn’t look good for the kiddy butchers.

It looks like some of the gender clowns in our three-letter agencies are having a last hurrah, or a extinction-burst tantrum. Take a look at what the Department of Health and Human Services is posting on X/Twitter.

What is Panromantic and Pansexual Awareness Day? Why, it’s a day to be aware of people who are panromantic and pansexual. And what are they? People who’ve decided that it’s just too limiting to be merely gay or straight or bisexual. Nay, say they, they are capable of loving “all genders.” There aren’t any “genders” other than man or woman, of course, but that doesn’t stop this lot from naming itself something that sounds like a lonely hearts club for admirers of cookware.

Let’s see what the general public on X has to say.

Maryland Mayor to Use Taxpayer’s Money to Thwart Trump’s Deportation Plan

Frederick, Maryland, Mayor Michael O’Connor drew fire from Conservatives after announcing new plans to provide taxpayer-funded assistance to illegal aliens facing deportation under President-elect Donald Trump.

The new proposal flies in the face of Trump’s enforcement efforts to deport illegals.

The mayor plans to create a legal defence fund to support immigrants, covering legal fees footed by the Taxpayer.

O’Connor said the fund aligns with Frederick’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

However, many opponents of the plan questioned the use of taxpayer money for a politically motivated cause.

Mayor O’Connor responded to criticism, arguing that undocumented residents contribute to the local economy and community.

Watch:

One local l immigrant advocacy group praised O’Connor’s plan, stating, “This fund will provide critical support for our community members who are unfairly targeted due to their immigration status.”

Opponents argue the fund prioritizes non-citizens over the needs of legal residents.

Local political activist Karen Thomas states, “While I sympathize with those in difficult situations, taxpayer funds should benefit Frederick’s citizens first. This decision is shortsighted and divisive.”

The proposals will be further debated in the upcoming city council meeting.

O’Connor also runs the risk of facing prosecution after Trump’s border Czar, Tom Homan, recently warned those planning to derail the new administration’s mass deportation plan would face jail time.

Homan warned that failing to comply with the deportation process would violate federal laws originally passed in 1952.

“There’s a clear line here, and they can’t cross a clear line,” the incoming border czar warned. “I would suggest she read Title 8, United States Code 1324 (iii) that says you can’t harbor or conceal an illegal alien from federal law enforcement.”

“There are certain laws in place that they can’t cross, and I hope she doesn’t cross it,” Homan reiterated.

Meanwhile, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) also warned that disrupting Trump’s deportation plans could result in removal from office.

“You know, I’m 100% supportive of going after the 15,000 murderers, the 13,000 sexual assault perpetrators, rapists—let’s send them on their way to prison or back home to another prison,” Paul asserted.

“The police understand the Fourth Amendment. They go to judges, get warrants, and ensure specificity. So, I’m for removing these people, but through the normal process of domestic policing.”

Paul described such actions as a “form of insurrection,” which could have legal consequences.

Scottish Government Tells High Court Men Can Too Get Pregnant

Oh, Scotland. You were once a kingdom celebrated in legend and song for your marauding men and bonnie lasses scrapping it out on the border with England as you fought to maintain your culture. Your border reivers were the forerunners of the outlaws and cowboys in the American West. You gave the world James I (of England), who gave the world the most revered translation of the Bible.

Now, you’re in court making asses out of yourselves. And for what? “Pregnant men” and “male lesbians.”

That’s right. There is a case before the Scottish Supreme Court right now to settle the issue of whether men and women actually exist, or whether bureaucrats with tick-boxes decide the biological reality of humans. Ministers from the Scottish National Party are donning their wigs to argue that there is such a thing as a male lesbian, and a pregnant man.

The dispute stems from a 2018 decision by the Scots government to define “woman” as “anyone living as a woman.” Astute readers will instantly see that this is a circular definition, therefore it is no definition at all. The feminist group For Women Scotland challenged this definition, sensibly arguing that it was irrational. The observe that the government cannot achieve its goal of equal participation by women in government if it cannot define what a woman is, and if it includes men in the category “women.”

Lawyers for the group are in the unenviable—and deeply stupid—position of explaining to judges that it is not “transphobic” to state “biological sex is real.”

Yes, Wokespy reader, it’s confusing even for this writer as I try to explain it to you.

The question before the high court now is whether to leave standing a government definition that says anyone, including men, who has a “gender recognition certificate” qualifies as a “woman” under the law. A GRC is sort of like a driver’s license for gender, except it doesn’t indicate anything real. Any man can rock up to the government and do some pro-forma blathering about how he “lives as a woman” and get a GRC.

The government’s witnesses will be there in court to argue that men can be women, and that men can be pregnant, and that women can be men. It is not clear whether they also believe the moon can be made of green cheese if it so identifies, but we will keep you updated.

Let’s see what X/Twitter users think of this farce.

Report: Fauci’s Golden Years Financed By $15 Million In Taxpayer-Funded Security

Newly obtained documents show that Dr. Anthony Fauci received $15 million in taxpayer-funded security after his retirement, according to a report by independent journalist Jordan Schachtel and Open The Books.

The arrangement, detailed in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), provided security for Fauci from January 4, 2023, to September 20, 2024.

The protection included a security detail and chauffeur.

The U.S. Marshals Service, which operates under the Department of Justice, confirmed to the Daily Caller that they provided protective services to Fauci from January 2023 to August 2024, one month less than indicated by Schachtel’s report.

The $15 million security arrangement did not include the costs of Fauci’s previous protection, which began in April 2020 and continued through December 2022.

According to the MOU, the $15 million covered transportation, law enforcement equipment, and the salaries and benefits of Fauci’s security team. The agreement also included the option to renew or extend the contract in the future if deemed necessary.

The report highlights the unique nature of this extended security arrangement, noting that it could not find other examples of a former federal employee receiving protection at this level.

Fauci, who served as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) until his retirement in December 2022, was among the highest-paid federal employees, with a salary surpassing that of then-President Donald Trump in 2019.

The allocation of taxpayer funds for post-retirement protection has drawn comparisons to similar arrangements for former public officials.

Former presidents receive Secret Service protection for life, per federal law, and some high-level officials have also received extended security due to potential threats.

For example, two former national security advisers in the Trump administration were provided with taxpayer-funded security after leaving office due to threats from Iran, at a cost exceeding $12 million, according to a 60 Minutes report from CBS News.

Separately, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who suspended his campaign, reportedly lost his Secret Service detail.

The Daily Caller News Foundation confirmed that Kennedy was initially denied Secret Service protection multiple times and only received protection after an attempted assassination of President-elect Trump in July.

The report on Fauci’s security funding has reignited scrutiny of his time as head of NIAID.

Fauci’s agency previously faced criticism after the White Coat Waste Project revealed that it funded controversial animal testing, including experiments on beagles.

The Daily Caller reported in August that the Biden administration was aware of NIAID’s alleged attempts to cover up these experiments.

This latest revelation about Fauci’s security funding adds to the growing discourse on how taxpayer dollars are allocated for security measures post-retirement, particularly for high-profile figures in government service.

The full extent of Fauci’s security costs and whether the protection could be extended in the future remains to be clarified.

Trump Goes After “Marxist Maniacs” Who Accredit Colleges

We modern Westerners have a famously short memory whose span has become even smaller since the internet became a part of most people’s daily lives about 30 years ago. That probably surprised a few people reading (there’s that short memory). Yes, indeed, the internet is blink-of-an-eye-recent.

We forget news stories in about a day, irrespective of how momentous an event may be. Leftist media hatred for Donald Trump and for half the country’s citizenry accounts for most of this, but the shortened attention and memory span somehow managed to make an assassination attempt on live television seem like something that “maybe happened?” Did you notice that? How a former president was shot on live TV and by the next week it was like it never happened?

Our cultural memory problem doesn’t just lead to us forgetting consequential events. We also very quickly adapt to new creations of government and policy with precious little pushback, then we promptly forget that these new government agencies have not existed since Moses ascended Mt. Sinai to receive the stone tablets.

So it is with the U.S. Department of Education. Many of you reading this were alive before it was created; that means many of you were in school and getting an education long before anyone believed the federal government had to be involved in every classroom across the country. In only 100 years, we went from a 15-year-old Laura Ingalls teaching farm boys the three R’s (and doing it well) to a nation that requires teachers to have college degrees (more on that below).

It was President Jimmy Carter who created the Department of Education in 1979, and we can all see the depths to which “education” has plummeted for U.S. students. The DOE seems unconcerned with the extraordinary rate of illiteracy and innumeracy among American students, but very concerned with “helping” confused and abused children realize that they were born into the wrong sex’s body.

Why do we have this department? Does it do a better job than states and towns did before 1979? President-elect Donald Trump doesn’t think so, and he’s vowed to tear down the DOE on several occasions. Whether he will get this far remains to be seen, and the opposition from the credentialed class (liberals) will be histrionic and fierce.

But Trump is already making a start on reforming education by taking aim at the obviously broken college accreditation system. In a new video, Trump laid out his plan to target the left’s influence in higher education.

Trump’s plan to dismantle the U.S. indoctrination system (college) by seizing funds from schools that refuse to comply with his accreditation system.

  1. “Our secret weapon will be the college accreditation system.”
  2. “Fire the radical left accreditors that have allowed our colleges to become dominated by Marxist maniacs and lunatics.”
  3. “We will then accept applications for new accreditors who will impose real standards on colleges once again.” “These standards will include defending the American tradition and Western civilization, protecting free speech, and eliminating wasteful administrative positions that drive up costs.”
  4. “Remove all Marxist diversity, equity, and inclusion bureaucrats, offering options for accelerated at low-cost degrees, providing meaningful job placement and career services, and implementing college entrance and exit exams to prove that students are actually learning and getting their money’s worth.”
  5. “Direct the Department of Justice to pursue federal civil rights cases against schools that continue to engage in racial discrimination.”
  6. “Schools that persist in explicit unlawful discrimination under the guise of equity will not only have their endowments taxed, but through budget reconciliation, I will advance a measure to have them fined up to the entire amount of their endowment.”
  7. “The seized funds will then be used as restitution for victims of these illegal and unjust policies.”

Here’s a sampling of online reaction to Trump’s promise to rout “Marxist maniacs and lunatics” who prop up colleges that indoctrinate young people.

But there’s always one, isn’t there?
