Pam Bondi Cracks Down on Domestic Terrorism: Tesla Firebomber Faces 20 Years

US Attorney General Pam Bondi announced federal charges against Cooper Frederick, 24, in the firebombing of the Tesla dealership in Loveland, Colorado.

Frederick, who targeted the Loveland Tesla dealership with an incendiary device last month, was arrested on March 14 and charged with second-degree arson, use of explosives or incendiary devices during a felony, criminal mischief, and other crimes.

Bondi warned others planning to take part in acts of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties:

“I’ve made it clear, if you take part in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you, and put you behind bars.

Today, I’m proud to announce that the Department of Justice has unsealed federal charges against another Tesla attacker.

We’ve charged Cooper Frederick in the firebombing of a Tesla dealership that occurred on March 7 in Loveland, Colorado.

There will be no negotiating. We are seeking 20 years in prison.

The crime was committed in Colorado, and thanks to the great investigative work by the FBI, the defendant was arrested in Plano, Texas. Let this be a warning. You can run, but you cannot hide. Justice is coming.”

Last week, Paul Kim, 36, was arrested following a “targeted attack” on a Tesla center.

Kim used Molotov cocktails and firearms during his attack, police said.

Kim was charged with shooting a gun into an abandoned structure/vehicle, third-degree arson, destruction of real property, and possession of a flammable device.

Kim’s social media shows him with potential communist & pro-Palestine affiliations, per Fox News‘s Bill Melugin.

Last month, President Donald Trump said acts of political violence will not be tolerated, stating that the increasing violence will be labeled as acts of domestic terrorism.

“I will do that, I’ll do it. I’m going to stop them,” the president said in response to the threat level being raised.

“Those people are going to go through a big problem when we catch them. We’ve got a lot of cameras up, we already know who some of them are. We’re going to catch them,” he said.

“And they’re bad guys. They’re the same guys that screw around with our schools and universities, the same garbage,” the president added.

Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) put her foot in it this week after inadvertently criticizing former Vice President Kamala Harris and fellow Squad members during a swipe at a Republican colleague.

During an appearance on The Breakfast Club, Crockett slammed Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) for marrying a white woman.

“If we continue to put into office skinfolk, who are definitely not our kinfolk, such as Byron Donalds, who are going to continue to say… the fact that you was sitting around talking about life was better under Jim Crow?” she said in the now-viral clip.

“Like, is this because you don’t understand history?” the Democrat says in a viral clip circulating on X.

“Or literally it’s because you married a white woman, so you think that whitewash you?” she quipped.

When host Charlamagne tha God noted that Donalds “couldn’t even be married to a white woman under Jim Crow,” Crockett yelled, “Correct!”

“It’s a joy to call him out,” she continued.

“It’s like they give him his talking points, and he’s like, ‘Yes massa, I got it.’”

During Crockett’s rant, she accidentally criticized Harris, whose husband Doug Emhoff is white, as well as fellow Squad members Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Summer Lee (D-PA).

Crockett also made headlines this week after referring to her state’s Republican governor as “Hot Wheels” because he uses a wheelchair, which she failed to apologize for.

She also allegedly assaulted a conservative journalist after the young man asked whether she condoned the nationwide acts of vandalism against Tesla cars and dealerships.

GOP Bill Seeks to Cut Off NPR and PBS: "Taxpayers Shouldn't Fund Propaganda"

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) introduced a bill to fully defund NPR and PBS during a viral congressional hearing this week, calling the taxpayer-funded outlets “propaganda machines for the radical left.”

The move came after a House Subcommittee on Government Efficiency hearing Wednesday, where NPR CEO Katherine Maher was brutally grilled by GOP lawmakers for the outlet’s deep-seated liberal bias while taking taxpayers’ money.

Jackson’s bill—titled the “No Partisan Radio and Partisan Broadcasting Services Act” or the “NPR and PBS Act”—seeks to eliminate federal funding for both NPR and PBS.

“Hardworking Americans are sick of footing the bill,” Jackson told Fox News Digital.

“It’s time to cut them off and stop forcing taxpayers to pay for their liberal lies!”

“Though NPR and PBS were originally founded to produce non-biased, informational, and educational content, the outlets have since turned into taxpayer-funded propaganda machines for the radical left,” he added.

During the hearing, Maher struggled to answer questions from Rep. Michael Cloud (R-TX), who grilled her on NPR’s decision to ignore the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 election.

Maher admitted, “NPR acknowledges we were mistaken in failing to cover the Hunter Biden laptop story more aggressively or sooner.”

The hearing also highlighted NPR’s coverage of the COVID-19 pandemic after Cloud noted the network’s early dismissal of the lab leak theory.

Maher responded:

“We recognize our reporting at the time, but we recognize that the new CIA evidence is worthy of coverage and have covered it.”

The grilling came in the wake of revelations from former NPR senior editor Uri Berliner, who was suspended in 2024 after publishing an essay accusing the network of censoring dissenting viewpoints.

Berliner’s piece soon became a rallying cry for critics who say NPR and PBS are no longer fit for taxpayer support.

Meanwhile, President Trump responded to the hearing, saying he would be “honored” to see both NPR and PBS shut down and blasting them as “very unfair” and “very biased.”

“They spend more money than any other network of its type ever conceived, so the kind of money that’s being wasted, and it’s a very biased view, you know that better than anybody,” Trump previously said.

“And I’d be honored to see it end.”

Jackson’s office echoed Trump, describing NPR and PBS as a “messaging arm for woke, radical Democrats.“

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to condemn the violence against Tesla dealerships and vehicle owners, point blank ignoring a reporter’s question asking her to disavow the terroristic behavior.

Attacks on Tesla facilities have ramped up with recent reports of explosive devices even being found planted under vehicles in one Austin dealership.

However, Pelosi appears to believe such incidents are not worthy of a comment.

“What do you think about the violence at the Tesla dealerships? What’s your take on it?” the reporter asked Pelosi.

“I’m so sorry, I’m a little bit late here right now,” Pelosi responded.

All she had to say was “I condemn it”—that’s it.

But no.

Elon Musk responded to the ongoing attacks, saying, “Tesla is a peaceful company that has made great cars, great products.

“That’s all it’s done. It hasn’t harmed anyone. And yet, people are committing violence. They’re firebombing Tesla dealerships.”

“They’re shooting guns into stores. They’re threatening people. They’re issuing death threats against me and another Tesla personnel. What are they doing this for? Why?” Musk further noted.

“What’s happening, it seems to me, is they’re being fed propaganda by the far left,” he continued, adding “And they believe it. It’s really unfortunate. The real problem is not the people.”

“It’s not like, you know, the crazy guy that firebombs a Tesla dealership. It’s the people pushing the propaganda that caused that guy to do it. Those are the real villains here,” Musk urged, adding “we’re going to go after them.”

Last week, Musk said his life was in danger due to his heavy involvement in the Trump administration’s efforts to combat government waste and fraud.

The DOGE leader told Fox News’s Sean Hannity that “when you take away people’s … fraud, the money they’re receiving fraudulently, they get very upset, and they basically want to kill me because I’m stopping their fraud.”

He added:

“And they want to hurt Tesla because we’re stopping this terrible waste and corruption in the government. And, well, I guess they’re bad people. Bad people do bad things.”

Sara Haines, co-host of The View, has warned that the Democratic Party’s unhinged screaming and volatile behavior at rallies is not fixing the country and is making things worse for them. Whoopi Goldberg noted that progressive leaders like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., are engaging at rallies “at a moment when leadership roles on the left are wide open.”

Goldberg also recalled how Sanders showed in his recent interview that he was “not ready to talk about future party planning yet.”

Sanders recently accused ABC “This Week” host Jonathan Karl of asking a “nonsense” question about whether Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., should run for the Senate. His remarks came amid speculation that Ocasio-Cortez would challenge Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in a primary after he caved to Republicans in support of a government funding bill.

“So Bernie, AOC are out there, people are really kind of annoyed a lot about what’s going on, maybe not everything, but much more than we were seeing perhaps in the media and on different shows,” Goldberg said.

Co-host Ana Navarro suggested:

“People are thirsty, desperate, to hear somebody that gives them fire, that leads them into this fight, that channels their anger and their frustration. They want to hear from those people. That’s why Bernie Sanders and AOC are getting 34,000 people to show up to a rally in Denver. Fifteen thousand people to show up to a rally in Phoenix. I mean, think about this. They are not running. This is not an election year. This is two months into the Trump Administration, and they are getting tens of thousands of people because people want to fight, and they want somebody that will lead them in that fight.”

Co-host Sunny Hostin jumped in and said that while many voters indeed want a “fighting opposition party,” the actual policies of Ocasio-Cortez and Sanders would be unpopular.

“They want a fighting opposition party and that’s the majority of the country. I think that’s why AOC and Bernie are sort of packing these things,” she said.

“What I will say is, I don’t know that the message is correct. I think that their messaging is a little bit off. If you look at what people want and are looking for, because costs and economy is still No. 1 and taxing the rich may not do that for the majority of people. They want to see much more of an action plan. How do you address my pain?”

However, Haines argued that the rhetoric is not enough to drag the Democratic Party out of the abyss.

“I can see why people like the AOCs, the Bernie Sanders, I can feel myself clapping along, but the problem here is whereas they’re tapping into the anger, I don’t think just screaming and kind of performative, ‘We’re gonna fight’ is the way to go,” she said.

“I want absolutely solutions and that’s why I like Sen. Slotkin, who I keep repeating here over and over. She said, ‘I’m a pragmatist,’ and I’m a pragmatist. She is from a purple state. You can’t come at it just like – an AOC comes from a completely blue area, Bernie Sanders, completely blue area. Elissa Slotkin, Trump won her state.”

“So when you are dealing with that electorate and a country that’s divided,” she said, “it requires a different school of thought. I love to hear you shout, but I’m much more the person that says, ‘Show me what that got you.’

If screaming got you some budget plan, resolution, or compromise, then bravo I will be the loudest behind you. It didn’t. So I’m a more, ‘Put your heads down, unite under something and get your messaging going.’”

Mother Wins Legal Battle to Sue School After Son Receives COVID Shot Without Consent

The North Carolina Supreme Court has ruled that a mother can sue the public school system and a doctors’ group for allegedly giving her son a COVID-19 vaccine without her consent. The new ruling reverses a lower-court decision that a federal health emergency law prevented Emily Happel and her son, Tanner Smith, from filing a lawsuit. The mother, who sought litigation after her son, Smith, received an unwanted vaccine during the height of the coronavirus pandemic, can now take legal action.

The lawsuit said Smith was vaccinated without consent at age 14 in August 2021, despite his opposition at a testing and vaccination clinic at a Guilford County high school. The lawsuit adds that the teenager went to the clinic to be tested for COVID-19 but did not anticipate that the clinic would also administer vaccines. Despite telling the clinic that he did not want a vaccination and also did not have a parental consent form to receive one, they injected him anyway.

Happel and Smith filed the lawsuit against the Guilford County Board of Education and the Old North State Medical Society, alleging that their constitutional rights were violated. A panel of the intermediate-level appeals court ruled unanimously that the federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act shielded the school district and the physicians’ group, Fox News reported.

The law grants broad protections and immunity to individuals and organizations performing “countermeasures” during public health emergencies. The state’s high court noted on Friday that an emergency declaration in response to COVID-19 was made in March 2020, activating the federal law’s immunity provisions.

However, Chief Justice Paul Newby wrote that the law did not prevent the mother and son from suing on allegations that their rights in the state constitution had been violated, adding that the parent has the right to control their child’s upbringing and the “right of a competent person to refuse forced, nonmandatory medical treatment.”

Newby said the law’s plain text prompted a majority of justices to conclude that its immunity only covers tort injuries when someone seeks damages for injuries caused by negligent or wrongful actions.

“Because tort injuries are not constitutional violations, the PREP Act does not bar plaintiffs’ constitutional claims,” he said.

Newby’s opinion was backed by the court’s conservative justices, including two who suggested that the immunity found in federal law should be narrowed further. However, liberal Associate Justice Allison Riggs said state constitutional claims should be preempted from federal law and criticized the court’s majority for a “fundamentally unsound” interpretation of the Constitution.

“Through a series of dizzying inversions, it explicitly rewrites an unambiguous statute to exclude state constitutional claims from the broad and inclusive immunity,” Riggs said.

'Vast City' Discovered Underneath Egypt's Pyramids, Researchers Claim

Two researchers from Italy and Scotland claim to have discovered a massive underground city beneath the pyramids in Egypt. The researchers state that they found eight vertical cylinder-shaped structures extending more than 2,100 feet below the pyramid, with others reaching depths of 4,000 feet.

According to Corrado Malanga from Italy’s University of Pisa and Filippo Biondi with the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, they identified the structures using radar pulses to create high-resolution images deep into the ground beneath the three pyramids.

The pair found massive structures ten times larger than the pyramids. For perspective on the sheer size of these structures, the World Trade Center Freedom Tower is 541 meters high. These shafts are 100 meters taller, and there are eight of them. They claim to have seen spiral structures on the sides of the shafts.

The project’s spokesperson, Nicole Ciccolo, said the cylinder structures were found underneath each of the three pyramids and appeared “to serve as access points to this underground system.” However, the study is already facing ridicule from archaeologists and scientists.

“The existence of vast chambers beneath the earth’s surface, comparable in size to the pyramids themselves, which have a remarkably strong correlation between the legendary Halls of Amenti,” Ciccolo further claimed.

“These new archaeological findings could redefine our understanding of the sacred topography of ancient Egypt, providing spatial coordinates for previously unknown and unexplored subterranean structures,” she added.

Professor Lawrence Conyers, a radar expert at the University of Denver, said that while he does not dispute the possibility of tunnels and shafts under the pyramids, he asserts that it is not possible to scan that deep into the ground. Conyers also noted that the only way to prove the structures are really there would be “targeted excavations.”

“My take is that as long as authors are not making things up and that their basic methods are correct, their interpretations should be given a look by all who care about the site,” he explained.

“We can quibble about interpretations, and that is called science. But the basic methods need to be solid,” the professor added.

Another reason the researchers are facing ridicule is that one of them is also a long-time UFOlogist who has studied sightings in Italy. He and Biondi previously published a separate peer-reviewed paper in October 2022 in the scientific journal Remote Sensing, claiming to have found hidden rooms and ramps inside Khafre and evidence of a thermal anomaly near the pyramid’s base.

Gee, Do You Suppose Being “Trans” is Related to Violence and Threats?

Are we getting closer to recognizing that transgenderism is not a normal state of mind? Of course, everyone but leftists and Democrats knows that it’s not normal to believe you’re “in the wrong body,” to claim that you’re the opposite sex from what you are. But collectively, as a society, we’ve come to a place where it’s considered “controversial” to state the bleeding obvious: this is mental illness. Sane, stable people are afraid to say out loud what everyone knew before the past 10 years. 

Now we’re paying the price in multiple ways. Children—children!—are being given sex-change surgeries, or being chemically sterilized for life. That’s shocking enough, but what’s worse is that in most cases, the parents are doing it, or allowing it to happen. If someone told you that in 50 years we’d be amputating the legs of children who claim they’re “trans-paraplegic” you’d say “no way.” But you’d be wrong. Look what we’ve already tolerated, nay, celebrated. 

For a growingly obvious number of people who claim to be “trans,” the mental derangement isn’t the soft and sympathetic kind, either. Their behavior looks much more like a Cluster B “personality disorder,” the family of derangements that includes clinical narcissism and psychopathy. 

Take the trans-vegan cult known as the “Zizians”  that has allegedly been murdering its way across the U.S. This motley crew has members charged with murdering one of the members’ parents, and another member is charged with the murder of border patrol agent David Maland during a traffic stop in Vermont in January, 2025. Or take a look at some of the suspects rounded up for firebombing Tesla car dealerships and service centers. Yes, each of them, including the very obvious men not even making an effort, claim to be “trans women”:

The violent threats from this cohort keep ramping up. Twitter/X user Gunther Eagleman reposted this brazen threat of murder against “Republicans” posted on TikTok by a man who says his name is “Scarlett Blossum”:

Quoth Miss Blossum: “If you are a Republican on TikTok, you deserve to die. You deserve to be shot. You deserve whatever suffering could possibly come to you. If you are a Republican and you try to start any of that with me in person, you will lose your life.”

Will law enforcement take this guy in? Will the FBI respond? It’s hard to say. We’re living in a society that’s been so “tolerant” of this kind of psychopathy that men like this clearly believe, with reason, that they have nothing to fear. Let’s hope the Trump administration reacts more swiftly than the Biden team.

    DOGE leader Elon Musk has announced he will be suing former Democrat Jamaal Bowman for his claims that the SpaceX boss is a “Nazi” during an appearance on CNN. Bowman appeared on CNN’s Newsnight to parrot the false left-wing media narrative that there is an organic groundswell against the Republican Party due to DOGE cuts.

    He then made a series of slanderous claims against Musk and the supposed opposition to DOGE, despite polling data showing massive support for the initiative.

    “This shows again, the American people do not trust Elon Musk and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position,” the former congressman said.

    “And how do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, it was challenged in court, the court said the people have to go back and now the people are coming back.

    He’s incompetent, he’s a thief, he’s a Nazi, and people don’t trust him. Period.”

    In response to the claim, Musk took to X to announce legal action against Bowman.

    “I’ve had enough. Lawsuit inbound,” Musk wrote.

    Musk, who has repeatedly condemned Nazi ideology, was accused of giving a Nazi salute while speaking at a Trump victory rally. However, footage from the event clearly shows Musk pointing to someone in the crowd before raising his fist in the air.

    Regardless of the truth, media networks immediately began reporting on doctored clips from the rally to falsely accuse Musk of giving a salute.
