The medical examiner in the Daniel Penny case has come under fire for her questionable analysis of the facts, which many viewed as biased against Penny.
The prosecution rested its bogus case yesterday, which centers around whether or not Penny was acting in self-defense in protecting subway passengers from a raving lunatic threatening to kill people. Only in New York City would this even be a subject of debate, let alone a criminal case.
As was the case for George Floyd, Neely had drugs in his system – something the medical examiner didn’t even begin to take into account in her analysis. As the Daily Wire reported:
The New York medical examiner who performed Jordan Neely’s autopsy testified that she determined Neely died from asphyxiation after viewing viral videos of him in a chokehold and without waiting to see a toxicology report.
Dr. Cynthia Harris was the last witness called by the prosecution on Friday, CBS News reported. She testified that, even though Neely had a pulse when police arrived, he still died from Daniel Penny’s chokehold. “This is an asphyxial death. So, in asphyxial death, for lack of a better way of putting it, the brain dies first,” she testified, according to The Washington Times.
Penny’s defense attorneys questioned Harris why Neely’s death certificate originally listed the cause of death as pending further study. Harris said this was due to a misunderstanding from a police report that said Neely had been screaming while police were present. But, after viewing video of Penny restraining Neely in a chokehold and appearing unresponsive, Harris made her determination about the cause of death – without waiting for the toxicology report.
Harris told the defense that even if Neely had enough fentanyl in his system to take out an elephant, she still would have ruled that he died from asphyxiation.
Does this sound like someone with a political agenda to you?
It sure does to us at Wokespy – and a quick search through the FEC’s individual contribution records reveals that Dr. Harris accounted for $6,600 of the $1 billion that her fellow Harris incinerated before losing to Donald Trump.
In July and August of this year, two contributions of $3,300 were made to the Harris campaign, while $330 was made to ActBlue – and I have no insight on why she only makes contributions in numbers beginning in 33.
This of course leads to an obvious question; can someone who heavily donated to the woman that encouraged the George Floyd riots of 2020 and then raised bail money for people who would go on to commit murders, and backed defunding the police, be trusted as a neutral source in a self-defense case that has become politically coded? To ask such a question answers it.

He was detained at Le Bourget Airport near Paris after arriving from Azerbaijan. This arrest, stemming from an investigation into criminal activities allegedly conducted via Telegram, raises significant concerns about free speech and the future of encrypted communication. French authorities claim the app has been used for drug trafficking and distribution of child sexual abuse images.
Pavel Durov was detained on Saturday near Paris. Mr. Durov was arrested at Le Bourget Airport, about five miles north of the French capital, after landing on a private plane from Azerbaijan.
Durov, widely known for his advocacy of encrypted communication, was whisked away to France’s National Anti-Fraud Office and remains in custody. As of now, he has not been formally charged, but his detention can be extended until Wednesday. By then, authorities must decide to charge or release him. While under detention, Durov could face serious allegations that include complicity in facilitating drug trafficking and the distribution of child sexual abuse material via Telegram.

Unsurprisingly, this attack on personal freedom doesn’t apply to everyone equally. Single-family homes, hotels, and motels are conveniently exempt from the ban. It’s almost as if the wealthy elites who can afford their own houses don’t want these rules applied to them.

Here’s where it gets really tricky. The city admits they don’t have the resources for police or code enforcement to actually enforce this ridiculous law. Instead, they’re relying on landlords and tenants to take legal action against each other. That’s right – they want to turn neighbor against neighbor in some sort of twisted liberal snitch society.

That needs to be the biggest story for you guys in all mass media. The fact that children have chronic illness at over 50%, that’s a 10-12 year-old statistic. So we have to get people healthy,” Rob Schneider said, echoing comments made by his friend Kennedy.

Woke Mania: Black-Only Crossword Puzzles
In a world where the Woke brigade never tires of finding fault with everything, 32-year-old Juliana Pache has introduced a black-only crossword puzzle website. Blackcrossword.com was launched in January 2023, offering daily mini-puzzles that spotlight Black culture and history. Apparently, mainstream crossword puzzles are too biased for her taste. And mainstream news outlets can’t stop covering her.
Pache recounted her inspiration, claiming she struggled with a crossword puzzle that didn’t include references she found familiar. Rather than pick up a history book or do a bit more learning, she decided it was time for a whole new crossword experience. One that was more focused on…race.
“I had never made a crossword puzzle before,” Pache said. “But I was like, I can figure it out.”
The Book and The Mission
As if the website was not enough, Pache has also released a book titled “Black Crossword: 100 Mini Puzzles Celebrating the African Diaspora.” Once again, the mainstream media is busy showering her efforts with praise—because nothing says woke like focusing exclusively on one group to highlight inclusivity.
Pache aims to include at least three Black cultural references per puzzle. Her goal, as she states, is to create content that Black people would enjoy and to highlight the diversity within Black communities and cultures.
So apparently “Black jobs” is offensive but “Black cultural references” isn’t? Ok…

Imagine honestly believing something as benign as crosswords needs to become a battleground for cultural sensitivity. There are people doing exactly that, though.
Data journalist Michelle Pera-McGhee’s 2020 project brought to light the gender and racial disparities in crossword puzzle references. With several initiatives underway, makers are now offering fellowships for underrepresented puzzle constructors and creating puzzles for varied communities.
It’s “interesting because it’s supposed to be easy,” Pera-McGhee said. “You want … ideally to reference things that people, everybody knows about because everyone learns about them in school or whatever. … What are the things that we decide we all should know?”
In today’s world, where everything allegedly has an inherent bias, crosswords were bound to become the next target. Weren’t they? As for Pache, her ostensibly …noble… mission continues to carve out niches and build walls. Blackcrossword.com and her accompanying book are just more examples of how the liberal mindset tends to fixate on color in the name of diversity.
In the grand scheme of things, this initiative might become another footnote in the ever-expanding book of Woke culture. Maybe one day we’ll return to simply enjoying puzzles, without needing a magnifying glass for implied biases and hidden meanings. Liberal judge tramples on women’s rights, allows biological male to play on girls’ soccer team

“We are very happy with the judge’s order. It is also what we expected, because we know that this law is unfair and violates the rights of transgender girls of New Hampshire,” said Chris Erchull, an attorney at GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders.
This statement blatantly ignores the rights of biological females who now face unfair competition. The judge’s decision undermines the very purpose of the “Fairness in Women’s Sports Act,” which Governor Sununu rightly said “ensures fairness and safety in women’s sports by maintaining integrity and competitive balance in athletic competitions.”
