Democrat Struggles to Promote Jasmine Crockett, Highlights Outbursts Not Achievements

Former Democratic Rep. Pat Murphy of Pennsylvania faced questions Monday on “The Faulkner Focus” when host Harris Faulkner asked him to identify the concrete accomplishments of Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett.

Crockett is weighing a run for the U.S. Senate seat held by Republican Sen. John Cornyn, a potential move that prompted former Democratic Rep. Colin Allred of Texas to pursue a House seat instead.

Murphy pointed to Crockett’s reputation during congressional hearings and her public exchanges with Republican lawmakers.

“In the congressional hearings, she’s pretty tough. Listen, I’m talking about her record as a member of Congress… I think she is holding this administration accountable on a lot of different things,” Murphy said.

He added, “I mean, she has been adamant about sticking to what the Constitution says and what it doesn’t say. I’ve seen some of her congressional hearings. She is a smart lawyer that was a public defender in that district before she got into office and then she has been there, you can’t deny the fact she is not a back-bencher. She has been at the forefront on a message to hold this administration accountable.”

Murphy also noted that Democratic Texas State Rep. James Talarico has entered the primary.

Faulkner challenged Murphy’s description, saying accomplishments must be distinguished from media visibility.

“You don’t know what John Cornyn’s done. You don’t know what [Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas] has done,” Faulkner said.

“These people have records, she should have a record, too. What you gave me was her public influencer profile.”

Crockett has been involved in several high-profile moments during her time in Congress.

In November, during debate on legislation requiring the Trump administration to release files related to Jeffrey Epstein, she falsely accused EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin of accepting money from Epstein, who was a registered sex offender.

On Sept. 12, during an appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” Crockett discussed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement with host Charlamagne tha God and compared the agency’s operations to “slave patrols.”

Crockett has gained national attention since a May 2024 exchange with Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia at a House Oversight Committee hearing.

Her profile has grown through additional heated clashes during hearings.

She has used profanity, delivered racially charged remarks in committee settings, and referred to Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas as “Governor Hot Wheels,” referencing Abbott’s use of a wheelchair following a back injury.

ICE Reveals Illinois Released 1,700 Criminal Aliens Despite Active Detainers

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has alerted Illinois officials that violent criminal illegal aliens are being released from state and local custody despite active immigration detainers, according to a letter shared with Fox News Digital.

Todd Lyons, ICE’s senior official performing the duties of director, said Illinois has “tens of thousands of criminal illegal aliens” in custody, including individuals convicted of murder, rape, child pornography, and armed robbery.

Lyons said these offenders “should be swiftly removed from the United States … and not be returned to our streets to wreak havoc on law-abiding citizens.”

ICE data shows that since January 2025, Illinois has released 1,768 criminal aliens who had active detainers.

The agency said the crimes associated with these individuals include homicides, assaults, burglaries, weapons violations, and sexual-predatory offenses.

ICE also reported that another 4,015 criminal aliens with pending detainers remain in state or local custody.

According to the agency, those cases include individuals connected to 51 homicides and more than 800 sexual-predatory offenses.

The agency provided examples of detainers that were not honored, which required federal officers to locate the offenders after their release.

Among the cases listed were Victor Manuel Mendoza-Garcia, convicted of three counts of aggravated kidnapping; Juan Morales Martinez, tied to a fatal vehicle crash; and Amilcar Waldo Gonzalez-Jimenez, convicted of two counts of criminal sexual assault.

In each case, ICE said local agencies did not alert federal officers before releasing the individuals.

Other examples cited by ICE involved convictions for child abduction, predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, attempted murder, and aggravated kidnapping.

ICE documents state that some of the offenders were later re-arrested or removed from the country.

Lyons said Illinois’ continued refusal to comply with immigration detainers “plainly jeopardizes public safety” and asked whether the state plans to alter its approach or continue releasing violent offenders who may otherwise “walk the streets of Illinois again.”

Glenn Beck Explodes on Years of Corruption: ‘I’ve Had Enough. Nothing Ever Happens’

A resurfaced statement from Glenn Beck shows him outlining his frustration with what he describes as years of uncovering political corruption without any consequences for those involved.

Beck recounted examples ranging from the Clinton Foundation to federal investigations and the handling of the Hunter Biden laptop, arguing that Washington operates under a different standard than ordinary Americans.

Beck began by describing the personal toll he believes the lack of accountability has taken.

“I don’t know about you, but I’m tired. I am worn out. I am fed up. I’ve had enough. I am tired of exposing corruption, doing our homework, fighting, going overseas, and having documents translated to make sure they’re exactly right presenting the evidence we know what’s happening, except then, once we expose it, nothing happens.”

He said people outside government face harsher consequences.

“If you and I did half the things that people in Washington do every day you and I would go to prison.”

He referenced past controversies surrounding Hillary Clinton.

“Clinton got away with it. Even the left knew that the Clinton Foundation was dirty. They sold uranium to our biggest enemy, Russia. Nothing, no she can take confidential, top secret emails, and put them on her server at her home, something you and I would go to prison for. We would be in prison for the rest of our lives.”

He then described Benghazi, saying, “Not only did we show you that we were gun running to a group in Syria that became ISIS. That’s what we were doing in Benghazi, not only that, but just the killing of a US and Ambassador. And might I point out on Veterans Day, we abandon our troops. Did anything happen? Nope, nope. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.”

Beck also described investigations involving federal surveillance.

“I’m tired of of actually being open and saying, Okay, well, let’s look into the spying on this presidential candidate. That’s a pretty hefty charge. Were they doing it and then finding out? Yes, they were, and nothing happens.”

He continued with the Russia allegations.

“He was colluding with Russia. My gosh, that should be the biggest scandal of all time, if that were true, if it wasn’t true, and it was started, and evidence paperwork even showed that they knew all the way to the White House, you’d think that would be even a bigger story, lying to the FISA courts. Nothing, creating an enemies list, nothing, using our own intelligence agencies to assist in this operation, spending millions of dollars on a claim. They knew that wasn’t true.”

He turned to foreign business dealings.

“The loss of billions of tax dollars in Ukraine, no big deal. The lies and the collusion with the Obama administration in Ukraine. No big deal. Hunter Biden. Forget about Burisma. What was that? $7 billion who cares? Look at Hunter Biden and his his father in China. Oh, but we don’t have any proof of that. Yes, we do. We have all the proof anyone who cares to be honest needs we have all the documents on his own freaking laptop, which had been verified for people that were working with him, who were Democrats, that had those those same emails on their computer, Nothing.”

Beck then described the larger system he believes is involved.

“The scandal of our Justice Department, the deep state, which I didn’t believe in four years ago. My gosh, you gotta be dead and probably voting in the last election if you don’t see the deep state.”

He criticized media coverage.

“The corruption of our media, our media telling us to deny our own eyes, there’s a car on fire, and they’re like, oh, nothing’s happening here. It’s totally there’s a car on fire behind you. But we’re not supposed to notice that good has been made evil, and evil is made good.”

Beck tied the situation to unrest and public messaging.

“Our country is being torn apart on the streets by radicals who are marching with no trump, no Biden, no America signs, but don’t worry about that. This just a peaceful group, really.”

He warned about what he views as ideological messaging directed at children.

“Our children are being indoctrinated with all kinds of crap, telling them that they’re racist because of the color they were born with, the teachers unions completely out of control.”

He then referenced Black Lives Matter and Antifa.

“The Lies of Black Lives Matter, Inc, and no one seems to care. No one seems to care that black lives matter. Is actually a corporation that black lives matter on their. Manifesto said they wanted to destroy the nuclear family, but that’s all fine. Antifa, no, they’re not wild in the streets. That’s only an idea. Yeah, kind of like Nazism was an idea.”

Beck said the treatment of those who question election practices reflects a double standard.

“But yet, if you support the Constitution, if you just say, I want a fair and legal count. You’re a radical. You’re an anti government zealot.”

He ended by describing the strain of speaking out.

“I’ve had it. I’ve had enough. I almost didn’t make the show last week because this is what I wanted to say to you, except it would have been followed with so see you later.”

Kate Winslet Describes Bizarre Request Made by Eminem During 2004 ‘SNL’ Appearance

Actress Kate Winslet has disclosed an unusual moment she experienced with rapper Eminem during their joint appearance on “Saturday Night Live” in 2004.

Winslet, 50, revealed the incident during an interview on “The Graham Norton Show,” noting it was a story she had never previously shared publicly, as reported by The New York Post.

Winslet hosted the Oct. 30, 2004, episode of “SNL,” where Eminem, now 53, served as the musical guest.

While recounting the encounter, she said, “This is a story I’ve never, never told.” Winslet then stated, “Eminem asked me to shave his bottom.”

The request reportedly came one week after Ashlee Simpson’s well-known lip-sync incident on the program. The audience laughed as Norton asked for clarification, saying, “Was it a hand-held razor?”

Winslet responded, “Well, he did!” She recalled replying to Eminem, “He said, ‘Will you shave my butt?’ and I said, ‘I’m sorry, I don’t do personal grooming.’ Like what? I’m not gonna go with a Bic and get your crack love. Honestly!”

Winslet noted she has not returned to host “SNL” since that 2004 appearance. “I’ve never told that story before, ever in my life in public. There you go!” she said.

At the time, Winslet was promoting the film “Finding Neverland,” in which she starred alongside Johnny Depp.

She said she only had 24 hours to prepare for “SNL” and was required to “sing and tap dance” despite the show occurring just a week after the Simpson controversy.

Ashlee Simpson, 41, commented earlier this year on the 2004 moment that became widely discussed after she was caught using a prerecorded vocal track on air.

Speaking on the “Broad Ideas with Rachel Bilson & Olivia Allen” podcast in February 2024, Simpson said she had been scheduled to perform but had “two nodules beating against each other,” which caused her to lose her voice.

She said she informed show executives but was pressured to perform her song “Pieces of Me” using a recorded track. “I feel like it was a humbling moment for me,” Simpson said.

The Winslet anecdote adds new detail to a long-past episode of “SNL” that already included multiple high-profile moments and remains part of the show’s history two decades later.

Maine Nonprofit Boss Ran for Somali Warlord While Collecting U.S. Tax Dollars

Carl Higbie and Steve Robinson examined the activities of Abdullahi Ali, a Somali American who became a U.S. citizen in 2009 and went on to build several organizations in Maine, including a multimillion-dollar migrant care service agency.

During the Newsmax segment, they outlined how Ali simultaneously pursued political power abroad while receiving taxpayer-funded contracts at home.

Higbie opened the segment by outlining Ali’s path and recent political ambitions.

He said, “Let’s introduce you to Somali American Abdullahi Ali, who came to the US from Somali in 2009 you’re looking at, obviously the man on my right who had discovered this story has he became a US citizen. Started a nonprofit to help immigrants, started several businesses, including a multi million dollar migrant care service agency. And in 2024 he ran for President as he raised money to bankroll a militia in Somalia.”

Higbie added that Ali admitted in an interview with Kenyan media that he raised money in the United States to purchase weapons and supplies for a paramilitary force he hoped to command as the president of Jubaland.

Higbie continued, “Yes, you heard that right. A US citizen who, according to the main wire, gave an interview with Kenyan media in which he said he raised money in the US to buy weapons, munitions and supplies for paramilitary force he had hoped to lead as the president of Jubaland, yes, that is a real state in Somalia. He was running for president in Somalia. Of course, he lost the election.”

Higbie noted that Newsmax attempted to reach Gateway Community Services, the organization Ali founded, but received no response.

Introducing Robinson, he said, “Ironically enough, the man who broke this report, Editor in Chief of the Maine wire, Steve Robinson, dude, this is crazy.”

Robinson described how Ali was running a taxpayer-funded operation while engaging in foreign political activity abroad.

He said, “You really can’t make this stuff up. I mean, the guy is running a migrant services agency that bills Main Care, which is what we call Medicaid, about $5 million a year at the same time that he’s running for president. And to be clear, in Somali that he’s running to be the warlord of Jubaland.”

Robinson explained the nature of political contests in the region, stating, “You know, elections in Jubaland aren’t exactly like elections in America. It’s, you know, whoever has the most guns is able to certify the election. So he needed to buy a paramilitary organization and paramilitary support in order to win that election, and he lost it.”

He then detailed how Ali received no-bid contracts from Maine’s Democratic governor Janet Mills while he was overseas pursuing political power.

Robinson continued, “But at the very same time that he was in Jubaland and and Kenya, trying to become a warlord in southern Somalia, he was getting no bid contracts from the administration of governor Janet Mills, a Democrat who has been in cahoots with Gateway Community Services from the very beginning.”

Robinson said the behavior is part of a broader political structure.

“So if there’s one thing that I would implore your listeners to understand, it’s in Minnesota and in Maine. It’s not just the Somali diaspora that has come over here and decided to engage in this criminal behavior. It’s a industrial complex with the Democratic Party that enables and turns a blind eye to this behavior, because they benefit from it through political support.”

Robinson also described how several former employees of Gateway Community Services have entered Maine politics.

He said, “And indeed, Abdullahi Ali is number two, his assistant executive director, is the former mayor of South Portland, Maine, and is currently a state representative from South Portland and a member of the Appropriations Committee.

Deqa Dhalac, one of his former employees, Yusuf Yusuf is a representative from Portland. Many, many Gateway Community Services alums have gone on to become involved in politics.”

He added that the state’s Office of New Americans was created with direct connections to the same network.

Robinson said, “And governor Janet Mills created the Office of New Americans specifically to cater to the new Americans, new Mainers, illegal aliens, and the only employee of that organization is El Cass Ahmed from Sudan, who is a former employee of Gateway Community Services.”

Higbie closed the segment with a blunt summary.

He said, “Like, I wish I had more time for this, but you’re on a roll, basically. Long story short is Maine’s got a bunch of fraud, with people taking money from the government and the taxpayers and then buying rocket launchers, sending them back to run for elections and president of whatever that place is, jubilant.”

He added that the same networks then work on political campaigns in Maine.

Higbie continued, “And then they’re also turning around and getting out the vote for Democrats in places like Lewiston Maine and Portland Maine. And when you drive into Maine, there’s a big sign that says, Maine, the way life should be, not the way I see it. Steve Robinson, we appreciate it.”

Robinson responded, “Thank you.”

Higbie ended the conversation by saying, “Get me off this planet.”

HHS Quietly Adds Rachel Levine’s Real Name to Portrait Due to Biological Reality

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has altered display information under the official portrait of Admiral Rachel Levine, according to NPR, adding Levine’s previous name beneath the framed photograph inside the Humphrey Building in Washington, D.C. Levine, born Richard, served as assistant secretary for health under former President Joe Biden.

NPR reported that “Levine’s official portrait was recently altered, a spokesperson for HHS confirmed to NPR. A digital photograph of the portrait in the hallway obtained by NPR shows that Levine’s previous name is now typed below the portrait, under the glass of the frame.”

Breitbart News previously noted that Levine had served as Pennsylvania’s health secretary before joining HHS.

Levine’s spokesperson, Adrian Shanker, described the update as an act of “bigotry against her.”

HHS spokesperson Andrew Nixon, however, told NPR, “Our priority is ensuring that the information presented internally and externally by HHS reflects gold standard science.

We remain committed to reversing harmful policies enacted by Levine and ensuring that biological reality guides our approach to public health.” NPR did not use the name Richard in its report.

Levine was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in March 2021 after being nominated by President Biden to serve as assistant secretary for health.

During the confirmation process, Levine faced questioning from Senate Republicans, including Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, who pressed Levine on medical treatments for minors identifying as transgender.

Critics pointed to Levine’s past support for a January 2020 study promoting puberty-blocking drugs for young children and recommending the acceleration of cross-sex hormones for homeless teens with gender dysphoria who were estranged from their parents.

In 2022, while speaking at a Democratic National Committee pride month event, Levine said, “Gender affirming care is lifesaving, medically necessary, age-appropriate, and a critical tool for health care providers.”

Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was violently assassinated in September, had previously been locked out of his Twitter account in 2022 for comments about Levine’s biological background.

Kirk wrote, “Richard Levine spent 54 years of his life as a man. He had a wife and a family. He ‘transitioned’ to being a woman in 2011, Joe Biden appointed Levine to be a 4-Star Admiral and now USA Today has named ‘Rachel’ Levine as a ‘Woman of the Year.’ Where are the feminists?”

Kirk later told Breitbart News, “Twitter just proved it doesn’t believe in truth. It believes in narrative. It doesn’t believe in science. It believes in ideology. It doesn’t believe in biology, it believes in gender theories. They don’t want the truth, they want submission. We cannot give them what they want.”

GOP Challenger Addresses Walz’s ‘Elephant in the Room’ in Massive Minnesota Fraud Scandal

Minnesota Republican gubernatorial candidate Dr. Scott Jensen spoke to Fox News Digital as Minneapolis confronts what prosecutors have called the largest COVID-19 fraud scheme in the country.

The controversy centers on allegations that the nonprofit Feeding Our Future and its associates defrauded federal child-nutrition programs of hundreds of millions of dollars in COVID-19 aid.

Jensen said he believes Gov. Tim Walz is directly responsible for the failures that allowed the scheme to grow and suggested that a “cover up” that is “worse than Watergate” may be involved.

Jensen said the size of the scandal in Minneapolis raises questions about Walz’s leadership.

“In Minnesota, I don’t think that there’s any way to cut it other than to say the buck has to stop somewhere,” he told Fox News Digital.

“And it’s always been that the buck stops at the governor’s desk. Arguably, the governor is the CEO of the state of Minnesota and the business of the government. And Tim Walz has been derelict in doing his duties, and he’s absolutely corrupted common sense.”

Jensen pointed to what he described as a timeline that contradicts Walz’s account of when the state identified concerns surrounding Feeding Our Future.

He said the Minnesota Department of Education knew there were problems in 2020 but did not refer the matter to the FBI until 2021.

“And yet they’ve made claims that as soon as they learned about it, they got the FBI involved,” Jensen said.

“That’s not true. Their timeline’s a year off.”

According to Jensen, the delay reflects a broader pattern of deflection by the governor’s office.

“At the end of the day, he’s demonstrated a very skilled approach to deflecting, so that he’s not being honest,” he said.

He cited moments following the first indictments in 2022 when Walz pointed to district court judge John Guthman as the reason the state continued payments linked to the program.

Guthman later issued what outlets described as a “rare public rebuke” and said Walz had made “inaccurate statements.”

Jensen said the governor then shifted blame again.

“When Judge Guthman did that, then you saw Tim Walz and Keith Ellison try for someone else they could blame it on,” he told Fox News Digital.

“So they blamed it on the FBI and said, ‘Well, the FBI told us we had to keep paying because we’re not supposed to interfere with their investigation.’ And the FBI said, ‘We didn’t make you continue fraudulent payments to the Feeding Our Future agency.’”

Jensen said the “elephant in the room” is whether new information will emerge about the extent of the “cover up.”

He said the possibility of “something more nefarious” has raised further concerns.

“Is there literally sequestration of funds that at some point in time could be paid back to people when things have calmed down? Is there some pay-to-play scheme that we haven’t yet been informed about?” he said.

He added that such questions could lead to discussions about “a need for criminal prosecution to take place of some Minnesota elected officials.”

Federal investigations around the scandal have widened. The Small Business Administration announced it is investigating a network of Somali groups in Minnesota that it says are tied to the fraud case.

House Oversight Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has said that “because of Governor Walz’s negligence, criminals — including Somali terrorists — stole nearly $1 billion from the program while children suffered.” He is leading a probe into Walz’s role in the Feeding Our Future case.

President Donald Trump recently announced new actions targeting fraud schemes in Minnesota.

He called the state a “hub of money laundering activity” and said this was a factor in his decision to end deportation protections for hundreds of Somali migrants.

Senior administration officials said new investigations include a Treasury Department probe into allegations that taxpayer money was diverted to al-Shabaab, according to Secretary Scott Bessent.

Jensen said the evolving investigation has raised comparisons.

“With where it’s gone from the beginning to now, recognizing that there’s been an interest in covering this up, for many people it has some of the haunting reminders of Watergate,” he said.

“And yet, in this way, this time, it could even be worse, because it’s possible that there’s something far more nefarious than simply covering something up. It could be a pay to play scheme that involves elected officials.”

Fox News Digital asked Jensen about Walz’s legacy after two terms in office.

“Tim Walz’ legacy right now would be fraud at an unprecedented level, and I think from his policies, I think people would say he seemed to worship the ground that AOC and Bernie Sanders walked on,” Jensen said.

“He went from someone who many people who knew him earlier in life thought of as a moderate person to a person who was literally living on the five-yard line of the hard left part of the Democratic field.”

Illegal Alien with DUI History Charged with Murder of 8-Year-Old, 6 Others Injured

A Guatemalan national with a prior record of driving under the influence has been arrested and charged in connection with a head-on collision in San Diego County that killed an 8-year-old girl and injured several others, according to local authorities.

Brayan Alva-Rodriguez, 25, was allegedly intoxicated when he drove his Toyota Tacoma across the double-yellow line on San Felipe Road near Ranchita on Sunday, colliding head-on with a Toyota Camry, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

After the initial impact, his truck struck a Ford F-350 with a utility trailer that had been traveling ahead of him, causing the Tacoma to flip and catch fire, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Alva-Rodriguez and a passenger were able to exit the vehicle before it burned, though both sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.

Authorities said seven people were injured in total.

Three children were seated in the back of the Camry at the time of the collision, including a 4-year-old boy, a 5-year-old boy, and the 8-year-old girl who died.

Alva-Rodriguez, listed in county booking records as “Brayan Rodriguez Alva,” was booked Thursday by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.

He is charged with first-degree murder, two felony counts of gross vehicular manslaughter, and multiple felony counts related to driving under the influence and causing bodily injury to the seven individuals involved in the crash.

According to Department of Homeland Security officials, Alva-Rodriguez had previously been charged with DUIs in San Diego and Vista on September 6, 2020, and April 7, 2021.

The latter incident also included a hit-and-run charge.

Authorities said his date of entry into the United States has not been confirmed.

He is currently being held at the San Diego Central Jail on a bond exceeding $2 million.

His next court appearance is scheduled for January 7, 2026.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued an arrest detainer seeking custody of Alva-Rodriguez for potential deportation proceedings.

The sheriff’s office recently rejected a separate ICE detainer involving another migrant, Mexican national Hector Balderas-Aheelor, who is accused of killing an 11-year-old boy in a hit-and-run incident in Escondido on November 26.

The office cited California’s “sanctuary” law, which limits cooperation with federal immigration authorities when the individual has no prior criminal convictions.

ICE records show the detainer noted that Balderas-Aheelor would be subject to removal following conviction.

He has been deported from the United States four times since 2004, according to prosecutors.

The Escondido case involved the death of Aiden Antonio Torres De Paz, 11, who was hit while chasing his soccer ball into the street near his home.

Balderas-Aheelor allegedly fled the scene. Aiden died at a hospital on Thanksgiving Day.

Community members held a vigil near the family’s home, and relatives shared tributes to the boy online.

Balderas-Aheelor is being held on $300,000 bail. During a Wednesday arraignment, prosecutors argued that he posed a flight risk and described him as a “transient.”

Deputy District Attorney Nicole Gerard stated, “This case is a tragedy and every parents’ worst nightmare. We are doing everything in our power to get justice for Aiden’s family.”

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement addressing both cases.

“How many deaths of children at the hands of criminal illegal aliens need to happen before Governor Newsom and sanctuary politicians will prioritize the safety and security of American families?” she said.

“This serial drunk driver should have never been allowed back onto California roads.”

McLaughlin added, “We are praying for the family of this child who will be grieving this holiday season. Secretary Noem is calling on Governor Newsom to honor this ICE arrest detainer for this illegal alien.”

In response, Newsom’s office said following Balderas-Aheelor’s arrest that “nothing prohibits the federal government from doing its job in this case.”

Bongino Goes Hard Against the Prior FBI Leadership in Wake of J6 Pipe Bomber Arrest

Dan Bongino outlined what he described as deep failures within the FBI’s previous leadership and detailed the internal steps that led to the arrest of the suspect in the 2021 pipe bomber case.

During a Fox News segment, Bongino said the prior team had misused the agency’s authority and harmed its standing with the public, while the agents doing the substantive investigative work were left carrying the consequences.

Bongino said the issues began long before he took office.

“I don’t know. I don’t know what the hell this prior leadership team was doing outside of, you know, targeting political opponents, weaponizing the FBI, destroying its reputation, embarrassing agents that are doing really good work out there, catching terrorists, CCP, spies and everyone else. It’s almost like they were intentionally trying to decimate faith in institutions. It is horrifying. I don’t know what they were doing.”

Bongino described his first day in office as a decisive turning point for the stalled case.

“I can tell you what happened, though, when we got there, the director and I my first meeting, my first meeting, I swore in, and I kid you not, probably 15 minutes later, and the people who are in the meeting know I said, when I get in there, I want a full brief on this pipe bomber case on day one.”

After the briefing, Bongino said the investigative team had already done substantial work but had not been able to reach a resolution.

“And I looked at the case agent after getting a full brief of what they’d done, and they had done some pretty extensive amount of work. They had chased down, I think, 1000s of leads, 6000 plus interviews had been conducted, hundreds of tips, and it still was relatively stale the case, and I grabbed the case agent on the on the way out, and I said, you’re going to get me this guy, you’re going to track this guy down, you’re going to find him, you’re going to get me this guy. I want him.”

Bongino said that directive initiated a sustained push to conclude the investigation.

“And that started what was, what’s been almost a nine month operation right now, to make sure that we could get full accountability and transparency of the American public, and find this guy. And today, today, we did.”

He emphasized that the eventual success was not the work of a single office.

“But Sean, I have to add this, because this is really important. I you’ve heard all the cliches, team effort here at all times sports. I said it today at the presser, but I want to emphasize this. This was a team judge, Jeanine, Deputy Attorney General, Blanche, people, you and I know very well, ag Bondi, they you cannot do anything in the FBI without DOJ process, subpoenas, draw on paper, search warrants, complaints, arrest warrants. Who do you think does that? It’s not just us. We’re the investigators. They’re the lawyers.”

Bongino said the cooperation between agencies tightened quickly after he took office.

“So that team from day one, I told Pam and Todd, I said, Hey, cash and I and cash could not have been more supportive. He’s like, Dan, go for it. They said, Whatever you need. And their attorneys over there were amazing on this case. So it that don’t just throw the team effort thing out, like it just a standard cliche, I mean it. They really did a great job.”

Bongino concluded that the arrest was the product of sustained coordination and renewed leadership focus following years of limited progress under the prior structure.

Ilhan Omar Whines on MS NOW Because Trump Insulted Her ‘Sh*thole Country’

President Trump sharply criticized Rep. Ilhan Omar and the Somali migrant community during remarks on Tuesday, following new developments in a federal investigation into what officials describe as a $1 billion fraud scheme operating largely through the Somali community in Minnesota.

The GOP-led House Oversight Committee is currently examining the alleged scheme, which took place during Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s tenure.

Reacting to the reported findings, President Trump said he does not want Somali migrants entering the United States.

“I don’t want them in our country. I’ll be honest with you, okay. Somebody will say, ‘Oh, that’s not politically correct.’ I don’t care. I don’t want them in our country. Their country is no good for a reason. Their country stinks, and we don’t want them in our country,” Trump said.

The President also criticized Rep. Ilhan Omar directly while discussing the broader Somali community.

“We keep taking in garbage to our country. Ilhan Omar is garbage. Her friends are garbage. These people come from hell, complain, and do nothing but bitch,” Trump said.

He continued, “You know, if they came from paradise, and they said, ‘This isn’t paradise,’ but when they come from hell and they complain and do nothing but bitch, we don’t want them in our country. Let them go back to where they came from and fix it.”

Rep. Omar responded during an appearance on MS NOW, rejecting Trump’s remarks and labeling them racist and Islamophobic.

“He’s always been racist, bigot, xenophobic, and Islamophobic. He called African nations ‘shithole,’” Omar said.

“He said he was going to stop Muslim immigration into this country.”

Omar said Trump’s comments fit a pattern of targeting specific communities.

“It’s not surprising he’s going after black immigrants, and it’s not surprising he’s choosing a black immigrant community that’s Muslim…” she said.

The Minnesota congresswoman also stated that Somali immigrants in the United States would not be intimidated by the President’s remarks.

“We are going to be here regardless of what the president has to say!” Omar said.

The Oversight Committee’s investigation remains ongoing.

Federal authorities have not yet released additional details beyond the acknowledgment that the case involves an extensive fraud network with alleged ties to individuals within Minnesota’s Somali community.

As of Tuesday, no new charges connected to the probe had been announced.
