President Donald Trump shared a light-hearted exchange with Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy, who pointed out a longstanding presidential tradition of former Presidents leaving a letter.
Doocey posed the question as a Trump worked through a large stack of executive orders.
“President Trump, did President Biden leave you a letter?” Doocy asked.
A high-profile leftist activist group has directed all of its members to wear black to mark President Donald Trump’s inauguration as a “national day of mourning.”
‘Occupy Democrats’ posted to its 10 million followers on Facebook:
“Don’t forget to wear all black on January 20th,” with an emoji of a broken heart.
The post was also published on Instagram, which also featured TDS-inspired hashtags.
Some respondents suggested, “We’ll be wearing black for the next 4 years.”
Others expressed how they felt more unsafe while labeling Trump a “rapist” and parroted their false media talking point.
We can expect a massive wave TDS for Monday.
Not a single American Flag spotted at the People’s March in DC protesting against Donald Trump
It will be glorious to watch all of those liberal meltdowns being posted on X.
Of course, taking pleasure in others’ suffering is nothing we should ever indulge in.
However, given what we’ve all been through in the last four years, perhaps a dash of smugness is in order.
As we reported on Monday, thousands of far-left protesters swamped Washington, D.C. to protest Trump’s inauguration.
Protesters chanted “Lock him up!” and other slogans, such as “Elon Musk has got to go!” as they marched through the nation’s capital.
We reported last week, other groups, such as Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) Coalition and the People’s Forum, which were responsible for vandalized American monuments last year, have begun publicizing plans in November to “fight back” against Trump’s second presidency
✊🏽In just one week, on January 20, 70+ cities across the country will take to the streets to say WE WILL FIGHT BACK!
CNN commentator Scott Jennings weighed in on the inauguration festivities for President-elect Donald Trump and observed how his growing influence is becoming unprecedented.
Jennings emphasized the president-elect’s rising popularity while criticizing Joe Biden and the Democratic Party for their broken promises.
“Trump is now at the peak of his power,” Jennings said.
“Biden’s legacy is giving us Trump 2.0. And he broke his promises: said he would be honest – he wasn’t. He was gonna be moderate – he wasn’t,” Jennings added.
“He was gonna ‘restore the soul of the nation’ – he didn’t. His entire record – it’s gonna be hard to make any comeback.”
Jennings’ comments came during a discussion with Democratic strategist Paul Begala and anchor Jessica Dean.
Begala expressed pride in the outgoing president’s efforts, to which Jennings responded by referencing his own participation in the evening’s inauguration events.
“I’ve gotta say, I’m on my way to a ball – I think you’ve been out to one already,” Jennings quipped.
“I’d like to get into whatever you’re drinking.”
Jennings, who is often referred to as the “black sheep” of CNN, received lighthearted remarks from his colleagues about his dapper tuxedo.
“Scott, I want to get your thoughts on that, but I just looked into the monitor and saw you’re wearing a tuxedo. I want to get your thoughts on that later as well,” Dean joked during the segment.
Begala joined in, adding, “He’s a handsome devil!”

The conservative commentator, known for his articulate and pointed arguments, gained widespread recognition in 2024 as a leading conservative voice in media.
Many said Jennings’ growing popularity and ability to connect with audiences could make him a candidate for his own primetime show on the network.
Jennings’ comments reflected the sentiment of conservatives ahead of Trump’s incoming administration and the ongoing debates over Biden’s impact on the nation.
Twice failed Democratic candidate for governor of Georgia, Stacey Abrams, has been hit with a massive fine over election law violations from a nonprofit she founded before running for office.
The fine is the largest in state history, according to ethics watchdogs.
The fine amounts to $300,000, which is levied against Abrams and the leaders of the New Georgia Project, is the largest in the commission’s 38-year history, David Emadi, executive director of Georgia’s ethics commission, said.

The figure highlights how the voter registration group plotted to illegally boost Abrams’s long-shot rematch against Gov. Brian Kemp in 2022
Abrams benefited from a host of voter registration activities that targeted minority communities.
Abrams established the New Georgia Project in 2013. Following her 2018 loss, the group capitalized on Abrams’ national recognition to raise $3.2 million, which ultimately led to the election of Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA).
FINE? Why do Democrats get to pay a fine when they break campaign finance laws? First Hillary and now Stacey Abrams? Trump was convicted of 30+ felonies for allegedly mischaracterizing $140K. https://t.co/RVGUtV9lIL
The majority of the group’s bills were paid for canvassers and flyers printed to support Abrams directly.
Aria Branch, counsel to the nonprofit, said in a statement to The New York Post:
“We are glad to finally put this matter behind us so the New Georgia Project can fully devote its time and attention to its efforts to civically engage and register black, brown, and young voters in Georgia.”
“We accept this outcome and are eager to turn the page on activities that took place more than five years ago.”
A spokesman for Sen. Warnock denied he made e financial decisions for the group.
“In this role, Reverend Warnock continued his work as a longtime champion for voting rights. Compliance decisions were not a part of that work,” Warnock spokesperson Michael Brewer told the outlet.
Additionally, the group failed to register as an independent campaign committee, which violated state election laws.
The group committed a total of 16 violations, the ethics commission said.
The New Georgia Project received a slew of donations totaling $646,000 and raised $174,000 to back a failed local referendum, which they were unable to divulge.
However, the group claimed its spending was similar to that of other electoral nonprofits in the run-up to Election Day.
The group also accused the ethics commission of conducting a politicized investigation.
Meanwhile, Gente for Abrams, another outside group, was slapped with a $50,000 fine in 2020 for failing to disclose many of its activities surrounding her 2018 campaign.
“The View” co-host Joy Behar demonstrated her ignorance this week by mourning President Joe Biden’s following his farewell address, saying, “I miss him already.”
The last four years have been an utter disaster for America under Biden, and the fact that Behar is upset that everyday Americans will no longer continue to be pummelled by soaring inflation, shows how detached from reality she really is.
“I miss him. He’s a good person. You know, he spent the last 50 years caring about the country,” Behar said.
“This other one [Donald Trump] spent 50 years scamming everybody, you know, and trying to stay out of jail.”
“You know who I’m talking about. I really miss Biden. I feel like we were safe, like I didn’t have to worry, was anything going to blow up? I could live my life while he was there,” Behar said.
“Every day I wake up and I worry, what is this guy going to do next?” she said of incoming President-elect Donald Trump.
Biden delivered a farewell address on Wednesday, taking aim at “oligarchs” and warning of the “dangers of Big Tech.”
Biden warned about the “dangerous concentration of power in the hands of a very few ultra wealthy people.”
“I want to warn the country of some things that give me great concern. … That’s a dangerous concentration of power in the hands of a very few ultra-wealthy people. The dangerous consequences if their abuse of power is left unchecked,” he said.
Biden ends his presidency by using rhetoric that would be right at home in a third-world communist dictatorship.
This may be the worst farewell speech in presidential history.
The remarks came just weeks after Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced he was ditching fact checker and Meta’s approach to content moderation.
Zuckerberg also admitted to Joe Rogan that he had been pressured by the Biden administration to remove content since 2021.
MSNBC host Rachel Maddow gushed over sleepy Joe’s speech, saying it gave her “chills.’
“That is stark and sober, and, like I said, it put a chill down my spine,” Maddow said.
“I think he’s correct, and I’m glad he took this time to say it.”
Earlier Behar called out y music star Carrie Underwood on Tuesday for agreeing to play at Trump’s inauguration.
“She says ‘I love our country.’ How do you love your country and support and normalize somebody who was a convicted felon who really wants to destroy the country, in my opinion? I don’t understand how you say you love your country at the same time that you normalize this convicted felon,” Behar said.
“I would not be the person to say don’t do it, because I believe in free speech and everything about it. I personally would not do it. No one’s asked me, but that’s another story,” Behar said, noting she would never personally perform at Trump’s inauguration.
A far-left cartoonist and Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferer has been arrested on suspicion of child pornography offenses.
Pulitzer Prize winner Darrin Bell, who worked for the Washington Post, was arrested following a tip-off from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCEMC).
Investigators discovered 134 videos of child sex abuse material (CSAM) on an account linked to Bell, along with AI-generated child pornography.
AI-generated CSAM became illegal after a law change this year.
Bell’s cartoons, which frequently took aim at President-elect Donald Trump and his supporters, were published by the Washington Post.

He is now being held on $1 million bail and is expected to appear in court on Friday, January 17.
“This case was the first arrest by Sacramento Valley ICAC where possession of computer-generated/AI CSAM was charged against a suspect,” the sheriff’s office said.
They are seem to have one thing in common
Bell is just one of many far-left figures to be arrested on charges relating to child abuse material, who all share a collective hatred of Trump.
For instance, former Oregon Mayor and Joe Biden donor Dennis “Denny” Doyle pleaded guilty to CSAM possession in 202.
Meanwhile, former Arizona Democrat state lawmaker Otoniel “Tony” Navarrete was jailed in 2024 for molesting a young boy.
Former Democrat mayor of College Park, Maryland, Patrick Wojahn, pleaded guilty to dozens of child abuse charges.
Wojahn received a 30-year prison sentence after admitting to 140 counts of possession and distribution of CSAM.
MSNBC broadcasted Joy Reid’s nonsense theories this week regarding the California wildfires, which she suggested were part of an agenda by “right-wing” leaders to take over the state.
That’s right, Reid doesn’t appear to be aware, or care, that these fires where a result of abysmal Democrat leadership.
Reid began with fair points about vulture capitalists circling to buy up ravaged properties for pennies on the dollar.
“The vulture capitalists are already circling, hoping to snap up the burned-up properties for pennies on the dollar, so they can hedge fund them,” Reid said.
If she had stopped there, it would’ve been fine. But she didn’t.
“But the worst part,” Reid said, adding “other than the fires themselves, has been the lies.”
“Though if there is one thing the billionaire right is, they are consistent,” said Reid.
“They want California, America’s biggest state economy,” Reid continued.
“Because if they can take California and retrofit it with their ugly, right-wing policies, the way they’ve ruined Florida and Texas, and every other red state where poverty rates are high and education is warped, and non-white immigrants, pregnant women, victimized girls, and LGTBQ folks live in fear, then the fight for permanent control of America is basically over.”
“They can drill and frack California until the fires this past week pale in comparison.”
“They can rip out all the forests and hand over the land to developers, Florida-style.
“They can drive out the brown people, and the black and Asian people, or just sink them into the same apartheid they’ve created in Texas, and they will control enough electoral votes if they control California to never have to worry about another presidential election.”
Watch:
We couldn’t have expected Reid to leave her rant about BlackRock-like entities, which would got many of us agreeing with her; but she had to ruin it.
What exactly are her comments about Texas and Florida ruining things?
These so-called “ruined” red states are bringing in the most Americans fleeing blue states.
“Nearly 612,000” people moved to Texas, while “almost 637,000 residents” moved to Florida between 2022 to 2023, according to census data.
Again, Reid is wrong on that one.
What does she mean about “permanent control” from Conservatives? Oh, probably the fact the majority of Americans do not want full-blown socialism.
Again, Reid’s fear-mongering is based on zero evidence, and MSNBC allowed it to be broadcast.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., has unveiled a new set of bills that aims to make society safer for children by giving child sexual predators the death penalty.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna is unveiling a new set of bills that would put the de*th penalty on the table for ped*philes.
2 of the 3 bills she’s introducing today would require sentences of de*th or at least life imprisonment for those charged with a wide range of crimes related to… pic.twitter.com/RNjQRJnmJx
“If you are raping someone, if you’re molesting someone, you are essentially murdering their soul,” Luna said.
“Those people never actually fully recover. I’ve actually sat on a committee with a very prominent [female House Democrat] who actually talked about the fact that she was molested as a child.”
“And so you can see that it impacts and really hurts people,” Luna said.
Two of her three bills, would require sentences of death or at least life imprisonment for those charged with sexual crimes against children.
The days of inaction against those who prey on children and sexually abuse adults are over.
Pedophiles deserve the death penalty or to rot in jail where they belong—NO MERCY, NO ESCAPE. pic.twitter.com/fshOl3CWVb
A third bill would require guilty verdicts of rape against adults to carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 30 years to life in prison.
Luna said he spoke to President-elect Donald Trump about the bills, who she suggested was enthusiastic about the idea.
“I got the impression that he absolutely is supportive of anything in this sector,” Luna said.
The Florida congresswoman met with Trump over the weekend at Mar-a-Lago along with other members of the House Freedom Caucus.
She said they also discussed Trump signing an executive order levying the death penalty for pedophilia.
“He would be willing to sign an [executive order]. But the fact is, is that it has to go through Congress first. So it would have to come to his desk that way,” she said.
Luna first introduced the bills in the last Congress, but failed to get traction.
She suggested that the death penalty aspect may have put some people off of an issue that otherwise could get wide bipartisan support.
However, she argued that pedophiles “cannot be rehabilitated.”
“If you are going to continue to push forward in a moral society, [then] you need to ensure that people like this, that are predators, are taken off the streets permanently,” Luna said.
Actor Mel Gibson slammed California Governor Gavin Newsom‘s handling of the devastating wildfires during an appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast on Thursday.
Gibson highlighted Newsom’s neglect of wildfire prevention efforts while directing billions of taxpayer dollars towards woke initiatives.
“We were just talking about the wildfire situation and how crazy it is that they spent 24 billion dollars last year on the homeless, and what did they spend on preventing these wildfires?” Rogan, 57, asked.
“Zero,” Gibson replied. “Zip.”
The actor ripped Newsom for failing to deliver his pledge to prioritize forest management and wildfire prevention.
“In 2019, I think Newsom said, you know, ‘I’m going to take care of the forest and maintain the forest’ and do all that kind of stuff,” Gibson said.
“He didn’t do anything.”
Watch:
Rogan pointed to reports that California firefighters are struggling with water shortages.
“And on top of that, they cut the water off,” he said.
Gibson then added some humour to Newsom’s incompetence, saying, “I think all our tax dollars probably went for Gavin’s hair gel. … It’s sad. The place is just on fire.”
Rogan condemned Newsom for claiming California as the “best” state in the nation with an “amazing economy.”
“You’re out of your f–king mind, dude. You’ve ruined this state. Personally ruined it.”
Gibson also mentioned that his son, Milo, shared a video of raging fires near the actor’s home.
Milo is part of a volunteer fire brigade in Malibu.
Rogan asked Gibson if the wildfire crisis could be the catalyst that made him leave California.
“Yeah, maybe,” Gibson responded, adding that he owns a place in Costa Rica.
Despite Newsom’s pledge to overhaul California’s approach to wildfire prevention, an NPR investigation revealed that he significantly overstated the state’s progress on fire prevention efforts.
“The investigation found Newsom overstated, by an astounding 690%, the number of acres treated with fuel breaks and prescribed burns,” NPR reporter Scott Rodd wrote.
Despite Newsome claiming that 90,000 acres were treated as part of 35 priority projects, according to data, just 11,399 acres were treated.
However, the governor’s office disputed the report.
“The notion that the Newsom administration is retreating on wildfire response – in dollars or actions – is wholly inaccurate,” the governor’s office stated.
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CalFire) allocated approximately $3.7 billion for fire protection between 2021 and 22.
However, the Hoover Institution reported that California has spent $24 billion on homelessness since 2019.
homelessness in the state increased by about 30,000 despite the spending.
MSNBC host Joy Reid has once again demonstrated why her network’s ratings are continuing to tank by embarking on another rambling monologue about how Donald Trump‘s rise to power is “the most violent transfer of power in U.S. history.”
Reid began by highlighting the events of January 6, 2021 and Trump’s return to the White House.
“I hate to be the fly at the picnic table, but you can’t peacefully transfer power to an insurrectionist simply because it took them an extra four years to finish the job,” Reid said.
She then played a montage of clips from the Capitol riots accompanied by her own out-of-context narrative.
“From that date forward, and pretending that this is no longer what today means is, to put it lightly, an insult to every cop that was injured that day, every terrified congressional staffer and member, every Capitol worker who had to clean up the feces the Trump mob smeared on the wall, and to every decent notion anyone ever had about this country.”
Reid then accused the Republicans of downplaying the events, saying, “It was a big deal. It was an insurrection. The first violent sacking of our Capitol since the War of 1812,” she added.
"How can we say we have a democracy when only one party believes in the people peaceful transfer of power? It’s only peaceful when Republicans win."
Joy Reid tries and fails to explain why there aren't violent protests.
She didn’t stop there. Reid then began attacking conservative media and even voters for enabling Trump.
”Trump’s second impeachment was literally for the incitement of an insurrection, and the idea of forgetting that, as if moving on and pretending there’s no harm, no foul, and preparing to quietly reinstall the chief insurrectionist without comment, is frankly a shameful idea,” Reid said.
Reid then accused the Supreme Court of clearing the path for Trump’s return.
“The Supreme Court conservatives’ negation of the Constitution’s insurrection clause, so our shameless Chief Justice, John Roberts, could clear the way for his reelection. All of it is, sorry, utterly shameful,” Reid fumed.
“Today is not a day to commemorate. Yes we got to do it, because that’s what some of y’all voted for, or failed to vote and cleared the way for, but for God’s sakes, let’s at least have the decency and dignity to be a little embarrassed.”
Joy Reid is a stark reminder on how the liberal media has literally become a platform for mad women to spout nonsensical trash.
Unsurprisingly, Reid was forced to take a pay cut as MSNBC’s ratings continued to crash following the 2024 election.
MSNBC’s days are numbered. It’s only a matter of time before they disappear entirely.
