However, Maher was not finished correcting the former first son’s argument.

He turned the discussion directly toward Biden’s father and the position Democrats had taken regarding the possibility of Iran possessing nuclear weapons.

“Your father. Excuse me! Every Democrat said Iran can’t have nuclear weapons,” Maher said.

The tense exchange came as President Trump was increasing economic pressure on the Islamic Republic.

Trump warned last week that he planned to impose economic warfare and isolation as the warring countries continued clashing over control of the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump outlined that approach in a post on Truth Social, presenting the economic measures as operating on an extraordinary scale.

“This will be Economic Warfare and Isolation on an unprecedented scale,” Trump wrote on the social media platform.

The president also argued that he had offered the Islamic Republic of Iran a major chance to reach an agreement.

According to Trump, Iran had failed to take advantage of the opportunity he had made available.

“No one has given the Islamic Republic of Iran a greater opportunity to make a Deal than me. TRAGICALLY, for them, they have failed to take it.” Trump wrote, emphasizing his frustration with the absence of an agreement.

Trump said the operation would require allies to stand alongside the United States of America.

He framed the effort as one intended to isolate and defeat what he called the Iran threat through an intensified campaign of economic warfare and isolation.

His declaration followed the expiration of the negotiation period established under an interim peace deal signed in June.

The period of 60 days was intended to produce negotiations aimed at ending the war, but it expired Monday without a breakthrough.

Kushner has been heavily involved in those talks, alongside United States envoy Steve Witkoff.

Their participation formed the backdrop to Biden’s complaint that Kushner was serving as an unelected and unappointed emissary to the Middle East.

Biden’s characterization of the war as something nobody had requested quickly ran into Maher’s resistance.

The host first pointed to Netanyahu, then widened the challenge by invoking Biden’s father and every Democrat who said Iran could not possess nuclear weapons.

The White House responded through spokesperson Davis Ingle, who delivered a sharply worded statement to Fox News Digital.

Both stars lived at The Adelicia in Nashville while Panettiere was in Tennessee filming the ABC series “Nashville.” Swift, 36, purchased a penthouse in the building in 2009.

Panettiere moved into the complex in 2012 after relocating to the city for the show. Their time as neighbors eventually resulted in a memorable favor from Swift.

Rodriguez discussed that experience during a 25th anniversary screening of the 2001 original in Los Angeles on Monday.

The actress explained that her Jehovah’s Witness background made the entertainment business feel completely removed from the world in which she had been raised.

“I came from a Jehovah’s Witness background at the time,” Rodriguez, 48, said at the screening, according to People magazine.

Her beliefs influenced how she understood the significance of Hollywood and the opportunities suddenly surrounding her.

“So it’s like none of this really means anything to me,” she said.

Rodriguez described herself as a young person who was not affected by the excitement attached to the industry because she believed she was already entering what she considered the “devil’s world.”

Before being cast as Letty Ortiz, Rodriguez had appeared in only two independent films, “Girlfight” and “3 A.M.”

Her arrival in the street racing franchise therefore came while she was still learning about acting and the entertainment business.

“I was just getting introduced to what it is to be an actor in New York,” Rodriguez told People magazine. She also credited Vin Diesel with noticing her work in “Girlfight” and seeing a place for that type of character in “Fast.”

“And then I think Vin [Diesel] had seen ‘Girlfight’ and he really liked the character and wanted that character to be his girlfriend in ‘Fast,’” Rodriguez said.

She ultimately joined the film as Letty Ortiz, the girlfriend of Diesel’s character.

Although her strict upbringing left her largely unconcerned about the movie itself, Rodriguez became enthusiastic about the activities that came with the role.

Dua Lipa Kicks Off Birthday Weekend in a Luxe Leopard Print Gucci Bikini

Ahead of her 31st birthday on Saturday, Dua Lipa started her birthday weekend in Ibiza, where she enjoyed the sunshine with her family. Naturally, the “Levitating” songstress brought an unmistakably luxurious fashion lineup to the getaway, as Page Six reported.

Lipa was photographed strolling along the beach in a leopard print Gucci bikini and matching miniskirt. The bikini retails for $850, while the coordinating miniskirt carries a $1,150 price tag.

The singer kept the animal print theme at the center of her vacation look while piling on accessories from several luxury labels. Her additions included square-frame sunglasses and kitten-heeled thongs from Gucci.

Lipa also wore four-figure Chrome Hearts hoop earrings, taking the total cost of her outfit to nearly $13,000. Even that eye-watering sum did not account for everything she carried during the outing.

The Grammy winner completed the ensemble with a croc-embossed fall 2026 Chanel bag. That particular accessory is not yet available for purchase, meaning its price was not included in the nearly $13,000 outfit total.

Her beach stroll was only part of the birthday weekend fun. Paparazzi also captured Lipa lounging aboard a yacht and leaping into the surf during the family getaway.

The singer was joined in Ibiza by her sister, Rina, and her brother, Gjin. The siblings spent time together as Lipa approached her Saturday birthday and soaked up the sunny setting.

Lipa shared her affection for the destination in an Instagram carousel from the trip. “There’s no summer without touching my favourite island at least once,” the frequent jet-setter captioned the upload.

The carousel gave fans another look at the vacation and revealed more of the pieces Lipa had packed. Her wardrobe extended well beyond the pricey leopard print Gucci combination photographed on the beach.

Among those additional pieces was a bikini from With Jéan featuring a mix of striped and dotted patterns. The playful swimwear added another bold print to the singer’s collection of getaway looks.

Lipa also packed a beaded Chanel necklace with an especially whimsical detail. The necklace featured a faux pearl crab pendant, continuing the playful seaside touches seen throughout her Ibiza wardrobe.

A pair of baggy blue Palace board shorts also appeared in the Instagram upload. The relaxed shorts offered a different silhouette from the coordinating Gucci miniskirt she wore with her leopard print bikini.

Ibiza followed another sunny destination on Lipa’s itinerary. The singer traveled to the Spanish island after taking a girls’ trip in Italy, where she displayed still more enviable vacation outfits.

During the Italy trip, Lipa wore a dazzling beaded Isabel Marant dress. She also stepped out in a lace-trimmed Chloé tank top with matching bloomers, adding yet another designer combination to the mix.

Her vacation accessories did not stop with the Chrome Hearts hoops, Gucci sunglasses, Chanel necklace, and unreleased Chanel bag. Lipa brought no fewer than four different pairs of statement earrings from Chanel.

The Chanel earring selection included designs shaped like coral and crabs. Those ocean-inspired pieces fit alongside the faux pearl crab pendant that appeared on her beaded necklace.

Between the Gucci outfit, multiple pairs of Chanel earrings, Palace board shorts, and other designer pieces, Lipa had plenty to carry during her travels.

Fortunately, that supersized Chanel bag was part of the birthday weekend wardrobe.

Don Lemon is poking fun at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following their shocking decision to move back to England. The former CNN journalist urged the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to settle on what they truly want, as reported by Page Six.

Lemon, 60, reacted to headlines about the couple’s bombshell choice in an Instagram video shared Wednesday. Looking stunned by the news, he asked his followers, “What? What is going on here?”

The journalist chided Harry, 41, and Markle, 45, for heading back across the pond after publicly discussing their unhappiness. He referenced the attention surrounding the couple and their viral interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Lemon described the return as happening “after all that consternation, after all that stuff y’all put us through.” His reaction mixed disbelief with teasing as he questioned the dramatic reversal.

Still, Lemon made clear that he was not entirely against the couple. He said he is “rooting” for the pair and “the interracial of it all,” before quipping, “Come on, make up y’all’s mind.”

The former CNN journalist also claimed that he had “predicted” the relocation. However, his original expectation was that Harry would separate from Markle and return home by himself.

Instead, Lemon noted that both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are now expected to make the move. “There’s a twist,” he mused.

“They’re both going back now. … That’s gonna be a little bit of drama. I wanna know what Kate [Middleton] is gonna say.”

Lemon then turned his attention to Kate Middleton and Prince William’s estrangement from Harry and Markle.

He suggested that their response to the couple’s return could become another dramatic part of the story.

The journalist continued discussing the surprising development on the social media platform the following day.

This time, he asked what he called the “legitimate question” of “what changed” and led the couple to return.

“This is somewhat shocking,” Lemon said while reflecting on their previous comments. “They told the world exactly how unhappy they had been inside that institution.”

Lemon also criticized “complaining” haters who were angry about the planned relocation. At the same time, he suggested that Harry might not want Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to inherit the feud affecting the family.

He acknowledged that returning to England will not “magically repair” Markle’s and Harry’s relationships with Harry’s loved ones.

However, Lemon offered a more sympathetic assessment of how family dynamics and personal priorities can develop over time.

“Families are complicated. People get older. Priorities change. Sometimes you realize winning the argument isn’t nearly as important as getting your family back,” he said.

That reported family consideration comes as questions continue about what prompted the dramatic change.

Additionally, a royal insider said Prince William’s inner circle believes “money and inheritance are part of the calculation.”

The source described suspicions about what Harry and Markle may hope to accomplish by returning while Charles remains King.

“There is a suspicion Harry and Meghan … want to re-establish their position, influence and proximity to the monarchy while Charles is still King. … They see this as an attempt to get a foot back in the door before William is the one deciding how firmly that door is closed,” the insider explained.

The return could also mark a professional change for Markle. Multiple reports surfaced Friday claiming that she is eyeing a return to her acting career once she is back in England.

For Lemon, however, the immediate question remains how the couple went from describing their unhappiness to planning a return.

His social media commentary combined mockery, surprise, and some support as he waited to see how the move would affect their strained family relationships.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly preparing to move back to the United Kingdom after spending several years in California. Reports say the decision was driven by their “disillusionment with the current White House.”

The BBC, citing reports from The Telegraph and The Sun, said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will relocate with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

The family is expected to live at a private residence outside London.

Their children will also reportedly be enrolled in a British school come September.

King Charles III has been informed about the planned move and reportedly welcomed the news.

Despite the return to the United Kingdom, the couple is not expected to reclaim its previous place within the working royal family.

Fox News reported that the relocation will not alter Harry and Meghan’s existing royal status.

“The move is not expected to change Harry and Meghan’s royal status. They reportedly have no plans to resume duties as working royals and will remain private individuals,” Fox News reported.

People linked the reported move to the couple’s concerns about the political climate in the United States.

The outlet said Wednesday that the change comes amid Harry and Meghan’s “disillusionment with the current White House.”

The timing also places the decision against the backdrop of the coming midterm elections.

“With the midterm elections fast approaching, concerns about the direction of the U.S. loom large for many,” People said.

Public tension has previously emerged between the Sussexes and President Donald Trump.

In January 2026, Trump said NATO allies “stayed a little back” from the frontlines during the war in Afghanistan.

Harry, who served in combat during the Afghanistan War, responded with a direct statement about his own experience.

“I served there. I made lifelong friends there. And I lost friends there.”

Trump later discussed Meghan during remarks to royal biographer Robert Hardman in May. “Boy, what she’s done to that guy [Harry],” Trump said.

As the couple reportedly plans its return, royal author Simon Vigar suggested that Harry and Meghan could eventually establish a “hybrid version” of royal involvement.

Such an arrangement would allow them to support relatives without formally returning as working royals.

“Harry did think that there was a hybrid version that they could do. And I think, in years to come, there will be a hybrid version. I think he’s right. There has to be a hybrid version of this where people don’t get accused of cashing in but can support their cousins or their brother or whatever,” Vigar said.

Vigar also described the arrangement the Sussexes previously believed might be available to them.

It would have combined their business and private lives with limited periods spent supporting the royal family in the United Kingdom.

“The [Sussexes] thought they could have a hybrid role of having a business life and a private life, while also spending a few months in the U.K. supporting the queen.

Harry believed that was an option, which was whipped away from him,” he added.

Neither Harry nor Meghan has visited the United Kingdom since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022.

They left royal duties in 2020 and moved to Montecito, California.

Their relationship with the royal family became estranged as the couple discussed their grievances in public interviews.

Even so, their reported relocation would bring them and their children back to Britain without restoring their former public roles.

Kinsey Schofield, host of YouTube’s Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered, drew a distinction between Harry supporting his relatives privately and representing the monarchy publicly.

She also noted that the monarchy has continued with a reduced group of working royals.

“There’s always room for Harry to support his family privately as a son and brother,” Schofield told Fox News.

“That’s very different from supporting the monarchy publicly as a working royal. The monarchy has successfully adapted to a smaller working team.”
