AOC Denies Medicaid for Illegal Aliens Exists as Dems Sue to Cover It Up

Twenty Democrat-led states have filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), seeking to prevent the agency from reviewing whether Medicaid funds have been used to cover individuals living in the country illegally. The legal challenge, led by California Attorney General Rob Bonta, targets a new initiative by federal health officials who, beginning in June, started sharing Medicaid data with DHS as part of a broader review.

According to a report from NPR, the lawsuit alleges that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) directed the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide DHS with sensitive information about Medicaid enrollees in multiple states, including California, Illinois, Washington, and Washington, D.C. “The Trump Administration has upended longstanding privacy protections with its decision to illegally share sensitive, personal health data with ICE,” Bonta said in a statement announcing the lawsuit.

“In doing so, it has created a culture of fear that will lead to fewer people seeking vital emergency medical care.”

The lawsuit argues that the data sharing arrangement violates confidentiality provisions and undermines trust in the healthcare system. States involved in the legal action claim that Medicaid recipients’ private information — including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, immigration status, and healthcare details — is being improperly shared with immigration authorities.

The initiative, however, has drawn attention from Republicans, who have questioned whether taxpayer-funded Medicaid is being used to cover non-citizens, including illegal aliens. The issue has become a focal point in debates over President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which includes provisions aimed at tightening Medicaid eligibility requirements and eliminating access to benefits for individuals in the country illegally.

Senator Eric Schmitt stated that the legislation would remove roughly 1.4 million illegal immigrants from Medicaid rolls.

The effort has been framed by supporters as a move to preserve taxpayer-funded programs for legal residents and citizens, and to curb abuse of public resources. Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna highlighted the contradiction between Democratic claims and state-level policy. Luna responded to comments by New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who had posted on X: “Not one federal dollar currently goes to giving undocumented people Medicaid and you know that. What DOES need to be said is that Republicans are set to kick 17 million Americans off their health insurance.”

Luna pushed back by pointing to public data and state policies that permit Medicaid-like benefits for certain low-income immigrants, including those without legal status, in states such as California and Illinois.

Even NPR acknowledged in its coverage that some states allow immigrants who do not qualify for Medicaid to access publicly funded health programs. These programs are state-funded, but the data surrounding these enrollees is shared with CMS and now, under the new initiative, with DHS.

The lawsuit’s plaintiffs argue that the data-sharing effort could discourage immigrants from seeking care. Meanwhile, federal officials have defended the data exchange as necessary to ensure compliance with eligibility rules and to verify the proper use of federal healthcare dollars.

As legal proceedings unfold, DHS has not indicated whether it will pause its inquiry into Medicaid misuse. The Trump administration has continued to signal support for further oversight into how federal health funds are distributed across states. The case is expected to raise broader questions about privacy, federal oversight, and the balance between public health access and immigration enforcement. No timeline has been provided for when the courts may issue a ruling on the matter.

Archaeologists Reveal Stunning Discovery Proving Biblical Battle At Armageddon Site

Eli Schwartz / Shutterstock.com

Archaeologists working at an ancient site in northern Israel uncovered proof of the Biblical Battle of Megiddo from the Second Book of Kings in the Old Testament.

Artifacts uncovered at the site, namely ancient Egyptian pottery, points toward the famed battle where the King of Judah, Josiah, fought against the army of Egyptian Pharaoh Necho II, and died in 609 B.C., according to Fox News. The site, known today as Tel Megiddo, was once a city, and has held various settlements from the Cooper Age through to World War I.

While it is largely known that the battle took place at the site, “significant quantities” of Egyptian-produced vessels, which date back to the late 7th century B.C., now prove to the world of science that the events described in the Old Testament are true. While some argue the pieces were imported to the area by trade routes, researchers like Dr. Assaf Kleiman think they were brought in with troops from Necho’s army.

Kleiman noted the “crude production technique, functional mixture, and the lack of similar evidence in nearby settlements” as evidence for the relationship to the military. “The exposure of so many Egyptian vessels, including fragments of serving bowls, cooking pots, and storage jars, is an exceptional phenomenon,” Kleiman told the outlet. “We, therefore, understand it as representing Egyptians who settled at Megiddo in the late 7th century, maybe as part of an army force that arrived at the site following the collapse of the Assyrian Empire.”

More Proof …

Greek pottery was also found at the site, suggesting Greek mercenaries were working with the Egyptian army, which was also common at the time. “The possibility of the participation of such mercenaries in the killing of Josiah may be hinted [at] in prophetic works in the Bible,” Kleiman continued.

The broken vessels and other pieces were likely left as litter after the battle. And while there is no other non-Biblical proof of Josiah, his existence “has never been doubted in biblical and historical scholarship.

“We can also note that literacy was more common in that era, and thus his reign was most likely documented by scribes who witnessed the events in real time,” he added. “Evidence for Necho’s presence in the Levant and the battle against the Babylonians in Carchemish, where the Egyptians lost, is documented in the Babylonian chronicles as well as in the Bible, in Jeremiah and Kings.”

Book of Revelation: Megiddo

The site is also known colloquially as “Armageddon,” which is closely related to the Hebrew phrase
“Har Megiddo,” Fox added. In the Old Testament, the site is referenced in relation to the battle, but it also appears in the Book of Revelation.

Megiddo is said to be the site where the Battle of Armageddon is fought between the Kings of Earth and God, Fox argued, but it is only lightly and indirectly referenced in the Book of Revelation (16:16). The chapter described the end times, and the Seven Bowls of God’s Wrath, ending in an almighty earthquake, hundred-pound hailstones falling from the sky, and the city being split into three parts, with “the cities of the nation collapsed” (Revelation 16:19).

Donald Trump’s First Week Back In Office In 300 Words

It was a historic week in the United States as Donald Trump became the second person to return to the presidency after a four-year absence.

After months of speculation about a second Trump term following his landslide victory over Kamala Harris in November last year, the world finally caught a glimpse of what to expect over the next four years.

Trump was officially inaugurated at 12pm EST, and tore apart the previous administration in front of their very own eyes.

While speeches and formal events took up most of the day’s agenda, Trump wasted no time in signing scores of executive orders in the Oval Office. The sight of a president taking reporter questions without preparation felt alien after four years of Joe Biden.

Tuesday began with a traditional inauguration prayer service, but controversy erupted when Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde urged the President to “have mercy” on immigrants and transgender children.

Pretty soon, however, attention turned back to business at hand. The President held a lengthy press conference following a landmark announcement regarding investment into AI…

… while later signing an executive order banning DEI programs within federal agencies.

By the middle of the week, attention turned to the war in Ukraine, with the President threatening further sanctions against Russia if they refused to halt the “ridiculous” conflict.

His attention on the rest of the world didn’t stop there, with a virtual address to the World Economic Forum in Davos on Thursday.

On Friday, Trump visited California to see firsthand the impact of the devastating wildfires, before a trip to Nevada over the weekend.

And that’s just week one!

Former Illegal Alien Rhode Island Judge Resigns Hours After FBI Raid on His Office

A judge widely described as the first “formerly undocumented judge” in Rhode Island has resigned following a raid by the FBI on his law office on Thursday, Jan. 23.

Central Falls Municipal Court Judge Joseph Molina Flynn was the subject of a raid at his downtown Providence office on Thursday afternoon. Footage shared widely on social media revealed FBI and Homeland Security officers conducting the investigation hours, while police cruisers were seen outside.

Flynn, who was born in Colombia and lived in the U.S. for 15 years before obtaining a lawful permanent residency permit and later citizenship, describes himself as a specialist in immigration, family and criminal matters. He is also a professor at the Roger Williams University Law School where he teaches “Crimmigration.”

No criminal charges have been filed, but Flynn has been accused of defrauding his clients, and it’s reasonable to speculate that he was helping illegals skirt immigration law.

Hours later, Flynn resigned from his position at Central Falls Municipal Court. He was also removed from the RWU faculty page.

WATCH: The Village People Perform Y.M.C.A. At Donald Trump’s Victory Rally

Donald Trump capped off a remarkable victory rally ahead of Inauguration Day with a live performance of Y.M.C.A. by the Village People.

The 1978 #1 hit, which became the closer for MAGA rallies throughout the campaign, skyrocketed in popularity as a result of the President-elect’s influence. Trump would perform his signature dance at the end of almost all of his rallies, which played a key factor in his electoral victory last November.

Following the election, the “Trump dance” became a signature celebration in many sporting events. At UFC 309, heavyweight champion Jon Jones performed the dance in front of the President-elect, while it also swept the NFL and even the third division of English soccer.

Despite an initial reluctance to permit use of the song, Village People frontman Victor Willis expressed his support for Y.M.C.A.’s association with the Republican in December. He also hinted he would be “open” to performing the #1 hit at Trump’s inauguration.

On Sunday, Jan. 19, the prospect of a live performance came true as thousands flocked to the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. The Village People came together for the live rendition, with Trump taking center stage with his iconic dance moves.

Check it out for yourself – and yes, he does the dance.

The group took an ovation and shook hands with Trump before departing the stage.

Further musical performances are earmarked for Inauguration Day, with Carrie Underwood set to perform America the Beautiful as part of the festivities.

Village People Frontman Open To Performing Y.M.C.A. At Donald Trump’s Inauguration

The singer and songwriter of Y.M.C.A., the Village People hit that became a signature part of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, has said he would “seriously consider” performing the song at the President-elect’s request.

Victor Willis recently issued a statement via Facebook on Trump’s usage of the song, becoming somewhat of a fan of the Republican after initially asking him to cease using it as campaign rallies. The 1978 track skyrocketed to #1 following the presidential election, with Willis noting its commercial success in recent weeks.

In an interview with Fox and Friends, Willis – who voiced support for Vice President Kamala Harris during the campaign – did not endorse Trump, and initially replied, “Probably not,” when asked if he would perform at Trump’s inauguration because it could be viewed as an endorsement.

But he did give one condition in which he would be willing to perform there; if Trump personally requested it.

WILLIS: If you were to ask me today if the Village People would perform at the inauguration, I would probably say not because we’d be concerned about endorsement.

However, because the president-elect has done so much for YMCA and brought so much joy to so many people, the song has actually gone back to No. 1, and it’s still No. 1 today, so if he were to ask the Village People to perform the song live for him, we’d have to seriously consider it.

Many on social media believed the performance would be one for the ages.

Others were optimistic about the prospect of a performance on Jan. 20.

Salon Owner In Deep-Red State Complains About Losing Customers After Viral Anti-Trump Rant

An Idaho beauty salon is facing a sharp decline in customers after its owner made viral comments on TikTok criticizing supporters of President-elect Donald Trump as “racist, homophobic, and misogynistic” and telling them she didn’t want their business.

The message was received.

Tiffney Prickett, the owner of Voiage Salon in Coeur d’Alene, said the Republican had given “small men the ability and the courage to be misogynistic and hateful.” She pondered why more men “don’t have the courage” to stand up against “these small men who think they can do whatever they want and say whatever they want to women these small men who think they can do whatever they want and say whatever they want to women.”

Sadly for Prickett, her salon is situated in a deeply conservative part of Idaho – something she addressed in a follow-up video.

“So this is me suffering the consequences of my own action. I just had a client send her husband into my salon and demand a refund for gift cards – pre-purchased – because of my stance that if you support a racist, homophobic, misogynist rapist, and you’re OK with those things because you supported them that you are in fact those things,” she said. “I didn’t want to deal with them anyway because I knew that that whole family were Trump supporters because I’ve been doing her for 15 years, I’ve been to her family functions and family events. She’s given me gifts over the years. She was a very good client.”

She doubled down on her stance, adding that her clients were “dropping like flies”, but would “rather go work at Chipotle” than permit Trump supporters in her salon – which seems increasingly likely.

Her website has since been deactivated.

The tirade attracted heavy criticism on social media, particularly given that Prickett benefitted from a $4,984 PPP loan from the federal government during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Another user shared details after driving by her business earlier in the day.

Democratic Staffer Released Without Charge After Video Shows Him Yanking At Montana Ballot Box

A Democratic staffer was dismissed after video footage emerged pertaining to show him yanking a ballot drop box.

Laszlo Gendler, an employee of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), was dismissed by the party after he was arrested amid accusations of ballot box tampering.

In the video, Gendler can be seen pulling the ballot box at the Glacier County Satellite Office in Browning on the Blackfeet Reservation, before stepping away, sending a text message, and taking a picture of it. He then pulls the box before leaving the scene.

Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen, who was later shown footage of the incident, said, “Footage has emerged of a D.C. Democratic staffer tampering with a ballot drop box in Glacier County. This isn’t speculation – it is on camera…we are currently investigating this matter with the help of law enforcement and will continue to observe the actions of the Democratic Party of Montana under close watch.”

Gendler was questioned by the Glacier County Sheriff’s Office, but released without charge.

Glacier County Attorney Terryl Matt said a review of the footage “determined that the issue is unsubstantiated”, adding that the “video does not constitute a legitimate attempt to tamper with the ballot box or the electoral process”.

He was since dismissed by the DSCC from his role in assisting Sen. Jon Tester’s re-election campaign.

Social media users were less than impressed by the decision to release Gendler.

Others expressed concern that this was not an isolated incident.

There were also calls for such ballot boxes to be scrapped.

J.D. Vance Gives Dignified Response After Being Denied Entry to Pittsburgh Culinary Landmark

Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance offered a classy response after being asked to leave a Pennsylvania restaurant during a campaign stop.

Sen. Vance’s campaign stopped by the Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar in North Versailles, PA, over the weekend on a planned visit to greet supporters. However, the trip was cut short when Vance was asked to leave.

The restaurant was previously visited by the Harris-Walz campaign in August, with customers reportedly forced out in order to make way for the Democratic ticket’s visit.

Despite not being welcomed with open arms like this viral was, the vice presidential nominee showed dignity when speaking with supporters outside the restaurant.

“We paid for everybody’s food, we gave them a nice tip and, of course, when I gave a nice tip, I said no taxes on tips,” Vance said in reference to the Donald Trump policy. “It’s all right, don’t hold it against [the staff] – she just got a little nervous, but it’s a great local business. Let’s keep on supporting it.”

Vance also paid the bills of disgruntled customers who left after he was kicked out.

Primanti Bros. later issued a statement on social media.

Nevertheless, not all on social media were best pleased by the restaurant’s actions.

Others called for a business-wide boycott.

And the Harris campaign openly bragged about Primanti discriminating against one of their opponents.
