District Attorney Prohibits Prosecution Due To “Disproportionate Impact” On Black Americans

A George Soros-backed District Attorney is prohibiting her prosecutors from pursuing gun and drug charges resulting from traffic stops.

Kim Foxx, a Democrat (obviously), is currently the District Attorney for Cook County, IL, where she manages the second largest prosecutor’s office in the United States. It is one of the more diverse areas of the country, with only 40% of residents being White. A quarter of its 5.2 million population are Hispanic, while 22.5% are Black.

In an interview shared on social media platform X, Foxx expressed her reluctance to prosecute following traffic stops as Black Americans are more likely to be carrying illegal firearms and drugs than other ethnic groups.

“Doing these searches – searches that have a “disproportionate impact on Black and Brown communities” – that don’t net a public safety benefit, we should not do that,” she told ABC’s I-Team. Like most leftists, Foxx is deliberately conflating Blacks being convicted at higher rates because they commit crimes at higher rates with them being “disproportionately impacted” – as if cops are arbitrarily arresting people based on skin color.

Under Foxx’s direction, state prosecutors would be unable to pursue charges which are “solely the product of a non-public-safety traffic stop,” even if illegal weapons or drugs were found in the vehicle.

Indeed, Black Americans are more likely to own an illegal weapon, with existing gun laws reportedly to blame.

Many on social media disagreed with Foxx’s race-based policy, with one drawing an example to financial crimes which may impact wealthy, White Americans more than other groups.

Foxx is not seeking re-election when the county goes to the polls later this year. Some, therefore, warned the region against voting for another candidate who may try to build on her existing policies.

Woke Activist Who Burned Donald Trump Sign Forced To Relinquish Bike In Remarkable Conservative Victory

A supporter of former president Donald Trump has detailed his victory over a woke activist who repeatedly set fire to his “Trump Won” sign outside his home.

John Kane had a sign supporting the presumptive Republican nominee outside the front of his house along with an American flag.

However, an arsonist took issue, setting the sign alight. When Kane replaced it, he found it to be burned once again.

Enraged, Kane enlisted the help of conservative media personalities Tim Pool and Benny Johnson. Through their large followings, the two were able to identify James D. White, Jr. as the perpetrator.

Remarkably, social media users were able to track White through his Strava data, proving that he had cycled past the victim’s house to commit the offence. Strava is an app for tracking physical exercise.

Kane sued White, where the two negotiated a settlement. As part of the deal, White was required to pay the former’s legal fees as well as hand over his road bike.

The bike – a Salsa Warbird – retails for around $2,800 and is being sold by Kane, who said he will “donate 100% of proceeds to the Trump campaign in honor of Jim White.”

“Until then, the bike will be displayed as yard art beside the Trump sign for everyone’s enjoyment,” he told followers on social media.

Responses to the story were overwhelmingly positive, with many delighted by the happy ending for the victim.

One user described the bike as a “trophy.”

Climate Protesters Silenced After Interrupting Ted Cruz Speech

Climate protesters attempted to disrupt a speech by Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, but the outcome – predictably – went against their expectations.

The Republican Senator was speaking at The Fund for American Studies when climate activists interrupted.

Undeterred, Sen. Cruz placed the protester on the spot and asked: “Which country is the biggest climate polluter on Planet Earth?”

Following a muted response, Cruz added: “You have no idea!”

He continued to say that the United States was leading the world in reducing carbon emissions, much to the delight of spectators in attendance.

Many on social media were critical of the climate protesters and their lack of knowledge over the world’s largest polluter.

Others, however, called for Cruz and the nation to ramp up their efforts in protecting the environment.

China is indeed the world’s largest polluter. Of the 50 billion metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions produced in 2022, China was responsible for 14.4 billion of them (28.8%). The United States, while in second place, was responsible for 6.39 billion (12.8%).

Climate protesters have always had an unusual approach. They expect individuals to make everyday efforts despite the limited impact a single person can have. They are also reluctant to lobby the Chinese Communist Party to reduce their global emissions, instead focusing on politicians who sit as a minority group in the Senate.

What’s your view? Should we all do more to protect the world, or will little change while China remains the largest polluter? Let us know in the comments.

Pro-Life Groups Designated “Terrorist Organizations” In Fort Liberty Presentation

Pro-life organizations have reportedly been categorized alongside terror groups in an anti-terrorism briefing at Fort Liberty in North Carolina.

The presentation featured a slide focused on ISIS – the Middle East terror organization which has long sought to install a caliphate across Syria and Iraq, and then the rest of the world.

Following that slide, attendees were informed of “terrorist groups” largely centered on anti-abortion and pro-life organizations including Operation Rescue and National Right to Life.

Such groups may engage in “terrorist” activities including demonstrations and protest, life chains, and picketing. In addition, a potential enemy of the state may have a personalized number plate such as “IM4IT” while also objecting to Roe v Wade.

When X user @samosaur shared the presentation online, he noted that pro-life activists had been labeled “terrorist” organizations rather than the lesser “extremist”.

Social media commenters were critical of the Department of Defense for classifying pro-life groups as terrorist organizations.

Others were less than impressed with the presentation’s apparent lack of attention to detail.

One user who said he was an antiterrorism officer within the Army assured social media users that this was an isolated incident. Arguing a pro-life stance, Sean Lulofs said he was “seeing pushback” against the Department of Defense’s move to the left.

It is not the first time under Joe Biden’s administration that Fort Liberty has come under heavy scrutiny. The military installation was previously called Fort Bragg after Confederate General Braxton Bragg. However, since March 2022, nine U.S. Army installations have faced renaming due to their connection to Confederate figures.

Americans Are Increasingly Turning Against Immigration Under Joe Biden

Americans’ attitudes towards immigration have dramatically changed under Joe Biden’s administration as they’re forced to deal with the consequences of open borders policies.

American voters have traditionally been opposed to further immigration, with 64% demanding a lower influx in the early 1990s. This followed a sharp decline during the latter stages of Bill Clinton’s presidency, rising again in the aftermath of 9/11.

Perhaps influenced by restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, more voters called for immigration than ever before in 2020. At that time 34% wanted more newcomers, whereas only 28% wanted fewer. The remainder were happy with the then-levels of influx.

However, as Biden’s controversial open border immigration policy continues to shape voter opinion, views on immigration have dramatically shifted.

The latest data shows that more than half of voters (55%) want migration levels to fall. That’s compared to just one-quarter who are content with existing levels and 16% who want more migrants.

Many suggested the reported increases in illegal immigration under the current administration were a reason for the shift in outlook.

Another user implied that migrant crime was a factor.

Such a large-scale shift under one administration is important given that the issue is likely to factor in November’s presidential election. Republican challenger Donald Trump has repeatedly called for tougher curbs on the numbers coming over the border, while immigration remains a top issue for millions across the country.

In the campaign alone, Biden has come under criticism for his stance on migration. At the first presidential debate, the official Border Patrol Union publicly denied a claim that it had supported the Democrat.

Drag Queen Teacher Forced To Resign After “Queer Podcast” Goes Public

A middle school teacher and drag queen who used a podcast to discuss children’s sexuality has been forced to resign after online pressure.

Seth McCollough, a teacher in Auburn City, AL, was exposed on the @libsoftiktok X account on Wednesday, July 10, when his podcast was shared online.

In a three-minute clip from his podcast “Blue Dreams”, McCollough said he provided “queer advice and answers to the questions you can’t ask your parents” to children, adding that he would likely be terminated should the “wrong parent” find out about his approach. He also encouraged students to “f*** your mother’s feelings and be you and to cut the toxic people out” of their lives.

McCollough’s page on the Drake Middle School website was hastily removed by the expose which coincided with complaints from three parents at the school in Alabama. According to local media, one parent discovered McCollough’s “queer podcast” after an assignment which required young boys to “choreograph and perform a dance to the song ‘Single Ladies’ while being filmed and graded.”

Later on Wednesday, McCollough resigned from his role, claiming he had taken the “tough decision to move forward with a new opportunity.”

Some on social media noted how conservative campaigners can bring about action when the community rallies together, with many praises for the Libs of TikTok account for highlighting the issue.

Others mentioned how children had been impacted by the saga, noting that the profound effects on them in their adolescent years may have been a lot worse.

Joe Biden Hasn’t Held A Full Cabinet Meeting In Almost A Year

As has become undeniable, Joe Biden is no longer the politician he once was… and even then he wasn’t great.

A career stretching back more than half a decade to 1970 is likely to end within the coming months. The polls – unusually so for a Republican – suggest Donald Trump will win the presidential election in November.

Whether President Biden will be Trump’s opponent is a still uncertain, though Biden says he intends to stay in the race.

His fiercest critics will argue that it’s been a long time coming. However, if there was any doubt as to Biden’s future, even if his strongest allies are struggling to defend his public gaffes.

Confusing the presidents of a hostile country (Volodymyr Zelensky with Vladimir Putin) and an ally is unforgettable, and downright embarrassing, when the latter has received billions in taxpayer dollars to support his country’s war against an aggressor.

Behind closed doors tells a similar tale. A CNN report details the Cabinet meetings – or lack thereof – hosted by the President. The few he does attend are preluded with submitted questions or key talking points, with one source describing it as “kind of an act.”

Cabinet meetings are reportedly so infrequent that it has been some nine months since the last one on October 2, 2023. Perhaps it’s why few Democrats have spoken on Biden’s condition, given that they have not seen him for the best part of a year (though it’s more likely the knew and pretended otherwise).

Many were shocked when the article was shared on X.

One person noted a previous instance where a President was incapacitated and unable to hold meetings.

There are also constitutional considerations at hand.

Apparently You’re A White Supremacist If You Show Up To Work On Time

Cultural expectations such as punctuality, perfectionism, and individualism key characteristics of “white supremacy culture” according to a document from Duke University’s School of Medicine. Who knew?

As part of its “Critical Race Theory” series, the medical school aims to “catalyze anti-racist practice through education” and create an “anti-racist workforce.”

The document, which has been approved by the school’s dean Dr. Mary E. Klotman, claimed traditional expectations such as arriving for work on time and well-dressed were aspects of “white supremacy culture.”

“White supremacy culture is the idea (ideology) that White people and the ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions of white people are superior to People of Color and their ideas, thoughts, beliefs and actions,” according to the report.

After claiming that the United States is rigged in favor of people “solely because they are White,” the document continued to say that “white supremacy culture” is “power hoarding” at the expense of minorities.

“In the workplace, white supremacy culture explicitly and implicitly privileges whiteness and discriminates against non-Western and non-white professionalism standards related to dress code, speech, work style, and timeliness,” the document added. “Some identifiable characteristics of this culture includes perfectionism, belief that there’s only one right way, power hoarding, individualism, sense of urgency and defensiveness.”

Duke’s is renowned for its diversity, equity and inclusion policies, and many commenters noted the ludicrous findings of its recently published document.

Others questioned how the practice would work should a patient arrive on time for surgery.

Elon Musk Slams Joy Reid After Her Latest Crazy Comments on “White Christian Nationalism”

Woke MSNBC host Joy Reid had yet another public meltdown on social media platform X prompting a response from owner and CEO Elon Musk.

In a three-minute rant, a visibly emotional Reid discussed the ongoing political atmosphere and urged voters to “keep white, male, Christian dominance” out of political power in a clear reference to Republican presumptive nominee Donald Trump.

Amid growing speculation over President Joe Biden’s future, Reid added that she “don’t care” who the Democrats choose to take on the former president, adding that it would be “fabulous” if Vice President Kamala Harris stepped up to the plate.

“All that matters in this upcoming election is that you keep that man, and this Project 2025 plan, out of power – that’s all you need to understand,” Reid said. “To do that, you’re going to need to vote against the party which has embraced white Christian nationalism.”

In addition to voting against Trump, Reid urged voters to elect Democrats at all levels of government.

Reid’s tirade attracted the attention of X CEO Musk.

Many agreed with Musk’s accusation of racism from Reid.

Others questioned as to why she was still employed by the national broadcaster.

Rumors have continued to swirl over Biden’s future following his shocking performance at the first presidential debate. Multiple senior Democrats have privately and publicly called for him to stand aside, while Trump now holds a historic lead over the President. Any decision on a successor must be made before the party’s convention in the middle of August.

53 Years On… Still No Ice Age

Friday, July 9, 1971, saw a number of important events.

It was a day on which then-United States National Security Adviser Henry Kissinger made a secret visit to the People’s Republic of China – a notable moment given that the Communist state would not be part of the United Nations Security Council for another three months. It also marked the funeral of influential jazz legend Louis Armstrong who had passed away three days prior.

However, within the Washington Post, a stark warning of a “disastrous new ice age” headlined the paper. “The world could be as little as 50 or 60 years away from a disastrous new ice age, a leading atmospheric scientist predicts,” was the opening line in the article by staff writer Victor Cohn.

Well, 1971 was 53 years ago at the time of writing. Unless we are heading for a cold spell in the next seven years, the 70 degrees Fahrenheit in which I’m currently writing this article suggests that prediction, like many before it and many more since, was wrong.

There are many reasons why the predictions are increasingly ignored by the general public. Time and time again, predictions of our impending demise have (thankfully) never come to fruition.

Furthermore, these warnings to society are made despite the fact that an average individual’s contribution to carbon emissions is comparatively limited, particularly when the use of private jets by the rich and famous as well as mass pollution by foreign nations is considered.

Meanwhile, it’s been six years since climate activist and former truant Greta Thunberg warned that we were all going to die by 2023.
