Elon Musk Sues Jamaal Bowman Over “Nazi” Smear: “I’ve Had Enough”

Elon Musk Sues Jamaal Bowman Over 'Nazi' Smear: "I've Had Enough"

DOGE leader Elon Musk has announced he will be suing former Democrat Jamaal Bowman for his claims that the SpaceX boss is a “Nazi” during an appearance on CNN. Bowman appeared on CNN’s Newsnight to parrot the false left-wing media narrative that there is an organic groundswell against the Republican Party due to DOGE cuts.

He then made a series of slanderous claims against Musk and the supposed opposition to DOGE, despite polling data showing massive support for the initiative.

“This shows again, the American people do not trust Elon Musk and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position,” the former congressman said.

“And how do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, it was challenged in court, the court said the people have to go back and now the people are coming back.

    He’s incompetent, he’s a thief, he’s a Nazi, and people don’t trust him. Period.”

In response to the claim, Musk took to X to announce legal action against Bowman.

“I’ve had enough. Lawsuit inbound,” Musk wrote.

Musk, who has repeatedly condemned Nazi ideology, was accused of giving a Nazi salute while speaking at a Trump victory rally. However, footage from the event clearly shows Musk pointing to someone in the crowd before raising his fist in the air.

Regardless of the truth, media networks immediately began reporting on doctored clips from the rally to falsely accuse Musk of giving a salute.

Chuck Schumer Admits on Live TV: Dems Stacked Court to Undermine Trump

Chuck Schumer Admits on Live TV: Dems Stacked Court to Undermine Trump

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said the quiet part out loud this week on PBS, admitting that the Democrats intentionally stacked the courts with 235 progressive judges to stop President Donald Trump. It’s no surprise that since Trump took office this year, he’s been bombarded with an all-out legal assault from the weaponized judicial branch plagued with radical leftists.

Since January, Trump has faced 132 legal challenges, with only two resolved. What’s worse is Schumer admitted it all on live TV. When host Geoff Bennett asked if the nation is facing a constitutional crisis, Schumer began gloating about the Dems’ court schemes against Trump.

“There are those who believe that we are, in real time, living through an assault on the constitutional order. Do you believe that we are in a constitutional crisis right now?” Bennett asked.

“Yes,” Schumer responded, adding, “Our democracy is at risk because Donald Trump shows that he wishes to violate the laws in many, many different ways.”

    Then came the bombshell.

The good news here is, we did put 235 judges—progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump—last year on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.

We hope that the appellate courts, when it gets up there in the Supreme Court, will uphold those rulings. They restored the money to NIH. They required that 8,000 federal employees have to come back.

We’re in over 100 lawsuits against them, and we are having a good deal of success. It’s only at the lower court level right now.”

    Watch:

Schumer’s remarks basically validate Trump’s argument about the weaponized judiciary. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) took to X immediately after Schumer’s admission, writing: “‘Progressive judges’ That doesn’t mean ‘judges who follow the law.’ It means progressive activists wearing black robes.”

Representative Eli Crane (R-AZ) also responded: “Here you have Schumer admitting that they put progressive judges in place for the explicit purpose of ruling against Trump. It’s all coordinated and intentional. Congress must act.”

RINO Senator Whines About DOGE’s Cost-Cutting: “It’s Traumatizing People”

RINO Senator Whines About DOGE's Cost-Cutting: 'It's Traumatizing People'

Anti-Trump GOP Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) addressed a potential primary challenge funded by DOGE leader Elon Musk during a Juneau, Alaska, conference on Tuesday. Murkowski responded to the potential primary threat in a defiant tone, saying, “It may be that Elon Musk has decided he’s going to take the next billion dollars that he makes off of Starlink and put it directly against Lisa Murkowski.”

    She continued:

“And you know what? That may happen. But I’m not giving up one minute, one opportunity, to try to stand up for Alaskans.”

Murkowski also remarked on her GOP colleagues’ reticence to voice opposition to President Donald Trump, asserting that their silence reflects their fears of facing primary challenges.

“They’re looking at how many things are being thrown at me, and it’s like, ‘Maybe I just better duck and cover,’” she remarked.

Murkowski also voiced disapproval of recent DOGE cost-cutting measures, claiming they were a source of undue “anxiety.”

    Watch:

She went on to criticize the termination of federal employees in Alaska, claiming they are “traumatizing people” and “leaving holes in our communities.”

Since her write-in defeat of Republican Joe Miller in 2010, Murkowski has faced little political opposition. Alaska’s ranked-choice voting system gave her an additional edge in the state, allowing her to draw support from political moderates and Democrats. However, she acknowledged that Musk’s influence with his super PAC—Ame, America PAC—could have a devastating impact on future primaries aimed at unseating Anti-MAGA Republicans.

Last year, Musk warned Senate RINOs that going against Trump’s agenda and the will of the people will result in them losing “either their Primary or the mid-term election.”

JFK Files Reveals CIA Operative’s Chilling Warning Before His Mysterious Death

JFK Files Exposes CIA Operative's Chilling Warning Before His Mysterious Death

The highly anticipated JFK files, released on Tuesday, have revealed that a CIA operative who was convinced the agency had killed Kennedy was mysteriously found dead from suicide six months later. While the final batch of JFK documents, which includes 80,000 pages, offers “few revelations so far,” per The New York Times, one particular file concerning the death of CIA operative Gary Underhill has begun raising eyebrows.

The file states, “The day after the assassination, Gary Underhill left Washington in a hurry. Late in the evening, he showed up at the home of friends in New Jersey. He was very agitated.”

A small clique within the CIA was responsible for the assassination, he confided, and he was afraid for his life and probably would have to leave the country.

Less than six months later Underhill was found shot to death in his Washington apartment. The coroner ruled it suicide.

According to Underhill’s friends, he was very disturbed after discovering that a “CIA clique which was carrying on a lucrative racket in gun-running, narcotics, and other contraband, and manipulating political intrigue to serve its own ends” had assassinated JFK. Kennedy allegedly got “wind that something was going on” but was ultimately taken out before he could “blow the whistle on it.”

Underhill’s friends initially didn’t take his claims seriously, refusing to believe that the CIA could be responsible for assassinating their own American president. However, his friends’ suspicions were raised following Underhill’s subsequent ‘suicide’ six months later.

“His body was found by a writing collaborator, Asher Brynes of the New Republic. He had been shot behind the left ear, and an automatic pistol was under his left side. Odd, says Brynes, because Underhill was right-handed.”

Brynes also wondered why a silencer had been fitted to the pistol and if Underhill had indeed used it.

    The file states:

“Underhill obviously had been dead several days. Garry Underhill’s chilling story is hardly implausible.

As a spy apparatus, the CIA is honeycombed with self-contained cliques operating without any real central control.”

Dan Bongino Makes Immediate Impact as He Steps into FBI Leadership Role

Dan Bongino Makes Immediate Impact as He Steps into FBI Leadership Role

Dan Bongino officially stepped into his role as Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Monday, immediately paying tribute to fallen agents at the agency’s Wall of Honor. The moment was acknowledged by the FBI, who said:

“After his swearing-in ceremony as FBI Deputy Director, Dan Bongino paid his respects at the Wall of Honor, honoring the brave members of the FBI who made the ultimate sacrifice and reflecting on the legacy of those who paved the way in the pursuit of justice and security.”

Bongino said in a Monday post on X:

“It is an honor to serve as Deputy Director for the Federal Bureau of Investigation at such a critical time for our nation. The American people deserve a justice system that is transparent, accountable, and committed to the rule of law”

Bongino, a former Secret Service agent and New York City Police Department (NYPD) officer, was appointed to his role in the FBI as part of President Trump’s overhaul of the agency. Bongino’s career began in 1995 when he joined the NYPD and later the U.S. Secret Service in 1999. During his tenure, he served on the elite Presidential Protective Division, providing security for Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

Not long after leaving government service, Bongino entered politics before transitioning into the media world with Fox News and then launching one of the most successful conservative podcasts on the planet—The Dan Bongino Show.

Trump appointed Bongino Deputy Director of the FBI under Kash Patel on February 23. Bongino will be responsible for overseeing the bureau’s daily operations, including intelligence and investigative activities worldwide. Notably, Bongino has been a vocal critic of issues related to the FBI and the Secret Service, which will undoubtedly bring a much-needed new approach to the agency.

Trump-Hating NPR Journalist Identified as Reporter Behind Boom Mic Incident

Trump-Hating NPR Journalist Identified as Reporter Behind Boom Mic Incident

Laura Loomer has identified the reporter who hit President Donald Trump in the face with a boom mic last week as newly appointed NPR White House Correspondent Danielle Kurtzleben. According to Loomer’s post, Kurtzleben is a raging Trump hater and LGBTQ advocate.

      Loomer wrote on X:

I have identified the reporter who hit President Donald Trump in the face with a boom mic this week while he was speaking to the press on the tarmac.

Her name is Danielle Kurtzleben @titonka. She is the newly appointed White House reporter for NPR and a massive Trump hater and LGBTQ advocate who once suggested during the 2024 campaign that Trump only spoke in Howell, Michigan because it has ties to the KKK.

Did she hit President Trump in the face on purpose?

For more context, here is Kurtzleben’s bio from the NPR website:

Danielle Kurtzleben is a political correspondent assigned to NPR’s Washington Desk. She appears on NPR shows, writes for the web, and is a regular on The NPR Politics Podcast. She is covering the 2024 presidential election, with particular focuses on economic policy and gender politics.

Before joining NPR in 2015, Kurtzleben spent a year as a correspondent for Vox.com. As part of the site’s original reporting team, she covered economics and business news.

Prior to Vox.com, Kurtzleben was with U.S. News & World Report for nearly four years, where she covered the economy, campaign finance, and demographic issues. As associate editor, she launched Data Mine, a data visualization blog on usnews.com.

A native of Titonka, Iowa, Kurtzleben has a bachelor’s degree in English from Carleton College. She also holds a master’s degree in global communication from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs.

That’s right, the so-called journalist is a notorious TDS sufferer.

      And Loomer has the receipts:

Kurtzleben has since locked down her X account; what is she worried about?

We can’t verify that Kurtzleben was the woman who hit Trump in the face with the boom mic, but whoever it was poses a serious security risk.

Colorado Republican Lauren Boebert said former President Biden would have been knocked over by the mic hit, while others wonder if it was intentional.

“She just made television tonight,” Trump said several seconds after the moment of impact.

“She just became a big story tonight, right? Did you see that?”

Trump was right, and MAGA isn’t letting this one go.

16 Senate Democrats Vote Against Fentanyl Crackdown—Here Are Their Names

16 Senate Democrats Vote Against Fentanyl Crackdown—Here Are Their Names

The United States Senate has overwhelmingly passed the HALT Fentanyl Act (S.331), which designates fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs under the Controlled Substances Act.

The legislation, sponsored by Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA), was backed by 84 senators.

However, 16 Democrats inexplicably voted against the measure.

Their reason? Either blind partisanship or a preference for soft-on-crime policies—I’m leaning toward the latter.

Here is the full list of Democrats who opposed the final passage of the Halt Fentanyl Act:

      • Angela Alsobrooks (D-MD)
      • Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE)
      • Cory Booker (D-NJ)
      • Tammy Duckworth (D-IL)
      • Mazie Hirono (D-HI)
      • Ed Markey (D-MA)
      • Jeff Merkley (D-OR)
      • Chris Murphy (D-CT)
      • Alex Padilla (D-CA)
      • Bernie Sanders (D-VT)
      • Adam Schiff (D-CA)
      • Chris Van Hollen (D-MD)
      • Raphael Warnock (D-GA)
      • Elizabeth Warren (D-MA)
      • Peter Welch (D-VT)
      • Ron Wyden (D-OR)

The legislation now heads to the House of Representatives, where it is expected to pass with bipartisan support.

      The National Pulse reports:

Sen. Cassidy’s legislation—now on its way to the House of Representatives, where it is expected to also pass with bipartisan support—upgrades punishments for so-called “fentanyl-related substances” and aligns them with the penalties applied to fentanyl analogues.

Notably, offenses involving 100 grams or more of fentanyl analogues carry a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison. The federal mandatory minimum sentence is likely the reason why most of the 16 Democrats opposed the bill—though the influence of Chinese agents cannot be discounted.

Chinese chemical and pharmaceutical companies illicitly export hundreds of kilograms of fentanyl precursor chemicals to the United States every month.

In February, several executives with Wuhan-based Hubei Aoks Bio-Tech Co. Ltd were indicted by U.S. federal prosecutors for illegally importing fentanyl precursors into the United States. In October of last year, eight Chinese companies and their employees were indicted for similar crimes in Florida.

Trump Threatens 200% Tariffs Against “Hostile and Abusive” European Union

Trump Threatens 200% Tariffs Against 'Hostile and Abusive' European Union

President Donald Trump threatened the European Union (EU) with crushing tariffs if it does not lift “a nasty 50% Tariff on Whisky.”

The president, who described the EU as “one of the most hostile and abusive taxing and tariffing authorities in the World,” said he would place a 200% tariff if the globalist Union did not remove theirs.

“If this Tariff is not removed immediately, the U.S. will shortly place a 200% Tariff on all WINES, CHAMPAGNES, & ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS COMING OUT OF FRANCE AND OTHER E.U. REPRESENTED COUNTRIES,” Trump warned.

The EU implemented tariffs on $28 billion worth of U.S. goods as a countermeasure to President Trump’s increased tariffs on foreign steel and aluminum imports. The EU targeted bourbon, jeans, and motorcycles, which appeared to be designed to harm globally popular American brands. However, tariffs on metal imports to the U.S. were not targeted at the EU but took effect globally, imposing a 25 percent levy on various metal items.

Tariffs in several areas have often been unbalanced in the EU’s favor. For example, the EU imposed 0 percent tariffs on American cars while the U.S. imposed only 2.5 percent tariffs on European cars.

      The Hill reported:

A trade war with Europe was escalated Wednesday when Trump’s 25 percent tariffs on steel and aluminum took effect, leading the EU to swiftly retaliate with a two-step approach.

The European trading bloc, which is made up of 27 nations, said it will allow the suspension of existing 2018 and 2020 countermeasures against the U.S. to expire April 1. That would allow for 50 percent tariffs on American whiskey, which were suspended, to automatically go into effect.

Second, the commission is proposing a new package of countermeasures on goods coming from the U.S. that will go into effect in mid-April, covering some $28 billion in imports in total.

Chris Swonger, CEO of the Distilled Spirits Council, urged Trump to make a deal with the EU to prevent escalation.

“The U.S.-EU spirits sector is the model for fair and reciprocal trade, having zero-for-zero tariffs since 1997,” he said.

“We urge President Trump to secure a spirits agreement with the EU to get us back to zero-for-zero tariffs, which will create U.S. jobs and increase manufacturing and exports for the American hospitality sector. We want toasts not tariffs.”

On Wednesday, Swonger warned that a European whiskey tariff would be “very, very devastating.”

“We’ve just gotten the news early, early this morning, that the [EU] is poised to put a 50 percent tariff on American whiskey,” Swonger told NewsNation’s Nichole Berlie.

“That will be very, very devastating.”

Senior USAID Official Orders Document Destruction, White House Responds

Senior USAID Official Orders Document Destruction, White House Responds

The White House has responded to an email from a senior USAID official ordering staffers to destroy documents at the Ronald Reagan Building on Tuesday.

The building is currently being cleared out as thousands of USAID workers have been placed on administrative leave.

In a motion filed in Washington, D.C., federal court, the unions cited an email from USAID’s acting executive director, Erica Carr, which stated:

“Shred as many documents first, and reserve the burn bags for when the shredder becomes unavailable or needs a break.

The only labeling required on the burn bags are the words ‘SECRET’ and ‘USAID/(B/IO)’ in dark sharpie if possible.”

White House Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly responded by saying it was “more fake news hysteria.”

“The USAID building will soon be occupied by CBP,” Kelly said.

“This was sent to roughly three dozen employees. The documents involved were old, mostly courtesy content (content from other agencies), and the originals still exist on classified computer systems,” she added.

      “More fake news hysteria!”

The lawsuit was brought by the American Federation of Government Employees and the American Foreign Service Association, alleging that Trump overstepped his authority by largely shuttering an independent agency established by Congress by firing employees.

On Tuesday, the plaintiffs asked U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols for a temporary restraining order to block the shredding of the documents.

They argued that the loss of vital personnel or other records could prevent USAID from resuming its operations.

The judge responded by ordering both sides to submit a status report by Wednesday morning proposing a schedule for briefs on the motion.

Nichols allowed the Trump administration to proceed with its plan to put more than 2,000 USAID employees on leave.

The Trump administration has scrapped more than 80% of USAID’s programs and fired much of its staff.

In a separate lawsuit, a federal judge ruled that the Trump administration cannot refuse to spend foreign aid money appropriated by Congress, stopping short of restoring canceled contracts.

Tucker Carlson Exposes RINO Senator Working to Block JFK Files Release

Tucker Carlson Exposes RINO Senator Working to Block JFK Files Release

Tucker Carlson has claimed a Republican U.S. senator has been secretly working to thwart the release of the highly anticipated files on President John F. Kennedy’s assassination.

Carlson said the individual pressured those within the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to reject the nomination of another person by President Donald Trump to join his national intelligence team.

The nominee previously pushed for a full, unredacted release of the JFK files, which Carlson said was the reason behind the senator’s moves.

“You have a sitting member of the United States Senate whose main goal is to keep those files secret, and then you have to ask yourself, what is that?” Carlson told former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo during his show.

While nobody alive could be implicated in the assassination cover-up of Kennedy, Carlson said he knew who may have been attempting to do so, naming Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) of Arkansas.

“If you’re telling me that, six weeks ago, a sitting senator was attempting to keep someone out of a job to keep these files secret to protect ‘the CIA,’ I don’t believe that for a second,” Carlson declared.

Cuomo asked Carlson why he had not called Trump and asked what motivation Sen. Cotton may have for blocking his nominee.

      “I haven’t. I haven’t asked,” Carlson said.

“I’d like to… I’m not sure he’ll sit down and do an interview with me.”

      Watch:

Cotton fired back at Carlson, saying he “knows how to reach me” and hasn’t followed up to ask him about the secondhand story.

“This is false. I have no problem releasing the ‘JFK files.’ Had @tuckercarlson asked me, I would’ve told him,” Cotton wrote on X.

“He has texted me multiple times in recent weeks, so he knows how to reach me.”

      He continued:

“I would’ve explained that I’ve never spoken to President Trump or his associates or administration officials about the files, never objected to the appointment of any person because of the files, and have complete faith that Tulsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and other officials will release the files as appropriate in accordance with President Trump’s directive.”

However, Cotton recently objected to President Trump’s decision to revoke security details for several officials from his administration, including:

      • Former National Security Advisor John Bolton
      • Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and his top aide Brian Hook

Cotton said Trump’s decision could have a major effect on who in the intelligence community agrees to work with him in his second administration.

“It’s also about the president being able to get good people and get good advice,” Cotton said.

“They might hesitate to do so, or they might hesitate if they’re in office to give him the advice he needs to carry out the policies that he decides upon.”
