A South Florida woman was arrested after allegedly drugging a man she met at a club and stealing his Rolex watch, which was valued at nearly $100,000, according to court records.
The accusations center on an April 12 encounter in Hallandale Beach, as reported by Fox News.
Lynda Mae Crouse, 32, is accused of using a similar scheme at least four other times in Miami-Dade County, according to a probable cause affidavit.

In those cases, she allegedly drugged victims before leaving with their valuables.
The Broward County case began around midnight at the Carousel Club, where Crouse allegedly started a conversation with an unidentified man.
The pair exchanged Instagram accounts before initially going their separate ways, police said.
The man later arranged for an Uber to pick up Crouse from her home and bring her to his residence.
The ride was sent around 1:20 a.m., shortly after their initial encounter at the club.
Once at the residence, Crouse and the man had several alcoholic drinks in his living room, according to the affidavit.
At some point, the man went into his bedroom to change clothes while Crouse remained alone in the living room.
While inside the bedroom, the man suddenly began feeling “funny” and “extremely tired,” the affidavit said.
The abrupt change in his condition came as Crouse remained in the other room near the box containing his expensive watch.
The man told investigators that he heard a distinctive “clapping sound” coming from the living room.
When he returned, he said Crouse was “acting different” and abruptly announced that she was going home.
Within minutes of Crouse leaving the residence, the man fell asleep.
He awoke several hours later still feeling strange and remembered the unusual sound he had heard shortly before Crouse departed.
The man then rushed to inspect his Rolex box in the living room and discovered that his watch was missing.
The stolen timepiece was described as a gold 40 mm Rolex Presidential covered with diamonds, hardly an ordinary trinket to misplace.
He later provided police with an appraisal that placed the watch’s value at $98,400.
The man also identified Crouse in a photo lineup, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case.
Months after the April encounter, Crouse was arrested by Seminole police on Friday, Sept. 11, 2026. She was then taken to the Broward County Jail in connection with the alleged theft.
Crouse was charged with second-degree grand theft, a felony. She was released from custody the following day after posting a $2,500 bond, according to the account of the case.
The affidavit also linked Crouse to accusations in Miami-Dade County involving at least four other victims.
Those allegations similarly involved victims being drugged before Crouse allegedly made off with valuables belonging to them.
In one separate case investigated by City of Miami police, Crouse was accused of drugging a victim with zolpidem.
The substance is a prescription sleep aid used to treat insomnia, and that victim underwent toxicology testing.
The toxicology results confirmed the presence of zolpidem in the other victim’s system.
The Broward County charge, meanwhile, remains focused on the Hallandale Beach encounter and the disappearance of the man’s appraised $98,400 Rolex.
