“Hey there, little birthing person. How would you like to take a ride in my ‘vette to paradise?”

Sound romantic? No, it doesn’t. But if you’re leftist and woke, that’s the kind of language the pure and morally correct think you should be using to describe the people in your family. See, the left has decided a bunch of contradictory things about the birds and the bees. To be a good leftist comrade, you must somehow reconcile these things in your head:

  1. Trans women (men) are women, and trans men (women) are men. 
  2. Biological sex isn’t real. At best, it’s some kind of gray spectrum. 

As the “Human Rights Campaign” insists, “When we say women, that word always includes trans women. There’s no ifs, ands or buts about it. A woman’s gender identity is her innermost concept of being female. A trans woman’s gender identity doesn’t define or caveat her womanhood, it simply describes her journey to womanhood.”

Didja hear that, bigots? Men in pantyhose are women because we say so. To underline the point, they included a demonstration photo of a “transgender woman” who is absolutely in every way a woman. 

If you think you’re seeing a male brow ridge and facial structure, and if you go even farther and think you’re seeing a man, that just shows how sexist and transphobic you are. Is that clear? 

While the normal majority in America is rejecting the culture-wide psychotic delusion called “transgender ideology” that we’ve all been living under since at least 2015, the blue states are holding out. They don’t seem to grasp yet that they’re tilting at windmills, and one of those wind blades is going to come crashing down on their lunatic project sooner than they think. 

Last week Maine’s leftist governor Janet Mills grabbed her “girlboss moment” telling President Trump to his face that Maine had no intention of following his lawful executive order. That order instructed states to stop allowing boys and men into girls’ and womens’ sports immediately, or lose all federal funding. Mills’ response? “See you in court.” 

Trump’s response? “I look forward to that. This should be a real easy one.”

Now, Wisconsin has decided that humans are no longer to be described in human terms. In legislation related to the 2025-2027 budget, lawmakers are recommending removing all references to husbands, wives, and pregnancy, and replacing them with. . .I don’t know what you’d call this. 

—Remove wife/husband, and substitute “spouse.”

—Remove the word mother, and substitute “inseminated person.”

—Remove the word “paternity,” and substitute the word “patronage. 

That last one is so stupid it must be underlined. The root Latin word that both “paternity” and “patronage” come from is the same! It’s a masculine word, “paternus,”  that means “of or relating to a father.” Why is “patronage,” then, better than “paternity?” Because the goal isn’t to be “respectful of people with other gender identities.” The goal is to dehumanize people and control the rest of us through enforced sterile, inaccurate, and insane language. They love doing this. 

Both LibsOfTikTok and Elon Musk himself could barely believe it.

“Spare the rod and spoil the child.”

Whether you take this literally or not, it is not merely a “saying.” Modern permissive and indulgent parenting may not credit this, but never saying no to a child, never putting a limit on what you will do for them, and never making them pay a price for antisocial behavior, will actually spoil that child. 

A spoiled child isn’t merely a kid who’s not sufficiently grateful for a treasure trove of Christmas presents. Truly spoiled children grow up into narcissistic and exploitative adults. They remain “spoiled children,” but they’re old enough to do bigger damage in the world. A child who never experienced consequences for breaking the rules, stealing what wasn’t hers, or defying legal or social conventions, will become an adult who exploits others, parasitizes her friends, and breaks the law without a care. 

We’ve got at least two generations of spoiled children—Millennials and Gen Z—under our belts in America now. The obvious rise in narcissistic, abusive, attention-seeking behavior on every screen and device we look at shows it. Many of these children-in-adult-bodies aren’t ever going to grow up. No, they’re not going to “get a real world lesson when they get into the workforce,” because they’re now the bosses of the workplace. We’re stuck with this.

Lawlessness among allegedly respectable adults has become “new normal” at the highest levels. New Jersey Governor Chris Murphy felt comfortable and confident taunting Immigration and Customs Enforcement on camera a few weeks ago, daring them to “come get” what seemed to be an illegal alien that Murphy said he wanted to move into his extra apartment so she could evade detection. 

Maine Governor Janet Mills attended a lunch meeting at the White House recently and confidently stated to President Trump’s face that she was going to defy his lawful executive order. That order instructed the states to stop allowing so called “trans girls” (that is, boys and men) to compete on girls’ sports teams. If they refused to halt this behavior, the government would cut off all federal funding to the state. “See you in court,” Mills sniped at Trump when he told her “you’d better comply.”

This level of open defiance of the rule of law is new in America, and it’s happening almost exclusively on the left. It’s the result of spoiled, narcissistic children in adult bodies. We can’t know how they were raised at home, but we can see that leftists have gotten away with violence, illegal court maneuvers, and defiance of the law for years with pretty much no consequences. 

That’s why women like this exist. Take a look at this woman’s TikTok video and marvel. She affects a girlish manner, inserting the word “like” into every sentence, and preening for the camera, while she calls for the assassination of Elon Musk. The lack of consequences in her life is obvious, as she moves right onto admitting that she has not paid taxes in eight years. That’s because there aren’t enough people to investigate her for her threats or unpaid taxes, she says. 

By the by, readers, your correspondent comes from a family shot through with what are called “Cluster B personality disorders.” These are extreme narcissism, emotional instability, pathological lying, and the like (you know, leftist behaviors). Pay attention to the way she moves her face, pay attention to the “crazy eyes,” and take note of the fashionable “serial killer” glasses. You will often find this presentation in unstable and dangerous people. 

In this case, the consequences might just come. It seems that the IRS did notice, and they believe they have sufficient staff to investigate:

Open defiance of the federated system of power in the United States has become surprisingly popular among Democrat states recently. You would think that the governors and legislatures of blue states were not aware of the Supremacy Clause in the Constitution. Article VI, Clause 2, establishes that when federal and state laws conflict, federal law comes out on top. The blue states know this, of course, it’s just that they’ve been allowed to get away with openly violating the Constitution and defying the federal government for years under the prior Biden administration. 

So-called “sanctuary” cities and states are the preeminent example. These states and cities have opened their borders to illegal aliens in defiance of federal law. They refuse to cooperate with federal immigration officials, they won’t turn over illegals that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) division has marked for deportation, and they won’t give the feds information. It’s incredibly brazen, but it’s become normalized since the Biden administration itself was violating federal law by ushering in at least 10 million illegals itself. 

With the appointment of Tom Homan to oversee the border crisis, the Trump administration has made it clear that defying federal law won’t be tolerated. After New Jersey Governor Chris Murphy openly dared the feds to come find an apparent illegal living in his garage apartment, Homan made it clear that he absolutely will arrest and prosecute public officials who harbor illegals. 

But the message is taking a while to sink in to other Democrat governors. Janet Mills is the governor of Maine, a state that is hell-bent on allowing boys and men to compete in girls’ and women’s sports as part of their addiction to give so-called “transgender women” anything they want regardless of the costs to women and girls. Trump has made it clear in executive orders that states that continue this nonsense can expect all their federal funding to dry up. 

During a live meeting, Trump called Mills out from the podium, asking her if her state would comply. She refused, and Trump laid down the law calmly and firmly. “Well you better do it because you’re not going to get any federal funding if you don’t.” Liberal women are used to being able to defy any rules they don’t like, and Mills shot back, “See you in court.” 

Trump’s response? “Good, I’ll see you in court. I look forward to that; that should be a real easy one.”

Oh, Jasmine Crockett, the lady who brings the hood to the House (of Representatives). The Democrat House Rep. from Texas has delighted “viewers” for more than a year with what you could call her “ratchet,” ghetto style of delivery, often while she bellows from the lectern about how awful white people are. 

There’s no reason anymore to point out the hypocrisy of elected officials, because they are not bothered by their own double standards. They know they’re using them, and they don’t care. They actually believe they and their favored demographic are entitled to favorable treatment that others don’t get. They don’t see their actions as hypocrisy, but as justified because they are Very Important People. 

With narcissistic people like Crockett, their inflated entitlement and self-regard is balanced by a lack of actual empathy for anyone who is not them or a member of their inner circle. In Crockett’s case, those lowly outsiders are her constituents and the American taxpayer. 

Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), has suggested sending a check back (of up to $5,000) to American taxpayers after his team’s work rooting out excess and fraudulent government spending. President Trump appears warm to the idea. 

Not Crockett. Here she is on ABC News. The anchor asks Crockett if she would support giving taxpayers a break by returning some of that money to ordinary Americans who paid it in. Her response? After a disquisition on how Trump is a “liar,” Crockett shows a haughty disdain for the idea of giving back some of the money snatched from American pocketbooks. She claims that “there’s no money” for such a refund, and that the only reason Americans got a relief check during Covid was “because we were living in different times.”

It doesn’t add up. How is it possible that, after finding billions in savings from wasteful programs, that the feds don’t have the money? What do the times we’re living in have to do with the amount of cash on hand? 

LibsOfTikTok brought the story to X/Twitter, noting that Crockett is the very same House Rep. who has repeatedly agitated for so-called “reparations” for black people. Apparently black American citizens in 2025 are owed a break on their taxes—she thinks they shouldn’t pay any at all—for a system of slavery they’ve never experienced that ended in the middle of the 19th century. 

Not only that, but she appears to think that a $5,000 refund to working families is chump change. “I don’t know what that will do for you,” she said.

Colorado Bill to Require False “Gender Identity” Recorded on Death Certificates

If you ever had a doubt that woke leftism is a true cult, this story out of Colorado will put those doubts to rest. HB25-1109 is the kind of lawmaking you only expect to see on the other side of Alice’s looking glass. The bill makes it a crime to “misgender” someone on a death certificate. In other words, the bill would require grieving families, funeral directors, and doctors, to lie about the actual sex of a deceased person on the official government document certifying their death.

First, a quick lesson on how death certificate preparation works. There are two portions: biographical information, and medical information. The funeral director (or the family, if they complete the task) fills out the biographical portion. This includes things like mom’s maiden name, what industry dad worked in, where the person was born, etc. The medical portion is the spot where the doctor or medical examiner describes the cause and manner of death and notes any diseases or injuries before signing the document and making it legal. 

HB25-1109 instructs those preparing the death certificate to mark the sex field—male or female—according to whatever “gender identity” the dead person claimed in a written set of instructions or similar documents. So, if a man named Jack Collins decided he was really a woman named Jackie Desiree DeMoore, the family or funeral director would be required by law to mark his sex as “female.” 

This misguided bill pits family members who disagree against each other by allowing subjective claims and opinions to override the actual reality of the dead person’s sex. Worse, the reliability of objective government records of death would be destroyed. Death certificates cannot be used to do medical research on the causes of death and the effects of disease by sex any longer, since no one will be able to trust that a record that shows a female isn’t actually a male. 

The bill also:

  • Makes “misgendering” a dead person a crime punishable by up to a year in prison, a $1,000 fine, or both. Does a grieving mother who refuses to say her son was her daughter deserve this? 
  • Forces the state registrar (the official record keeper) to amend death certificates to show the incorrect sex if the deceased’s kin shows a document outlining that person’s so-called “gender identity.” So the state will be rewriting reality and history. 
  • Makes it illegal for the state registrar to mark the altered certificate as “amended.” This means no one can know that the sex was falsified, and it will be hard or impossible to establish a deceased person’s actual identity. 

The reaction on Twitter/X was about what you’d expect. People are over this nonsense.

The left is having a very hard time accommodating the reality of a conservative electoral sweep and a national tilt to the right. To put it in mental health diagnostic terms that leftists would understand, they appear to have an “adjustment disorder”; that is, they’re having great difficulty adjusting to a new political world. 

It’s been decades since being a newsman or reporter was a working class job, and it shows. Today’s TV “personalities” are as removed from the concerns of the average American as it is possible to be. More than half the country voted for Donald Trump, and the majority is aligned with several of Trump’s policies on expelling illegal aliens and having the government recognize the reality that there are only two sexes. 

You’d never know it to watch mainstream news coverage on NBC, CNN, NPR, or in the pages of the New York Times and the like. The writers and on-camera personalities are not only at odds with majority American opinion, they don’t even seem to be aware that they are. Take someone like CBS anchor Margaret Brennan, who has repeatedly disgraced herself with her hostile, mean-girl demeanor and scoffing at Donald Trump and JD Vance. Her latest move was to react to Vance’s address to a meeting of European leaders—Vance took them to task for surveilling and punishing the speech of their own citizens—by claiming that “free speech” allowed the Nazis to perpetrate the Holocaust. 

Or, take CNN’s Brianna Keilar, who seems to be personally offended on behalf of the numerous federal staffers that Trump has fired as duplicative, incompetent, or obstructive to his agenda. Like most on the left, Keilar seems to be unclear on the fact that a boss has the right to hire and fire subordinates. She seems to want to suggest that Elon Musk, Trump’s pick to head the Department of Government Effiency (DOGE), is somehow out of control, or acting in a way he’s. . .not supposed to? 

Her guest, Stephen Miller takes the nonsense right apart on the air. As if he were instructing a schoolchild taking her first civics lesson, Miller calmly explains, “The way that Article II (of the Constitution) works is that a president wins an election, and then he appoints staff . . .and those staff report to him.”

Undeterred, Keilar keeps going, asking, “Does Elon Musk know he’s not in charge of DOGE?” It’s the kind of disingenuous fakery the Democrats resort to constantly now as they refuse to engage on substance. Miller comes right back: “Again, the president runs the government, and the president appoints advisors. . .and then those staff in turn execute the president’s commands and directions to all the agencies of the federal government.”

Take a look at the video highlighted by Collin Rugg to watch Keilar try to tamp down her frustration as Miller placidly smiles. 

Keilar is staring daggers at Miller as he says, “This is how democracy works, something that we treasure in America.”

Perhaps in five years, or 10, Americans will look back on the period from 2020 to 2024 the same way we look at the Salem witch trials of the 1690s. “How could they have been so nuts?” we might ask. During the Biden presidency, all manner of irrational and frankly insane practices became “new normal.” 

Sterilizing children with puberty blockers and telling boys that, yes, they are girls born in the wrong body, became “normal.” Allowing rioters with Black Lives Matter and Antifa to torch government buildings and shut down cities causing billions of dollars in damage (with no prosecution) became “normal.” 

Guess what else has become normal? In the Big Apple it’s letting people who are not citizens vote. But it’s not just that, which is mental enough. The state is actually fighting in court to keep allowing it. A New York City law went on the books in 2022 that would allow so-called “documented non-citizens” to vote in city elections. It is important to note that the law does not allow illegal aliens to vote. But in practice, it’s obvious that illegals would be waved through without much checking, and it’s highly likely that they’re already doing so. A city that thinks it’s normal and reasonable to let foreign nationals vote in a U.S. city isn’t motivated to check papers carefully. 

And quite obviously, they’re motivated not to check carefully. The Democrats have been pushing for “non-citizen voting,” and they’ve objected to securing the country’s borders, because they want votes from all the non-U.S. people pouring in. We don’t need to do some deep investigation to prove this. The census that occurs every 10 years counts everyone in the U.S., including illegal foreigners. That total number is used for “apportionment,” which is the process of redrawing Congressional districts to reflect changes in population. The Census Bureau is very upfront about this. 

It’s easy to see why New York is fighting in court to keep its non-citizen voting ordinance in effect. According to Politico, 800,000 to 1 million non-U.S.-citizen New Yorkers would suddenly have the right to vote in city elections. What Democrat could resist? 

Elon Musk highlighted the problem with a clip from Fox News. Anchor Brian Kilmeade seemed stunned that the issue was even in question. 

Musk himself is an immigrant, but he’s a legal immigrant, and he has no love for those who sneak through the border evading the legal process. Reactions to his post on X/Twitter are pretty much what you would expect; Americans are outraged at the electoral shenanigans leftists have pulled right out in the open for years. 

This user points out how everyone really knew all along what was happening, but no one who objected was taken seriously.

If you’re a conservative, it’s the best of times, and if you’re a liberal, it’s the worst of times. Donald Trump and his administration are tearing through Washington and its institutions like a high-speed steamroller. The president is showing that he means business. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), headed up by entrepreneur Elon Musk, is making quick work of rooting out wasteful spending and unnecessary staff. 

The big news this week has  been about the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The government bureau is there, allegedly, to help struggling foreign countries, but the kind of help it’s giving through your tax dollars has raised anger and eyebrows. 

Here’s White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt confirming that USAID was spending millions on. . what? Sex changes in Guatemala, for example:

Listen to the entire list of expenditures; it’ll churn your stomach. As of press time, a judge has temporarily halted Trump’s plan to fire the entire USAID staff as an employee union sues. 

And on Feb 7, screech-mistress Maxine Waters, Democrat Rep. from California, nearly blew her wig off during an attempt to “storm” the Department of Education. Take a listen to her and her supporters harassing the unnamed man guarding the doors because the left doesn’t like Elon or accountability. 

And the winning keeps on coming. Also on Friday, Feb. 7, Trump got the left into apoplexy again by cleaning out the board members of the cultural institution the Kennedy Center. LibsofTikTok brings the news:

Like most arts and culture organizations, the Kennedy Center has gone full woke. In just under 10 years, the most storied artistic houses in the U.S. have decided that children are best educated by men in dresses telling them there is no such thing as a man or a woman. Historians of the future are going to have a hard time figuring out just how a party that claims to “care” for people got behind the mutilation and chemical poisoning of children that they call “gender-affirming care.”

It’s easy to get used to how things are in society and assume that, because we’ve never personally known anything different, that things were always this way (they weren’t). We also tend to assume that whatever we do now is the best possible choice we could make (often not true). 

When President Trump first floated the idea of getting rid of the federal Department of Education, Americans were aghast. Why, that august institution-how will we live without it? But the DoE is a fairly recent creation. President Jimmy Carter created the agency in 1979; that’s not even 50 years ago. Millions of Americans born in the 50s and alive today completed most or all of their schooling in an era before anyone thought the federal government was necessary to direct the instruction of grade schoolers in all the states. 

And given the performance of U.S. schoolchildren on measures of literacy and numeracy, no one can make a serious argument that today’s kids are better educated than people who graduated high school in 1978. Those poor scores can’t only be blamed on the pandemic, either. American pupil achievement has been declining for decades. 

Now, Trump is shaking up our ideas about taxation, too. What do you think about an end to the federal income tax? Sound radical? Unthinkable? If you stretch your mind back further, you’ll find that the U.S. never had a federal income tax until 1913. Yes, the world is different and in many ways more complicated today, but that reality doesn’t translate into a “need” for a voracious federal government that takes a chunk out of every dollar Americans earn. There are, in fact, other ways to fund a government. 

Trump has floated the idea of ending the federal income tax before, but in February 2025, he’s not pushing it—yet. He does appear to be aiming in that direction by chipping away at the bottomless money hole that the IRS has become. 

LibsOfTikTok highlighted the news with a clip of straight-talking White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt confirming that, yep, the president wants to slash taxes to the bone. His priorities include ending taxation on tips, ending taxes on overtime pay, re-starting the middle-class tax cuts Trump first enacted during his 2016-2020 term, and more.

Judging by the comments from X users, a whole lot of Americans like what they’re hearing. 

But for some, it’s not enough.

CNN commentator Ashley Allison accused the network and former presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden of racial and gender discrimination while defending Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Allison made the outlandish claim while debating Scott Jennings, who supported President Trump’s decision to scrap the policy.

Allison said that as a “black woman in this country,” she does “not have the same opportunity” as the other panelists.

“I do not have the same opportunity as you. I know I don’t. And you know that too,” Allison said.

“I’m not talking about how you feel. I’m talking about how I feel, me, a black woman in this country,” she continued after Jennings interrupted her.

She continued to list her qualifications, which she said include a law degree, a master’s, and two bachelor’s degrees – which she claimed is probably more than all the panelists combined.

“And I have always been the least-paid person on payroll at every institution I have worked in, and it’s not because…,” she dropped the bombshell.

One of the panelists sought clarification on whether even a Democratic White House paid her less than other employees for being a black woman.

“Even in the White House?” Asked the panelist.

“Even in the White House,” Allison confirmed.

The panelist also suggested that it was the Left’s problem as she did not work for Republicans when the alleged racial discrimination occurred.

“Whose fault is that?” he asked. “I don’t think you worked for George W. or Trump.”

Allison worked for Obama as a senior policy advisor and the Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, managing associate directors who worked with leaders in the African American community and other groups, such as LGBTQ+.

She also worked for the Biden-Harris campaign in 2020, which, according to her statement, must also have underpaid her based on her race and gender.

Ironically, she also inadvertently accused CNN of racial discrimination by stating that she did not have the same opportunity as other panelists. Similarly, claiming that she has always been the least paid in every institution she has worked for, suggests that even CNN was underpaying her.

Either she was lying, or Democrats have actually racially discriminated against her, with the former being the most likely. Her credibility took a nosedive when she claimed that DEI did not exist when she worked at the White House between 2014 and 2017, while Obama had already introduced it in August 2011 under Executive Order 13583. It is also unfathomable that someone employed to fight discrimination would herself be subjected to it. 

While Allison’s racial discrimination claims at CNN and the White House are hard to believe, the policy she defends perpetuates racial discrimination.

In 2023, the Supreme Court ruled against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina’s race-based college admissions practices. The court stated that the practices violated the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection clause.

According to Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), “DEI policies are nothing more than state-sanctioned racial discrimination.”
