Five Of The Best Donald Trump Celebration Dances You May Have Missed Over The Weekend

Last weekend was notable for multiple dance celebrations in the style of Donald Trump, as his supporters are making their support heard. To the chagrin of the left, the “silent Trump supporters” are silent no more.

The President-elect’s signature jig to Y.M.C.A by the Village People always marked the end of his campaign rallies that would ultimately lead him to a second term in the White House. Trump would shuffle to the 1978 #1 hit, thrusting his arms back and forth in a now iconic routine that has gone viral on social media websites like TikTok.

On Saturday, Nov. 16, Trump sat ringside with trusted aides for UFC 309. Following Jon Jones’ victory over Stipe Miocic, the heavyweight champion gave the President-elect his belt – not before he celebrated with Trump’s signature dance moves.

By Sunday, the dance had spread across to the NFL. Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers took motivation from Jones’ victory by celebrating with his own variation of the dance after a 23-yard catch-and-run touchdown.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley would also partake in the new tradition after scoring a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings.

Adding the golf swing to the celebration, Detroit Lions defensive end Za’Darius Smith made a hallmark debut with his own version of the Trump dance.

It wasn’t just the NFL, or the U.S., which engaged in the celebration. In the third-division of English soccer, Barnsley striker Stephen Humphrys celebrated his equaliser with the dance.
