Biden’s FEMA Fails Again: 26 Families Promised Homes, Only 3 Get Them, It Gets Even Worse

Hurricane Helene made landfall in September, leaving widespread damage across the southern United States, particularly in North Carolina.

In the aftermath of the storm, residents in the state were left to pick up the pieces, only to find themselves grappling with delays in receiving much-needed federal aid.

This failure by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) marked one of the lowest points for Joe Biden’s administration, as the agency’s inability to effectively respond to the crisis in the Tar Heel State became a glaring example of government incompetence.

According to a report from WLOS ABC News, a top FEMA official had promised to help 26 families in Black Mountain, North Carolina, secure mobile homes by Christmas.

However, by the time of the update, only three families had been successfully placed in trailers.

The slow pace of progress raised concerns among local residents and officials, who criticized FEMA’s sluggish response to an urgent situation.

FEMA’s performance in North Carolina, particularly in regard to placing families in mobile homes, exemplifies the agency’s ongoing struggles.

The delay in providing timely and adequate assistance to families affected by the storm has led to frustration and disappointment.

For many, the promise of mobile home placements by Christmas now seems like an unattainable goal, with limited progress to show for the months that have passed since the storm.

In addition to the hardships faced by families, farmers in the region are still dealing with the aftermath of the storm’s destruction.

The damage to crops and infrastructure has made it difficult for many to recover, and the long-term impact on the agricultural community continues to be felt across the state.

The failure of FEMA to effectively assist those impacted by Hurricane Helene has become a symbol of broader challenges within the Biden-Harris administration.

Critics point to the agency’s inability to deliver prompt and sufficient aid as indicative of larger systemic issues, particularly in terms of disaster response and recovery efforts.

As residents and officials continue to await the aid they were promised, the situation in North Carolina remains dire.

With only three families placed in trailers out of the 26 promised, the recovery process seems to be moving at a glacial pace.

Poll: Majority of Voters Want the FBI to Investigate Liz Cheney

Over half of American voters want the FBI to investigate former US Rep. Liz Cheney for her role in the committee that investigated the January 6, 2021, Capitol protest.

According to a new Rasmussen poll, 40% of Likely U.S. Voters have a favorable opinion of Cheney, while Forty-two per cent (42%) view the former Wyoming congresswoman unfavorably, and 17% are not sure.

Liz Cheney returned to the headlines this week for her alleged criminal conduct during her time on the January 6 Select Subcommittee.

As we reported, Cheney was caught contacting the star witness and ignoring witnesses who would debunk her false narrative.

The chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight, Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), issued a report alleging Cheney improperly coordinated the star witness in the committee’s investigation of the January 6 Capitol breach.

Loudermilk found that Cheney contacted Cassidy Hutchinson without her attorney’s consent. However, Cheney dismissed the allegations as a political attack designed to undermine the committee’s so-called findings; “January 6 showed Donald Trump for who [he] really is – a cruel and vindictive man who allowed violent attacks to continue against our Capitol and law enforcement officers while he watched television and refused for hours to instruct his supporters to stand down and leave,” she said.

“The January 6th Committee’s hearings and report featured scores of Republican witnesses, including many of the most senior officials from Trump’s own White House, campaign and Administration,” Cheney added.

“Their allegations do not reflect a review of the actual evidence and are a malicious and cowardly assault on the truth. No reputable lawyer, legislator or judge would take this seriously.”

President Trump told NBC’s Kirsten Welker that “everybody” on the Congressional January 6 Committee “should go to jail.”

The news came amid reports that Joe Biden is announcing preemptive pardons for congressional members who lied to the American public about the events surrounding January 6, 2021.

Georgia Homeowner Jailed for Trying To Evict Squatters From Her Property

A homeowner in Clayton County, Georgia, found herself in a shocking legal predicament after attempting to reclaim her property from an alleged squatter.

Loletha Hale, the rightful owner of the home, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and making terroristic threats during a confrontation with Sakemeyia Johnson, the woman occupying her property, and her associates.

Hale’s ordeal began in August when she discovered Johnson living in her home.

Johnson claimed her presence was lawful, citing a controversial ruling by Clayton County Magistrate Judge Latrevia Lates-Johnson, who determined that Johnson was not a squatter due to her association with a partner of a previously evicted tenant.

After months of legal disputes, including Johnson filing for bankruptcy to delay eviction proceedings, Hale eventually secured a court judgment affirming her ownership of the property.

However, she had not yet obtained a signed writ of possession, a legal requirement to enforce eviction in Georgia. Believing the property to be vacated, Hale returned to clean and prepare it for her own use. Johnson, however, allegedly broke back into the home, escalating tensions.

When a confrontation ensued, Clayton County police officers and sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene on Livingston Drive on December 9. During the incident, Hale reportedly told Johnson to leave and allegedly threatened to retrieve a firearm.

Body camera footage captured a deputy advising Hale to consider the alleged squatter’s perspective, saying, “Everybody isn’t as fortunate as you to have a bed. All the little things, a bed in their house, food in the kitchen.”

The responding deputy wrote in the incident report that Hale had “executed an illegal eviction and forcibly removed Ms. Johnson’s belongings.”

Cell phone video evidence allegedly recorded Hale saying, “Leave before I get my gun.”

Hale was subsequently arrested, spending a night in jail under conditions she described as deplorable. “I spent the night on a mat on a concrete floor in deplorable conditions. While this woman, this squatter, slept in my home,” Hale told WSB-TV Atlanta.

Meanwhile, Johnson, the alleged squatter, has not been charged with any criminal activity.

This case highlights ongoing tensions in Georgia’s property laws, particularly regarding the rights of property owners versus those of occupants who claim tenancy.

Despite the court ruling in Hale’s favor, the lack of a signed writ of possession meant she could not legally enforce the eviction.

Hale’s arrest has drawn attention to the challenges homeowners face when dealing with individuals occupying their properties.

While she awaits further legal proceedings, questions remain about the balance between protecting property rights and adhering to eviction procedures.

The situation has sparked debate over how law enforcement handles such cases, with some questioning the deputy’s approach and the broader legal framework that allowed the alleged squatter to remain in the home despite Hale’s ownership being upheld in court.

Devil In the Blue Hair Terrifies Congress With Squawk Noises

“And when you shut the government down, people don’t get paid. And maybe if none of us got paid if the government shut down some people on the other side of the aisle would feel differently.”

Thus spoke Connecticut Representative Rosa DeLauro, a Democrat, naturally. The longtime Congress-creature is best-known for her histrionic tantrums whenever the C-Span cameras are rolling. This time she was going off about the possibility of a government shut-down over the now-annual-and-boring tug of war about the budget in Congress. As this goes to press, news just came in that the House and Senate finally passed a bill to keep the government open, which Biden then signed.

DeLauro will be happy, but what about the rest of us? As a liberal, DeLauro is out of touch by definition with what the majority of the country thinks about the government. Now, we haven’t conducted a poll, but it’s a fair guess that at least half the voting population would cheer if the D.C. pigs got their trough taken away and sent home over Christmas. “Keep civil servants and politicians getting paid!” is not a rallying cry that works on any normal human who doesn’t collect a paycheck taken from other people’s money.

But it’s not politics I want to draw your attention to, but style. Batshit crazy style. Take a look at Rosa over the years.

As of press time we can neither confirm nor deny the veracity of rumors speculating that DeLauro may be a missing link to the Skeksis of Dark Crystal renown.

DeLauro has a bee in her considerable bonnet over Elon Musk, as is the case for leftist crones generally. Shaking her shoulders and fairly spitting during her Congressional tirade, DeLauro derisively accused the tech billionaire of responsibility for the then-looming government shut-down, ejaculating “President Musk!” in fury at the podium, practically shaking as she spoke.

Watch the embarrassing performance below:

Elon caught wind of the speech – firing back “When they said ‘DC swamp creatures,’ I thought it was just a metaphor.”

Aaaaand it looks like Twitter/X users beat this writer to the punch.

Gelflings, beware.

Report: Jill Biden Is Urging Joe To “Burn The Whole Thing Down”

As Joe Biden nears the end of his presidency, his final weeks in office have been a mix of farewell gestures, holiday traditions, and simmering tensions with former allies within the Democratic Party.

Both he and First Lady Jill Biden have taken steps that suggest a focus on settling political scores, reshaping relationships, and preparing for life outside the White House.

Biden recently sparked controversy with his decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden, just weeks before the end of his term.

The move, which came after months of public statements suggesting he wouldn’t intervene, has reportedly angered senior Democrats.

Alongside this pardon, Joe quietly commuted around 1,500 sentences, including one for an individual connected to the Chinese Communist Party, raising further questions about the administration’s actions in its waning days.

Sources close to the administration claim that Jill Biden has been a significant influence in urging the president to take bold steps during his final weeks. “Jill views Democrats on Capitol Hill, the wider party, the Obamas, staff inside and outside the White House, the media, and all of Washington, D.C., with such misguided resentment that I can’t imagine she [isn’t] encouraging [Joe] to burn the whole thing down,” an insider shared.

Among the Bidens’ perceived adversaries is former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who led efforts earlier this year to convince Biden to drop out of the 2024 presidential race.

Despite decades of friendship, the president has reportedly severed communication with Pelosi, who was notably seated far from the Bidens during the Kennedy Center Honors this month—a marked contrast to her past appearances as a guest of honor.

Kamala Harris has also found herself on shaky ground with the president.

Despite Biden’s swift endorsement of Harris following his withdrawal from the 2024 race, tensions between the two have grown after her defeat by Donald Trump in the presidential election.

Harris lost both the popular vote and the Electoral College, a result that has left Biden reportedly questioning how her campaign failed despite significant financial support.

Democratic donor John Morgan speculated that Biden’s endorsement of Harris may have been partly motivated by frustration with party leaders like Pelosi and Barack Obama, both of whom had reservations about Harris’s candidacy. “I think he got pissed off [and] said, ‘F*** you,’ and gave us Harris,” Morgan remarked.

The Bidens’ final holiday season in the White House has been noticeably subdued.

Fewer parties have been held for staff and supporters, and the president and first lady spent the early part of December overseas.

Some Democratic members received White House tour invitations in lieu of traditional party invites.

During a recent White House women’s health conference, Jill Biden made remarks that many interpreted as a jab at Harris’s campaign slogan centered on “joy.”

Her comments drew laughter from the audience, further fueling speculation about discord within the administration.

With the presidency winding down, Biden is reportedly considering establishing his presidential library in Delaware.

Jill Biden, meanwhile, announced her retirement from teaching, ending her tenure as an English professor at Northern Virginia Community College.

However, the Bidens have made it clear they intend to remain active in the public sphere. “We’re no longer going to be President and First Lady, but we’re not going away,” Biden stated recently.

Amid these plans, some Democratic donors are said to be withholding support for Biden’s post-presidency endeavors, citing frustration over his handling of the 2024 race.

Nonetheless, the Biden family continues to strengthen relationships elsewhere, including with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, whose foundation contributed $250,000 to Ashley Biden’s wellness center in Philadelphia.

As Biden prepares to leave the White House, the administration’s final weeks are a reflection of both its achievements and the challenges that have defined his presidency.

While some celebrate his legacy, others within the Democratic Party are left questioning the choices made in his final chapter.

Scott Presler Outlines 2025 New Jersey Red Wave Strategy

Scott Presler, the founder of Early Vote Action, is ramping up voter registration efforts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania ahead of the 2025 election cycle.

Appearing on Fox News with Steve Doocy, Presler outlined his grassroots strategy to target key demographics and flip traditionally blue states to red.

Presler emphasized the close margins of past elections in New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an indicator of the potential for Republican gains. “Well, you know, at earlyvoteaction.com, we believe that victory begets victory. We just had a slam dunk for the Republican Party. We have a trifecta we delivered at the White House, Senate, and House,” Presler said. Highlighting the geographical and cultural proximity between the two states, he added, “For all intents and purposes, one-fourth of Pennsylvania’s border joins with New Jersey. There are a lot of shared values.”

Presler detailed his plans to engage voters in 2025, particularly in New Jersey’s shore town of Wildwood. “From the spring and summer all in 2025, we’re going to Wildwood. That’s where Philly goes to the beach. Let’s register voters and get both New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” he stated.

Fox News host Steve Doocy pointed to New Jersey’s 2021 gubernatorial race, where Democratic Governor Phil Murphy narrowly defeated Republican Jack Ciattarelli by just 3.2%. Doocy noted, “In this deep blue state, the Democrat almost lost, and it was the same year that Governor Youngkin down in Virginia was able to make some hay. New Jersey has really high taxes… Nobody really likes that.”

Presler drew a comparison between New Jersey and Pennsylvania, stating, “Look at the similarities: 2020 in Pennsylvania was decided by 80,000 votes. 2021 in New Jersey was decided by 84,000 votes. In PA, we went after truckers and hunters and Amish and veterans, and in New Jersey, we’re going to do the same thing.”

He elaborated on his approach, saying, “We’re going to the farmers markets and Veterans of Foreign Wars halls, and you’ll see us at the beach, courting the trucker vote. I want New Jersey folks to know that if every single Trump voter that came out in 2024 commits to voting on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, you have the power to flip that New Jersey governorship from blue to red.”

Doocy suggested that Donald Trump’s proposed policies could energize voters in New Jersey and nationwide.

“Donald Trump may actually help you out a lot,” Doocy remarked. “He’s made a lot of suggestions, things that he would like to get done… If people in New Jersey and across the country see him making hay, they’re going to go, you know what? Maybe that side, maybe the red side, is the side I should look at.”

Presler agreed, outlining Trump’s proposed agenda. “Look at what President Trump wants to do on day one. He wants to bring back the Keystone pipeline, and he wants to make sure that we’re cutting the corporate tax so jobs are coming back to America, not going overseas. He wants to make the economy better for working-class families. People are really struggling.”

Presler stressed the importance of voter turnout, warning against complacency. “The biggest obstacle that Republicans have, Steve, is complacency and apathy and not voting. Commit to vote on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, and we will win New Jersey,” he said.

Presler closed by encouraging Americans to embrace an “America First” agenda, noting, “If we are able to put forth this America First agenda, make life easier and more affordable for American families, and if people commit to voting, we could very well win the midterms. You will not only have two years of growth for our country, but President Trump will be able to use all four.”

FBI’s Chris Wray Isn’t Out Of The Woods, Jim Jordan Is Seeking Accountability

FBI Director Christopher Wray announced his resignation on Wednesday, stating he would step down at the end of January.

The announcement marks the end of his tenure leading the bureau during a time of heightened scrutiny and controversy.

Former President Donald Trump quickly named his pick for Wray’s replacement, selecting Kash Patel, a known Trump ally with experience in the Department of Defense and as a senior advisor to the Director of National Intelligence.

While some welcomed Wray’s resignation, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and a vocal critic of Wray, made it clear that the FBI director’s departure does not absolve him of accountability.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Jordan celebrated the news but reiterated his commitment to ongoing oversight of the bureau.

Jordan described Wray’s resignation as “great” news and criticized his tenure, pointing to what he called significant missteps.

“I mean, Chris Wray was, you know, investigating moms and dads who show up for school board meetings. He was putting out a memorandum on saying, ‘If you’re a pro-life Catholic, you’re an extremist.’ The FBI retaliated against whistleblowers who came and gave us that kind of information. We learned yesterday that they were spying on congressional staffers and their metadata. And of course, he raided President Trump’s home,” Jordan said.

The Ohio congressman has overseen multiple investigations into the FBI and Department of Justice through the Judiciary Committee, many of which have focused on allegations of political bias and misconduct under Wray’s leadership. Jordan emphasized that the work of holding the FBI accountable is far from over.

When asked whether his committee’s oversight of Wray’s handling of the bureau would continue, Jordan replied, “Oh, yeah.”

He added that additional reports from the inspector general could soon shed light on further issues within the FBI.

“And there’s, we think, reports coming that are going to, you know, shed even more light on what’s been going on down line from the inspector general,” Jordan told Fox News Digital.

Jordan’s comments come amid ongoing frustration among some pundits and observers over the perceived lack of consequences for alleged wrongdoing exposed by congressional investigations.

Critics argue that despite revelations of misconduct, little accountability has been enforced during the past several years.

The landscape of federal law enforcement and justice oversight could shift significantly if Donald Trump, who has announced his intention to seek another term in the White House, returns to office.

Trump’s proposed appointments include Kash Patel as FBI director and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi as the head of the Department of Justice.

Supporters of these moves anticipate a more aggressive approach to addressing what they view as the politicization of the justice system.

With new leadership in key positions, they hope to see accountability measures enacted to prevent similar controversies in the future.

As the transition unfolds, all eyes will remain on the House Judiciary Committee and other oversight bodies to ensure transparency and fairness in the FBI and beyond.

Biden’s EPA Makes First Climate Change Arrest Related to “Illegal Greenhouse Gases”

The Biden administration’s EPA is boasting of a supposed pivotal milestone in its fight against “climate change”: the criminal prosecution of an “illegal greenhouse gases” importer.

In September, the Department of Justice convicted Michael Hart, 58, of illegally importing “potent greenhouse gases” from Mexico into the United States.

According to court documents, Hart and his accomplices imported banned hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and sold them online for profit. “Once the orders were placed, Hart purchased the refrigerants in Mexico with the help of his conspirators and illegally imported them into the United States concealed in his vehicle,” the DOJ said in a press release.

“Thereafter, Hart illegally sold the refrigerants to others in the United States, profiting from the black market for such refrigerants in the United States.”

Smuggling banned gases into the United States attracts a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.

Meanwhile, the EPA attributed the arrest, prosecution, and conviction to “revitalized enforcement and compliance efforts,” which it fears might lose momentum when Trump takes office on January 21st. However, Trump has not indicated that he will open the floodgates of illegal environmental substances into the country.

Similarly, while Biden’s EPA celebrates stopping the flow of banned greenhouse gases into the country, the case is similar to others involving smuggling illegal and harmful products. However, such convictions rarely make grand political statements that Biden’s EPA can take credit for to advance the administration’s political climate agenda.

Nonetheless, Biden’s EPA carried out other enforcement actions, including imposing $1.7 billion in penalties, the highest amount since 2017. The agency also settled 1,851 civil cases and criminally charged another 121 defendants. The EPA says Hart’s conviction is just the beginning of more to come.

“The progress made under the Biden-Harris Administration has sent a clear signal that polluters will be held accountable and that protecting communities from harm is a top priority,” said David M. Uhlmann, assistant administrator for EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.

Biden’s EPA categorizes methane produced during routine dairy and oil production alongside banned industrial HFCs and HCFCs.

In 2022, the administration proposed incentives for dairy farmers to capture and sell methane for energy production. However, climate change activists opposed the measure, saying it could incentivize large farms to produce more methane.

Recently, the EPA finalized a rule imposing taxes on oil and gas sector facilities for failing to control their methane emissions at the rate of $900 per cubic meter in 2024, $1,200 in 2025, and $1,500 in 2026 and beyond.

Meanwhile, the EPA says it is trying to put the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act, which targets an 85% reduction in hydrofluorocarbons by 2036, into action. However, such ambitious incentives usually carry hidden costs that American consumers pay for without realizing corresponding environmental benefits.

President Trump’s EPA chief, Rep. Lee Zeldin, has promised to rein in the agency and undo some of the damage done by draconian anti-business regulations. Rep. Zeldin says some level of deregulation is crucial for stepping up gas and oil production, lowering pump prices, and reducing the cost of living.

Six Shot Missed Within 5 Feet:  House Task Force Publishes Damning Report on Trump’s Attempted Assassinations

The House Task Force on Donald Trump’s attempted assassination at Butler, Pennsylvania, and West Palm Beach, Florida, has finally released a damning report highlighting the Secret Service’s complacency in protecting the incoming president.

It paints a grim picture of how the security service overlooked basic principles, including communication, unity of command, and tactical operations, putting potential assassins leaps and bounds ahead. “The Task Force found that the tragic and shocking events in Butler, Pennsylvania were preventable and should not have happened,” the report stated.

About Trump’s wounding at Butler, the report found systemic planning, execution, and leadership failures that undermined the security service’s effectiveness, putting everyone in grave danger.

“The various failures in planning, execution, and leadership on and before July 13, 2024, and the preexisting conditions that undermined the effectiveness of the human and material assets deployed that day, coalesced to create an environment in which the former President—and everyone at the campaign event—were exposed to grave danger.”

Similarly, the Task Force uncovered the lack of protective measures that could have spared Trump’s life in the case of an attempted assassination. “Conversely, the events that transpired on September 15, 2024, in West Palm Beach, Florida, demonstrated how properly executed protective measures can foil an attempted assassination.”

On September 15, when someone allegedly attempted to assassinate Trump in Florida, his team had informed the Secret Service that he intended to gold at 12:30 pm. That request was made at 2:30 am.

However, Trump moved up his anticipated arrival by one hour and arrived at 11 a.m. However, the suspected assassin was not detected until 1:30 p.m., although he had taken position since 1.59 a.m., before the request was even made.

The agent who noticed the suspected shooter was five feet away when he noticed the barrel of a gun. He fired six shots and struck naught. However, the Secret Service has yet to confirm the actual number of shots fired, another embarrassing failure by the elite security service to account for ammunition spent.

Meanwhile, a “humorless” Secret Service boss was demonized for requiring a two-week notice from any agent wishing to take leave.

After online trolling when the emails were leaked – another security failure, he later apologized, although his “harsh” exchanges highlighted the frustrations of managing a broken system.

Similarly, Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned after an embarrassing Congressional hearing.

Additionally, Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe’s attempts to play the “I’m a public servant” card did not paint an impressive picture of one of the country’s elite security apparatus.

Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) had pressed Rowe about the apparent failures that endangered everybody’s life under his watch while auditioning for the job. “You know why you were there, because you wanted to be visible, because you are auditioning for this job that you’re not [going] to get,” Rep Fallon lashed out.

“I am a public servant who has served this nation and spent time on our country’s darkest day,” Rowe said in defense.

Regardless of the excuses that Rowe and other Secret Service operatives make, the end result screamed incompetence when an assassin had nearly half a day to lay in wait for his intended victim.

Senile Biden Wears Blanket, Gets Confused About Where Cameras Are at Tribal Nations Summit

President Joe Biden appeared confused wile attending the Tribal Nations Summit as he blankly looked on while wearing a blanket during a photo op.

“I think they want us to look over there,” Interior Secretary Deb Haaland told Biden, who was looking the wrong way.

Biden followed instructions and turned to his right, offering a bemused smile. “I could’ve used that blanket when I was lighting that Christmas tree,” Biden said.

Biden continued: “I don’t want people forgetting 10, 20, 30, 50 years from now, pretending it didn’t happen,” referring to the government effort to Westernize Native Americans.

“The children sent to the repurposed Carlisle, Pa., Army barracks were “stolen from their families, their tribes and their homelands,” Biden said.

“It was wrong,” he declared.

“We don’t erase history. We acknowledge it, we learn from it and we remember so we never repeat it again,” Biden added. “We remember so we can heal. That’s the purpose of memory.”

The news came after a media event on Sunday where Biden appeared to lose track of what he was talking about.

“What does the U.S. know about where Austin Tice (an American freelance journalist kidnapped in Syria in 2012) might be, and if he’s safe?” Biden was asked.

“We believe he’s alive. We think we can get him back, but we have no direct evidence of that yet,” Biden said. “And Assad has to be held accountable.”

Shortly after the exchange, Biden was asked, “Have you directed an operation to go get him, Mr. President?”

“Get who?” Biden replied confused.

During Biden’s recent trip to Africa, he appeared to nod off during a speech.

At least there’s only one more month of this.
