In another blow to the pro-trans movement, the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS) will begin testing all transgender children for autism, which has usually been overlooked in favor of blanket gender reassignment procedures. 

According to a report by Dr. Hilary Cass, children with “gender-related distress” should receive a holistic assessment by medical practitioners instead of being automatically subjected to gender reassignment treatment.

Baroness Cass’ report blew the lid off the Tavistock’s Gender Identity Development Service, which paid little to no attention to the children’s mental health in favor of transgender medical procedures.

“When conducting the review, I found that in gender medicine those pillars are built on shaky foundations,” Dr. Cass said.

She also warned that “gender care for children and young people had moved from a ‘watchful waiting’ approach to treatment with puberty blockers.”

Subsequently, the NHS has issued a new directive requiring hospitals to screen children for other mental and developmental conditions, such as ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities, to rule out that they were the cause of gender stress. Physicians will also evaluate each child’s mental health, their family relationship history, and sexual development, including whether they are attracted to the same sex.

“Given the high prevalence of neurodiversity identified within this population, all those attending the NHS Children and Young People’s Gender Service should receive screening for neurodevelopmental conditions,” the report, seen by the Telegraph, stated.

Additionally, the NHS acknowledged the “reluctance to explore or address” mental health conditions since gender dysphoria has yet to be classified as such.

Meanwhile, children diagnosed with any of the listed conditions will be referred to neurodevelopmental pediatricians. Doctors will then determine whether the child’s symptoms were autism-related or caused by gender dysphoria. A “multidisciplinary team” will then chart the treatment path for each child depending on their diagnosis. 

Children with an autism diagnosis will remain under observation for six months while receiving autism treatment to determine if they need additional therapy for gender dysphoria or be released from the system.

Between 2011 and 2021, the rates of reported gender dysphoria increased from 0.14 per 10,000 to 4.4 per 10,000, at the same time when gender identity politics became mainstream in the Western world. 

Similarly, the prevalence of autism increased from 1 in 2,500 to one in 34 children by 2018, especially among teenage girls. Before the new directive, this vulnerable demographic was at risk of being misdiagnosed with gender dysphoria and subjected to irreversible chemical and surgical mutilation.

According to the NHS National Autism Unit chief, Prof. Michael Craig, half of Tavistock’s clinic patients between 2007 and 2023 had autism. 

Meanwhile, the new guidance also advises doctors to analyze other issues, such as how gender dysphoria manifested, how it was managed, and “social transition.” Similarly, they will look for other “safeguarding issues” like“transphobic bullying, online grooming, and a breakdown in family relationships. 

Dr. Cass also found that some “online stressors,” such as social media and pornography, likely impacted the mental health of teenage girls. Subsequently, ruling out mental health issues before recommending blanket gender realignment treatment could save many children from unnecessary and irreversible body-altering chemical and surgical mutilation. 

Seemingly, the United Kingdom is making progress toward common sense, especially after the recent Supreme Court ruling that a biological male who identifies as a female is not a woman.

Democrats’ attempt to double down on transgender-identifying men in women’s sports is alienating voters, forcing them to leave the radical left party. Last week, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) misrepresented the GOP-led bill “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act” as enabling child predators. Only two Democrats, Reps. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) and Vicente Gonzales (D-Texas) voted in favor of the bill, which is widely popular with voters.

“The House Republican Child Predator Empowerment Act does not promote fairness and safety in sports. It will unleash horrific child predators on girls and young women throughout America. Unacceptable,” Rep Jeffries wrote.

Similarly, Democrat firebrand and far left squad member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) has made similar allegations on social media and the House floor opposing the GOP-led trans ban in women’s sports.

“Here we are today Republicans who have voted against the Violence Against Women Act […] now want to pretend today that they care about women,” AOC said. “And why? To open up gender and, yes, genital examinations into little girls in this country, in the so-called name of attacking trans girls.”

Others who have misrepresented the bill as the “House GOP Child Predator Empowerment Act” include Rep. Bobby Scott (D-VA), Rep. Suzanne Bonamic (D-OR), Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL), and Rep. Whip Clark (D-MA).

However, the attempts to subvert the will of the people, who overwhelmingly oppose biological men in women’s sports, and ram their radical woke ideology, have started infuriating some lifetime Democratic voters, forcing them out of the party.

Rutgers law professor Gary Francione, who is an LGBTQ and abortion activist, and also a vegan and an animal rights advocate, recently said he has had enough of the party.

“In light of the irresponsible and unhinged comments of @AOC, @RepJayapal, @RepJerryNadler and others concerning the bill to keep males out of girls’/women’s sports, and the 206 Democratic votes against the bill, I have, after decades as a Democrat, registered as an Independent,” he tweeted.

Prof. Francione expressed his disappointment with the party spiraling out of control on issues he thought they would work past or overlook.

“Please understand that this is not the only issue concerning which I have disagreed with other Dems. But I have always thought that one could do more from the inside to shift thinking. But when we are at a point where those who oppose boys in girls’ sport are characterized as “empowering predators,” remaining a member is no longer feasible.”

Francione also said he thought if he stayed, he could make his voice heard and make a change from within. However, the false characterization of the women’s protection act as “the House Republican Child Predator Empowerment Act” made him realize that the party was irredeemably lost and lacked integrity.

“That just made me very upset because it screamed out lack of integrity, lack of honesty,” Francione told Fox News Digital. “This is the way you fight battles? By trying to insult other people who oppose you and disagree with you and insinuate that they’re child molesters or pedophiles? It seems to me you’ve lost the game.”

He also warned that many longtime Democratic voters he spoke with did not like the party’s position on trans rights and would likely unregister.

“I can say confidently of the people I know who are Democrats who I’ve spoken to, the vast majority of them are very unhappy about all of this stuff and feel that the party has lost its way,” Francione said. “I know a couple who said they are going to [unregister].”

Shortly after making the announcement, Prof. Francione received an outpouring of support from his social media followers, who also expressed similar frustrations.

Over the years, other notable people, including Elon Musk, Joe Rogan, and the United States Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, have left the Democratic Party for its radical ideology. Musk, Gabbard, and Rogan played a vital role in Trump’s re-election.

Similarly, Democratic political strategist James Carville has also slammed the party for its “stunningly stupid” obsession with “jack** stupid things.” 

“And it’s like, there’s a, a plant somewhere in quote, progressive, unquote America, that just to seize how many jacka**, stupid things that they can embrace, it’s stunningly stupid.”

An uncomfortable scene involving a transgender-identifying male allegedly exposing himself in a YMCA women’s locker room was witnessed by a mother and her seven-year-old daughter. Police in North Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, say they are investigating the incident.

The mother said her daughter left a children’s swimming lesson at the local YMCA and entered the locker room when they encountered the glaring spectacle involving a naked man who identifies as a woman.

The mother confronted the transgender-identifying man about why he was in the women’s locker room, to which he responded, “Honey, I’m a woman.”

YMCA of the Greater Kansas City acknowledged the reported incident, saying it prioritizes the safety and well-being of its members and was cooperating with the North Kansas City Police Department, but could not divulge more details – how typical.

However, it said it respects state and local laws that allow individuals to use locker rooms based on their preferred gender identity.

“We follow all state and local laws, and individuals are allowed to use the locker room or restroom that they identify with. At the North Kansas City YMCA, we also have four private universal changing rooms available, separate from the larger shared locker rooms, for anyone who prefers the privacy they offer,” YMCA spox said.

The YMCA of Greater Kansas City also said it also requests members to wear a towel, wrap, or other clothes when using shared locker rooms.

“To ensure all members’ standards of privacy are respected and safety is prioritized when using any of our shared locker rooms, members are asked to wear a towel, wrap or other clothes at all times, which is communicated to members when they join in our Member Handbook.”

The alleged indecent exposure incident sent shock waves across the community, which sent their young girls to use the facility.

“Shock, because I have an 11-year-old that comes here often with me and works out. It’s definitely a shock,” another person said.

The mother, who chose to remain anonymous, said she reported the incident out of concern for safety, not because of her stance on gender identity politics.

Nonetheless, the left would likely twist the incident into another “transphobe” incident and rally Americans to overcome “trans hate.”

“This is not a case of transitional status. This is an issue of somebody showing their body parts to my child in a room where she should be safe from such things,” she said.

Nonetheless, this is hardly the first reported case of a transgender identifying individual exposing himself to female locker room users.

In August 2024, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey launched an investigation after Life Time Fitness allegedly allowed a transgender-identifying male, Eris Montano, to access female locker rooms despite numerous complaints about his alleged indecent exposure.

Subsequently, the club said it terminated Montano’s membership after receiving numerous “publicly available statements which could affect the safety and security at one of our clubs.” 

Similarly, a GOP lawmaker accused Montano, 52, of using the “guise of transgenderism” to “expose himself” to women and young girls. Numerous groups have raised concerns about predators exploiting “gender identity” to access women’s facilities to carry out their deranged fantasies involving female children.

“If you insist on endangering women and young girls in our state, in open defiance of the law, be assured you will face the consequences,” said AG Bailey, a Republican, regarding Montano’s case.
