Barron Trump Makes Rare Public Appearance at Mar-a-Lago Thanksgiving Event

Barron Trump made a rare public appearance Thursday night as he joined President Donald Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump for Thanksgiving dinner at the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida.

The 6-foot-9 teenager drew immediate attention from guests as he entered the dining room alongside his parents, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Barron, now 19, was dressed formally as he shook hands with guests and greeted supporters who stood and applauded the Trump family’s arrival.

President Trump pumped his fist, clapped, and offered his signature thumbs-up while Melania Trump and Barron smiled and acknowledged attendees in the chandelier-lit room.

Social media posts quickly circulated after the event, with many users commenting on Barron’s height and his first public appearance in months.

A Florida journalist posted video on X, writing, “The room is ELECTRIC! Barron is TALL!” and adding, “Very thankful 47 is representing and leading us right now!”

Commenters responding to the footage made similar remarks, including, “Is it just me, or does Barron kinda look like a Roman emperor?” and “Barron’s power level is only increasing.”

Others joked that Barron “has the best view of the room.”

Barron was last photographed publicly in March on his 19th birthday, when he was seen at Trump Tower in New York wearing an estimated $50,000 gold Rolex watch.

Before that, he attended President Trump’s inauguration in January, making Thursday’s appearance one of the few times he has been seen publicly throughout the year.

Surrounded by family members like Barron Trump and supporters, Donald Trump makes his acceptance speech at his Election Night Watch Party at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in Florida after being elected the 47th president of the United States on November 5, 2024.

Barron is currently a business student at New York University. Those close to the family have said he occasionally offers informal advice to his father on politics and policy.

Reports have also indicated that his interests include cryptocurrency and real estate, areas long associated with the Trump family’s business background.

President Trump has previously credited Barron with encouraging him to engage more directly with high-profile online personalities, including podcaster Theo Von.

In an interview before Barron’s birthday in March, Trump praised his youngest son in remarks to Fox News host Laura Ingraham.

“He’s got an unbelievable aptitude in technology,” the president said.

While Barron continues to maintain a low public profile, his appearance at Mar-a-Lago generated widespread online discussion about his growing presence and the potential role he may have in the future.

Unrestricted Warfare: General Flynn Sounds the Alarm, Calls on Trump to Address the Nation

General Michael Flynn has called for President Donald Trump to deliver a national address regarding what he describes as a developing color-revolution effort involving federal agencies, political groups, and outside organizations.

Flynn issued the request in response to recent events, including the release of a video featuring lawmakers urging members of the military to “refuse illegal orders.”

A post from Alex Jones on X stated: “Breaking! General Flynn Calls On President Trump To Immediately Address The Nation Concerning The Color Revolution Being Fomented By The Seditious 6 And The CIA As He Lays Out The String Of Illegal Investigations And Law-fare That The Leftist Have Engaged In Since DJT’s Historic 45′ Election Victory.”

Writers at Zerohedge, including “Tyler Durden,” have raised similar concerns and described a pattern of activity aimed at undermining the government since 2016.

According to the commentary, these actions appear to be reemerging.

The description identifies multiple elements, including activist-driven protests, funding from NGO networks, corporate media coverage, judicial actions, foreign-aligned groups, student-based movements, and the use of militant organizations.

These activities were described as components operating within a larger framework characterized as a color-revolution model.

The analysis pointed to the recent video issued by six lawmakers, labeled the “Seditious Six,” which encouraged military personnel to reject “illegal orders” without naming any.

The commentary stated that the message aligns with pressure tactics associated with color-revolution operations.

According to that assessment, the goal of such messaging includes delegitimizing authority, framing decisions as unlawful, and encouraging disobedience within the military or intelligence community.

The report cited earlier disturbances in Los Angeles, noting that they were attributed to activist groups and described as an attempt to influence public sentiment. The incidents were characterized as part of a broader effort to apply political pressure.

Commentary outside the United States has also focused on the situation.

References were made to the findings of the Durham investigation.

Those findings were described as identifying a “Grand Conspiracy” beginning with what was termed the Hillary-Soros Plan.

According to the commentary, the plan was approved on July 26, 2016, and July 28, 2016, and carried out by the CIA, the FBI, and members of the media.

The analysis claimed that the plan included multiple subsequent events such as the Russia investigation, the Mueller probe, the Ukraine impeachment inquiry, the public statement regarding the Biden laptop, and later developments including Arctic Frost, the actions of Special Counsel Jack Smith, the search at Mar-a-Lago, and cases involving classified documents.

The commentary asserted that these actions form a continuous sequence across nine years and stated that the same effort is ongoing in the present.

General Flynn has continued to emphasize his position in recent statements.

Sec. Bessent Announces Major Move to Shut Down Illegal Alien Benefits

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Friday that the department is working to cut off federal benefits to illegal immigrants at the direction of President Donald Trump.

Bessent wrote in a post on X that “we are working to cut off federal benefits to illegal aliens and preserve them for U.S. Citizens.”

Bessent said the Treasury “announced that it will issue proposed regulations clarifying that the refunded portions of certain individual income tax benefits are no longer available to illegal and other non-qualified aliens, covering the Earned Income Tax Credit, the Additional Child Tax Credit, the American Opportunity Tax Credit, and the Saver’s Match Credit.”

His post referenced an announcement made by the Treasury Department last week stating that the refundable portions of those tax credits are considered “federal public benefits” that illegal immigrants and nonqualified aliens are not entitled to receive.

Bessent added in a follow-up post, “If you’re here illegally, there’s no place for you in our financial system. Illegal aliens that use our financial institutions to move their illicitly obtained funds is exploitation, and it will end.”

The Treasury’s action comes after a recent legal opinion by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel adopting the interpretation that the refundable portions of the listed tax credits qualify as federal public benefits.

Treasury’s announcement stated that it plans for its final regulations to apply beginning in tax year 2026.

In the department’s announcement, Bessent said, “Treasury’s Office of Tax Policy and the Internal Revenue Service have worked tirelessly to advance this initiative and ensure its successful implementation. Their diligence and professionalism reflect this Administration’s determination to uphold the integrity of our tax system. We will continue to ensure that taxpayer resources are directed only to those who are entitled under the law.”

Also on Friday, the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) said it is issuing an alert to financial institutions aimed at preventing illegal immigrants from exploiting the U.S. financial system by moving illicitly obtained funds.

The announcement said that money services businesses are generally required to file a suspicious activity report for a transaction involving at least $2,000 when the business knows, suspects, or has reason to suspect the activity relates to a possible legal or regulatory violation.

According to the announcement, those transactions include the cross-border transfer of funds derived from unlawful employment or funds otherwise illicitly obtained in the United States.

Bessent’s posts followed comments from President Trump on Thursday, in which he said his administration will “permanently pause” migration from all “Third World Countries” after the death of a National Guard member in an attack near the White House.

His remarks follow additional migration-related actions ordered since the shooting on Wednesday, which investigators say was carried out by an Afghan national who entered the United States in 2021 under a resettlement program.

Trump did not identify specific countries or define what he meant by third-world countries or “permanently pause.”

He said the plan would include cases approved under Joe Biden’s administration.

Virginia Educator Accused of Planning to Kill ICE Agents with Explosive Rounds

An assistant principal in Virginia and his brother were arrested at Norfolk International Airport after federal authorities accused them of planning ambush-style attacks on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.

The arrests took place Wednesday, less than a week after the alleged plans were first reported to law enforcement.

John Bennett, 54, an assistant principal at Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach, and his brother Mark Bennett, 59, were taken into custody as they prepared to board a flight to Las Vegas.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by WTKR, an off-duty police officer reported overhearing the men discussing ICE operations while dining at a restaurant in Virginia Beach.

The officer told investigators he heard the brothers claim that ICE agents were “kidnapping individuals and that they need to do something about it.”

The complaint states that Mark Bennett said he intended to travel to Las Vegas to meet with “like-minded” individuals and develop “enforcement ideas and plans.”

Prosecutors said Mark Bennett also claimed he had recently purchased an assault rifle because “it utilizes the explosive rounds that are needed to penetrate the vests” worn by ICE agents.

During the same conversation, John Bennett allegedly told his brother he planned to join him on the trip in order to “go hunting.”

According to the complaint, Mark Bennett purchased a ticket to travel to Las Vegas on Wednesday.

It remains unclear whether John Bennett had purchased a ticket.

Following his arrest, John Bennett was placed on leave from Kempsville High School, WTKR reported.

Records show John Bennett previously worked briefly in law enforcement.

His LinkedIn page states he paused his education career for one year to pursue police work before returning to teach high school mathematics and later moving into administration.

Both brothers are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit malicious wounding.

Each was granted bond and released after an arraignment hearing last Thursday, according to 13 News Now.

DHD Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin commented on the case in a statement to Fox News.

“It’s chilling that a human being, much less a child educator, would plot to ambush and kill ICE law enforcement officers—offering such specifics as to getting a high-caliber rifle that would pierce the law enforcements’ bullet proof vests,” McLaughlin said.

“Thanks to Homeland Security Investigations and our partners, these men are behind bars.”

Attorneys for the brothers have begun responding publicly to the allegations.

Happy O’Brien, who represents Mark Bennett, told the Norfolk Virginian-Pilot that his client maintains his innocence and said Mark Bennett traveled to Las Vegas to attend a Formula One motorsports race with his child.

Federal authorities have not released additional details on the investigation.

The case remains active as both men await further court proceedings.

FDA Chief Goes on Record: Fauci Led a ‘Massive Cover-Up’ of Covid’s Origins

Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Dr. Marty Makary accused former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Director Dr. Anthony Fauci of orchestrating what he called a “massive cover-up” of the origins of Covid-19.

In an interview with the “Pod Force One” podcast, Makary said Fauci worked to suppress the Wuhan lab-leak theory during the early months of the pandemic.

Makary, who previously served as a professor at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, told host Miranda Devine: “One thing that’s extremely obvious that very few people realize, and certainly hardly anyone in the medical establishment where I come from realized, is that [Fauci] was involved in a massive cover-up of the origins of COVID, a massive cover-up.”

He added, “Whether or not he was involved in the experiments or funding the experiments that led to the origins of COVID, he was clearly 100% involved in the cover-up.”

In 2023, the House Oversight Committee released evidence showing that Fauci commissioned and approved a February 2020 scientific paper, The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2, which appeared aimed at refuting the possibility of a lab leak.

Shortly afterward, Fauci cited the paper’s findings during a White House briefing with President Donald Trump as evidence against the lab-leak theory.

Makary said Fauci was “frantically engaging in a massive cover-up with 3 a.m. emails and phone calls” in January and February 2020.

“He was convening people. And the notes from those meetings reveal that all these virologists he convened had told him, ‘We think it came from the Wuhan lab,’ and the output was days later, those same scientists wrote a letter in the medical journal saying it definitely did not come from the lab,” Makary said.

“This is not rocket science. It’s a no-brainer where it came from.”

Makary also said Fauci and former National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Francis Collins worked to weaken restrictions on gain-of-function research, which involves genetically modifying viruses.

According to Makary, they “meticulously worked in their bureaucratic ways to water down” Obama-era limitations on such experiments, adding, “They did everything you could do bureaucratically.”

In the final days of Joe Biden’s administration, Fauci received a presidential pardon covering potential offenses committed between January 1, 2014, and the pardon date.

Makary told Devine he believes the pardon was connected to Fauci’s alleged efforts to suppress information about the origins of Covid-19.

“[O]nly recently did Anthony Fauci take it to the next level of using science as political propaganda,” Makary said.

“He commissioned the pieces that lied about the COVID origins. The author who submitted the article said this was commissioned by Dr. Fauci and [Dr. Francis Collins, the former director of the National Institutes of Health] in that cover letter.”

Makary said the effort to shape the narrative around the lab-leak theory was part of a wider attempt to limit debate over pandemic policies.

Swalwell Pushes Idea That Troops Put a ‘Check’ on President Trump

California gubernatorial candidate and Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell said on Monday that members of the military have told him they can act as a “check” on President Donald Trump.

Swalwell made the comments during an appearance on Don Lemon’s show, where he discussed the controversy surrounding a video featuring six Democratic lawmakers urging service members to “refuse illegal orders” from the president.

The Department of War announced on X that it launched a formal review into allegations of misconduct against Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly, a retired Navy captain, for appearing in the video.

The video drew national attention for its message directed at military personnel.

Swalwell said the review demonstrated what he described as the administration responding to Kelly’s remarks.

He said the decision to examine Kelly’s conduct signaled concern within the administration.

Swalwell said, “What gives me hope, and I talk to service members all the time. They tell me that I don’t appreciate enough and the public doesn’t appreciate enough that while Congress is not a check on the president anymore, and the judiciary at the Supreme Court is hardly a check, military members have told me, ‘We can be a check.’”

He continued, “They’re essentially saying, ‘We’re not going to betray our oath to the Constitution because this guy tells us to.’ While it’s not codified that way — they’re not a branch of government on their own— their honor and integrity might just save us.”

During the segment, Swalwell agreed with Lemon’s characterization that the Trump administration and Republicans were telling service members to disregard the Constitution.

Swalwell said, “To me, the only reason you’d go after Mark Kelly if he’s telling soldiers, ‘You don’t have to follow an unlawful order’ — and they don’t — is if you intend to carry out unlawful orders. If you don’t intend to carry out unlawful orders, why do you care that somebody would say that?”

The discussion took place on the same day Sen. Ruben Gallego of Arizona addressed the issue on CNN.

Gallego warned military personnel about potential repercussions if they acted against Kelly.

Gallego said, “Donald Trump is going to be gone in a couple of years. And if you’re part of the military that is going after sitting senators, sitting members of Congress and part of the weaponization of government, there will be consequences, without a doubt.”

The video at the center of the controversy featured lawmakers directing their comments at service members and urging them to refuse what they called “illegal orders.”

The Department of War’s review of Kelly followed the publication of the video and the reactions that came in its aftermath.

Disoriented Actress Tara Reid Removed on Stretcher After Alleged Drink Tampering Incident

Actress Tara Reid says she was taken to a Chicago hospital after her drink was allegedly tampered with at a hotel bar over the weekend, as reported by Fox News.

Reid, who was in Chicago for Comic Con, appeared disoriented in video footage obtained by TMZ, which showed several people assisting her into a wheelchair.

In the footage, she is seen slurring her words and clinging to another hotel guest before being seated.

Another clip showed paramedics moving Reid out of the hotel on a stretcher while bystanders offered words of support. A source told Fox News Digital that Reid had gone to the hotel bar to have a drink and a cigarette.

After stepping outside to smoke, she returned to find her glass of wine with a napkin placed over it. According to the source, Reid did not remember putting a napkin on the glass and thought it was unusual.

The source said Reid took two sips of wine and later woke up in a hospital. Her agent retrieved her from the hospital, and the two flew back to Los Angeles.

The source said, “She is very worried about people leaving their drinks unsupervised, and she is traumatized by the incident.”

A representative for Reid told Fox News Digital that she is preparing to file a police report.

The representative said, “Tara Reid is in the process of filing a police report after an incident in which she believes her drink was tampered with. Tara is recovering and asks for privacy during this traumatic time. She also urges everyone to be careful, watch your drinks, and never leave them unattended, as this can happen to anyone. She will not be making further comments at this stage.”

However, police told People on Monday that Reid had not yet filed the report.

Reid has previously spoken publicly about difficulties in her career. In 2023, she told Fox News Digital she has “been bullied a lot” and said her appearance on “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” was aimed at showing another side of herself.

She said, “And stop bullying me for kind of always the same things. And to let them see, you know, I’m not just this girl who’s 21 and partying in ‘American Pie.’”

Reid added, “I’m 47 years old now. I’m a woman and I want them to see that I am strong, and I do have a heart and I do care. And I hope that comes across.”

Reid also said the negative attention led her to temporarily step back from the industry, explaining, “I needed a break. You know, I think everyone needs a break from something when it becomes too much.”

No additional details have been released regarding the investigation.

Donald Trump Hilariously Roasts Pelosi and Schumer While Pardoning Thanksgiving Turkeys

President Trump delivered the 78th annual Thanksgiving Turkey Pardoning Ceremony on Tuesday, using the moment to make a series of jokes aimed at Democratic leaders and to highlight the accomplishments of his administration, as reported by the Gateway Pundit.

The President pardoned two turkeys named Gobble and Waddle, calling them “record-setting” birds and noting their unusual size.

President Donald Trump laughs as supporters cheer during a Make America Great Again rally at the warren County Fair Grounds in Lebanon, Ohio, on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018. Trump In Cincinnati

As the ceremony began, Trump joked that Waddle was “missing in action” and said Gobble “looks like a rather violent bird.” When he officially granted the pardon, the bird responded with a loud gobble that drew laughter from the crowd.

During his remarks, Trump continued the long-standing tradition of delivering lighthearted jokes but added pointed comments toward his political opponents.

He referenced Joe Biden’s Thanksgiving pardons from the previous year, saying those pardons were invalid. “But they’re hereby null and void,” Trump said.

“The turkeys known as Peach and Blossom last year have been located, and they were on their way to be processed. In other words, to be killed! But I have stopped that journey, and I am officially pardoning them. And they will not be served for Thanksgiving dinner. We saved them in the nick of time.”

Trump then turned his attention to former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. “I was going to call them Chuck and Nancy. But then I realized I wouldn’t be pardoning them,” he said.

He added, “I would never pardon those two people. I wouldn’t pardon them. I wouldn’t care what Melania told me, ‘Darling, I think it would be a nice thing to do,’ I won’t do it, darling!”

The President described Gobble and Waddle as “MAHA” turkeys — a reference to his political branding — and noted their weight of more than 50 pounds each.

“These are two of the largest turkeys ever presented to an American president, over 50 pounds each. That’s the largest we’ve ever had,” Trump said.

He asked the handlers whether the oversized birds were “as good as the normal-sized turkey” and whether they tended to be “a little fatty.” The handler responded no.

Trump also recognized several individuals involved in preparing the birds for the ceremony, including National Turkey Federation Chairman Jay Jandrain, his wife Leslie, their children, and Travis Pittman, the farmer who raised Gobble and Waddle in Wayne County, North Carolina.

“I won Wayne County by a lot,” Trump said. “I think I won by 92%. I like Wayne County. They’re doing all right, right?”

The President said the birds were fed a range of foods leading up to the ceremony. “They’ve been fattened on a steady diet of grass, beef, to allow the smoothies and all of the other things that they’ve been eating for this occasion,” he said.

He added that the event was significant and that the birds had been prepared accordingly. “They’ve eaten every fattening food that you can eat. We wanted to really make them special, and they really are.”

Trump closed by asking whether the birds might become aggressive. “Are they violent at all? Will they attack as I walk over? Because if they were, I’ll stay right up here.”

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Says Imprisoning Violent Criminals Is ‘Racist’ and ‘Immoral’

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson said during a Tuesday news conference that imprisoning violent criminals is “racist,” “immoral,” and “unholy,” arguing that the city and the country must move away from incarceration as a response to violent crime. Johnson made the remarks while appearing alongside Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

“We cannot incarcerate our way out of violence,” Johnson said. He argued that past efforts to reduce crime through imprisonment have failed.

“We have already tried that, and we have ended up with the largest prison population in the world, without solving the problems of crime and violence.”

Johnson continued, “The addiction on jails and incarceration in this country, we have moved past that.” He then added, “It is racist. It is immoral. It is unholy, and it is not the way to drive violence down.”

Chicago continues to face persistent violent crime, with the city recording hundreds of homicides annually.

Much of the violence involves shootings concentrated in specific neighborhoods on the South and West Sides, with most victims and offenders being young men.

The city’s long-running struggle with violent crime has regularly put the mayor’s public safety policies under scrutiny.

Johnson has previously taken positions opposing federal immigration enforcement operations. He has frequently pushed back against actions by the Trump administration to remove illegal aliens living in the United States.

Last month, Johnson clashed with a reporter over terminology during a press event after the reporter used the term “illegal alien.”

Johnson responded, “We don’t have illegal aliens. I don’t know if that’s from some sort of sci-fi message that you wish to add.” He then referenced historical terminology applied to Black Americans, saying, “The legal term for my people were slaves. You want me to use that term, too? Look, let’s just get the language right.”

Johnson continued, “We’re talking about undocumented individuals that are human beings. The last thing that I’m going to do is accept the type of racist, nasty language to describe human beings.”

President Trump has responded to Johnson’s positions by saying that both Johnson and Pritzker should face consequences for refusing to protect federal law enforcement officers as they carry out their responsibilities.

Trump has argued that failure to cooperate with federal authorities undermines efforts to enforce national laws and the will of the voters.

The mayor’s latest comments add to the ongoing debate in Chicago over crime, policing, and public safety, as city leadership continues to face questions over how to address high-profile violence while weighing broader policy approaches to criminal justice.
