CNN’s Scott Jennings Ruffles Feathers in Televised Chicken Coop

You could be forgiven for thinking that you’re hearing audio recorded from inside a chicken coop.

Former George W. Bush advisor Scott Jennings, now a contributor to CNN, has an uncanny ability to ruffle feathers and elicit frustrated clucking from his co-panelists by simply stating the plain truth in a calm voice.

Jennings remarked that it only made sense for Donald Trump to pick cabinet members and staff who had the ability to carry out his policy objectives. This was just too much for the liberals (every other person at the table). In the now-typical teenage-girl fashion that allegedly grown-up professional women use to communicate to the public, the Washington Post’s Catherine Rampell squeaked out, “He literally said he was going to exact vengeance!”

They just don’t get that Democrats are not the only people who are allowed to hold political power. Jennings responded with, “You still don’t understand how you lost.” Rampell? She did the head-swivel and snarked, “Don’t say ‘me’. I’m not a Democrat. I’m a journalist.”

No, Miss Rampell, you are not a journalist. You are a teenage girl in an adult woman’s body playing journalist in a costume at the Democrat Community Playhouse known as The Washington Post. To be fair, it’s only a few days since the election, and the Democrats have not completed the grieving process yet. But the Catherine Rampells of the world are going to soon learn that girl-boss sassery is over. Indignant clapbacks are not going to keep the left in business much longer.

Maybe Rampell thinks we don’t remember, but she was one of the WaPo employees who signed a letter condemning the paper for not endorsing Harris. She sure seems like a Democrat to me.

The other women on the panel couldn’t take it either. “Scott! Scott!” was a common verbal ejaculation. Host Abby Phillips jumped in to say, “He [Trump] did run on vengeance.”

One suspects Democrats and media will soon learn another lesson: “consequences” is not a synonym for “vengeance.” Right now, they’re still in shock. The news has had a liberal tilt for decades, but it has been so out of control for the past ten years that most leftists now believe they are entitled to do anything they want—anything at all—with no pushback. They treat any criticism of their actions, or any refusal to go along with them, as an act of abuse against them.

Let’s see how X/Twitter users reacted to the clip.

Byron Donalds Destroys CNN After Airing Edited Clip From Donald Trump Rally

CNN broadcaster John Berman was slammed by Republican Rep. Byron Donalds after a deceptively edited clip from a Donald Trump rally was used in an interview on their supposed news network.

The Florida lawmaker was speaking with Berman the morning after Trump’s Green Bay, WI, rally in which he spoke wearing a garbage collector’s uniform. It was the former president’s comments, however, which were the focus of CNN’s morning broadcast.

A clip in which Trump said he would protect women “whether they like it or not” was used in Thursday morning’s interview. However, the full quote, which was omitted, was: “[My advisors] said, ‘Sir, I just think it’s inappropriate for you to say.’ I pay these guys a lot of money; can you believe it? I said, ‘Well, I’m going to do it whether the women like it or not. I’m going to protect them. I’m going to protect them from migrants coming in. I’m going to protect them from foreign countries that want to hit us with missiles and lots of other things.’”

The latter part of the Republican’s remarks were cut off, before Berman asked Donalds, “Why is Donald Trump telling women he will do things whether they like it or not?”

“John, that is grossly inaccurate what you just played. Play the full clip. Play it in its context,” replied the GOP lawmaker. “He was talking about the tragedy at our southern border that led to the death of Jocelyn Nungaray.”

Adding that Jocelyn’s family had endorsed Trump, Donalds added, “He was telling a joke about how some of the staff said, ‘No don’t say you would protect women because they would take it out of context’ – obviously what CNN is doing right now.”

Despite acknowledging that House Rep. had the right context, Berman pressed on over Trump’s choice of words, prompting a livid Donalds to reply, “John, you need to stop.”

So deceptive was Kamala, that to CNN’s credit, even Jake Tapper debunked it elsewhere.

Many sided with the Republican while criticizing the CNN broadcaster.

Others noted that the network still refused to play the full clip despite Donalds’ requests.

NYT Writer Spins False Sob Story About Woman Who Induced Own Miscarriage

Let me tell you a tragic story about a woman who lost her baby due to a miscarriage. It’s every mother’s worst nightmare, the thought of losing her precious baby before it’s even born. Making it so much worse, the grieving mother was set upon by vicious right wing police who arrested her on manslaughter charges. The final insult was a prison sentence.

Thank God for the kind heart of one lawyer who offered to help this woman for free. Her conviction was overturned, and she was released to go back to mothering her living children.

At least – this is the kind of nightmare that Democrat voters want to prevent.

Except it didn’t happen that way. But New York Times writer Nicholas Kristof, from whom I cribbed this story, thinks that it did.

So does the Washington Post.

And so does Esquire Magazine, which used the Washington Post story about Patience Frazier, the woman in question.

If those were the only articles you read, you would think that’s what happened, too. And millions of Americans will see only these headlines and conclude that, yes, evil Republicans really do want to punish women for innocent miscarriages. How could they not think this, when the most popular news aggregator serves them this?

But X (Twitter) has something different: community notes. Community notes is a feature added to X after Elon Musk bought the company. It allows X users to challenge the premises of a post and actually correct incorrect information with facts. Let’s take another look at Nicholas Kristof’s post with the community note included.

That’s a horse of a different color. Not only did this “miscarriage” occur six years ago, well before the overturning of Roe v. Wade, but Miss Frazier deliberately induced a miscarriage by taking illicit drugs, among other activities. When she got the stillbirth she wanted, she buried the baby in her backyard quietly.

Reasonable people can still disagree over whether what Frazier did rises to the level of manslaughter, and over whether it’s a good idea to allow the state this much leeway to investigate circumstances like this. But facts are facts: Frazier was not “oppressed” by Republicans, or by anyone. Roe v. Wade had nothing to do with the death of her baby; Miss Frazier did it.

Let’s sample the social media reaction.

Nathaniel asks a question that clearly could never occur to a liberal.

“The View” and Tim Walz *Really* Don’t Like Elon Musk’s $1 Million Petition Incentive

Elon Musk’s America Super PAC has enraged the left with its latest incentive to garner signatories on a petition.

Musk – who previously offered $47 to anyone who referred a signatory in a swing state – is providing an opportunity for Americans to win $1 million if they sign a petition protecting the constitutional rights to free speech and bear arms.

The incentive has enraged liberals, with unfounded allegations that the incentive is “buying votes” and therefore illegal. Of course, this is false. America’s petition is separate from the presidential election, no matter how closely connected the business magnate is to one of the presidential candidates.

It’s also hilarious, considering that Democrats have been buying votes through big government handouts (and promises of handouts) for at least the past century.

Musk’s Super PAC was the subject of daytime whinefest The View, which saw Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz pop by. Host Whoopi Goldberg was not best pleased with Musk’s incentive, questioning its legality in a hard-hitting question to Walz.

“What’s happening?” she asked the potential vice president.

Walz could not give an answer on the legality, instead going on a tangent about key campaign policy ideas.

Fellow anchor Ana Navarro came up with the idea of signing the petition, but then going to vote for the Democratic ticket – effectively disproving any uncertainty over legality.

“Do that!” exclaimed Walz.

Despite the efforts of the panel to berate Musk, the X owner saw the funny side when the clip made it to social media.

Clearly nervous, the Biden-Harris DOJ is already warning Musk about his giveaway in an attempt to stop him.

Many were in agreement over the ridiculousness of the latest liberal meltdown.

Others remembered Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s multi-million-dollar investment in 2020.

Atlantic Magazine Absurdly Accuses Trump of Deranged Racist Insult to Murdered Army Specialist

Sane people like to joke about Trump Derangement Syndrome, but the laughter always seems a bit like whistling past the graveyard. TDS is real. It may not show up in the official psychiatric literature, but there is no doubt that the fear and loathing of Donald Trump is so extreme for so much of the country that it can’t be described as anything but a mental delusion.

How many families have been torn apart by the liberal wing calling the conservative wing fascist Hitler lovers? It’s impossible to tell, but it’s happening all over America. We’ve already seen several Americans pridefully recount to the media how they turned their own family members in for being at the Capitol on January 6. In quieter ways, desperate spouses are blogging anonymously about how their own wives and husbands allow others to insult their spouse for having conservative politics.

The legacy liberal media, of course, is so far gone it seems impossible that we can ever sanity, let alone truth, from such institutions again. This week The Atlantic has published a story shocking—even by modern standards for liberal magazines—in its petty ugliness.

Yes. The Atlantic is saying in effect “Trump is Hitler.” That’s nothing new for the media, of course, but it does raise the question: is there any limit at all to the level of hysteria and lying? Does anyone at any of these outlets pause for a moment to ask themselves if they’re contributing to the social atmosphere that provoked two assassination attempts on Donald Trump? Or, do they know they’re participating in that, and that’s why they’re doing it?

Mind you, this is the same Jeffrey Goldberg who lied about Al Qaeda working with Saddam Hussein to drum up support for the Iraq War, pushed the hoax that Trump referred to dead servicemembers as “suckers and losers,” and helped hype the Russian collusion myth.

But it wasn’t Goldberg’s low blow at Trump that sparked the biggest debate; it was the magazine’s words about the aftermath and funeral of murdered US Army Specialist Vanessa Guillen. Guillen was murdered in 2020 after disappearing from Fort Hood where she was stationed.

According to the Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg, Donald Trump, while president, questioned the cost of Guillen’s funeral and disparaged her by saying “it doesn’t cost $60,000 to bury a f—ing Mexican!” Obviously, it is simply not believable. But it’s also damned cruel. Vanessa Guillen’s sister immediately chimed in to refute the story, and added that she had voted for Trump earlier in the day.

It gets worse. The Atlantic’s article claims that Trump ordered his then chief of staff,  Mark Meadows, not to pay for Vanessa Guillen’s funeral. Meadows is denying this.

Mark Esper also denied the story:

And practically everyone who could confirm or deny this story is doing the latter.

The above-mentioned lawyer, Natalie Khawam, excoriated Goldberg for deliberately lying about his conversation with her. “not only did he misrepresent our conversation but he outright LIED in HIS sensational story. More importantly, he used and exploited my clients, and Vanessa Guillen’s murder… for cheap political gain,” she wrote.

So, how could such shoddy journalism get published, and how does Goldberg never face consequences for his garbage reporting? Consider who is funding him:

Let’s sample the reaction to the story on X/Twitter. These posts are taken from a X thread started by Mayra Guillen, Vanessa’s sister. There are plenty of leftists there who appear to be taking pleasure in making Mayra’s grief worse. What these tweets represent is not “differing political opinions,” but leftist sadism.

You can read the whole thread here.

The View’s Sunny Hostin Thinks Kamala Harris’ Interview With Fox News Was “Racist” And “Sexist”

MSNBC responded to the disastrous Kamala Harris Fox News interview in typical fashion – with allegations of racism and sexism.

Bret Baier tore down the Democrat’s campaign in a 28-minute interview that most described as disastrous for the Vice President. Harris repeatedly dodged questions, or used opportunities to present her policies to a new audience to attack Donald Trump.

Of course, the scrutiny was too much to bear for many liberals, including the left-wing MSNBC. On “The Beat with Ari Melber”, The View’s Sunny Hostin expressed her frustration over Harris being spoken to by a journalist the same way they talk to Trump.

“I saw a little bit of the [Fox News] panel after the interview and one woman said that [Harris] came in hot, and also said that she became angrier,” the Hostin explained. “I thought [Baier] came in hot, and what I am very tired of is this trope of the angry, Black woman.”

“She was not angry; she was in command – of the fact, she was passionate. Passion does not equal anger,” she continued, before complaining about Trump’s recent remarks over the “dumb” correspondents on The View.

Social media users noted that using the race card meant Harris had performed terribly during the interview.

Another user noted that Baier is not renowned for his fondness for Trump.

CBS News Accused Of Editing An Interview To Favor Democrats… Again

House Speaker Mike Johnson accused CBS News of selectively editing interviews to favor Democrats and hinder Republicans.

The Republican Speaker posted a thread on the social media platform X detailing instances where interviews had been cut, or edited, by the broadcaster.

“CBS has been under fire for selectively editing their interviews to promote Democrats and undermine Republicans,” Speaker Johnson wrote on X. “Yesterday, they chose to cut FIVE important minutes out of my nearly 15-minute interview.”

Johnson shared a clip of a Fox & Friends First, where one of his text messages were read out in which he declared he would never conduct a pre-recorded interview with CBS again.

The House Speaker then shared examples of malicious editing. In the first, Johnson’s remarks about people impacted by Hurricane Helene first-hand were cut out of the interview.

CBS also edited a clip regarding non-citizen voting. Specifically, the broadcaster removed Johnson’s comments praising the actions of Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, who has led efforts to ensure a fair election within his jurisdiction.

Last, but by no means, Johnson shared a clip discussing the SAVE Act which was edited out by CBS.

Although broadcasters regularly edit pre-recorded interviews, it is considered deeply unprofessional to do so in a way which may favor one candidate over another.

It’s not the first time CBS has been accused of this behavior, with Kamala Harris’ “60 Minutes” interview receiving the same edited treatment.

Trump Confirms Upcoming Appearance On Joe Rogan Experience

Rumors are circulating that Joe Rogan could be about to interview Donald Trump.

The UFC commentator hosts the Joe Rogan Experience (JRE) – the world’s most popular podcast, and regularly interviews public figures and political activists such as Matt Walsh, Elon Musk, and Robert F. Kennedy.

Musk in particular has been a notable guest, having appeared on JRE three times since 2018. He has also become closely associated with Trump’s presidential campaign in recent months, going as far as launching the America Super PAC in support of the former president.

Social media has long speculated over a possible Trump appearance on Rogan’s podcast. Rogan’s tolerance towards different points of view, open-ended interview style and general popularity has convinced many of his suitability for a Trump campaign stop, while the two have previously met at UFC events.

Rumors escalated though on Thursday, Oct. 10 when Musk responded to a ZeroHedge article calling for Rogan to interview the former president, opining that “It will happen.”

Trump himself gave the biggest indication of a historic podcast two days later. In a clip from the soon-to-be released interview with the Nelk Boys, Trump confirmed his upcoming appearance on JRE.

“You’re doing a lot of podcasts recently. One that I would love to see you on, I think Joe Rogan has to have you on. Would you do that?” host Kyle Forgeard asked.

Trump replied, “I think I’m doing it, actually.”

Forgeard followed up “so you are going to do Joe Rogan?”

“Yeah I am,” Trump confirmed.

Many were thrilled by the prospect of a Rogan/Trump podcast.

Others offered predictions ahead of its release.

“It’s Indistinguishable From The Party” – MSNBC Producer Exposes Network’s Bias Towards The Democrats In Undercover Video

An undercover investigation by the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) found an MSNBC producer admitting to the broadcaster’s role in promoting Donald Trump in the election campaign.

The 11-minute video (below) released on Thursday, Oct. 3, shows producer Basel Hamdan acknowledging MSNBC as a “mouthpiece for the Democratic Party”, revealing that the corporation is “doing all they can to help” Kamala Harris defeat Donald Trump in next month’s presidential election.

Hamdan said MSBNC’s coverage reflects Harris’ messaging on a particular day in his conversation with an undercover female journalist. He added that the network’s audience had “dumbed down” in recent years, allowing the network to relax on critical journalism.

“The type of people who work in Democratic politics and in the campaign are often the same type of people who appear on air at MSNBC,” Hamdan continued. “It reinforces the point I’m making: this news network is indistinguishable from the party.”

The producer has since locked his social media presence in the wake of a furious viewership.

Although MSNBC has long been considered a left-wing broadcaster with extreme liberals such as Joy Reid regularly featuring, the bursting of an open secret is nevertheless still shocking.

Several commentors on social media also wondered how Hamdan failed to spot the undercover journalist.

CNN In Meltdown Over Melania Trump’s $250,000 Interview Fee

Melania Trump gave the middle finger to the left-wing CNN by requesting $250,000 for an interview to promote her new book.

The wife of former president Donald is promoting her self-titled memoir, due to be published Tuesday, Oct. 8, about her tenure in the White House as First Lady of the United States.

CNN said that following weeks of negotiations, Melania’s publisher sent an “unusual” demand for an interview, namely a $250,000 fee. It also contained a non-disclosure agreement featuring “strict terms” with a $100,000 fee for each breach.

CNN then proceeded to criticize Melania by highlighting previous appearance fees and using comments from critical interviewees.

Given the usual resumption of hostile coverage, it’s perhaps no wonder that Melania chose to snub CNN. It’s amusing that CNN doesn’t even seem to understand the message being sent here. Just like how leaving a one-cent tip to a waiter is technically “more generous” than leaving none but is way more insulting, Melania is deliberately mocking CNN in denying their interview – and once more in saying she’d be willing only for right price to make it worth her time.

In what most publications would consider a non-story, CNN continued to highlight their distress by arguing that paying a fee for interviews is “viewed by the industry as crossing ethical boundaries and is not standard practice.” In total the broadcaster dedicated more than 1,200 words to the article.

The also covered the story on air, in what made for amusing television:

As Fox News denied paying a fee for their interview with the former first lady, some thought Melania’s fee was a deliberate troll against the left-wing corporation.

Other commentors shared instances of Democrats earning from appearance fees.
