President Joe Biden’s decision not to stand for re-election means the world can be treated to something new: rallies for Kamala Harris’ presidential ambitions.
The current Vice President and almost-certain Democratic Party nominee held her first rally in Wisconsin on Tuesday, July 23. As to be expected, her devout liberal loyalists – who, just a few days prior, were committed wholeheartedly to President Biden – were keen to share footage of the event.
One pro-Harris activist who works on the newly rebranded Kamala HQ account was particularly excitable, claiming attendees were “so fired up, energized, and ready to support” the Vice President.
Check it out yourself, and try not to laugh:
In particular, Victor Shi noted the 3,000-strong attendance was “the LARGEST event the campaign has held to date,” not realizing how embarrassing that is.
Yep, 3,000…
For comparison, Minor League Baseball attendances hold a higher average at 3,877 spectators a game.
If Trump had a rally size of only 3,000 he’d be mocked – and rightly so. Fortunately that’s not the case, with his rallies attracting over 100,00 people in blue states like New Jersey.
Shi’s overenthusiasm quickly drew the attention of conservative social media users.
Others noted comparisons with former president Trump.
Either way, it’s a timely reminder to avoid promoting see-through propaganda in a divisive election campaign…
