Grand Jury Activity Heats Up in DOJ’s Investigation Into John Brennan

The Department of Justice is preparing to issue multiple grand jury subpoenas as part of its ongoing criminal investigation into former CIA Director John Brennan, according to information obtained by Fox News.

Officials from both Miami and Washington, D.C., are reportedly coordinating on the matter, with the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Jason Reding Quiñones, overseeing the probe.

The latest development signals a significant escalation in the federal government’s investigation into the former intelligence official.

Fox News previously reported that both Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey have been under federal investigation since early July 2025.

Thursday’s update confirms that prosecutors are now moving forward with formal grand jury activity related to the case.

Comey is currently fighting his case in court, with a trial set for January. While Brennan has not been indicted, officials have indicated that evidence related to his conduct will be presented before a grand jury in South Florida.

It remains unclear whether the proceedings will result in formal charges.

The investigation follows a criminal referral from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), who last month urged the Department of Justice to take action against Brennan for allegedly lying under oath.

In his referral, Jordan accused the former CIA Director of having “willfully and intentionally” made false statements to Congress during his 2023 testimony before the Judiciary Committee.

Specifically, Jordan said Brennan denied that the CIA used the Steele dossier to inform the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Jordan further alleged that Brennan falsely claimed the CIA opposed including material from the dossier in the assessment.

The referral outlined that Brennan’s testimony was contradicted by documents and witness statements reviewed by congressional investigators.

The Steele dossier, compiled in 2016 by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, contained unverified allegations linking then-candidate Donald Trump to Russian officials.

The dossier was later shared with the FBI and used to support elements of the investigation into alleged Russian election interference.

Republican lawmakers have argued for years that the dossier was improperly relied upon by federal agencies and intelligence officials during the transition period following the 2016 election.

Multiple congressional inquiries have sought to determine how the dossier influenced both the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation and the intelligence community’s assessment of Russian activities.

Sources familiar with the current DOJ investigation said that prosecutors in Florida have been gathering documentation and witness testimony to determine whether Brennan’s 2023 congressional statements constituted perjury or obstruction.

The Justice Department has not commented publicly on the investigation or confirmed the scope of the grand jury’s involvement.

However, officials told Fox News that the issuance of subpoenas is imminent, and additional witnesses could be called to testify in the coming weeks.

The inquiry into Brennan is one of several federal cases tied to former intelligence and law enforcement officials over their handling of materials related to the 2016 election.

Comey’s trial, scheduled for early next year, will likely provide the first significant legal test of those investigations.

The Southern District of Florida has confirmed that U.S. Attorney Jason Reding Quiñones is supervising the proceedings.

DOJ officials have emphasized that while no indictment has been filed, the presentation of evidence before a federal grand jury represents a key step in determining whether Brennan will face formal charges.

Dave Portnoy Blasts Mamdani, Threatens to Pull Barstool Sports from New York City

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said he is considering closing the company’s New York City office following the election of Zohran Mamdani, calling the newly elected mayor a “Communist” who “hates America.”

During a YouTube livestream last week, held ahead of Mamdani’s victory on Tuesday, Portnoy said he has given serious thought to moving the company out of Manhattan because of the city’s new political direction.

“I hate the guy,” Portnoy said. “I can’t stand the thought of him running New York City. I can’t stand it.”

He continued, “Thirty-something-year-old Communist running New York City who’s never had a job in his life, hates America — doesn’t seem like the best.”

Portnoy said he has discussed potential relocation plans with Barstool’s finance team and is weighing whether to move the office to nearby New Jersey cities such as Hoboken or Jersey City.

“I don’t want to f**king have an office [in Manhattan],” Portnoy said during the livestream.

“But then we have all those people who, like, that f**ked up their life because I hate the guy. Like, all the people in the New York office have to go to Jersey City or … Hoboken. So it’s a Catch-22.”

He added that he has directed company staff to begin exploring new office spaces outside New York City.

“A part of me is like, how much will actually change? But I really have given it thought,” Portnoy said.

“I told our finance guys to start looking around for property, no joke. Take a principled stand.”

Mamdani, a New York state assemblyman born in Uganda, campaigned on a platform of progressive economic reforms that include rent freezes, city-run grocery stores, and expanded public housing. Supporters of his agenda said the policies would create greater equity and affordability across the city, while critics warned they could discourage investment and drive employers to leave.

Portnoy’s comments echoed concerns voiced by business owners who have expressed skepticism about Mamdani’s economic proposals. Some said the measures could harm small businesses and deter future corporate growth in New York City.

Following Mamdani’s election victory on Tuesday, Portnoy posted on X, “But if this is what the people of NYC want than so be it. Thank god I don’t live there anymore.”

Portnoy has been a frequent critic of left-leaning politicians and has used his platforms to speak out against policies he views as harmful to free enterprise.

In a July interview with FOX Business, he described Mamdani as “one of the worst, scariest candidates.”

“He hates capitalism, he wants a fundamental shift in what has built this country, and he doesn’t really particularly hide it,” Portnoy said in that interview.

Mamdani’s win marks a significant political shift in New York City, where he campaigned on an explicitly socialist platform and pledged to use city government to impose new rent controls and expand public services.

Barstool Sports, which Portnoy founded in 2003, moved into its Manhattan office several years ago after expanding from an online sports blog into a multimedia company.

The company employs dozens of staff in New York and operates additional offices across the country.

Portnoy did not specify when a final decision on relocation might be made but confirmed that discussions about leaving New York City are ongoing.

Virginia Snubs Black Female Candidate, Elects Former CIA Operations Officer Instead

Former Democratic Congresswoman and CIA Operations Officer Abigail Spanberger has been elected governor of Virginia, defeating Republican Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears in Tuesday’s statewide race.

Major networks, including NBC News, projected Spanberger’s victory shortly before 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time with about 30 percent of the vote counted.

At the time of the call, Spanberger held 54.3 percent of the vote compared to Earle-Sears’ 45.5 percent, according to NBC News.

The outcome reflected consistent polling and fundraising advantages for Spanberger throughout the campaign.

RealClearPolitics’ polling average showed the Democrat leading by 10.2 points heading into election day, signaling a comfortable win in what was widely viewed as a decisive test for both parties.

Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin, who scored a major upset in 2021, was unable to seek re-election due to Virginia’s one-term limit for governors.

That left Earle-Sears, the state’s lieutenant governor, as the Republican nominee.

Earle-Sears’ campaign focused heavily on criticizing Spanberger’s positions on transgender policies in K-12 schools and education-related parental rights. In the closing weeks of the race, she also condemned Spanberger for declining to publicly denounce Jay Jones, the Democratic nominee for attorney general, who came under national scrutiny after reports revealed violent text messages he sent in 2022 threatening political opponents.

Despite her alignment with several of President Donald Trump’s policies, Earle-Sears did not receive a formal endorsement from the President.

Trump, however, urged Virginia voters to support Republican candidates during the final days of campaigning.

“Why would anyone vote for New Jersey and Virginia Gubernatorial Candidates, Mikie Sherrill and Abigail Spanberger, when they want transgender for everybody, men playing in women’s sports, High Crime, and the most expensive Energy prices almost anywhere in the World?” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday.

Speaking to reporters on October 19, Trump said, “I think the Republican candidate is very good and I think she should win because the Democrat candidate’s a disaster. So, I haven’t been too much involved in Virginia … I think the Republican candidate is excellent.”

Spanberger repeatedly sought to link Earle-Sears to Trump, attacking her refusal to disavow the administration’s policy initiatives, including staffing reductions through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

The cuts affected large numbers of federal employees in northern Virginia, where the federal workforce forms a key part of the state’s economy.

“We need a governor who will support the thousands upon thousands of Virginia’s families whose livelihoods have been disrupted or destroyed because of DOGE and now this government shutdown,” Spanberger said during a campaign rally in Norfolk on Saturday, where she appeared alongside former President Barack Obama.

Though Spanberger presented herself as a centrist throughout the race, her recent positions indicate potential shifts toward the progressive wing of her party.

She has pledged to terminate Virginia’s cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and has avoided answering whether she would uphold Governor Youngkin’s executive order banning biological males from participating in girls’ sports or using female locker rooms.

The election results will likely provide insight into whether Democrats have expanded their support among voters who previously backed President Trump.

Kamala Harris carried Virginia by just under six percentage points in 2024, while Trump lost the state in both 2016 and 2020.

Spanberger first entered Congress in 2018, when Democrats regained control of the House of Representatives.

She represented a competitive central Virginia district for three terms, earning a reputation as a moderate while at times criticizing the Democratic Party’s left wing.

In an interview with CNN last week, Spanberger commented on New York City mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani’s progressive agenda, saying, “People do want us to be aspirational and dream big. They also don’t want us to lie to them.”

The final vote tally in Virginia is still being reported, but Spanberger’s projected win marks another statewide victory for Democrats in a year of competitive contests across the country.

Dick Cheney Dies at 84, Sparking Fierce Reckoning Over War Powers and Legacy

Richard B. Cheney, the towering and divisive figure who reshaped the vice presidency and steered American foreign policy for decades, has died at 84.

His family said he died Monday from complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease, and they announced his passing the following day.

Cheney rose from Wyoming roots to become defense secretary under President George H.W. Bush and then the vice president who acted as the chief operating officer of George W. Bush’s administration.

Because of that trajectory, he left an imprint on national security institutions that conservatives and critics still argue over today.

President Bush offered a measured tribute and underscored the complexity of Cheney’s service. Bush called Cheney a “decent, honorable man” and said his death was “a loss to the nation.”

The former president went further to frame Cheney’s place in history. “History will remember him as among the finest public servants of his generation — a patriot who brought integrity, high intelligence, and seriousness of purpose to every position he held,” Bush said in a statement.

Cheney’s career was unsparing and unapologetic, and he embraced the levers of power with relish.

As he once explained, “I made the decision when I signed on with the president that the only agenda I would have would be his agenda, that I was not going to be like most vice presidents — and that was angling, trying to figure out how I was going to be elected president when his term was over with.”

Dick Cheney Dies at 84, Sparking Fierce Reckoning Over War Powers and Legacy
Secretary of Defense Dick Cheney and Army Gen. Colin L. Powell, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, meet with reporters in the Pentagon Briefing Room to discuss the air attacks by coalition forces undertaken as the first phase of the effort to dislodge Iraqi forces from Kuwait. The secretary and chairman spoke with the press approximately 2 and a half hours after the commencement of hostilities, Jan. 16, 1991. It was announced the operation would be called Desert Storm.

That loyalty to the president made Cheney indispensable because he could move policy through the bureaucracy and settle fights that might otherwise have stalled. At the same time it made him a target for critics who saw backroom influence where others saw efficient governance.

His tenure was defined by bold decisions and controversial judgments, most notably the case for invading Iraq. He argued for the necessity of robust tools to combat terrorism and defended aggressive surveillance and detention measures that many would later challenge in courts.

Cheney’s certainty about Iraq did not, however, play out as he expected and critics have long hammered him for intelligence and tactical failures. He pressed claims about ties between Iraq and 9/11 that were later discredited, and he misread how American forces would be received.

Admirers have countered that Cheney held faith in difficult times and sought stability in a chaotic era. Critics point to the insurgency and the human cost of the war as evidence that a different course should have been charted.

He also cultivated an image that some found charming and others found sinister. “Am I the evil genius in the corner that nobody ever sees come out of his hole?” he asked. “It’s a nice way to operate, actually.”

Personal adversity followed him through life because of severe heart disease and a transplant, yet he kept a public face of stoic determination.

He once called a hunting accident that injured a friend “one of the worst days of my life,” and the episode only added to his mythos in the public imagination.

In recent years Cheney’s standing within the Republican fold frayed, in large part because he openly broke with President Donald Trump.

“In our nation’s 246-year history, there has never been an individual who was a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump,” Cheney said in a television ad for his daughter.

Vice President Dick Cheney waves to the audience after speaking to military personnel, family members and Department of Defense civilian employees during a visit to the USS Kitty Hawk, Yokosuka, Japan, Feb. 21, 2007. Cheney is in Japan during a week-long tour of the Pacific.

He did not stop there in his criticism. “He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him. He is a coward.”

Cheney’s fierce denunciations extended to private choices, including declaring last year he would vote for the Democratic ticket rather than support Mr. Trump. Those moves widened the rift between traditional conservative national security hawks and the populist movement that now dominates the GOP.

For supporters of President Trump and for conservatives who favor a robust but accountable national defense, Cheney’s death is a moment to reflect on both lessons and ambitions.

Many will argue that preserving national strength requires adapting the principles Cheney championed while learning from strategic missteps.

At the same time advocates such as Secretary of War Pete Hegseth have emphasized unity and forward motion, pointing to the need for clear leadership at home and decisive posture abroad.

Those voices will likely shape the conversation about how to honor aspects of Cheney’s approach without repeating failures from the past.

Cheney’s life was a reminder that power is both potent and perilous, and it will be debated in public and private for years to come.

He leaves a legacy of service, controversy and a model of governance that challenged the boundaries of executive authority.

Mississippi Mom Shoots Escaped Lab Monkey to Protect Her Kids

A Mississippi mother shot and killed one of the escaped research monkeys from a recent highway accident, saying she feared for the safety of her children after spotting the animal near her home Sunday morning.

Jessica Bond Ferguson, a mother of five living in Heidelberg, Mississippi, told the Associated Press that she was alerted by her 16-year-old son to the presence of a monkey in their yard.

When she looked outside, she said the animal was approximately 60 feet from the house.

“I did what any other mother would do to protect her children,” Ferguson told the Associated Press.

“I shot at it and it just stood there, and I shot again, and he backed up and that’s when he fell.”

Authorities confirmed that the monkey Ferguson shot was one of several that escaped following a truck accident in late October.

The vehicle, which was transporting Rhesus monkeys from the Tulane National Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana, overturned on a Mississippi highway, leading to the escape of 21 animals.

Thirteen of the monkeys were quickly recovered by law enforcement and animal control teams.

Five others were shot at the scene after an initial claim by a supervisor suggested they might be infected with COVID-19, herpes, and hepatitis C. Officials later clarified that the monkeys were not infected with any of those viruses.

That left three of the monkeys unaccounted for, prompting an ongoing search across rural areas in southeastern Mississippi.

Local authorities said another of the escaped monkeys was captured on Sunday, the same day Ferguson shot the animal near her property.

As of Sunday evening, officials confirmed that only one monkey remains unaccounted for.

The Rhesus monkeys were being transported for biomedical research purposes when the accident occurred.

The truck, traveling from the Tulane National Biomedical Research Center to another facility, overturned on a stretch of highway near Laurel, Mississippi.

Officials from the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks have not stated whether Ferguson will face any charges for shooting the animal, noting that the investigation remains open.

Residents in the area had previously been advised to contact law enforcement immediately if they encountered any of the monkeys, rather than attempt to approach or capture them.

Rhesus monkeys are native to South and Southeast Asia and are commonly used in medical research due to their genetic similarity to humans.

Following the accident, the Tulane National Biomedical Research Center confirmed that none of the monkeys involved in the incident were infected with diseases, and that recovery operations had been underway in coordination with local authorities.

Heidelberg, located in Jasper County, is a small town with a population of around 1,000 residents.

Several residents had reported sightings of the escaped monkeys in nearby wooded areas over the past two weeks, prompting increased patrols and wildlife monitoring.

The incident has drawn attention from both state officials and animal welfare groups, though no official statements have been released regarding the fate of the remaining monkey.

Authorities have continued to urge the public not to engage with the animal if it is spotted and to report any sightings to local law enforcement.

Orcas Flip Great Whites Sharks, Tear Out Livers in Brutal New Nature Video

Scientists have released new footage showing orcas hunting and feeding on great white sharks in Mexican waters, marking the first recorded instance of such behavior outside South Africa.

The findings, published Monday in Frontiers in Marine Science, document two separate encounters in the Gulf of California where pods of killer whales were observed attacking juvenile great whites.

Marine biologist and documentarian Erick Higuera-Rivas, who captured the footage from a nearby vessel, said the recordings were taken during two separate expeditions — one in 2020 and another in 2022.

The videos show orcas targeting the sharks’ livers, a highly fatty organ that makes up about one-fourth of a great white’s body mass and provides significant energy.

Researchers detailed how the orcas flipped the young sharks upside down to immobilize them — a behavior known as “tonic immobility” — before slicing them open and removing their livers.

In one of the videos, every member of the pod took turns sharing the liver as the shark’s body drifted toward the ocean floor.

A sea lion can also be seen in the footage approaching the feeding orcas, appearing to look for leftovers.

The whales responded by blowing a stream of bubbles, which scientists believe was an attempt to deter the sea lion from approaching.

Higuera-Rivas said he realized the significance of his recording only after reviewing the footage.

“I saw in the monitor that the shark had the liver hanging out on the side, already popped off. And a few minutes later, they came up with the liver in their mouth,” he told NBC News.

“I was surprised that it could be a great white. I was not believing it.”

Until now, most documented cases of orcas hunting great white sharks have come from South Africa, where the phenomenon has been observed for years.

Carcasses of great whites have frequently washed ashore in the region, often missing their livers — a telltale sign of orca predation.

The new research expands the known range of this behavior and suggests that orcas may be developing similar hunting strategies across different regions.

“A great white shark’s liver is very fatty and nutritious, and it provides a lot of energy,” said Francesca Pancaldi, a marine scientist with the Instituto Politécnico Nacional Centro Interdisciplinario de Ciencias Marinas and a co-author of the study.

The Gulf of California, also known as the Sea of Cortez, is one of the world’s most biologically diverse marine ecosystems.

Researchers have long documented orca populations in the area, but until these recent sightings, there had been no verified evidence that they targeted great white sharks as prey.

The study’s authors say the findings could provide new insight into how orcas adapt their feeding behaviors to different environments and available food sources.

The researchers believe that orcas’ ability to selectively hunt for high-energy organs like livers demonstrates advanced coordination and intelligence within their pods.

The footage captured by Higuera-Rivas and his team will be used for further study on predator-prey interactions between large marine species in the region.

Scientists plan to continue monitoring orca behavior in the Gulf of California to determine whether these hunts are becoming a recurring event or remain isolated incidents.

BBC Hit With Bombshell Report of Video Editing to Make Trump Look Guilty of ‘Inciting’ J6 Riot

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) is facing allegations of misleading viewers after its program “Panorama” broadcast an edited version of President Donald Trump’s January 6, 2021, speech, according to a report published Monday by The Telegraph.

The report cited a 19-page dossier by Michael Prescott, a former external adviser to the BBC’s Editorial Guidelines and Standards Committee, which detailed alleged bias in the state-funded broadcaster’s coverage of multiple political and social issues.

Prescott’s dossier reportedly claims that “Panorama” presented a distorted version of Trump’s remarks delivered near the White House, editing the footage to imply he encouraged violence at the Capitol.

“The spliced together version of Trump’s comments aired by Panorama made it seem that he said: ‘We’re gonna walk down to the Capitol and I’ll be with you and we fight. We fight like hell and if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not gonna have a country anymore,’” the document stated.

The dossier asserts that the BBC combined clips taken nearly an hour apart to create a continuous statement that Trump never actually made.

“Senior officials at the BBC have reportedly not responded to the concerns raised in the dossier,” The Telegraph reported, while unnamed managers “refused to admit that a breach of standards occurred.”

In a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation, a BBC spokesperson said, “While we don’t comment on leaked documents, when the BBC receives feedback it takes it seriously and considers it carefully.

Michael Prescott is a former adviser to a board committee where differing views and opinions of our coverage are routinely discussed and debated.”

According to the official transcript of Trump’s remarks published by NPR, the President’s actual comments were far less inflammatory than those aired by the BBC.

“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women,” Trump said during his address.

The Telegraph’s associate editor Gordon Rayner analyzed the BBC segment in a video posted to the newspaper’s YouTube channel. Holding a copy of the dossier, Rayner explained that the first portion of Trump’s remarks used by the BBC occurred at 12:16 p.m. Eastern time, while the second portion—joined to it in the broadcast—came from 1:10 p.m.

“Trump didn’t, in fact, say this at all,” Rayner said.

“The BBC spliced together two clips that took place 54 minutes apart.”

Rayner later added, “It wasn’t until nearly an hour later that he then said the second part of the BBC’s version.”

The demonstration showed the precise timing of the edits used in the broadcast, suggesting deliberate manipulation.

White House deputy press secretary Abigail Jackson criticized the BBC’s handling of the footage, calling it part of a broader problem in legacy media.

“Trust in the media is at an all-time low because of deceptive editing, misleading reporting, and outright lies,” Jackson told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“This is yet another example, of many, highlighting why countless Americans turn to alternative media sources to get their news.”

The controversy comes as President Trump continues to pursue and win settlements over what he has described as defamatory or misleading media coverage.

In December 2024, ABC reached a $15 million settlement with the President after he sued the network and “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos for falsely stating that Trump had been found “liable for rape” during a March 10, 2024, interview with Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina.

Separately, Paramount Global announced in July 2024 that it had settled a $10 billion lawsuit filed by Trump over the editing of an October 2024 “60 Minutes” interview with then–Vice President Kamala Harris during the presidential campaign.

The BBC has also faced criticism for bias in its Arabic-language coverage of Israel’s military operations in Gaza following the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack by Hamas that killed more than 1,200 people in Israel.

The network has further been accused of “censorship” in its reporting on transgender issues.

According to The Telegraph, additional excerpts from Prescott’s dossier on BBC editorial practices are expected to be released in future reports.

Lesbian Singer Kicked Out of LA Gold’s Gym After Calling Out Men in Women’s Locker Rooms

A Los Angeles singer-songwriter has been banned from her gym after confronting a man who entered the women’s locker room, an encounter that was captured on video and quickly spread across social media.

The incident occurred Sunday at EoS Fitness in Los Angeles, where musician Tish Hyman confronted a man who identified as a woman after he reportedly followed her into the women’s facility.

In a video posted online, Hyman can be heard saying, “Stay out of the women’s locker room. We don’t want it!”

Hyman later shared the video on her Instagram account, explaining that she and several other female members had repeatedly raised concerns with gym management about the same individual’s behavior.

According to her post, she had filed multiple written reports before deciding to speak out publicly.

“Multiple women and I have repeatedly made written reports on this man for coming into our women’s locker room, harassing us, and the gym staff has done absolutely nothing!!” Hyman wrote.

“He has disrespected me multiple times, and I’ve only been ignored when I quietly reported it. But today I made noise!!”

In the post, Hyman described the events that led to the confrontation, saying the man entered the locker room behind her and verbally assaulted her.

“Today, as I walked into the locker room, he came in behind me and called me a bitch in a deep, angry voice. I was TERRIFIED. I RAN OUT INTO THE GYM SCREAMING THERE IS A MAN IN THE REST ROOM!!” she wrote.

Hyman said other gym members intervened to help after she called for assistance.

“I called for help and men in the gym got involved, THANK GOD and the staff finally decided to act,” she added.

According to Hyman, gym employees eventually removed the man from the locker room following the disturbance.

However, instead of addressing her complaints, EoS Fitness terminated her membership.

Video clips of the altercation have been shared widely across social media platforms, sparking debate over the handling of gender identity issues in gyms and other public facilities.

The footage shows Hyman standing near the entrance to the women’s locker room while confronting the individual she says has entered multiple times despite repeated objections from female members.

EoS Fitness has not issued a public statement regarding the incident or confirmed whether any disciplinary action was taken against the man involved.

The company’s website lists policies promoting an “inclusive environment,” though the guidelines do not specifically address locker room access in relation to gender identity.

Hyman, who identifies as a lesbian, has said her objections were based on safety and privacy concerns shared by other women at the gym.

Her video drew widespread support online, with commenters calling her response “courageous” and questioning why she was the one penalized for raising a safety complaint.

As of this week, Hyman’s social media post remains active and continues to circulate, with thousands of views and comments urging EoS Fitness to reinstate her membership and review its locker room policy.

Arizona Judge Resigns After Police Catch Her in Embarrassing Courthouse Act

An Arizona Superior Court judge has stepped down from the bench following an incident in which she was reportedly caught urinating in public near the courthouse where she served.

According to Prescott police, officers responded around 1:30 a.m. on October 4 after witnesses reported a woman relieving herself near Montezuma and Gurley Street, just steps from the Courthouse Plaza in downtown Prescott.

The area is home to the Yavapai County Superior Court, where Judge Pro Tempore Kristyne Schaaf-Olson worked.

Bodycam footage obtained by Fox News Digital shows Schaaf-Olson pulling up her pants before sitting on a bench as a police officer approaches.

“This is disgusting,” the responding officer says in the recording.

The video captures the officer attempting to identify Schaaf-Olson as she struggles to spell her name.

Moments later, Schaaf-Olson’s husband, Jason Olson, arrives at the scene. Olson serves as the parks and recreation manager for the Town of Chino Valley, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.

Video shows him trying to lead his wife away from the officers, refusing multiple commands to step back.

When the officer explains that Schaaf-Olson was being questioned “because I just saw her puking and urinating, exposing herself to several people,” Jason Olson disputes the account, saying, “Nope. That wasn’t her.”

As the situation escalated, officers restrained Jason Olson after he continued to resist commands. “Get your a– on the f**king ground, dude,” an officer says in the footage.

Olson responds, “I’m not doing anything!”

Additional officers arrived to assist, and he was taken into custody.

During the struggle, an officer can be heard radioing, “515, we’re fighting.”

Schaaf-Olson was cited for urinating or defecating in public, a misdemeanor offense under city law. In the footage, she identifies herself by saying, “That’s fine. I want to let you know, my name is Judge Kristyne Olson.”

Officers then attempt to have her sign the citation, with one saying, “Nope, right here on the screen. On the screen,” as she struggles to complete the electronic signature.

Jason Olson was also cited for resisting arrest, interfering with a crime scene investigation, and obstruction of government operations, according to police and local media reports.

A few days later, the Yavapai County Superior Court announced that Schaaf-Olson had resigned her position, effective October 31.

In a written statement dated October 6, she said, “My resignation comes after careful consideration of current physical, medical and family circumstances.”

She continued, “The Yavapai community deserves and has judges who are steadfast in their commitment to serving Yavapai County.

Considering current events in my life, I believe it would be difficult to honor this commitment. I have therefore decided to resign.”

Court officials confirmed that Schaaf-Olson’s resignation was accepted and that her duties would be reassigned.

Both Schaaf-Olson and her husband are scheduled to appear in court later this year. Schaaf-Olson’s pre-trial conference is set for December 16, and Jason Olson’s is scheduled for November 18, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.

Trump Trolls Democrats With Hilarious New ‘MySafeSpace’ Page on White House Site

The White House added a satirical “MySafeSpace” page to its official website this week, featuring comedic content directed at congressional Democrats, particularly House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

The parody page appeared as negotiations over the ongoing government shutdown entered another week without resolution.

The “MySafeSpace” page, accessible through the White House website, appears designed as political satire targeting Democrats’ handling of the budget impasse.

The page opens with bright imagery, including caricature-style sombreros, and contains sections titled “The Democrats,” “Pics,” “Videos,” and “Voting Record.”

Each link redirects users to humorous or symbolic content related to the current standoff in Washington.

Under “The Democrats,” the page displays a photo of Senator Schumer standing next to Representative Jeffries, both edited to appear in sombreros and fake handlebar mustaches.

The “Pics” link opens an enlarged version of the same image, while the “Videos” link leads to footage of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump handing out Halloween candy at the White House.

Another link titled “Voting Record” directs visitors to a Hill article detailing Democrats’ continued refusal to advance the 13th vote to reopen the government.

An “About Me” section on the parody page appears written from the perspective of Democratic leaders, satirizing the party’s priorities and positions.

It reads: “Hey we’re Democrats in the House and Senate. We love DEI, transgender for everyone, and handing out taxpayer benefits to illegal immigrants. We couldn’t care less if our men and women in uniform get paid or if our neighborhoods are safe — we just love playing politic with people’s livelihoods!”

The “Heroes” section continues in the same tone, listing “Anyone who identifies as a radical leftist. Transnational gangs, illegal immigrants.”

White House My Safe Space Screenshot

The page uses exaggerated humor to criticize the Democratic leadership’s stance on immigration, diversity programs, and government spending during the shutdown.

The release of the “MySafeSpace” page follows weeks of tension between the White House and congressional Democrats over temporary funding measures.

Democrats have repeatedly voted against short-term continuing resolutions, arguing that President Trump’s spending proposals unfairly prioritize border security funding and cuts to administrative agencies.

Republicans have countered that Democrats are deliberately prolonging the shutdown for political advantage.

The White House has not issued a formal statement about the “MySafeSpace” page, and it remains unclear whether it is intended as a permanent feature or a temporary piece of satire tied to the ongoing negotiations.

The addition, however, has already sparked widespread attention online, with supporters and critics debating the appropriateness of hosting satirical political content on an official government website.

Political analysts have noted that President Trump frequently uses humor and trolling as communication tools in his broader political strategy, often blending satire with criticism to highlight policy disputes.

The “MySafeSpace” page aligns with this approach, serving as a digital extension of the President’s social media style, which frequently combines humor with pointed commentary about political opponents.

Democrats, including Senator Schumer and Representative Jeffries, have not publicly commented on the parody page as of Saturday.

The ongoing government shutdown, now stretching through multiple weeks, has kept negotiations between congressional leaders and the White House at a standstill.

Republicans have continued to push for targeted funding bills, while Democrats have refused to approve measures without broader agreements on spending priorities.

As the standoff continues, the “MySafeSpace” page stands as an unconventional addition to the White House’s digital messaging, offering a satirical take on partisan conflict during a contentious budget impasse.
