Donald Trump may have been elected president last fall in a rebuke to left wing lunacy, but that lunacy is nowhere near gone. Right now the U.S. is in a battle between reality and fantasy, normal and abnormal. As Trump issues executive orders to get men out of women’s sports, to deport radical non-citizen activists stirring up trouble on college campuses and more, the left is doing their “resistance” even harder.
For all the bellyaching accusations that Republicans are “lawless,” it’s the left that believes it can do anything it likes without consequence. For example, Idaho recently passed a law banning cities from flying any flags that were not official city flags, that is, government flags. The purpose behind the law was to stop the leftist takeover of civic symbols; they’ve been trying to raise “trans” and “lgbtq” flags in public places faster than they file suit to force cities to take down Christmas nativity scenes.
But liberal Boise doesn’t like the law, so it’s using leftist’s favorite tactic, word play, to get around it. Boise decided to make the “lgbtq” flag an official “city flag.” See? They’re following the law. It’s an adult version of the “I’m not touching you” game from the back seat of the family car.
Since transgender ideology exploded in about 2015, we’ve all been living in Opposite Land. Men are women, ugly people are beautiful, spoken words are “violence,” but actual violence is not violence. Have you noticed how so many things in the world work in the exact opposite direction that they’re supposed to?
You notice it with police across the West. In England the cops are arresting native white British citizens for things like silently praying across the street from an abortion clinic. We all watched police standby in major American cities and do nothing while Black Lives Matter rioters burned buildings and assaulted people.
You see this odd police behavior during leftist roadway tantrums, too. We’ve seen environmental activists lay down on highways, or glue their hands to roads, to stop traffic and, they say “stop oil.” Usually there are few to no cops to be found. But funny thing, as soon as fed up motorists take matters into their own hands the coppers show up to shoo them away and protect the activists from being moved out of the road.
You can see it in this video from Berlin, Germany.
A lot of social media onlookers are wondering why the cops weren’t removing the protestors, and why they seemed to be more concerned with stopping ordinary people from removing the human roadblocks.
Hell, the cops help them get out of self-imposed jams!
If this behavior by European police continues, they may find citizen resistance against police spreading.
