Actor Praises President Trump as ‘One of the Greatest Presidents We’ve Ever Had’

Actor Kelsey Grammer expressed strong support for President Donald Trump during the 2025 Kennedy Center Honors events in Washington, D.C., calling the president “extraordinary” and “one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had.”

Grammer made the remarks Saturday while speaking with Fox News Digital ahead of the State Department’s medal presentation dinner, as reported by The New York Post.

Earlier in the day, President Trump awarded this year’s Kennedy Center Honors recipients with their medals during a ceremony in the Oval Office.

The 2025 honorees are Sylvester Stallone, Gloria Gaynor, George Strait, Michael Crawford, and the members of KISS.

Grammer, who attended the evening’s events with his daughter Faith, said he believed President Trump’s accomplishments stand out historically.

“I think he’s extraordinary. He’s one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had. Maybe the greatest,” Grammer said.

“There are some things he still wants to get done, and I think that’s terrific, but there was a big hill to climb. And we were left with some very interesting things going on.”

Grammer also discussed his enthusiasm for Stallone being honored. “I was on the selection committee, so I knew about it,” he said.

“He’s a force of nature. Sylvester Stallone has captured our imagination in several different roles and performed them beautifully.” Grammer added that it was “about time” Stallone received the recognition.

George Strait also spoke with Fox News Digital on the red carpet, calling the honor “a great honor” and noting the significance of being included among the 2025 class of recipients.

During the Oval Office ceremony, President Trump praised the honorees as individuals whose work has shaped American culture.

“Incredible people” is how he described them, according to the Associated Press.

“This is a group of icons whose work and accomplishments have inspired, uplifted, and unified millions and millions of Americans. This is perhaps the most accomplished and renowned class of Kennedy Center Honorees ever assembled,” Trump said.

This year’s medal design was newly introduced. Tiffany & Co. donated and created the redesigned honor, a gold disc etched with the Kennedy Center’s image and signature rainbow colors on one side, with the honoree’s name and ceremony date on the reverse.

The medallion now hangs from a navy-blue ribbon, replacing the original large rainbow ribbon that had been used since the first program in 1978.

The Kennedy Center Honors weekend continued with additional events following the White House presentation, recognizing the influence of artists whose careers have left lasting marks on the American cultural landscape.

Kristi Noem Says Mayor-Elect Zohran Mamdani May Be ‘Violating the Constitution’

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Monday that New York Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani may be “violating the Constitution” after he released a video advising the public on how to avoid cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement during enforcement actions, as reported by Fox News.

Appearing on “Hannity,” Noem said Mamdani’s statements could cross legal lines if issued while serving as mayor.

“If he were mayor, [he] could be violating the Constitution by giving advice on how to evade law enforcement and how to get away with breaking the law,” Noem said.

Zohran Kwame Mamdani is a New York State Assemblymember and democratic socialist running for Mayor. New York, US – 04 July 2025

Mamdani posted the video on Sunday, following what he described as an attempted ICE raid in Manhattan.

In the clip, he outlined what he called New Yorkers’ rights during interactions with federal immigration authorities and said his administration would prioritize protecting immigrant communities while defending the city’s constitutional protections.

“As mayor, I’ll protect the rights of every single New Yorker, and that includes the more than 3 million immigrants who call this city their home,” Mamdani said.

“But we can all stand up to ICE if you know your rights.”

He also provided advice for individuals approached by ICE officers. “First, ICE cannot enter into private spaces like your home, school, or private area of your workplace without a judicial warrant signed by a judge,” Mamdani said.

“If ICE does not have a judicial warrant signed by a judge, you have the right to say, ‘I do not consent to entry,’ and the right to keep your door closed.”

Noem addressed the growing number of threats reported against ICE and Customs and Border Protection personnel, saying the violence is fueled by rhetoric from political figures.

“That rhetoric absolutely encourages these violent attacks,” she said. “In fact, we had a congresswoman attack our ICE law enforcement officers. We’ve had them show up at ICE facilities and CBP facilities and harass these enforcement officers, use vile language, spit on them.”

She added that elected officials should set an example rather than escalate tensions.

“They’re supposed to be leaders, they’re supposed to be examples that we can point to, and we wouldn’t raise our children to do the things that they do. We would be ashamed of our kids for acting the way that these grown adults act, that are supposed to be some of the best in the country, that lead us and protect our Constitution and our country’s freedoms.”

Noem said lawmakers are unhappy with the current immigration law should change it rather than undercut enforcement.

“And these politicians, if they don’t like the law, then go frickin’ change it. Go change the law. That’s your job, is to actually have debate, have discernment, to create a law that actually puts America first,” she said. “I’m just grateful the president is focused on that.”

MTG Says She’ll Vote No On NDAA Over Foreign Aid Spending

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia said Tuesday that she will vote “NO” on the proposed fiscal year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act, arguing that the legislation directs U.S. taxpayer dollars toward foreign aid and overseas conflicts rather than domestic priorities, as reported by Fox News.

In a post on X, Greene wrote that the NDAA is “filled with American’s hard-earned tax dollars used to fund foreign aid and foreign country’s wars.”

WASHINGTON, DC – March 22, 2024: U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) speaks to reporters after voting against a government spending bill, and filing a motion to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson.

She cited the national debt, which exceeds $38.39 trillion according to fiscaldata.treasury.gov, as a central reason for her opposition.

Greene said Americans are already facing significant economic strain.

“These American People are $38 Trillion in debt, suffering from an affordability crisis, on the verge of a healthcare crisis, and credit card debt is at an all time high. Funding foreign aid and foreign wars is America Last and is beyond excuse anymore. I would love to fund our military but refuse to support foreign aid and foreign militaries and foreign wars. I am here and will be voting NO,” she wrote.

Her announcement puts her at odds with House Speaker Mike Johnson, who has publicly supported the legislation. Johnson said the NDAA advances key national security and defense goals.

“This year’s National Defense Authorization Act helps advance President Trump and Republicans’ Peace Through Strength Agenda by codifying 15 of President Trump’s executive orders, ending woke ideology at the Pentagon, securing the border, revitalizing the defense industrial base, and restoring the warrior ethos,” Johnson said in a statement.

The NDAA, an annual authorization bill, outlines priorities for defense spending and Pentagon policy.

The 2026 version includes provisions related to military operations, personnel, and national security strategy, along with sections addressing border security and industrial capacity.

Greene’s opposition comes as she prepares to leave office early next month, before the end of her two-year term. Her departure will trigger a vacancy in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District until a special election is held.

Lawmakers are expected to continue debating the NDAA in the coming weeks as the bill moves toward a final vote.

Leaked Memo Shows Biden Knew His Policies Would Trigger Chaos, Megyn Kelly Reacts

A memo written by Joe Biden’s advisors in August 2020 warned that his proposed immigration agenda could trigger “chaos” at the southern border, according to reporting from the New York Times.

The memo, delivered during Biden’s presidential campaign, cautioned that policy shifts combined with economic pressures from Covid and the transition from the Trump administration could lead to a sharp rise in illegal border crossings.

The advisors wrote, “A potential surge could create chaos and a humanitarian crisis, overwhelm processing capacities, and imperil the agenda of the new administration.”

The Times reported that while Biden “seemed to grasp the risk,” he and senior aides did not act on the recommendations.

According to the report, the memo outlined multiple options intended to avert an expected influx.

Those proposals included making it easier to quickly reject asylum claims, transferring some migrants to other countries, continuing the Remain in Mexico policy, and holding migrants in “reception centers” until their cases could be processed.

The Times noted these were presented as tools to reduce pressure on the system and deter unlawful entries.

After taking office in January 2021, Biden implemented a series of immigration policy changes.

He issued a 100-day pause on deportations, ended construction of the border wall, suspended Remain in Mexico, narrowed enforcement categories for arrest, and sent draft legislation to Congress that included a pathway to citizenship for individuals in the country illegally.

The administration also acted on additional immigration measures during its first months.

These actions coincided with a significant rise in illegal border crossings.

As crossings increased, the Times reported that “advisers across the administration kept offering ideas to deter migrants. But political concerns remained. The result was paralysis.”

The Times also reported that some Biden-Harris administration officials internally suggested using federal resources to help migrants reach their intended destinations in cooperation with receiving cities.

That idea was rejected by senior advisors.

The report contrasted this internal proposal with Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s later decision to bus migrants to cities across the country.

According to the Times, “Many Biden officials came to view Mr. Abbott’s campaign as the point Democrats lost the debate.”

The article detailed that more substantial border policy changes did not emerge until Biden’s fourth year in office.

In June 2024, the administration imposed new limits on asylum processing.

These changes were announced months after immigration had risen to the top of voter concerns.

During his debate against Donald Trump, Biden was questioned about illegal immigration and why voters should trust him on the issue.

Shortly after, in July 2024, Biden withdrew from the presidential race.

The Times reported, “Anger over illegal migration helped return Mr Trump to the presidency, and he has enacted even more aggressive policies than those Mr. Biden first campaigned against.”

Livvy Dunne Lands Maxim Cover As Her National Profile Keeps Rising

LSU gymnast and social media figure Livvy Dunne has added another major milestone to her growing professional resume, officially becoming the Maxim Winter 2025 cover model, as reported by Outkick.

The announcement marks the latest development in what has already been a high-profile offseason for the 23-year-old athlete, who has continued to balance travel, media appearances, and personal commitments.

Dunne, who has built a national following through her gymnastics career and online presence, spent part of the offseason overseas and was photographed in Italy.

She also made headlines for addressing paparazzi images taken during a trip to Hawaii. Alongside these appearances, she supported her boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes, as he collected the Cy Young Award in November.

Her Maxim cover follows earlier modeling features, including Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and adds to a list of accomplishments beyond social media.

Dunne has previously earned a National Championship and celebrated Skenes’ Rookie of the Year Award.

Maxim confirmed that Dunne is its Winter 2025 cover model, introducing another national platform for the gymnast as she continues building her brand.

In an interview with the publication, she described her comfort with high-profile environments.

“I love the red carpet. I love the glitz and glam of it. There’s no denying that,” Dunne said. “You don’t really think a Taylor Swift that’s in the spotlight doesn’t actually enjoy it? She does.”

Dunne’s rising visibility has also drawn attention within Major League Baseball circles as Skenes enters the upcoming season as one of the Pirates’ most anticipated young players.

The pairing has generated significant fan interest, with Dunne frequently appearing at games throughout 2024.

The Pirates concluded Skenes’ rookie year with heightened expectations for the franchise, and his presence has prompted ongoing discussions about the team’s long-term strategy and roster development.

While Dunne’s off-field profile remains separate from baseball operations, her appearances at games and growing public visibility have contributed to increased attention on the organization.

Dunne continues to maintain her gymnastics commitments while expanding her media and promotional opportunities.

With the Maxim cover release and other public appearances scheduled into 2025, she is expected to remain a central figure in both sports and entertainment coverage heading into the new year.

Deputy ICE Director Asks the Question Democrats Can’t Answer About Criminal Illegal Aliens

The deputy director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement is raising concerns about efforts by elected officials to interfere with federal operations following claims made by newly sworn-in Rep. Adelita Grijalva (AZ-07).

Grijalva alleged that she was “pushed aside and pepper-sprayed” by ICE agents during an enforcement action near a Tucson restaurant earlier this week.

Homeland Security officials have publicly disputed her version of events, and the incident has prompted broader questions about how federal officers are treated when conducting operations.

Grijalva posted a video to X on Friday accusing ICE officers of aggressive conduct.

She stated that community members in Tucson stopped approximately 40 ICE agents near Taco Giro, a restaurant she described as a place she frequents weekly.

According to her account, the group intervened “because they were afraid they [the agents] were taking people without due process.”

“I was here — this is like the restaurant I come to literally once a week — and was sprayed in the face by a very aggressive agent, pushed around by others, when I literally was not being aggressive,” Grijalva said in the video.

“I was asking for clarification, which is my right as a member of Congress.”

Her claims were challenged hours later by Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin, who stated on X that Grijalva had not been directly targeted by officers.

“She was in the vicinity of someone who was pepper sprayed as they were obstructing and assaulting law enforcement,” McLaughlin wrote.

“In fact, 2 law enforcement officers were seriously injured by this mob that @Rep_Grijalva joined. Presenting one’s self as a ‘Member of Congress’ doesn’t give you the right to obstruct law enforcement.”

Grijalva later posted a second video showing her telling ICE personnel to “leave,” further highlighting the confrontation between federal officers and the group of individuals who attempted to halt the operation.

The incident occurred in the same week that ICE Deputy Director Madison Sheahan appeared on Fox News with host Laura Ingraham to address how the Afghan refugee accused of shooting two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., had entered the United States without proper vetting.

Sheahan said those responsible for national security under the Biden-Harris administration “let everyone into this country, and none of them were vetted. And now, Sec. Noem and ICE are trying to clean this up.”

She called the accused shooter “just another example of somebody who hates America, that comes to this country as a terrorist.”

In a follow-up appearance Saturday on Fox & Friends Weekend, Sheahan commented directly on the situation in Arizona and broader attempts by Democratic lawmakers to intervene in law enforcement operations.

“This is the classic move from the Democrats,” Sheahan said, “where they want to interfere with law enforcement. At what point in this country did we get to the point where you can [do that], and nothing happens to you?”

Sheahan emphasized the type of individuals ICE personnel encounter in the field.

“Our law enforcement officers are out arresting the worst of the worst, they’re arresting gang members, murderers, and rapists,” she said.

She then posed a question to voters. “If the Democrats choose to protect that group of people instead of the American people, I think…the Democrat voters need to decide what they truly believe in.”

ICE operations in Arizona are ongoing, and DHS has not released additional details about the enforcement action near Tucson.

Federal officials have stated that the injuries to law enforcement personnel are under review.

Explosive Back-and-Forth as MTG Challenges Stahl Over ‘Accusatory’ Questioning Style

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., sparred at several points with “60 Minutes” host Lesley Stahl during a segment aired Sunday, marking Greene’s first sit-down interview with Stahl since announcing her resignation from Congress last month, as reported by The New York Post.

The exchange centered on Greene’s recent remarks about stepping away from “toxic politics” and Stahl’s challenges to that statement.

Greene had previously told CNN in November, “I would like to say humbly, I‘m sorry for taking part in the toxic politics.”

WASHINGTON, DC – March 22, 2024: U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) speaks to reporters after voting against a government spending bill, and filing a motion to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson.

She continued, “It’s very bad for our country, and it’s been something I’ve thought about a lot, especially since Charlie Kirk was assassinated, is that we, I’m only responsible for myself and my own words and actions, and I am committed, and I’ve been working on this a lot lately to put down the knives in politics.”

Stahl pressed Greene during the Sunday segment, responding, “But you contributed to that. You. You, you were out there pounding, insulting people.”

Greene pushed back, saying Stahl was engaging in the same behavior she claimed to oppose. “You’re accusatory, just like you did just then,” Greene said.

“I know you’re accusing me, but I’m smiling,” Stahl replied.

“You’re accusing me,” Greene repeated. “But we don’t have to accuse one another.”

The two continued to go back and forth, with Greene insisting that Stahl acknowledge her own role in political tensions. Stahl denied Greene’s characterization, saying, “I don’t insult people.”

“You just, you do in the way you question,” Greene responded. “And you are, you’re accusing me right now.”

Fox News Digital reported that it reached out to CBS News for comment following the exchange.

Greene and Stahl previously clashed in April 2023 during a segment that drew national attention.

At the time, Greene maintained her claim that Democrats are the “party of pedophiles,” prompting Stahl to respond, “They are not pedophiles. Why would you say that?”

Greene replied, “Democrats support — even Joe Biden, the president himself — supports children being sexualized and having transgender surgeries. Sexualizing children is what pedophiles do to children.”

“Wow,” Stahl said in response.

Greene announced in November that she would leave Congress on Jan. 5. Her departure surprised many in Washington.

The decision came amid speculation that her relationship with President Donald Trump had deteriorated in recent months, although Greene has not provided details about her decision beyond her public statements.

Biden Ignored Missing Children; Trump Found and Saved Over 62,000 of Them: Tom Homan

Border Czar Tom Homan said the Trump administration’s review of child welfare and immigration data uncovered a massive number of missing and unaccounted-for children who had been ignored under the prior administration.

Homan said the effort began with daily tracking of records and expanded into one of the largest child-recovery operations ever described by a federal official.

Homan explained that he monitors the numbers constantly and that the findings were clear.

“I look at the numbers every day. On Friday, I looked at the numbers. There’s over 62,000 children found by the Trump administration, children that weren’t even being looked for in the Biden administration.”

He said those children had fallen completely off government radar, despite signs of possible exploitation, trafficking, or abandonment.

According to Homan, many of these cases were severe.

He said, “President Trump saved over 62,000 children’s lives. Some of these children sex trafficking. We found. Some were in forced labor. Some were being mistreated. I can’t even discuss some of the mistreatment we found out about.”

Homan said the nature of the abuse was so extreme in certain instances that details could not be publicly disclosed.

Homan described the effort as a nationwide review requiring coordination among law enforcement agencies, child services, and immigration officers.

He said the Trump administration insisted on identifying every child who had been released, transferred, or logged in border records, including children who had disappeared during the prior administration’s handling of migrant placements.

He argued that the scale of the recovery exposed systemic failures under Joe Biden.

Homan said many of these children had been misplaced through improper vetting, rushed releases, and minimal follow-up when adults claiming custody were never verified. He said a significant number were discovered in situations that should have been flagged earlier.

He stated that the discoveries were not accidental but the result of deliberate policy direction.

According to Homan, President Trump instructed his administration to prioritize the location and safety of missing children.

That directive, he said, led to renewed investigations, re-opened files, and cooperation from state agencies that had not been engaged under Biden.

Homan said the public has not fully grasped how wide-reaching the effort was.

He said the children located by Trump’s team were not simply missing from border facilities but also from private placements, sponsor arrangements, and situations where adults had never been properly screened.

He said a portion of those children had been exploited for labor, taken to work sites, or handed to criminal networks.

He emphasized that the work is ongoing and that new information continues to emerge as agencies reconcile records and cross-check cases.

Homan said the initial tally of more than 62,000 children represents only the portion for which the Trump administration has already completed verification.

Homan credited President Trump directly.

He said, “President Trump again, proves why he’s the greatest president in my lifetime, over 62,000 children rescued by President Trump again, children that were ignored and weren’t being looked for under President Biden.”

Austrian Climber Charged After Girlfriend Freezes Near Summit in Deadly Ascent

Kerstin Gutner, 33, has been identified as the woman who died near the summit of Grossglockner mountain in Austria on Jan. 19 during a night ascent with her boyfriend, experienced mountaineer Thomas Plamberger.

Gutner died less than 150 feet from the summit after the pair attempted the climb in winter conditions that reached -4 degrees Fahrenheit, according to reports.

Gutner, a Salzburg native, had described herself on social media as a “winter child” and a “mountain person.”

Authorities said she was an inexperienced climber compared to Plamberger, 39, who had planned the high-altitude excursion.

Prosecutors in Innsbruck announced negligent homicide charges against Plamberger, outlining a series of decisions they say contributed to Gutner’s death during the overnight climb that spanned more than 12,000 feet.

“At approximately 2:00 a.m., the defendant left his girlfriend unprotected, exhausted, hypothermic, and disoriented about 50 meters below the summit cross of the Grossglockner. The woman froze to death. Since the defendant, unlike his girlfriend, was already very experienced with alpine high-altitude tours and had planned the tour, he was to be considered the responsible guide of the tour,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.

According to prosecutors and local reporting from Heute, the pair were stranded beginning at 8:50 p.m. but Plamberger did not make an emergency call when a police helicopter passed nearby at 10:50 p.m.

Webcam images later showed the couple’s camp near the peak where Gutner was eventually found dead.

Authorities said Plamberger contacted Alpine Police officers at 1:35 a.m. before placing his phone on silent.

Prosecutors allege that approximately half an hour later he left Gutner on the mountain and did not cover her with available emergency blankets.

A trail camera captured him descending the route alone at 2:30 a.m., with Gutner still near the summit area.

At 3:30 a.m., he reached out to emergency services again, according to the report.

Plamberger’s attorney, Kurt Jelinek, said his client maintains his innocence, calling the events “a tragic, fateful accident,” according to The Daily Mail’s reporting on the case.

Tributes were posted on a memorial page for Gutner.

“Rest in heavenly peace,” one commenter wrote.

Another message read, “Behind the tears of grief lies the smile of remembrance.”

A third tribute said, “Deeply saddened to learn of this death, I wish to express my condolences. Impossible to find the right words.”

Authorities confirmed that Plamberger was formally charged on Thursday.

His trial is expected to begin in February.

If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of three years in prison.
