War Room host Steve Bannon expressed his frustration with the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) inaction, warning that the Deep State continues to hold the upper hand in government.

During a discussion with Jack Posobiec, Bannon cited the DOJ’s lack of visible progress on investigations and indictments.

“We’re not doing anything over at the Justice Department. I don’t see investigations, I don’t see indictments,” Bannon said, noting that the Pam Bondi-led department is now being diverted into investigating leaks surrounding America First Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

“If the guys around Hegseth, if there’s indictments or investigations going on, and there’s no indictments, and there’s no release of the Epstein Files, and there’s no investigations of Brennan and the 51, and you’re not spending your time on that, but somehow [it] gets diverted over this, it is going to be a firestorm from the MAGA base,” Bannon said, in reference to former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director John Brennan and the 51 intelligence officials who downplayed the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation in 2020.

“There has been no movement from the Justice Department,” Bannon stated.

“[N]ow they’re talking about… some investigation of the guys around Hegseth… you haven’t done your primary job, which is to take down the Deep State.”

“People, we are burning daylight!” he stressed.

“These people are playing smashmouth, they’re playing hardball, and the Deep State is winning right now!”

Bannon’s concerns were echoed by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Chairwoman of the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, last month.

She criticized delays in releasing the Jeffrey Epstein client list and argued that previous setbacks had not instilled confidence in the public.

Following the release of the files, Luna took to X, writing:

“AG Pam Bondi, We saw over the weekend you are reviewing all files from JFK to Epstein! We are ALL anticipating their release! When will they be declassified and available to the public?”

“On Feb 11 & Feb 19, House Oversight sent a letter to the DOJ asking for status on releasing the Epstein files as well as JFK, etc. The DOJ has not responded. Reaching out on X because we can’t seem to get a response from the AG. AG Pam Bondi, what is the status of the documents? These documents were ordered to be declassified.”

Diva to Demon: Nancy Mace Causes Dress-Wearing Trans Individual to Drop the Female Act Fast

South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R) got on the nerves of a transgender-identifying individual, forcing him to drop the female act fast, revealing the fickle nature of the assumed identity.

Mace recorded the showdown at the University of South Carolina during a Turning Point USA event by a conservative youth group led by Charlie Kirk. The cross-dressing individual was offended when Mace used the word “babe” and demanded her apology, forcing her to double down and use the word “tranny.”

“This guy in a dress wanted me to apologize for using the word ‘babe.’ Told him no. That I didn’t care if he was offended,” she posted.

“And then I dropped the word t***s, fast. Look what happened next.”

The biological man was adorned in a flowing orange woman’s dress, a wide-brimmed sun hat, and carried a purse to complete the false look. In a feminine voice, he graciously confronted Mace over the “derogatory” word, but quickly lost his composure and dropped the feminine act.

“Does your husband call you ‘babe’?” the cross-dressing man asked, to which Mace replied: “I’m not married.”

“I would like for you to apologize,” he said. “It is derogatory and…”

“Is tranny derogatory?” Mace interjected.

“Well, yeah,” the pro-trans person replied, with his soprano voice quickly transforming into a heavy bass. 

“Of course it f*****g is,” he blurted.

He frantically grabbed his purse and a nearby potted plant, which he seemingly was ready to throw at her, before security intervened, forcing him to trot away.

Meanwhile, Rep. Mace had a field day with the gender non-conforming individual after the hilarious encounter.

“He went from soprano to bass all in one breath,” Mace quoted her tweet.

“That deep voice came out of nowhere,” she retweeted.

Lately, violence appears to be the default response from those on the left when debates don’t go their way. Various incidents across the country, such as the recent wave of Tesla arson attacks, calls for the assassination of President Trump and Elon Musk, and glorification of the alleged killers, like the UnitedHealth CEO’s alleged assassin, Luigi Mangione, exemplify the left’s obsession with violence. 

Mace has also been previously targeted by the trans community for her continued effort to protect women’s safe spaces from invasion by biological men.

In February, she sponsored the “Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act,” which aims to prohibit “biological men from using women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and other private, protected facilities on all federal property, including government buildings, national parks, and military installations.”

Her efforts to protect women’s spaces resulted in an attack by a pro-trans man later identified as 33-year-old James McIntyre of Illinois. However, she vowed to press on and not bow to the radical ideology amid increased threats of violence. 

“I was physically accosted at the Capitol tonight by a pro-tr*ns man. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it’ll heal just fine.”

“Your trans violence and threats on my life will only make me double down.”

Justice Alito Fires a Scathing Dissent after SCOTUS Blocks Deportation of Venezuelan Alleged Gangbangers

The US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has fired off a blistering dissent against the court’s order to halt the Trump administration’s deportation of Venezuelan illegal immigrants under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (AEA).

The court had previously allowed the Trump administration to continue deportations under the act on a limited basis with due process. However, the new ruling halted the deportation of all Venezuelan immigrants until the government receives further instructions from the court.

“The Government is directed not to remove any member of the putative class of detainees from the United States until further order of this Court,” the unsigned order stated.

In an unexpected turn of events, conservative justices Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett voted in favor of halting the deportations in a 7-2 ruling. However, Justice Clarence Thomas joined Justice Alito in the fiery dissent.

Meanwhile, Justice Alito questioned the timing of the ruling, which he claims was issued “hastily and prematurely” within eight hours of receiving the notice, “literally in the middle of the night” and without giving lower courts time to sort out the facts of the cases.

“[T]he Court issued unprecedented and legally questionable relief without giving the lower courts a chance to rule, without hearing from the opposing party, within eight hours of receiving the application, with dubious factual support for its order, and without providing any explanation for its order,” he fumed.

“I refused to join the Court’s order because we had no good reason to think that, under the circumstances, issuing an order at midnight was necessary or appropriate,” he continued, adding that “Both the Executive and the Judiciary have an obligation to follow the law.”

The court had intervened after the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a request for intervention, claiming that dozens of Venezuelan immigrants, currently numbering about 50, faced an imminent threat of deportation without the opportunity to contest their removal from the country. Law enforcement authorities have linked many of the potential deportees, currently held at the Northern District of Texas’ Bluebonnet Detention Center, with the bloody Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA). 

Some had filed an Administrative Procedure Act (APA) complaint in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia challenging their removal. Liberal federal Judge James Boasberg ruled in their favor and gave them a temporary restraining order (TRO) preventing their removal.

However, the Trump administration challenged the decision, arguing that it had given them advance notification, allowing them to challenge their detention and deportation by filing habeas claims. SCOTUS agreed with Trump and trashed Boasberg’s restraining order, paving the way for their eventual removal.

Their attorneys subsequently moved to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and filed a habeas corpus for all Venezuelans pending deportation. However, Judge James Wesley Hendrix failed to grant them a TRO, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit upheld the decision.

Subsequently, they requested the Supreme Court to intervene, which it did without allowing the Trump administration to defend itself. Nonetheless, it allowed the government to file a response after the ruling, which was no less scathing than Alito’s dissent.

“The government has agreed not to remove, pursuant the AEA, those AEA detainees who do file habeas claims (including the putative class representatives),” the admin stated

“This Court should dissolve its current administrative stay and allow the lower courts to address the relevant legal and factual questions in the first instance — including the development of a proper factual record.”

Public School HR Director: Black and Trans Teachers Preferred “No Matter What”

An undercover journalist has exposed a California public school HR Director admitting to race-based hiring practices in violation of the state’s and federal laws on discrimination.

An O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) undercover journalist probed Jonathan Ferrer, the HR Director of California’s Summit Public Schools, about the preferred candidate’s race when presented with equally qualified white and black job candidates.

“You get presented with, on equal merits, like a white person or a black person or whatever-,” the journalist asked before the HR Director interrupted him.

 “Yeah, we’re going with the black person,” Ferrer said.

“Yeah, no matter what,” the journalist implied.

“Yeah, no matter what,” the HR Director confirmed.

The Summit Public Schools HR Director added that black applicants and transgender-identifying individuals were preferred. 

However, selecting a candidate solely based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, or similar attributes violates the U.S. Constitution’s Title VII and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).

“If it’s a person of color, great. If it’s a trans teacher, great. You know?” He stated.

“And I think it’s culturally, we naturally look for those folks,” he added.

When asked if he would hire a Trump supporter or MAGA person, even by accident, the HR Director said they would probably not.

When asked if they would consider hiring a Trump supporter or MAGA person, even unintentionally, the Summit Public Schools HR Director confirmed that it was unlikely.

“You’re hiring MAGA people for staff sometimes, if it just happens?” The journalist further probed.

“I don’t think we would hire them. I don’t think we would,” he replied.

“Oh my God,  I’m talking way too much,” he added.

“I’m feeling so bad. I feel like I’m talking your ear off.”

Additionally, Ferrer is not just an unwilling participant, as he spearheads a DEI program that deals with both students and teachers.

“I lead our DEI efforts in the District, so we have a[n] LGBTQIA+ gender wellness training on Thursday, so I facilitated that.”

OMG’s undercover journalist also asked the Summit Schools HR director if, at certain times, they were looking for “a certain type of person.”

“With the exception, I’ll say what we do look for are, like, dynamics,” Ferrer said. 

He further explained that if a certain department was “all white male,” they may “add a person of color somewhere in the mix” to increase diversity. Although he did not explicitly confirm whether they kept records on racial composition, Ferrer later acknowledged that most teachers were “white females.”

However, Ferrer disclosed they have no DEI quotas, although heartbreakingly, they “have a lot of kids that identify as LGBTQ,” hinting at the potential staggering level of brainwashing.

Nonetheless, he admitted that Summit Public Schools had a DEI questionnaire that would eliminate certain types of candidates, such as conservative candidates.

“We do have DEI questions built into our selection process,” Ferrer said.

“And we have a rubric of, obviously, if they say any of these things, this is not someone who’s answering the question the way we’re aligned to answer the question.”

“So if the candidate or teacher is like, ‘Well, I want to make sure that they [children] learn about conservative values, bla …”

“If they say that during the interview, that’s probably not what we are looking for.”

Meanwhile, Summit Public Schools denies those allegations, saying it was “committed to being an equal opportunity employer” and maintaining a discrimination-free team in accordance with all applicable laws.

“Any allegations of discriminatory conduct or verified misconduct are taken seriously and addressed through established internal procedures,” the school district’s Government Affairs Manager, Valeria Torres, stated.

Still, the HR Director may have said the quiet part out loud — something that is rarely admitted so bluntly in most DEI-oriented institutions.

Meanwhile, O’Keefe Media Group had previously exposed allegations of similar discriminatory practices at casino giant MGM Resorts, after Albie Velarde, the establishment’s Marketing Director in Springfield, MA, said they would “Probably Hire the African American” and “not going to hire them [whites].”

Anti-Trump Senator Lisa Murkowski Whines She's "Afraid" of Speaking Her Mind About the President

RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) claimed she is “afraid” of speaking her mind about President Donald Trump during an appearance in front of nonprofit leaders in Anchorage this week.

While Murkowski did not reference Trump directly, it was clear who she was referring to.

“We are all afraid,” Murkowski said, pausing.

“It’s quite a statement. But we are in a time and a place where I certainly have not been before. And I’ll tell ya, I’m oftentimes very anxious myself about using my voice because retaliation is real. And that’s not right.”

The discussion, which took place alongside Laurie Wolf, President and CEO of The Foraker Group, came during the group’s annual leadership summit. The summit focused on the ripples that “chaos” in Washington, D.C., might cause in Murkowski’s home state.

Attendees expressed their anxiety about working in the public sector under Trump’s cost-cutting initiatives.

At one point, Murkowski used the word “unlawful” to describe some of the president’s orders.

Recounting a fire drill in which she and aides sought to uncover the truth behind rumors about cuts, she said, “It is as hard as anything I have been engaged in in the 20-plus years I’ve been in the Senate.”

Murkowski recalled asking Trump’s Chief of Staff Susie Wiles to delay the slashing of AmeriCorps programming.

“I share this with you not to say that ‘we don’t know anything,’ but I’m saying that things are happening so fast through this Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE … none of us understand the half of it,” Murkowski said. “It’s literally piecing it together.”

Now, the lawmaker is calling on Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and the administration to pursue a slimmed-down version of the cuts over the next several months.

“I’m not saying you can’t touch Medicaid at all,” Murkowski said.

“What I hope we’re moving away from is an $880 billion cut to Medicaid. Because if that happens, this is going to be a very, very different state.”

Murkowski questioned whether House and Senate leaders are doing enough to act as a check on executive power.

“It’s called the checks and balances. And right now, we are not balancing as the Congress,” Murkowski said.
“I think it’s important the concerns continue to be raised rather than letting the fatigue of the chaos grind you down.”

New WHO Treaty Grants Sweeping Power Over Global Pandemic Response

The World Health Organization (WHO) has reportedly settled on the text for a legally binding treaty to enhance global preparedness for future pandemics.

The decision aims to prevent chaos and competition over resources, as seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pact also emphasizes rapid data sharing on emerging diseases, enabling pharmaceutical firms to accelerate the development of vaccines.

The WHO will now have a comprehensive view of global supply chains under the new pact.

WHO’s Director-General, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, described the agreement as “a significant milestone in our shared journey towards a safer world.”

Tedros also noted that the pact demonstrates nations’ ability to collaborate on common challenges.

The treaty is only the second in the WHO’s history, the first being the 2003 tobacco control agreement.

Approval is now being sought at the upcoming World Health Assembly.

Under the treaty, countries must ensure the global availability of pandemic-related medications. At the same time, manufacturers are required to allocate 20 percent of vaccine, therapeutic, and diagnostic production to the WHO — distribute 10 percent as donations, and offer the remainder at accessible prices.

However, the U.S. was absent from the closing negotiations following President Donald Trump’s decision to withdraw from the health agency.

Earlier this month, Tedros urged Trump to undo his executive order and rejoin the UN-run agency.

Trump cited the agency’s failure to hold China accountable and its role in pushing “radical globalist health agendas” as key reasons for the decision.

Since then, the U.S. has halted all funding to the WHO, redirecting resources to domestic health initiatives that prioritize American interests.

Tedros said:

“I hope there will be some formal engagement for a very honest and candid dialogue for the U.S. to come back to the World Health Organization.

I’ve said it many times: the U.S. withdrawal from WHO is a lose-lose.

It’s in the best interest of the U.S. to stay in WHO. It’s a matter of health security — one that keeps the U.S. safe, and the rest of the world safe, by being part of the WHO.”

Family of Black Teen Who “Allegedly” Killed White Teen Strikes it Rich with Donations

Conservatives often say that liberals and leftists have no principles, but that’s not true. The prevailing liberal orientation to the world, at least in the U.S., could be called “sympathy for the devil.”

It seems like all of a sudden, the tolerant, loving, compassionate, empathetic left has decided to celebrate murderers right out in the open. Sure, many on the right could argue that the left has always approved of force and violence, but in the past those who did at least felt some social pressure to hide their appetites. Not anymore. Violence-loving lefties will tell you right out on social media that they wished the 2024 would-be assassins had succeeded in killing Donald Trump. They also like to engage in what they accuse conservatives of doing: “victim blaming.” Check out this poll—38 percent of voters said Trump himself was to blame for attempts on his life. Maybe it was that tight dress he was wearing. 

Lefties are equally unashamed to cheer on the rash of violent attacks on Tesla dealerships. The electric car company, owned by billionaire and Trump advisor Elon Musk, has endured dozens of incidents of vandalism and firebombings in the past few months. The arrest of a Colorado man (who wears blue lipstick) for an arson attack on a Tesla dealership in New Mexico, and vandalism at the state’s Republican party headquarters, is only the latest in a string of reports of lefties gone feral. 

It is no surprise, then, to see the outpouring of financial support for confessed killer Anthony Karmelo. The black teen has been charged with murder for plunging a knife into the heart of 17-year-old white high schooler Austin Metcalf on April 2 in Frisco, Texas. According to media reports, Metcalf told Karmelo to move out of his seat, and Karmelo reacted by knifing him. Metcalf died on the scene as his killer asked arresting police if he could claim “self-defense.”

It looks like just about any old excuse will get this guy off the hook if his recent successes are any indication. On April 14 a judge reduced his bail from $1 million to $250,000, so Karmelo walked out free except for home arrest. 

But the winning keeps on coming: as of April 15, a fundraiser for the knife killer set up by his family has netted $433,000, surpassing the amount donated to the family of the slain boy. The family says they’re going to buy a brand-new house with security because they feel “threatened.”

Let’s see what the public has to say. Naturally, poor little Karmelo has some backers. 

But more people reacted with sanity.

How Far They’ve Fallen: Hegseth Hits Back After Jeffries’ Extremist, Nazi, and Dumb Effing DEI Hires Comment

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has lashed back at House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for calling him one of the “Dumb Effing indviduals” and “DEI hires.” The Democrat was ranting about the military banning certain books leaning toward the critical race theory (CRT), white guilt, and slavery. 

Various Trump executive orders aimed to end radical ideology from the military, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and mandated the banishment of critical race theory content.

“By March 5, 2025, all Components must remove and archive DoD news articles, photos, and videos promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), including content related to critical race theory, gender ideology, and identity-based programs,” Hegseth said in a memo.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell also stated that “All service academies are fully committed to executing and implementing President Trump’s Executive Orders.”

Consequently, over 400 books were removed from the military, which angered Democrats, including Jeffries, prompting him to take to social media and accuse Hegseth for allegedly attempting to rewrite and “whitewash” “our history.”

“These DEI hires in the Trump Administration, like Pete Hegseth, the so-called Secretary of Defense — dumb effing individuals — continue to try to test our resolve and cancel our history,” he said. 

“The latest is a book ban at the Naval Academy that removes works, including those about slavery, the Civil Rights Movement and the Holocaust — at the same time, keeping books written by Adolf Hitler.”

He also accused “these extremists” for thinking that “racist Nazi ideology and white supremacy is okay” and vowed to continue fighting attempts ot “whitewash our history.” Jeffries also accused Trump officials of trying to cancel Harriet Tubman and the Tuskegee Airmen.

“We’re going to keep the pressure on until this book ban is reversed and Pete Hegseth is fired,” he warned.

Appearing on Fox News, Secretary of Defense Hegseth hit back at the unhinged Democrat for defending the radical racial discriminatory policy. Despite the Democrats’ antics, Hegseth also promised to remain focused on prioritizing the interests of the United States.

“That’s how far they have fallen. It’s astonishing, not surprising,” Hegseth told Fox News.

“Of course, they don’t like the fact that we’re ripping DEI out of the military and making it colorblind and merit-based.”

“If their whole strategy is … to call us names while we secure the southern border, kick out Chinese influence, revive the warrior culture inside our military, that’s why they lost in a historic fashion to President Trump last time, and their future looks bleak as well.”

Ironically, Jeffries dismissed Hegseth as a DEI hire, underscoring his lack of respect for individuals hired through the program, accidentally saying the quiet part out loud. Yet, he still advocates for the military to continue the policy, demonstrating how detached from reason the Democrats are. 

He also seemed to fight against anti-Semitism when Democrats have been fighting the Trump administration for attempting to remove individuals involved in anti-semitic activities from the United States.

While Jeffries claims that some Holocaust books were removed, there were reports of “hostile compliance,” where some radical left federal employees “accidentally” removed materials that were not supposed to be removed to disgrace the Trump administration.

Consumer Watchdog: Major Companies Renaming DEI Programs While Maintaining Core Practices

A conservative consumer watchdog has blown the lid off many companies’ deceptive practices to conceal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs they either announced to end or seemed to have paused. 

According to Consumers’ Research (CR), these companies, including Kohl’s, Dollar Tree, Disney, UPS, and Nationwide, have rebranded their woke programs likely to deceive unsuspecting users.

“Recently, companies have stated they are scrapping their DEI programs and policies, but for some companies, this declaration is merely a PR stunt. Instead of doing away with these illegal and discriminatory policies, these five companies are just rebranding their woke policies by calling DEI by a new name: ‘belonging,'” CR warned.

Shortly after Trump signed the “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity” executive action to end DEI in federal government and encouraged other companies to follow suit, Kohl changed the title of its DEI program to “inclusion and belonging” and expanded its scope to include small businesses. However, it still aims to become a “welcoming, respectful, and inclusive company,” suggesting that DEI is still a priority.

Dollar Tree also changed the name from “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” to “Culture of Belonging” but still maintained the “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Executive Council.” Nationwide also changed its DEI page to “Belonging, Respect and Fairness”, while UPS called it “Inclusion and Belonging.”

However, Consumers’ Research says these name changes were likely an attempt to hoodwink Americans that they had given up on the racially discriminative practices. The watchdog warns that the word “belonging” is a metaphor for DEI.

“It’s the same racism under a different name,” Consumers’ Research Executive Director Will Hild told Fox News Digital.

“Rebranding from DEI doesn’t change the anti-White and anti-Asian nature of these activities. Corporations should focus on serving customers by finding and retaining the best talent, not engaging in a retrograde racial patronage scheme.”

Many other companies rebranded their DEI programs to more subtle and palatable language without changing actual policies. Other names used by various companies to conceal DEI programs include “Responsible Innovation,” “Inclusive Culture,” “Equity and Belonging,” “inclusive leadership,” “employee resource groups (ERGs),” and “culture of care and connection.” 

Besides the five companies that CR highlighted, other likely culprits include JPMorgan, which renamed its DEI to “diversity, opportunity, and inclusion (DOI),” while Citi rebranded the program to “Talent Management and Engagement.” 

Banks have historically encouraged racially discriminative practices, such as enforcing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which usually include an element of racial equity, for a favorable credit rating. The SDGs made DEI an industry standard. They could also prevent many companies from ditching the practice for fear of losing their favorable credit rating.

Meanwhile, these companies will continue to purport ditching DEI likely to avoid potential investigations as the Trump’s executive order tasked federal organizations to “identify up to nine potential civil compliance investigations of publicly traded corporations, large non-profit corporations or associations, foundations with assets of $500 million or more, state and local bar and medical associations, and institutions of higher education with endowments over $1 billion.”

Besides private and public companies, some federal agencies have also attempted to conceal DEI practices through subtle wording. In January 2025, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) was exposed for trying to rename Lisa T. Boykin’s job title from “Chief Diversity Officer” to just “Senior Executive.”

The apparent attempt to disguise DEI prompted the White House to direct federal workers to report “any efforts to disguise these programs by using coded or imprecise language.”

The U.S. Military Academy at West Point also renamed the “Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management Branch” to “Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion Branch.” 

Besides the subtle name change, which does not suggest any significant changes, the academy’s objective remains to maintain “an equitable, inclusive, and effective organization.” 

Subsequently, conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to cast light on a potential attempt to conceal ongoing DEI practices.
