NC Father Faces Murder Charges After 4 Dead Children Found Outside Home

A North Carolina man is facing four counts of first-degree murder after authorities say he admitted to killing multiple children and concealing their remains at his home near Zebulon, as reported by the New York Post.

Court records show that 38-year-old Wellington Delano Dickens III allegedly confessed during a 911 call to killing four of his children over several months and hiding their bodies in the trunk of a car located inside his garage.

The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to Dickens’ residence just after 10 p.m. on Oct. 27.

According to the department, Dickens told a 911 dispatcher that four of his children were dead and that their remains were in a vehicle on the property. Deputies located Dickens at the home along with his 3-year-old son, who was found alive and unharmed.

During a search of the garage, authorities discovered what appeared to be human remains inside the trunk of a vehicle. Investigators said the condition of the remains indicated they had likely been there for some time.

WRAL-TV obtained audio of the 911 call in which a man identifying himself as Wellington Dickens gave his address and told the dispatcher he had killed his children.

During the call, he reportedly said, “It’s a lot to explain, but in a nutshell, it’s probably my fault. It’s bad. It started out as me over-disciplining – that’s it.”

Johnston County Sheriff Steve Bizzell said during a late-October news conference that investigators believe the deaths occurred over several months, beginning in May and continuing through September.

Bizzell said the motive was still unclear. “But as the sheriff, as a father and as a grandfather, I can stand here and say there’s no reason for a father to murder his children,” he said.

Authorities also noted that Dickens’ wife, Stephanie Rae Jones Dickens, died in April 2024 from complications related to a miscarriage. Investigators believe the children were killed between May and September following her death.

Neighbors told investigators the family rarely went outside and said the children had been homeschooled.

Sheriff’s Capt. Don Pate said deputies had previously responded to the home when Stephanie Dickens died, but her death was ruled natural after she declined medical treatment.

Court documents obtained by NBC News indicate Dickens also allegedly confessed to burying a fifth child in the woods behind the home.

According to investigators, he claimed the infant’s health declined before he wrapped the child in plastic or paper and buried the remains behind the house.

Officials said the death was never reported, and relatives stated they had not seen the infant since Dickens moved. As of the latest update, the remains of the fifth child have not been located.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Eric Adams Warns Jewish New Yorkers to ‘Prepare Themselves’ for Mamdani Administration Shift

Outgoing New York City Mayor Eric Adams issued a stark warning during a visit to Israel, telling attendees at an event in Tel Aviv that Jewish New Yorkers should be concerned for their safety once Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani takes office on January 1, as reported by Breitbart.

Adams, who arrived in Israel on Friday for his final international trip as mayor, met with business and political leaders and visited locations tied to the October 7, 2023, Hamas massacre.

The Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) honored him Sunday for his public support of Israel and his efforts to confront rising antisemitism.

Asked about Jewish safety under the incoming administration, Adams responded directly. “We need to be honest about the moment and cannot sugarcoat it,” he said.

“The New York Jewish community must prepare themselves. This is a period where you need to be conscious about the level of global hostility towards the Jewish community. If I were a Jewish New Yorker, I would be concerned about my children.”

Pressed further, Adams repeated the warning. “Everything is not fine. If you say everything is fine, you are setting yourself up for failure.”

Adams described a cultural shift in which antisemitism has become socially acceptable. He recounted an incident involving a teenager in Brownsville.

“It is now cool and hip to be antisemitic,” he said. The teen, he recalled, called him a Zionist and demanded Israel’s destruction despite not knowing where the country was located on a map.

“They hijacked our young people,” Adams said. “Their plan was well executed. Now we need a professional plan to fight back.”

He pointed to similar trends on college campuses, in public schools, and on social media.

Adams referenced protesters “walking around the country with signs saying ‘Queers for Palestine,’” calling it “queer when the only place you can walk around in the Middle East being queer is Israel. They’ve hijacked the conversation.”

Adams argued that the anti-Israel movement is fundamentally ideological, not territorial. “The ‘Free Palestine Movement’ was never about land,” he said. “It was, and is, about the destruction and eradication of Jewish people.”

He added, “If this were happening to the African-American community, you would not be silent. So why are others silent now?”

The outgoing mayor criticized what he described as a messaging failure by Israel’s supporters following the October 7 attacks, saying opponents had filled the public sphere with emotionally charged images from Gaza.

Adams said that figures he referred to as “the Zohrans of the world” helped shape that narrative.

Adams has previously called Mamdani’s victory “abnormal” and evidence that “people are comfortable with being antisemitic.” Mamdani faced scrutiny during the campaign for refusing to denounce the slogan “globalize the intifada” as antisemitic until after sustained criticism.

He has rejected Israel’s legitimacy as a Jewish state, supported the BDS movement since 2014, and promised not to visit Israel as mayor. He also pledged to “exhaust every legal option” to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he enters New York City.

Concerns about Mamdani’s agenda have been raised by political figures across the spectrum. Democratic strategist Hank Sheinkopf warned that Mamdani’s election marked “the end of Jewish New York as we know it,” predicting that residents who can leave will do so.

In an interview with Breitbart News, Mosab Hassan Yousef — “the Son of Hamas” — described Mamdani as a “Trojan horse” for a “Red-Green Alliance.” CAIR’s Ohio director called Mamdani’s victory a “referendum” on Palestinian “resistance.”

The New York Post recently reported that Jewish New Yorkers are increasingly seeking firearms for self-defense following Mamdani’s win.

The Anti-Defamation League has documented a 227% national increase in antisemitic incidents from 2021 to 2023, with nearly 1,000 incidents recorded in New York City in 2024 — the highest of any U.S. city since tracking began.

At the Tel Aviv event, CAM CEO Sacha Roytman Dratwa credited Adams for actions during his tenure, including adopting the IHRA definition of antisemitism, establishing the city’s first office devoted to combating antisemitism, creating a Jewish advisory council, and launching the New York City–Israel Economic Council.

In Jerusalem, Adams met with President Isaac Herzog and said he wanted Israel to know that 49% of New Yorkers “did not buy into the rhetoric of hatred towards Israel,” citing election results.

Adams also met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who recently said that if Mamdani represents New York’s future, “I think New York has a very dim future.”

Adams told the Tel Aviv audience that Jewish New Yorkers “must prepare themselves,” adding that pretending “everything is fine” under the incoming administration is “setting yourself up for failure.”

Colorado Dem Rep Crow Struggles When Confronted Over Telling Military to Ignore Trump

Fox News’ Martha MacCallum questioned Democratic Colorado Rep. Jason Crow on Wednesday over a video urging military service members to refuse “illegal orders,” pressing him repeatedly to identify any action by President Donald Trump that violated federal law.

Crow appeared on “The Story with Martha MacCallum” after joining five other Democratic lawmakers with prior military or intelligence backgrounds in a video posted by Democratic Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin.

In the video, they told service members to “ignore illegal orders.”

MacCallum asked Crow to provide a specific example of an unlawful directive by the president.

“I did make videos about it as a matter of fact. I pushed back on Joe Biden. I pushed back on Donald Trump. I pushed back on Barack Obama. I pushed back on George W. Bush because I had to fight those wars,” Crow said.

MacCallum responded that the message released by the group lacked clarity.

“But at least that was something specific … No, I think that what this president has said is that he has not taken us to war. That he wants to prevent war. That he wants to extract us from situations where we’re putting… We’ve said from the beginning that we won’t have any boots on the ground,” she said.

Crow argued that Trump believes he can “bomb his way out of” any situation, citing the bombing of Iranian nuclear facilities and missile strikes on ships carrying drugs in the Caribbean.

MacCallum said the message from the Democratic lawmakers was too vague and could cause uncertainty for active-duty personnel.

“I’m trying to figure out specifically what your issue is,” MacCallum said.

“And so for members, prominent members of the United States Congress to tell young men and women of the military that they should not abide by illegal orders and to leave it so vague and to talk about comments that have been made in the past and what they might lead to, I think could potentially be very confusing for young men and women who have committed to service, which you honorably did and I commend you for the sacrifice that you made.”

Crow said moral clarity was necessary.

“I’m going to respond to that. Military service is tough. It’s really tough. We send our men and women into very difficult, very sometimes untenable situations. I know that. I’ve been in those situations. That’s why moral clarity. That’s why reminding people about what their obligations are,” he said.

MacCallum told Crow that he and others had “grabbed something and twisted it and contorted it,” adding that the message could mislead young service members into believing they were being ordered to act unlawfully.

“Some might say that you have grabbed something and twisted it and contorted it,” MacCallum said.

“You have you know, you’re talking to young members of the American military and you’re not telling them specifically what it is they should see as illegal. So you’re putting ideas into their head that maybe they’re being asked to do something illegal. And what we’re seeing actually is recruitment rising and people wanting to join the military under the president.”

Crow responded by suggesting MacCallum did not believe troops could follow federal law. MacCallum said she has “great respect” for service members.

In the original video, Democratic Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly claimed Trump was “pitting” military and intelligence personnel “against American citizens.”

Slotkin, Kelly, and Pennsylvania Rep. Chris Deluzio asserted that service members may “refuse illegal orders” to uphold the Constitution.

Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution designates the president as commander-in-chief of the armed forces and head of the executive branch, which oversees agencies including the FBI and CIA.

Slotkin has previously accused the U.S. military of violating constitutional rights.

During a June 18 hearing with Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, she asked whether he directed soldiers to use “lethal force” on peaceful protesters.

Hegseth denied the claim and said she should be cautious about believing information without verification.

Kelly told NBC News that personnel might face “legal jeopardy” if maritime strikes in the Caribbean were later deemed unlawful.

Hegseth wrote on X that the lawmakers involved had “Stage 4 [Trump Derangement Syndrome].”

Trump Promises Lower Prices While Taking Aim at Inflation at McDonald’s Event

President Trump told McDonald’s owners, operators, and suppliers on Monday that prices will decline, delivering remarks at the fast-food chain’s Impact Summit in Washington, D.C.

The event came amid ongoing national discussions about inflation, the cost of living, and economic pressures affecting consumers.

“Prices are coming down,” President Trump said during his address.

“I will tell you that nobody has done what we’ve done in terms of pricing,” Trump said.

“We took over a mess. We had the highest inflation in the history of our country … and now we have normal inflation.”

Inflation measured 3 percent in September over the previous 12 months, the highest rate recorded so far this year.

Food prices remain a significant point of concern for consumers.

According to the Economist’s “Big Mac” index, the average price of the McDonald’s burger was $6.01 in July, an increase from $5.69 one year earlier.

Data from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis showed that ground beef averaged $6.32 in September, compared to $5.67 at the same time last year.

Last week, the administration adjusted tariff rates on imports of beef, coffee, tropical fruits, and other food products as part of an effort to address affordability issues.

“We have it down to a low level,” Trump said of inflation.

“But we’re going to get it a little bit lower. We want perfection.”

Before a room of McDonald’s franchise leaders, Trump described himself as “one of your all-time, most loyal customers.”

He said McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski told him that “prices at McDonald’s are coming down,” referencing ongoing cost adjustments within the company.

Trump also highlighted the administration’s economic policies, including investment and trade decisions.

He said the country would have faced significant financial challenges had he not won the 2024 election.

“You are so damn lucky that I won that election,” Trump said.

During the 2024 campaign, Trump visited a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, where he served french fries.

He referenced that moment in his speech, saying he was “the very first former McDonald’s frycook to ever become president of the United States,” adding, “It was not that easy!” in reference to working the drive-thru.

Trump told the audience that McDonald’s employees have a unique view of everyday American life.

“Before the sun rises, you’re serving hot coffee to construction workers, nurses and police officers on the way to the job,” he said.

“In the evening, you stand ready with the fast dinner and the smile for busy moms and their children as they race from school to soccer practice. And late at night your lights are on, and the only one still glowing when the long haul trucker pulls up for a good meal and the best Coca-Cola in America.”

Trump also mentioned his preferred menu item, saying, “I like the fish,” in reference to McDonald’s Filet-O-Fish sandwich.

He added, “You could do a little bit more tartar sauce.”

Muslim Brotherhood Declared Foreign Terrorist Organizations in Texas by Gov Greg Abbott

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced Tuesday that the state is designating the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations, citing ties to extremist activity and statements from both groups that officials described as concerning.

The designations also categorize both entities as transnational criminal organizations under Texas law.

In a statement released by the governor’s office, Abbott said the move was based on information about the groups’ history and global activity.

“The Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR have long made their goals clear: to forcibly impose Sharia law and establish Islam’s ‘mastership of the world,’” Abbott said.

“The actions taken by the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR to support terrorism across the globe and subvert our laws through violence, intimidation, and harassment are unacceptable.”

Abbott also stated that the designations carry restrictions within Texas.

“Today, I designated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR as foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations. These radical extremists are not welcome in our state and are now prohibited from acquiring any real property interest in Texas,” he said.

According to information included in the announcement, the Muslim Brotherhood was founded in Egypt in 1928 and has expanded globally.

A 2018 congressional report cited in the release described the organization as having connections to various jihadist groups.

The group’s founder, Hassan al-Banna, wrote that “Jihad is an obligation from Allah and every Muslim and cannot be ignored nor evaded.”

Additional material referenced the organization’s reaction to the death of Osama bin Laden and statements from influential Brotherhood figure Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who called for attacks against U.S. troops in Iraq.

The governor’s announcement also detailed prior concerns raised about CAIR.

Federal authorities have stated that the organization has historical ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and in a 2008 terrorism financing case — the largest of its kind at the time — CAIR and several of its co-founders were listed as unindicted co-conspirators in a plot to route funds to Hamas.

Public court records note that multiple individuals who previously worked for CAIR were later sentenced for planning to assist groups such as al-Qaeda and the Taliban.

Abbott’s action comes shortly after the U.S. State Department designated four Antifa-aligned cells in Europe as foreign terrorist organizations.

Those cells, located in Germany, Italy, and Greece, were accused of conducting or planning politically motivated attacks including shootings and bombings.

The announcement in Texas also followed reporting on a proposal by the East Plano Islamic Center — the largest mosque in the state — to develop a 400-acre residential community. That project is under review by state and federal agencies.

Abbott previously launched Operation Lone Star in March 2021, a state-led border enforcement initiative involving multiple agencies.

As of January 12, 2024, state officials reported more than 495,400 illegal alien apprehensions, over 38,300 criminal arrests, and more than 34,700 felony charges under the operation.

Officials also reported seizing more than 453 million doses of fentanyl as part of the mission.

The governor’s designation of the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR marks one of the most expansive state-level actions taken against the organizations.

Rubio: Maduro Heading a Venezuelan Cartel That Deserves Foreign Terrorist Status

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday he intends to designate Venezuela’s Cartel de los Soles as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO), directly accusing Nicolás Maduro and his government of using state authority to support drug trafficking and violent operations connected to other extremist networks.

Rubio said the cartel is “headed by the illegitimate Nicolás Maduro” and asserted that the group has corrupted Venezuela’s governing institutions.

He added that it is responsible for “terrorist violence conducted by and with other designated FTOs.”

The designation would bring significant legal consequences, including criminal penalties for anyone providing material support to the group and restrictions on its assets.

The announcement comes during an increase in regional tensions.

Venezuela launched a large-scale military operation this week, saying it is responding to what it describes as an “imperialist threat” from U.S. forces. Several ships linked to the cartel have recently been destroyed by drones.

The Maduro government claims Washington is attempting to destabilize the regime, an allegation the Pentagon denies.

U.S. officials have acknowledged, however, that the region has grown more active in recent days.

Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López said nationwide drills were ordered by Maduro and involve land, air, naval, and reserve forces.

He stated that the aim is to “optimize command, control and communications” across the country’s defense structure.

The Bolivarian Militia, a civilian reserve force established under former president Hugo Chávez, is also participating in the exercises.

The timing of the drills coincides with the arrival of the USS Gerald R. Ford in the Caribbean.

The aircraft carrier, the largest in the U.S. fleet, was redeployed from Europe after Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the movement of the strike group.

The Ford is operating with more than 4,000 sailors alongside two Arleigh Burke–class destroyers, USS Bainbridge and USS Mahan, as well as the command ship USS Winston S. Churchill.

Rubio’s planned terrorism designation adds another layer to a growing confrontation between Washington and Caracas.

The United States has long accused Maduro’s government of involvement in narcotics trafficking and cooperation with armed groups operating in the region.

The designation process would formally place the Cartel de los Soles on the same list as other groups deemed to be engaged in terrorism, triggering financial and criminal penalties under U.S. law.

The situation continues to evolve as both countries increase military activity in the region and political tensions escalate over control, security, and ongoing disputes surrounding drug trafficking networks.

Dave Portnoy Says He Had “No Choice” But To Back Trump

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said he moved away from supporting the Democratic Party because he believed young white men were increasingly portrayed as “the bad guys” during the lead-up to last year’s presidential election, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Portnoy discussed his political shift and the antisemitic harassment he has faced in an interview with Tony Dokoupil on CBS Sunday Morning.

Portnoy, who grew up in a liberal Jewish household outside Boston, was asked why many young men abandoned the Democrats and supported President Donald Trump.

“People often think I have the answer,” he said. “My nutshell [answer] is, generally they were very anti-normal guys, like…” Dokoupil then interjected, “What do you mean, normal guys? Are you saying there’s only one way to be a guy?”

Portnoy continued, alleging Democrats pushed the idea that it was “bad” to be a young man who liked “hot” girls, drinking, and frat-party culture.

“And to be honest, the white guy was the bad guy, became the bad guy,” he said. “And there’s a lot of white dudes who are like, ‘I’m not the bad guy. What are you getting mad at me for? I wasn’t here for colonialism or any of the stuff you guys are complaining about 200 years ago.’”

Portnoy criticized Democrats repeatedly before last year’s election, which President Trump won after carrying all seven key battleground states.

He said he had voted for Democrats in the past but felt he had “no choice” but to vote for Trump, citing what he described as the “pure arrogance” of Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.

Later in the interview, Portnoy described the antisemitic abuse he says he now encounters “daily.” He referenced a recent incident in Starkville, Mississippi, where he was recording a pizza review and a man shouted “F*** the Jews” at him.

The individual, 20-year-old Patrick McClintock, was arrested after video of the confrontation went viral.

“It’s every day now. Like, there’s a definitive shift in what’s going on. For me, being a Jewish person you got to step up,” Portnoy said. “You’re kind of someone people look up to in the Jewish community. You have to be like, alright, this is not normal.”

He described other recent incidents, including one in Toronto in June while filming outside Terrazza, when a passer-by yelled “f*** the Jews” from a car.

Portnoy responded, “There we go,” before expressing anger that some in the surrounding crowd laughed. “What are you guys f***ing laughing about?” he asked, and the crowd immediately went quiet.

Another incident occurred a month earlier at the Barstool Sports bar in Philadelphia, when a bottle service worker held a sign reading “F*** the Jews.”

Portnoy fired two waitresses and identified those he said were responsible for ordering the sign, including Temple University student Mo Khan.

DHS Begins Tracking 450,000 Migrant Kids Lost Under the Biden Administration

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced a new nationwide initiative to locate and conduct welfare checks on hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors who crossed the southern border between 2021 and 2025 and were released to sponsors during the Biden-Harris administration.

According to DHS, the program is designed to address safety concerns surrounding the large number of minors released to individuals who were not properly vetted.

The agency said it will partner with state and local authorities to conduct in-person checks to determine the children’s welfare and identify potential cases of abuse or exploitation.

A DHS press release detailed the initiative’s scope. “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) launched an initiative with our state and local law enforcement 287(g) partners aimed at protecting the 450,000 unaccompanied children (UAC) illegally smuggled over the border and placed with unvetted sponsors under the Biden-Harris administration.

“This new law enforcement partnership, known as the UAC Safety Verification Initiative, represents ICE’s commitment to protect vulnerable children from sexual abuse and exploitation through collaboration with 287(g) law enforcement partners.

The primary focus of this initiative is to conduct welfare checks on these children to ensure that they are safe and not being exploited.

“The Biden administration’s open border policies empowered human and sex traffickers.

The Trump administration is taking a sledgehammer to human trafficking rings and ensuring these children who were smuggled across the border are not being abused.

“Secretary Noem is leading efforts to rescue and stop the exploitation of the 450,000 unaccompanied children the Biden administration lost or placed with unvetted sponsors. Many of the children who came across the border unaccompanied were allowed to be placed with sponsors who were smugglers and sex traffickers. The Trump administration has located more than 24,400 of these children in-person, in the United States, through visits and door knocks,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

“We’ve jump-started our efforts to rescue children who were victims of sex and labor trafficking by working with our state and local law enforcement partners to locate these children. President Trump and Secretary Noem are laser-focused on protecting children and will continue to work with federal, state, and local law enforcement to reunite children with their families.”

The initiative launched on November 10 in Florida and is scheduled to expand to additional jurisdictions participating in the 287(g) program.

Concerns about the placement of minors escalated following findings from the DHS Office of Inspector General.

In August 2024, the office reported that ICE was unable to monitor all unaccompanied minors released from federal custody.

Earlier reporting from 2023 indicated that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) lost contact with more than 85,000 minors over a two-year span.

ICE data entered into congressional testimony showed that immigration authorities encountered nearly 530,000 unaccompanied minors at the southern border during the Biden-Harris administration, more than double the number reported during the Obama administration and President Donald Trump’s first term.

Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley of Iowa reported that 11,488 minors were placed with sponsors who were neither fingerprinted nor subjected to background checks.

Additional testimony from congressional hearings in 2024 showed that HHS officials instructed the Office of Refugee Resettlement to prioritize “speed rather than safety” when releasing minors.

Witnesses told lawmakers that the agency placed children with sponsors even when there were signs of gang affiliation and said some officials faced retaliation for raising safety concerns.

Lawmakers and federal investigators have said that the placement procedures adopted by the prior administration increased the risk of exploitation.

DHS officials said the new initiative will continue expanding as teams work to locate minors and verify their safety.

Internal GOP Memo Blows Democrats’ Trump-Epstein Narrative Out of the Water

Oversight Committee Republicans are accusing Democrats on the panel of using the House’s ongoing investigation into Jeffrey Epstein to target President Donald Trump rather than focus on the victims of Epstein’s crimes.

The claims were detailed in a 10-page internal memo obtained by Fox News Digital and written by GOP staff for committee members.

The memo stated, “Unfortunately, during this investigation, Oversight Committee Democrats, led by Ranking Member Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), have intentionally mischaracterized witness testimony and selectively released information with targeted redactions in an effort to create another hoax involving President Trump.”

It added that when Republicans released the full set of documents, Democrats claimed the transparency was intended to “disorient” and “distract” from what the GOP described as a false narrative aimed at Trump.

The investigation began as a bipartisan push for full disclosure of federal records tied to Epstein.

In recent months, however, the probe has broken down along party lines, with each side accusing the other of political maneuvering.

Democrats have suggested Republicans are using the investigation to shield Trump, who had known Epstein decades ago but has never been tied to criminal activity.

Republicans have rejected that claim and argued that Democrats are using selective information releases to imply wrongdoing where none exists.

According to the memo, “The Democrats have uncovered nothing new, have released no document not provided at the request of Republicans, and have only succeeded in reinforcing what the American people already knew: President Trump knew Jeffrey Epstein decades ago, President Trump ended the relationship with Epstein, and President Trump did not participate or know about the nature of Epstein’s evil.”

The memo continued, “Committee Democrats have overpromised and underdelivered, and now they paw through every new document production looking for a single term: Trump.”

Documents released by the committee so far have not established evidence that Trump was aware of Epstein’s crimes.

The memo highlighted former Attorney General Bill Barr’s deposition, in which Barr appeared to clear Trump of wrongdoing concerning his knowledge of the case.

Republicans accused Garcia of misrepresenting Barr’s testimony by suggesting the former attorney general had “limited knowledge” of the matter.

The memo also accused Democrats of “selectively leaking” three emails earlier this month from among roughly 23,000 documents obtained from the Epstein estate. According to Republicans, Democrats inserted redactions “to deceive the media and American people,” including the name of Virginia Giuffre, who “stated that she never witnessed wrongdoing by President Trump.”

The memo further argued that Democrats removed additional context in another email referencing Giuffre.

It stated, “Democrats also redacted ‘she was the one that accused prince andrew’ [sic] in another Epstein email. By making this redaction, Democrats took away important context in the email that named Virginia Guiffre [sic], who worked at Mar-a-Lago, made allegations against Prince Andrew, and was recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell in the parking lot.”

According to the memo, restoring the redacted line changed the context of an email in which Epstein wrote, “of course he knew about the girls as he asked Ghislaine to stop.”

Republicans further pointed to Democrats releasing pages from Epstein’s “birthday book” that mentioned Trump but did not release a purported message from former President Bill Clinton.

They also asserted that Democrats have not assisted with efforts to bring in Clinton or Hillary Clinton for questioning, despite subpoenas issued earlier this year.

So far, only figures connected to Trump have testified.

“Democrats are not concerned with transparency or justice,” the memo said.

“The evidence the Oversight Committee has gathered does not implicate President Trump in any way. Democrats must stop playing games in this investigation.”

The memo, dated Sunday, comes two days before the House is scheduled to vote on a bipartisan bill requiring the Department of Justice to release all federal Epstein files.

GOP leadership had previously opposed the bill over concerns that releasing certain information could harm victims and because they argued the Oversight Committee’s investigation already addressed transparency.

However, lawmakers from both parties used a discharge petition led by Reps. Thomas Massie of Kentucky and Ro Khanna of California to force the bill to a vote.

President Trump publicly urged House Republicans to support the measure, writing on Truth Social on Sunday night, “We have nothing to hide, and it’s time to move on from this Democrat Hoax.”

MAGA or Marxism?: ‘Freedom is Going to Fight, Urban Right is Gonna Come Back’ Posobiec

Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec appeared on Fox & Friends Sunday morning to discuss the viral “Freedom” t-shirt distribution outside Madison Square Garden and the response he saw from UFC fans ahead of Saturday night’s UFC 322 card.

Posobiec said the effort was intended to bring a positive message during a period marked by national tension and rising political violence.

“There’s been so much negativity in the last couple of months with violence, not just what happened to Charlie, but I think violence in our whole country. There’s been upheaval. And we tried to come out there last night to do something that would highlight something positive, something good to show that there’s still goodness in the world, to show that there’s still, there’s still a chance for redemption, even in many cases,” Posobiec said.

According to Posobiec, the group brought 3,000 shirts to the venue with no clear expectation of how many fans would take them.

“And so look, we had 3000 shirts. We had no idea if that was, you know, people would want them. If we could even get 3000 up, we got handed out all 3000 in just one hour. We ran out. We completely ran out.”

One of the Fox & Friends hosts asked Posobiec why he chose New York City—now led by newly elected socialist mayor Zohran Mamdani—for an event centered on patriotism and conservative activism.

“Talk to me about the fact that you chose to come to one of, if not the most progressive liberal left cities in the country, just elected a socialist mayor. And yet you came in here,” he was asked.

“Well, look, here’s what it is, right? We’re either going to MAGA or we’re going to get Marxism,” Posobiec said.

He added that Charlie Kirk often spoke about “[freedom] and New York City at the same time,” noting the symbolism of hosting the event in a city with landmarks tied to American history.

“Look, there’s the Freedom Tower here. There’s obviously the 9/11 history. And we came in because we said, freedom is not going to go away. Freedom is going to fight. That’s what Charlie Kirk stood for. New York City is America’s most iconic city. And I say this as a Philly guy, that it is the greatest city in America. It just is, right? Sorry. Sorry, dad. But great history, great history. Talk about freedom, talk about America, but freedom is going to fight.”

During the handout outside Madison Square Garden, a man who had been speaking with Posobiec suddenly collapsed from what appeared to be a seizure or overdose.

Posobiec carried him down the steps and checked his pulse while awaiting first responders.

Posobiec, Benny Johnson, and members of Turning Point USA distributed thousands of “Freedom – Charlie Kirk” shirts ahead of the event.

Videos posted across X showed long lines of fans taking shirts, with many putting them on before entering the arena.

Posobiec wrote, “THE T SHIRTS ARE FREE BUT FREEDOM IS NOT!”

He also said in a statement, “We’re out here tonight standing with the people of the UFC, some of the best Americans, and we we’re keeping the legacy of Charlie Kirk going strong.”

As he continued handing out shirts, he added, “Do it for Charlie.”

Johnson posted a photo of a large crowd wearing the shirts and said the group was “taking over” Madison Square Garden.

After the final box was emptied, Posobiec posted a video saying: “We gave out 3000 in one hour in the heart of NYC. Freedom doesn’t quit. Freedom fights.”
